We love Panda Express!! #1 the food is fresh & delicious, the location is close by, there is a variety of items to choose from. I love the chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken & just about everything on the menu. The plus is that its right by Safeway and after our weekly shopping we buy Panda. No mess, no fuss.
This cool got it down I seen him making food guys Asian I think got every ingredient down I got the fried rice nice noodles with Beijing beef, broccoli, beef, orange chicken broccoli beef nice flavor on meet also Beijing beef on point please don’t let anyone one else cook whoever was there on may 20th Asian guy cook maybe had his own restaurant before this place is good not like other locations check it out keep that chef hope they get this the manager

Then he passed my order to Jake the cashier and he rang me up happily and kindly. I am so glad he asked me for a drink and sauces which he happily sold to me. Nice, clean restaurant. Same food as any other Panda, but the place was really nice inside.
Food are tasty but the portions are below my expectations. The wait is below average could be improve by utilizing more of the team members properly.
Food tastes good and is priced well. Although, sometimes it can take a while if your desired dish is not already made.
I had to wait in line for a while, but once I gave my order (which was pretty large), the staff prepared it very quickly and got everything correct.
Very popular Chinese fast food. All the signature dishes available in assembly line fashion some of there dishes are better than others just depends on what you like.

Was hoping to get sweetfire chicken, but they weren't serving it. Beijing beef and orange chicken are good fallbacks.
I like the food but I found that even if you went an hour+ before closing they don't refill the tea which is a bummer if you can't drink beverages with sugar. But other than that really good!
The staff was friendly, when they were ready to help me. I walked in and was greeted with a brief smile but had to wait about 6 minutes before verbally being acknowledged. A small "We'll be right with you" would have been a warmer welcome. They appeared to be barely be opening and setting up as there were only a handful of options ready to serve about 10:40am (our arrival), but they had opened at 10am. We had to wait for some of the entrees we chose (about 15min), but more than expected and without a wait time provided. If I had been given the estimated ready time, I likely would have adjusted my options. Besides a few hard crunchy rice bites the food was great and will possibly visit again.
Warm Chinese food after a long day. We had chow mein, honey sesame chicken, and I also had orange chicken. All of our food was warm and had good flavor, especially the honey sesame chicken.

Too much garlic in something. Just take out in the car still smelled of garlic? Orange chicken had way too much breading and sauce was not fully spiced. Chow mein was dry and needed more vegetables. What was good was the green bean chicken which I waited for for a fresh batch. I think this was the garlic carrier. Portions just keep getting smaller and value seems less for the prices.

Lacking flavor in food. Looks like they use the same sweetened sauce in the chicken with beans and broccoli beef. Not sure if it's just this location or they use same tasting sauce for these two dishes and perhaps even other options.
Until the pandemic is over do not eat here without ordering ahead or youfind yourself self outside in the cold for 15 minutes because they only allow 5 people at a time. Stupidly they dont prevent a family of 3 or 4 form entering...Urghhh...CALL AHEAD.
Need to change your hours, as website states close at 10pm but you’re store front says 9:30pm. Please be consistent for your customers. Thanks.
Expensive food and not enough employees. Only had 1 server, so we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. Edit: Changed from 2 to 1 star. We had to wait almost 10 minutes after we got our main food to get spring rolls. Freakin spring rolls dude. Those take like 15 seconds to package and give to us.
You need to do better on your customer service. Doordash drivers go in there to pick up food for your customers and you treat them like they're second-class citizens. If they come in you should serve them when they make it to the counter not take every customer behind them first. One doordash driver you left him waiting for over 40 minutes. Not acceptable. Again these orders are for your customers doordash drivers are just delivering it for your customer.
I ordered a bowl with half mixed vegetables and half chow mein. The girl wrote the code on the bowl. The chow mein needed to be prepared, because they were out. I told them I would wait. Another worker picked up the bowl, put fried rice in and set it back down. She continued to get orders mixed up, I finally was able to tell her the bowl was mine and what I asked for. She poured the rice back in and then threw the bowl away. No other bowl was written up or prepared for me. So I left. They are unorganized, and the staff don't know how to work together very well. There are other Panda Express' In Morgan Hill, try those first.
Amount of food given/employee professionalism horrible! While waiting for fresh string bean chicken..i had ordered half frid rice and chow mein...i had asked the server to add more fried rice and she said thats amount the give.its more like 3 scoops of tablespoons of rice. I had asked to speak to the manager and the server said they are not around. I should have just gone to the Panda in San Jose (the plant)or even the Panda on Dunne at least those two places. Are more generous then 3 tablespoonfuls of fried rice.I will not come here again. This establishments give good quality Panda express food a horrible name and experience.
This spot is a joke been coming here for quite some time, and every time they are out of food portions and they make you wait 10-15 minutes today I had a case where I was waiting almost 20 minutes after paying while the clerk at the register was helping costumers and my food was ready and sitting on the side, and their chow-mein should be called chow-green how much salad they started adding it’s horrible this location will not see me anytime time soon.
Walked in before 8pm. Line out the door. Slow. Then I noticed the clown with the small dog under his arm ordering. Ain't no pet store. I walked. Bland and prices going up.
Charged alot, only got alil food, not sure doesnt seem worth the money spent, lady serving me skimped on servings, didnt even giva a reciept, quality of everything in United States has gone down while prices go up, im not sure thats how good business is done, food all tastes like old cooking grease, eggroll was burnt, thanks to the sauce the food was edible
Sorry guys,but it's not a large-size portion...it actually calls medium-size portion with shrimps.This portion does not correspond to the amount I paid. You have to respect customers money, why I paid 17$ for medium-size I still cannot understand.
Why they tie your bags shut for online orders: I got half a portion of beef, orange chicken was hard to bite thru and my chow mein was 90% veggies. I wouldn't know it was chow mein if I didn't order it. All noodles just on top! Did I get whatever because I didn't see them make my plate? It was NOT the end of night. 3 customers ordering when I went in to pick up. 11 days & no reply to a complaint online. I found Mr Chow makes better chow mein.
I know that one doesn't go to Panda Express for authentic, great Chinese food but it is usually reasonably good and the prices aren't too bad. The wife and I have been to Panda's all over and the experience you get is pretty much the same. Well we've been to both of the ones here in Morgan Hill and they both kinda suck. Not sure why but the food always seems like it's been sitting too long or something. Tonight we decided to come in because it was 9pm and many of the restaurants in Morgan Hill shut down about that time. I looked at Panda's website and it said that this one was open until 10pm. Great, we've got an hour before they close! Well we walk in the door at 9:06 and about half of the dishes are either empty or look like they've been there WAY too long. The beef dish I was looking to get had about 3 pieces of meat in the tray that looked like beef jerky. I asked the guy at the counter if they were making more and he said the the cook told him that they weren't making any more food. I get it, it's a Saturday night, you're teenagers and you want to go home and party or play video games or something. Also no one likes to waste food. But gimme a break it's about an hour before closing! The kid tells me that they usually shut the kitchen down about 45 minutes before closing. I look at my watch and it is now 9:07pm. I say, "It's not 45 minutes before closing it's only 9:07." He says, "Look I'm just telling you what the cook said." Not only that but look at the picture I took. The beef had obviously been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. So basically they like to shut down about an hour and a half before closing. So I turned around and walked out. I can understand if it was 9:45 or even 9:30. But it was 9:07!!! You don't close for another 53 minutes! Customers should be able to get the food they want and not be forced to eat something that's been sitting on the steam table for half an hour! This is unacceptable. Not only will I never go to this Panda Express ever again, I will probably not go to ANY Panda again!

The young woman being trained was very nice. BUT, when I heard her boss say, "this is how you treat these people!" the rest of my experience went down hill from there... I'll NEVER go back. It had nothing to do with my race, it was just unhappy people serving me/you. If they hate you before you come in the door, what have they done to our food?
Online order indicated it would be ready at 6:20. I stood around until 6:45. Lady at the register could NOT HAVE CARED LESS that our orders were so delayed, and had an attitude on top of it. I will NEVER go there again!
if you see a manager names Jeanne working in a black shirt DO NOT ORDER! she will give you the smallest portions even though you pay extra for "premium" proteins! i got one piece of chicken when i ordered the chicken teriyaki, then when i questioned the portion size she ignored me and continued to walk to the back left corner to her computer.

Usually fine eating here but 2/26/26 we ate here and my entire family got food poisoning.

Manager skipped over me for 7 online orders. What on earth is wrong with this place. I will never return to this place or any other location because you clearly don’t care about people who order in person. Trash management. Trash establishment. Trash objectives.
