Great ice cream! We've always seen Braum's when traveling out of state. We decided give it a try and happy to have tried. I had the small Heath mix shake and loved it. Hubby had a chocolate shake and loved it... other family members had mint-n-chip ice cream (yummy), etc. All was delicious!

Very friendly and willing to work hard in order to make you feel like your important. Not just another “ customer”. Always a good crowd but I assume that’s just a compliment. If nobody liked it here, I would venture to guess it would always be empty instead. My wife and I love going here. She likes the single strawberry shortcake sundae.

Great ice cream, love the frozen yogurt!!! They have A2 milk cheaper than the 52oz fairlife & you get an entire gallon. I miss their 2 for $6 milk sales

So many people getting ice cream that day. I ate a burger combo and was served quickly and had a reasonable time for food service. They had so many folks getting ice cream that I worried for a bit , but my order was taken separately from the ice cream line and made from a dedicated hot food crew. Everything was great, and like most locations, I'll be happy to return to this one next time I'm up this way!

I haven't been in awhile, and honestly don't think of Braums when it comes to burgers. But I went with my son and we both got their special - double cheeseburger, good size french fry and a chocolate shake -$8.99. That's pretty good pricing these days. And everything was really good!

We love Braum's and this location is clean and friendly. It's always a fun time at Braum's for my kids and I. The service was good and they have NFC digital pay... I used Samsung Pay.

The parking lot was crowded, but we decided to go in anyway because Braums is good. The line to order went to the door but moved quickly. Every time I worka night shift I stop by on my way home to stay awake , I go in and have a breakfast platter it is good I always double the eggs, the food is fresh quick and super hot. People don't know this is the most affordable place to eat but its always busy , they have bags of burgers for under 8 bucks , they have bags of sausage biscuits for under 8 bucks, and the best deal ever bags of breakfast burritos for under 8 bucks......hands down best ever

Braum's store on FM544 in Wylie is very nice. Their standard fare is usually a good value and the specials are awesome. I love milk shakes but as age has encroached I have been forced to seek lower fat options. Today I tried an Orange Freeze in lieu of a higher calorie milkshake. The medium orange freeze was only about four bucks and was tasty and filling. Definitely a good buy and perfect on a hot day. This is my new favorite COLD drink.

I’ve been visiting Braun’s since I was a kid, and this location does everything right. The nostalgia of the grocery section and ice cream line gets me every time. I know many feel the same as I often see a full line in the drive thru. We visited today for an ice cream sundae, french fries, and limeade - all the necessities! My partner ordered mint chocolate chip on a waffle cone, which I tasted and was delicious on a fresh waffle cone. I ordered a two scoop hot fudge sundae with pecans, cherries, and cream. I figured this out a few years ago that this is the perfect ice cream for a sundae as you get cherries throughout and not just the one on top! I would’ve liked more hot fudge, but I generally get more than enough so I just chalked this up to a. off day. The fries came out hot and just crispy enough - perfect with ketchup. The limeade could’ve used an extra shot of the sweet syrup, but it was crisp, refreshing, and hit the spot, so didn’t take away from the experience. The restaurant was clean, there was plenty of seating, and everything satisfied my craving. The customer service was beyond exceptional. 10/10 will be back!!

Friendly staff, and generally clean and well kept. They always offer reliable service, the banana shakes are awesome, and the drive through is pretty quick. I occasionally need to wait for someone to go over to the grocery section to check out, but never very long

We’re suckers for their banana split; butter pecan ice cream, chocolate syrup, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. And their bacon cheeseburger and fries are great, although my waistline hasn’t allowed me to have this for a couple of years now, someday.

Always good food and great ice cream. Their biggest downfall is they don't keep the tables very clean after someone leaves and I end up having to do it before my family sits down. Sometimes the staff at the register or where they set down your order to be picked up are not too friendly and occasionally rude, but we go there for food and ice cream.

Updating my original 3 star review to a 4 star review, along with my reasoning. Braums now offers to put all ice cream orders in a bag, especially if they see there are multiple orders, but only one person in the vehicle. The staff are always friendly as well. I am only giving 4 stars and not 5 because they could improve on the stinginess (is this even a word?) of their ice cream. Sometimes my husband & I order our ice cream & the portion is great! Sometimes, the ice cream is only filled halfway (of that much) to capacity. I do realize that they have a hiring sign out & have taken that into consideration, but working on portion training would also help. My husband & I come here at least once a month for "date night" or just if one of us has had a rough day, we know the other will surprise the other half with a sweet treat! We love the ice cream, burgers, prices & the staff here! ORIGINAL 2020: Love their ice cream, but for some reason when we're in the drive thru, we always have to ask for bags. It could be 1 or 2 people in the car & we've ordered 5 items & they want to hand us them all individually in open containers. I'd rather they just ask, do you need a bag/lid for your items?

I love the food, ice cream, and market here. Milk is awesome. Ice cream is always reasonably priced and tasty!!! Only reason for 4 stars is cleanliness is not always up to par. I know right now they are probably short staffed, so hopefully it will get better.

We recently stopped here just for ice cream. There was a good selection, and the ice cream was good. The service was kinda lackluster, but they got the job done. Is all ice cream in Texas this affordable? Back in MN, it's two or three times as much for a scoop.

I feel like someone snuck in some burger rub. typically, braums hamburgers are on the blandish side, you go for the shakes and ice cream really. But this burger was different it was so flavorful it caught us off guard. I dunno if we got lucky it's my first time at this braums location but I have to say I really enjoyed my burger that day.

I'vr just recently discovered how good Brahms is. Especially like the crispy chicken club sandwich. The fries are really good and they start at $2. I don't eat ice cream but I think that it's more real than most places . the shakes are for sure. Oh yeah if you get a combo you can get a shake with it for the same price as getting a soft drink. If I liked them I do it. Everything on the menu is fresh and cheaper than the going rate. I like that have other grocery products too that I sometimes go in and purchase.

Braum's ice cream was fantastic! The caramel sundae topped with nuts was especially delicious, and I also enjoyed their frozen yogurt. The place was clean and well maintained, with about six staff members on duty during my visit. I went back for some extra nuts, and the staff kindly gave me a generous portion in an additional cup. It's a great spot for families, with plenty of seating available for families!!

My goto store for Millk. They open early in the morning and close late, which gives me a lot of convenience Beside milk, they have ice cream, burgers, fresh produce, and other misc food items. They do have a drive-through option if you're not interested to step our of your vehicle

There were 6 employees preparing orders for the drive thru while there were 2 up front (one for food, one for ice cream) that were taking and preparing orders. Unfortunately, we waited 20 minutes to order with only one group ahead of us. But we love braums! Maybe just through the drive thru from now on...

Ladies at the counter wasn't helpful. Just started at me and me wife like why were we in here. Purchased a one scoop ice cream and asked for hot fudge and was told I'd have to pay for a sundae. Told them thank you on the way out and they didn't respond back. How rude. Will never visit that location again.

Listen, I love Braums, but sometimes I have issues with my orders. I'm not sure if it is the quality of the technology and it's hard to hear customers, if it's a poor training situation, or that is mostly young kids working there, but expect to repeat your order several times at each window and maybe still not get what you ordered. I've ordered the same thing many times - shout out to the candy mixes! - and now know the correct order to specify the items. Be prepared to be patient and repetitive, and you'll get some great food or ice cream! Everyone is super friendly and even apologetic, but the order is often incorrectly prepared. I personally find it all kind of funny and take what I'm given, enjoying the uncertainty and surprise of the experience.

It's average. The prices are really affordable but the employees are not approachable. It was a Sunday when we ate there early morning. And when we got ready to go I made another breakfast order to take home to my sister and they did not get the order right at all I told her several times to substitute bacon for the sausage because my sister does not eat sausage. When she finally acknowledge me and made the food it was wrong. She still gave sausage instead of bacon 🥓 but I was already home so I just left it alone.

It was my first visit. The ice cream selection is awesome. I bought sherbert from the store part them ordered food. The burgers were OK but I only say that because I usually don't eat fast food. I'd go back for the icecream.

I've been a fan of Brahms Ice Cream for a while now, and there are several reasons why. First, I really appreciate that they support and hire high school students during the summer as their first job. It's great to see a local business investing in the youth of our community. The store is NOT always clean!!! I wish they clean it more often especially the tables However, also I wish they would carry dairy-free ice cream options, especially in 2024 when many people are looking for dairy alternatives.

So, this store was disgusting. Everything was so dirty. The staff serves the same item to 2 people in completely different sizes even though we ordered the same thing in the same size. They were not friendly and even made me feel bad for asking for a bit more topping since the person who made mine didn't put much on it. They were just not good at all with people/ customer service. The ice cream was good, but again, mine was really small compared to the person I was with. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place just based on how dirty the ice cream serving area was. It tastes good, but I'd get ice cream somewhere else where they're trained in customer service and just with people in general.

Place has gone down hill quickly. It looks like someone used the same dirty rag and water to wipe down the whole place, including bathrooms. Not acceptable at any kind of restaurant.

So everything else about this place is great. From the food to the workers, but my only biggest concern was the hygiene of the restaurant. When I got first inside, I noticed that some tables weren’t yet wiped/still had trash and had stains with drink spills on the seats. Even after we got our orders and left, those same tables and chairs hadn’t been wiped down, and we were there for roughly 45 minutes while eating and chatting. It wasn’t very busy and whether they were understaffed that day is up for debate, but even then, I was moreso appalled by the sight of one of the bathrooms. Sure I shouldn’t expect too much from fast food restaurant bathrooms, but theirs was abysmal. All the toilet bowls had dark stains (which I don’t wanna imagine what they’re made of) beneath and by the mess of things, it looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for at least a couple of hours or more.

Sundae was good, but the staff member I talked to didn’t know the ingredients in it & told me to look at the picture of it on the wall when I asked.

They leave their ice cream freezers open and serve very soft ice cream. The restaurant and restrooms were untidy and dirty.

Every time I get a hand packed pint of ice cream from here it's never full it looks more like 2 scoops of ice cream I really feel like I'm being cheated I've actually started buying 2 just to feel like I have one. I literally just opened this. Haven't had a bite yet.

Terrible service when making sundaes including their banana split. Once my bananas were completely sour and not ripe and there is a strawberry jam that they put on my sundae that tastes really bad. Additionally, the sundae was very poorly made and it ruined my t-shirt. I have been going to this location for the past 10 years and recently they have not been serving as properly as they were before.

Yesterday, I visited this location via the drive-thru for the fourth time. Despite previous incorrect orders, I hadn't spoken up until now due to the treatment I received. Upon realizing my order was wrong again upon reaching home, I decided to return to have it corrected. Back at the drive-thru, I ordered the same thing and, at the first window, explained the situation to the attendant and handed over my order. The attendant summoned the manager, who asked what was wrong. Instead of an apology, he suggested I come inside next time for a consistent order, to which I explained my preference for the drive-thru. He instructed me to proceed to the second window. Although my order was ready when I reached it, I did have to request an adjustment, which was taken care of. Dissatisfied with the service at the first window, I inquired about the manager's name from the younger attendant at the second window. He seemed hesitant to answer, but eventually revealed it as Drew. Drew decided to approached the window even though I did not request him nor his assistance, so I recounted my previous incorrect orders, but he appeared indifferent and deflected by asking about napkins. Notably, Drew's badge identified him as the manager but lacked a name. Despite this, I drove off, feeling unsettled by the experience, prompting me to leave this review. It was evident that the younger staff seemed intimidated by him. Braum's, as a prominent food chain, your staff should be better trained in customer service, and employees should never feel hesitant to provide their manager's name. #DOBETTER

My god the drive through takes forever, was in the drive through for almost 30 mins.

First off, the kitchen was filthy. We ordered and this guy was making our order( no problem with him) he was very kind and respectful. But what made me walk out and cancel my order was the girl. She was wearing gloves and touched a million things and than she went and put her hand in the water they leave the ice cream scoopers in. She rinsed off her hand while having the glove on and continued working. She looked me dead in the eye and just continued without changing her gloves or anything and than she used the scooper that was in that water. So I canceled my order and I apologized to the guys because he had nothing to do with and I told him what she did and he said he understood. I have to say I’ve been to many braums locations and this is the worst and most disgusting experience and this location particularly needs better management because it’s clear there is none. The place is filthy the worker was just plain nasty. What’s crazy is she heard me tell him the situation and she looked me dead in the face and continued using those gloves didn’t bother to change them. This location is nasty.

Stopped by to get some fries. The inside didn't look too busy, but everyone was running back and forth. I have waited for 10 minutes by the register, but no one has helped me so I left

Unfortunately, This place was unbelievably dirty! Dirty tables. Sticky chairs. Filthy floors full of food and trash. Don't even think of washing your hands in the bathroom. If you're there at any time after 5 or 6, you will have to deal with this. My guess is that they wait till closing time before they start any cleaning. Service is below average.

Went in for ice cream, was the only one's in line and waited 5 mins before anyone came to ask what we needed. That was ok, I get being busy. But then they only got 1 of ours (family of 4) started and then was helping the people behind us. Got all theirs and let them go check out at other register and still was waiting on ours. Then the icing on the cake here.. one of the workers went to make my cookie and m&m Sundae, and the worker is grabbing cookies with his bare hands with no gloves to make my sundae. I pointed it out to get it remade before he continued. After we finally got our ice cream, we're waiting to pay and they are getting everyone else's and my sons ice cream is melting by this time, so we just go sit to eat it. The fact we had to go back after we ate to make sure we paid for it because nobody bothered to check us out was crazy. It was the worst process I've ever been through trying to get ice cream. It's definitely not worth it.

My family and I went here to get some ice cream. I stood there waiting to get service. As their staff was doing drive thru orders only I guess. Finally after 10 minutes waiting. Finally got service. My son got a Sunda that was made wrong. I got yogurt ice cream that tastes weird and off. Wife Sunda was made wrong. Failure all the way.

Went there yesterday as I had gift cards for this place. Stood in the line for 30 mins to get 2-3 cups of ice cream/ yogurt. Kids at billing replaced the yogurt cup as it wasn’t even half cup and machine ran out. Finally, we decided to taste yogurt /ice cream after taking serious looks at it . We did taste their limeade which has 3 time more sugar than regular. All I can say is I’m never going back there.

Wow. Thought we'd have a burger on new year's eve. 8 booths empty in the dining room and all 8 filthy and trashed. Had to wet napkins just to clean a table just to sit. 7 people I can see behind the register, all standing around chatting like there is nothing to do. The Condiment area is trashed and disgusting around the drinks and ketchup. Soda is dried and sticky on the floor but I guess it's supposed to be okay since they took the trouble to put out a wet floor sign instead of mopping it. Will not be back.

I went to the drive through at store number 112 in Murphy on September 17th 2024. From the beginning I could tell all they were trying to do was rush me through and get me out of their faces. They did not really take time to listen and see what I was wanting as I had a specific way I wanted my burger made. When I asked the cashier if it was going to be the way I wanted, she could not answer and it did not bother to go find out. Then when I asked for 3 barbecue sauces for my order at the pick-up window, the manager in the window handed me 2 and then slammed the window shut and ran off. I got back to my work only to find out there was a squashed fly right on the side of my shake. I feel that this location is more concerned with their dwell times more than the accuracy or satisfaction of their customers. I will not be back. This is my first and my last time coming this Brahm's.

I come to Braum’s pretty often, but my experience with one employee has been consistently unpleasant. Every time I come in, Rafael looks at me with visible disgust and speaks to me in a rude tone. As a regular customer, it’s disappointing to feel unwelcome at a place I visit frequently. Customer service should be respectful, and this kind of attitude makes the experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this so customers are treated better in the future.

My order sat on the counter for 15+ minutes before they realized it was mine, after 4 workers asked me if I had been helped and I replied “yes, just waiting on my order.” Didnt even get a sorry. Just some cold food Togo. I love Braums, but this was disappointing.

We placed a delivery order at 9:15PM from this location. At 10:10PM we were notified that our order has been cancelled from Braun’s because they are closed. But the store doesn’t close until 10:45PM, that’s what the timing schedule shows. This is really sad and bad customer service and the management needs to take responsibility for their actions. I’d never order from this place again.

Wife ordered chicken strips that turned out to be completely raw. When showed to the staff, they just stated they were sorry and moved on. A big corporation like Braums should really make sure this doesn’t happen as people can get sick.
