Cánovas is known for its grilled food, so I recommend ordering any of their meat dishes (the quality is evident), in addition to their rice dishes and three varieties of fish. They also have a wide selection of appetizers, among which I particularly recommend the octopus, the small fried fish with mango salsa, and, in my opinion, the best: the grilled artichokes with ham shavings. I can't say much about the desserts, although they have a great variety. The service is excellent: friendly, polite, and attentive—a 10 out of 10.

This restaurant, located in Casillas, has a free, open-air dirt parking lot just a few meters away. We had a very good meal, both the appetizers and the main courses. They have a wide variety of dishes, and although we ordered different meats for our main courses, they were all delicious. The price was neither cheap nor expensive, but reasonable for the quality of the food. The service was excellent, and the timing between courses was just right. I highly recommend visiting.

A good place to go with children, as it has a ball pit for them to play in. Overall, everything was good. I couldn't have taken better photos, but I would recommend the assorted croquettes. The Russian salad was also good. As a starter, we also ordered a variety of cheeses and scallops, which were very good. For meat, the Iberian pork was also very good, and the hamburgers were a big hit. As for dessert, everything we ordered was very good: chocolate fondant and rice pudding.

Bad, could be much better. I didn't try everything on the menu, but of what I did try, the only good things were the octopus (tender and in large pieces) and the French toast (dessert). The scallops were tasteless, the beef croquette was frozen solid, and the prawns were inedible (two shrimp that felt heavy and came with a horrible mango sauce that tasted like strange syrup). Finally, regarding the meat, which we had already warned them we all liked well-done (except for one of us), they recommended we not order the mixed grill and instead order dishes to share with a hot plate so we could cook it to our liking. Big mistake. They brought out the meat medium-rare, and we could barely eat it. To top it all off, when I went outside for a smoke, one of the employees slammed the edge of the huge door into my arm. He apologized once and excused himself by saying he was opening it to air things out (despite the freezing cold in the dining room). My arm is now bruised from the tremendous blow, and I would never go back there. We gave him €180 for the €177 bill, and he didn't even give us change. Unbelievable! He probably thought we were leaving him a tip because of the terrible food we had. A dreadful and expensive experience!
