We are are here one day while staying on a nearby beach, and we loved it so much we came back three more times. The breakfast menu is outstanding and the coffee is among the best I've had anywhere in the world. Don't miss this place if you are driving down past Mulege!

Welcoming beach cafe with tasteful decor, pleasant indoor and outdoors seating and an excellent menu. Not cheap but all the same reasonably priced. Visited a few times two years ago and was still recognized by name. Nomadico operates a coffee roast and so serves excellent coffee also. This is clearly my favorite restaurant in the Sea of Cortez so forgive my one-sided review.

Cute little place on the beach. Very relaxing, clean, beach-cozy interior. Food is delicious. I had smoked tuna tostada, a beer, and a chai latte. Good coffee drinks and artisinal roasted coffee and baked goods.

We went here for lunch and it was awesome! The coffee and margaritas were perfect and we had the ceviche which was also great. Definitely worth the stop! Beautiful view, beautiful space. They roast their own coffee beans. The owner is from Chiapas and he brings his coffee from all over Mexico and roasts it there. A must stop when visiting Mulege!

Quite possibly my favorite restaurant in Baja and easily the best anywhere near Bahia Concepcion. An oasis. A way station. The heartbeat of the bay with great food and even better coffee!

Una incredibile sorpresa. Nel deserto, vicino alla spiaggia, abbiamo trovato questo ristorante lounge con cibo e caffé eccellenti. Abbiamo infatti osato con diversi piatti a base di pesce crudo. Il locale é anche un coffee roaster. Ottimo anche il servizio. Assolutamente da provare, fosse solo per l'atmosfera da film.

One of my absolute favorite spots for food and drink in Baja! Truly one of the best! I have never had a bad meal or drink here. A must stop spot on your way down or up!

An unexpected gem. Great vibe, great service, and delicious coffee (we stopped in the morning for lattes, and came back in the afternoon for mochas!) we had the tuna tostada, sooo yummy. Our only complaint: they didn’t have tshirts in our size, so I guess we’ll just have to come back again.

Nous avons pris pour notre fils de deux ans des quesadillas au fromage avec aucun accompagnement et ils ont été facturé 250 pesos soit le prix d’un plat classique …. FANTASTIC coffee shop/bar/restaurant! Right on the beach. They just opened in December 2022. The owners are from Cholula Puebla in mainland Mexico and have a coffee roastery there, Nomadico. I had a swordfish quesadilla and craft beer from Cholula for dinner. Now I’m here for breakfast having an iced latte with 3 shots of espresso and a delicious crepe with ham, manchego and queso Chiapas. Sooo tasty! I’m camping nearby on my motorcycle and will have dinner and breakfast here again before I head south. This feels like a coffee shop/bar/restaurant from back home in Brooklyn was picked up and dropped on the beach in Baja. It’s just so good!

Legit amazing coffee. We SUPd over from Playa Cocos and worked up at appetite. Bought two bags of beans, ordered a bagel sandwich and a cappuccino. All were amazing.

This was the best coffee and ceviche we've had in Baja. The service was top-notch.

What a place ! This is perhaps the only place in the area to have a meal in a relaxed environment. A bit overpriced but considering how far are from town, this is understandable. Try the coffee in the morning, it is from the south of Mexico! If you feel like drinking a beer, try Loba, it is one of the best non commercial beers you can find in the peninsula .

The food is out of this world good considering the remote location. Mostly fish based dishes. These guys are leaders in conservation techniques. They use metal straws and give discounts if you bring your own cup to lessen environmental impact.

Adorable little coffee shop. We were staying at Playa Santispac but heard about this place and had to make a stop. We had a delicious iced chai and pineapple coconut smoothie. The wifi worked great and it was a great place to escape the sun for a bit.

Delicioso! El mejor café y el lugar espectacular. Es parada obligatoria. Encontrarán pocas cosas tan buenas en toda la Baja Sur.

Solo probamos las margaritas. Carísimas ALV ($180 mxn cada una). Precio para gringos. Pero muy ricas la verdad.

Pasamos por una bebida antes de salir hacia Loreto. Las bebidas estaban ricas, el personal fue muy amable y el ambiente es muy relajado y familiar. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver a tomar brunch o desayuno.

Lovely calm place. Mauricio is amazing; the best tuna sashimi I have ever eaten. My wife had their ceviche - amazing! Their coffee is from Oaxaca and also Chiapas. They roast it here and it is superb. The little bay is beautiful and it’s easy access off the main road. Go.

Wow, this was one of my very favorite meals in all of Baja! We were amazed to find such incredible flavors and variety in such a rural location. We had an impeccable margarita and feasted on the tostada de jurel, tuna sashimi and the hamburguesa de cameron, all while enjoying the stunning views on Burro Beach. The food amazed us, but a true highlight was chatting with the owners- beautiful and inspiring people! I loved learning about the homemade chocolate that goes into the baked goods; we bought brownies to go and savored every bite. I actually can’t stop thinking about those brownies and wish I could recreate them in my own kitchen! However, I don’t think it will be the same, so we will eagerly look forward to our next visit. !Muchísimas gracias, Nomadico, por una experiencia maravillosa!

This restaurant is amazing and friendly and they accommodated a group of 25+ of us for paella 🥘! Reserved in advance, of course. The paella was delicious, with fresh clams, shrimp, oysters, lobster, and probably way more. Also, craft beer, mezcal, wine, and more! The owners are two women who wanted to bring good coffee and their traditional food to this part of Mexico. We had a lot of fun with the owners and each other here. A nice surprise on a beautiful beach.

Excelente para comer frente a la playa

I was expecting a better experience when I visited this place. - At arrival, no one was available to take my order. When I saw a waitress and asked for a coffee, she said someone else needed to take my order. When I asked for the wifi password, she said I couldn't have it since I hadn't buy anything yet. - I was there with my well-behaved dog, I was told to keep it on a leash, which is understandable but there was a big dog loose inside on top of us all the time. When I complained about this, they just called the dog by name but it did nothing to improve the situation since the dog continued to come back. - I had a cinnamon roll which was as hard as a rock. I don't know how many days it has been on the shelf but it definitely wasn't fresh. Location is great and the internet is super fast but I'm not coming back.

I love what this place does and the coffee is good but the prices are EXTREMELY high. I’ve lived in Baja for a year and traveled all over and you will not find more expensive coffee anywhere. More expensive than Seattle or California and those are expensive too. I ordered a cortado, a smoothie , chilaquiles with a side of bacon, and it was $540mx/$31usd. Thats not even two meals. The smoothie alone is $9 usd and the cortado is $5.15. Cortados as standard throughout Baja are $55-$60. Yes, even at high end shops. Their regular latte was $120 = $6.87, for a regular latte! It was already expensive last year and now it’s out of reach. Menu photos are here are not the current priced. Good luck fellas. I can’t anymore. Every critical review here seems to have been responded to with defensiveness and upset at the reviewer so I expect that with mine too but these are the facts. Get your pricing within reason and this place would be a hit again. Until then, it’s a miss.

Great coffee along a beautiful place at the beach. We paid 7 (!!) USD for a regular double shot cappuccino, absurdly expensive for what they offer. They said it is because they care more about coffee than other coffee shops on Baja, but we had better coffee for more reasonable prices. Very sad and dissatisfying.

Was my go to. Came to order their coffe and a few things and my argentinian partner wanted to fill hot water for mate. No. Can i throw this cup away, no...everything was no. No. Well no, i wont be coming back. Wasnt sure if thia was racism because she was argentinian or what. Im gringo as they come but she speaks fluent spanish.

El restaurante esta muy bien diseñado, lastima que la comida no estaba buena a pesar que pagamos aproximadamente 600 pesos x dos órdenes de quesadillas “rellenas de atun” , que no estaban buenas. Habia una persona atendiendo y recién llegamos nos estacionamos a un lado del local y nos dijeron que no podíamos estacionarnos ahi , (no habia mas que un solo carro en el lugar). Cuando nos bajamos y entramos a Nomadico el muchacho que atendia teni dos a tres comensales americanos dentro del restaurante y nos dijo que la cocina estaba cerrada por que iban a fumigar. Honestamente teniamos mucha hambre y le pregunte si tenia algo para llevar a lo que nos dijo que unas quesadillas con atun que no estaban buenas y demasiado caras. Mi recomendación es que le echen ganas al sazon y tengan mejor servicio al cliente. Senti como que el show estaban medio clasista y no me senti comoda. Somos mexicanos y se siente la diferencia. Gracias
