One of Mulege's hidden gems. On main road that crosses the town heading to the Lighthouse. Food is amazing - Fish and Chips are Crispy and Flaky. Juan Carlos makes really good drinks and they have a great selection of National Beers and some canned craft beer. Carmen, the owner is an Amazing Lady - (Closed Tuesdays) Highly Recommended!!!

What a fun spot! Outdoor themed and on the river! Never had a bad time here. Drinks are poured well and Cheap. Beautiful area. I don’t know what else to say besides why are you not headed here? Add it to your list if you are going through the area!

Carlos' Racing Bar is a very unique place to enjoy a beer or grab some grub. From the great Bartender to the family that owns it you have a team that really enjoys showing their patrons a good time with good food to go with it. Their chicken salad is out of this world, the best salad i've had in Baja for sure. If you are craving a burger they do a great job on that as well as the fries. Something from the sea? Grab the coconut shrimp and dip it in one of their famous dips, pineapple habanero, wasabi ranch, or just classic ranch. Overall a great place to hang out and if you start talking to one of the locals you might learn some history or just gain a new friend. Pre-Covid Live music & dancing was a regular thing, huge potlucks and prime rib dinners bringing crowds of almost 100? Post-Covid Host of the "Buddies in a Boat" fishing tournaments 2021 Less tables than before Kegs of beer made by family in La Paz (if you are lucky it is amazing) Main focus is on cleanliness, food and drinks and waiting for entertainment to be allowed again.

The racing bar is one of my favorite places to hang out with friends. The bartender Juan Carlos is a great ambassador for the business and immediately makes you feel welcome. The owners Carmen and Bob are good people. My favorite things on the menu are the grilled chicken salad which is huge and full of veggies and also the fried zucchini.

I do not know why people eat here. This is some of the worst food in mulege and some of the most expensive. They take advantage of Americans- yet it seems all the Americans around pile in. $250 pesos for 6 shrimp plate.. both my girlfriend and I felt terrible the next few days after eating here. Margaritas are terrible. Everything is fried. Service is slow. Cheap frozen veggies, plastic chairs tables and cheap baskets they serve it in. We will not be coming back- la Huerta down the road is 50x better.
