The Shamrock Irish Pub and Eatery is a fantastic spot that truly brings the spirit of Ireland to life! The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and full of energy, making it a great place to enjoy traditional Irish food and drinks. The portions are generous, and the flavors are out of this world—whether it's the rich shepherd's pie, the crispy and delicious boxty, or the hearty bangers and mash, every dish is made to impress. The full bar offers a great selection, including whiskey, Guinness, and a large drink menu. Plus, the frequent live bands and entertainment make every visit a memorable experience. Definitely worth a visit!

Can't ever say enough good things about Shamrock!! The fish and chips is my go to the portions are huge and the fish is delicious the batter is perfect and soo flavorful with the perfect tartar sauce. My husband flip flops between a few different things but this time he got the poutine and it's delicious and as you can see cheesy as well and my daughter got a simple burger or so one would think but there was nothing simple about the flavor it was delicious and with how juicy it was well maybe they should have a famous fast food burger chains former slogan about if something not getting all over the place it not belongings in yer pie hole!! Never disappointed when we come here and the staff is friendly especially after a pint or 2!!

Great food and vibe. The corned beef and cabbage is delicious! The pretzel is pretty dang good, too. Speaking of corned beef, the corned beef egg roll appetizer is pretty amazing.

A great pub with traditional Irish food that will leave you wanting more. We found this place while driving thru the parking lot after shopping. This place has a nice Irish atmosphere, live Irish bands, and some delicious Irish dishes. The food prices are very reasonable but forewarned traditional Irish food is very heavy. Also their service was stellar! A very warm welcoming atmosphere!

The food here is really good. Everything seemed really freshly made and delicious. My server was honestly the best service I've had in a long time. She was really great with my son and convo with the table. We had to try the fish and chips because it's there #1. The fish pieces are huge chunks of cod and super tasty fries. We will come back to try the rest of the menu.

They give large portions of food which are tasty! Our waiter took my drink when I was still sipping the little amount at the bottom and then argued with me that it had so little left in it. He brought me a small drink supposedly like mine that tasted horrible.

We have been in Winchester for over 2 years and finally decided to try this spot. The food was tasty, we enjoyed it. Service from Kelsie was wonderful, this review is not against her whatsoever. She greeted us and kept checking in and was happy to engage. Once she clocked out and the owners were sitting at the bar near us, we did not exist to the rest of the staff. We wanted to order dessert, and I wanted to get a whisky flight. We did not have an opportunity for either. You would think that with the owners sitting there a high focus on the patrons would be the priority foe the staff. Quite the opposite. Everyone wanted to chat up and impress the owners. We decided to leave quietly. Hopefully this resonates.

Hello I tried to get served inside this pub and it was very rude custom I had maybe 2 pints of Guinness and they gave me out a thing called the Irish spice bag definitely wasn’t Irish definitely wasn’t spicy. Also I found a big black hair inside the food, I tried telling them about it and they kicked me out which I am Baldy, so I have no hair. Also seen the waitress walking back out from the bathroom with white substance around his nose when I confronted him, he wiped it automatically start laughing also over me confronting him, the whole pub was against me we were no more welcomed

Terrible experience. The guy working behind the bar clearly didn’t want customers at all. His attitude was awful from the start — rude, dismissive, and acting like serving people was a hassle. On top of that, he refused to accept my valid English ID, even though I’m here on holiday. Instead of explaining anything politely, he spoke to me with zero respect and made the whole situation uncomfortable. This was my first time trying to enjoy an American bar, and he completely ruined the experience. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone visiting from overseas.
