Everything here was perfect. Fast and friendly table service and delicious food. The jalapeno poppers appetizer was different but it was awesome. The gyoza was very good. I had two specialty rolls and a spicy tuna roll and all three were fresh and delicious. Will definitely return when I have the opportunity.

I’ve been here twice and the food has been phenomenal each time. As someone who doesn’t eat seafood I think their veggie rolls are great, the salted plum and cucumber roll is so unique and fun. Everyone that eats seafood that I’ve gone with loved their rolls too. Everything tastes high quality and fresh. Service is good too! Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating with my toddler as well. Prices are fair for the quality and portions!

They have indoor dining now, plus take out, no delivery. Food is still delicious and fresh. Update 4/30/2022: Very busy because the food is delicious! Good service. Definitely recommend! Update 8/27/2022: Vegetarian Yakisoba Noodles fantastic. California Roll fantastic. Tempura, Gyoza, Chicken Katsu fantastic.

I tried the Spicy Josh because it was highly recommended in a previous Yelp review by Lex. I also tried the Crazy roll and the Green Beast roll. Lex was spot on for recommending the Spicy Josh roll, it was delicious! The Green Beast roll is also a highly recommendable roll. The only roll I wasn’t too crazy about was the Crazy roll. After having the Spicy Josh roll and Green Beast roll, the Crazy roll just didn’t feel like it had enough kick to it. If I would have eaten all of the Crazy roll before I tried the other two rolls I probably would have been more crazy about it. The problem is that I kept interchanging between all the rolls. Every time I took a bite of the Crazy roll I kept thinking about the other two rolls. Anyways, I would highly recommend the Spicy Josh roll and Green Beast roll. I would lowly recommend the Crazy roll, especially if you’re going to get it with the other two rolls.

The sushi here is 5/5. It's a cute restaurant. The staff is nice. This restaurant seems to have one waitress working during busy times which means that you drink refills are slow among other things. My family is a mix of sushi eaters and non-sushi eaters. They have options that those non-sushi lovers will like a lot.

I found Hanami Sushi on Google Maps after I had dropped my car off over at the nearby Ford Store for regular maintenance. I walked over at around 11:15 a.m., easily sat down & was waited on immediately. I ordered the yam sushi roll and the chicken teriyaki lunch special -- and everything was absolutely amazing🤩😍🥰. I will definitely go back!

We've been going to Hanami Sushi for over 10 years. Ownership changed a few years ago and there were some hiccups with the new ownership at the beginning but everything seems to have been worked out. Sushi is fresh and good, Udon and Bento boxes are also very good.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Morgan Hill. The staff is so friendly and the food is good. Sometimes service can be slower but myself it’s worth it because the staff and owners are so nice. The food is also good and sometimes we do pick up orders. We love the dragon rolls. Rainbow rolls and sometimes I just crave a bowl of curry.

Fish was very fresh - on par with the fresh fish I had while living in Hawaii. The service was great - the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. This place is a hidden gem for sure 🤘 My family and I will definitely be back again and again even though it's a good 1 hour from home!

Very good service very nice people I just was not impressed with the food extremely simple and what I felt like was a limited sushi menu of dare I say tourist type items California roll based everything again extremely nice people don't wanna leave a bad review just really didn't like the food.

I really wanted to like this place more. It's lovely, the staff are friendly, and everything looks great. But the food and service were mid. Nothing wrong, per se, but I want better than "ok" for sushi. The mango on one roll was unripe. The sashimi looked beautiful but tasted like... Not much? Service was a bit slow, but the tea was nice. Salmon skin salad was the star of the show. That was quite good. Again, nothing bad here, but I want some delicate flavors in my sashimi that were just lacking. It's fine, it's just not exceptional.
