Great for kids and family fun
They did great accommodating our low carb lifestyle. My love ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, no bun, with lettuce wrap bun, all sauces on the side, and no tomato. I ordered the double daves burger, no bun, lettuce wrap bun, no tomato, all sauce on side. They came out perfect and as ordered. side note, I accidentally ordered her the spicy chicken sandwich at first which came out breaded. I let them know and they gladly remade the sandwich to the grilled portion even though it was my fault. Great service at this location
Wendy’s app is great for a bucket of Chili when you need a quick fix for family or game night treat!!! Who doesn’t love this chili!!??!!
My food tasted fine. It seemed as though the employees were either not properly trained or didn't care about the customers. Either way, the 3 orders before mine were wrong and customers weren't too happy. My meal was also wrong (I ordered the double bacon burger and the bacon was missing). This wasn't a big deal because they gave me the bacon but 4 wrong orders in a row is probably a problem... Proper employee training should be a priority for the management.
You can’t go wrong with a frosty from Wendy’s! I love dipping my nuggets and fries in them. Don’t knock it till you try it!
We love going to the Wendy's off the 215 freeway and Murrieta Hot Springs! The staff is friendly and courteous everytime. They get our order right every time! Other establishments should be more like them with their customer service! Good job!
1st time at this location food was nice and fresh. My soda was flat thats okay though. The girl at the register was very friendly I didn't get a receipt so I don't know her name. Everyone working hard due to be understaffed which is common for these days due to the pandemic. The dining room is open for take out only. People should have common sense and realize that it's not the employees fault for being understaffed so have some patience and don't curse them out or raise your voice if you are that hungry stay home and cook
I had a great experience today at Wendy's. I got to the drive-thru line and it was PACKED! Understandable for the dinner time rush. I got up to the order box, placed my order, got my food, drove home, and everything was perfect and it only took 10 minutes to get our food. Our orders of spicy chicken nuggets were perfectly cooked, still hot, fries were fresh, and the chocolate frosty was ready to have fries dipped in it and enjoyed. Hopefully this Wendy's can strive to always put out this quality of food. We shall see next time! 10/10 would recommend.
This is by far my favorite Wendy's staff is always so friendly it's always clean and the food tastes great their customer service is great.

The new salted caramel Frosty is to die for! It was so delicious and I finished it on my way home and it was only 5 minutes away! I got a large too! Will definitely be coming back for the salted caramel Frosty for sure!
Went twice to this location in March to get breakfast. The new Wendy's breakfast is really good. Service was pleasant and quick. Food took a few minutes since it was cooking, so not a big deal at all. Fresh and tasty. Location clean and everyone I interacted with was friendly and positive. Will return.
Place was super busy. I made a mistake on my order, Bernice the manager was happy to help and she made sure I got the correct frostee. Great customer service!
Whoever hired Quincy did an amazing job and has excellent taste. He had such positive energy when I enter the drive thru today. He made me and my car extremely happy and we will be coming back to this location just to be around the positivity. I’m not sure how much he gets paid but give that young man a promotion or raise. Quincy thank you so much for making our experience here so much better.
Amazing team, they very generously helped me out when I made a mistake with a mobile order. I had ordered food to the wrong store, but they went ahead and just made the order for me here instead so I didn't have to run to another store, or have to redo things in the app. Super appreciate the team and manager there.
I rarely would write a review on a fast food spot, but I was highly impressed with the manager, the way he ran things, the way he talked to his employees and the customer service of the whole place. It impressed me enough to write a review. So whoever you have running the place, give that guy a raise:)
Omg! I’ve never had a better tasting single burger. The bun was crisp and the way it was wrapped was perfect and not great on the outside. Attention to detail was on points Who ever was in the kitchen killed this thing. If only it was that delicious every time. Bought on 8/14/25 @ 11:02 am! Good work to the cook!!!!
I like Wendy’s for its good value and tasty food. On July 16, 2025 in the evening, the drive-through worker was super awesome and friendly! Didn’t catch his name, but it was a young man with dark curly hair and a big smile. I was feeling exhausted after a long day at jury duty and he really brightened my day with his friendliness and quick service.
I love their chili here! 😋 The servers are fast and friendly. My card did not have the amount to cover the charge. The young lady at the register did not look at me sideways or act like I'm an inconvenience. I appreciated that kindness.
Jonathan greeted us and took our order, he double checked the order for accuracy by reading it back to us before we paid. The wait wasn’t that long for a little lunch rush, once we got our food everything was perfect ! And while we sat there eating our meal Jonathan cleaned all the open tables in the restaurant while multi-tasking by greeting new customers, dropping what he was doing to go take their orders and then going back to make sure the rest of the tables were clean. After that he came by to each table dining in to see how their food was and if they needed anything else ( us included ) Overall the best fast food experience we’ve had in so long, thank you !
Wendy’s is a great dine in or take out fast food restaurant. The food is fantastic and the quick service is great. Been eating at Wendy’s since the 70’s. And the best thing about Wendy’s if you didn’t know their burger patties are made fresh and 100% beef. Wendy also have a healthy menu with salads that are delicious. And the chili taste homemade just wish the serving containers were as large as they use to be…the chili is so delicious make you want to get orders. I would highly recommend this fast food restaurant.
One of the best Wendy's locations I have been to. However, it's sad they don't serve their normal food when they open. No one I know wants Wendy's breakfast. This is not McDonald's and they shouldn't structure their business model after it until it has a following. They lost my business that day because they were only serving their (sorry but gross) breakfast. I used to work for Wendy's for many years and we opened at the same time and served the regular food. Not a good move
Usually pretty good. Went through the drive throu, Order #1 combo, with an additional #1 only the burger, and a kids cheese burger. Should have cked the bag before leaving. They missed one of the orders. Had to go back inside. Suggest that the pay window repeat your order before you pay. Some how what was on the screen when I ordered, didn't make it to the pay window. What I payed wasn't my complete order. Other then that, the food was great, hot and juicy burgers, and hot Fries.
My daughter wanted to try wendys milkshake, and she said it tasted like a frozen slushy kinda hard to sip with the straw
This location doesn't allow for in person ordering in the lobby so I can only speak of my drive thru experience. It appeared clean and the cashier was great. Very friendly. Our food was good, they did mess up our order but it turned out fine anyway. Fries were hot and chicken was cooked perfectly.. not overly done like at other locations.
Got the Big Bag. Great deal. Service was ok. They were rushing to get orders out and not paying attention to the small details. They were nice though. Manger was in the mix. I love that.
Double Daves hamburger was great. The fries were hot but they were awful! Just a few normal fries and the rest were these small pieces. Had to throw out 75 percent. Please give us all good fries not just a few with the rest lousy small little pieces.
I went through the drive thru and got the spicy chicken nuggets. Took it home to eat and they had mixed in normal nuggets with the spicy. Which would’ve been ok if they weren’t underdone. The frosty was good as always but their big size wasn’t as big as I thought. Overall it was a pretty mid experience
The staff were friendly but kept getting our orders wrong but were nice when we corrected them. The dining area was mostly clean and comfortable. The cashier that took our order asked us how the food was before we left so that was a pleasant experience for a fast food restaurant.
It's fast food. It's Wendys. I think its a hit and miss. The food is fine but service and the lobby can be the miss. When we came in, not greeted at all. Even the customers after us were not greeted. There was a male at the register too busy with what was on his phone than helping any one what so ever. Not until the manager came around did we get help but not by the male. There was another female who was working the cash register, the manager and her were both very friendly and helpful. The lobby is a mess though. There is trash here and there. Tables were not being cleaned. Peopled left their food trays with trash on the tables.
We went on Veterans Day and and walked in to the dining area where it is open to order your food, but strangely it's NOT open for dining in the dining area… The staff was friendly but slow. Prices are usual now and high considering the quality is down and value per dollar is down. Nothing special about the food mediocre at best which is sad because we loved Wendy's. But its fallen like too many other fast food places in poor/under staffing , poor quality and smaller portions per dollar.
Extremely slow service, when we pulled up to the window only two people were working on a Friday night. They seem to be working very hard so I don't think it's their fault that the line was so slow, obviously they should have had more people. The food was good but the extremely long wait took away from the experience.
Would have been worse except 1 employee saved it. They kept saying they were out of stuff and one kid kept saying he would search for whatever it was. Ranch dressing, milk, knives. Others said out, he found them for us.
They kicked me out of Wendy’s for staying there too long. I know it’s against their rules..to have a maximum wait period in the lobby but I don’t drive what do they want me to do ? Restaurant hopping till I find the place to stay at ? Manager kicked me out because I was staying there for a long time. I know it’s their restaurant, their rules but they cannot suspect just because a person is staying there for a long time doesn’t mean that person will cause any harm . I find it very disrespectful & horrible customer service. I just wish & hope these fast food restaurants doesn’t have to be so cruel & based on the customers timing .

Usually I don't have complaints, food is always hot and fresh, the price tho makes it even out so never review... Until now. I paid almost 30 dollars for them to give me the wrong frosty. Pumpkin spice is not what I ordered. And they didn't put my fries in my bag. So no fries and wrong frosty that I hated. Over 5 bucks basically they took me for. Not happy.
I honestly wonder if the workers read the orders at all. Confirms sauce at the windows, wrong sauce in the bag. Order says no ice in drinks, all drinks have ice. Ultimately not the worst, but it's basic reading comprehension.
Most of the time our orders are correct but they were off this time. Ordered 3 biggie bags, 2 with BLT Crispy Chicken and 1 with Bacon double stack. Received 3 JR cheeseburgers instead and they were TINY! Got charged $8 for each bag, but received the contents of the $5!! Robbery! Oh and fyi they add $1 for special nuggets (honey BBQ, garlic Parm). Always check your order before leaving.
There are never enough employees to handle the customers. And those that do work there don't know anything about customer service. I won't be back there for a long time. Will drive further to another wendys. The one off Hot Springs is terrible.
Probably this should be a 1 star review but the food wasn't terrible, just the service. The drive through line wasn't moving at all so we decided to go inside. The staff had the dull lifeless look of fast food worker zombies who hate their job. The atmosphere of discontent was palpable. The apparent manager occassionally barked a terse directive but otherwise seemed entirely disinterested in helping the operation run more smoothly. The manager did approach the front to help when an opposite gender individual who they apparently knew came in. We waited to an extent that fast food no longer applies and watched as drive thru customers had to enter to have their order fixed. Needless to say, I can clog my arteries with a lot of different types of food and won't bother doing so here again.
Food is fine, IF you get the right order. Check your bags before you walk away from the counters or drive thru. Every time I come here there's always something wrong with the order and it's not until you unwrap the sandwiches/burgers that you noticed you were given the wrong order.

The service was very polite but the food is downright awful. Everything just tastes like burnt oil. Even the fries just tasted of burnt oil, not even like potatoes.
This location is ALWAYS so slow. You could be second in line and it will take at least 15minutes… food is the same as every-other Wendy’s but I recommend another location with faster and better service. Once the lady couldn’t hear me, I repeated myself 4 times before being told to come to the window to order. Once I asked for the 5 for $5 and was individually charged…
Why is service extremely S-L-O-W when there is hardly a walk-in, the most business comes from drive-thru volume where i witnessed 4×, were a stack of 15 vehicles during peak hours? So why does it take 5+ minutes per car? One instance, we decided to leave the long drive-thru line and walk-in instead. There were 3 people ahead of us inside, waiting for their order. It took 15 minutes for the guy in front of us to receive his bag of hamburger. The personnel ignored us, we stood there waiting for 20 minutes. By the time we received our orders, 15 minutes later just like the guy who came before us - we discovered they gave us the wrong hamburger. We ordered a triple baconator, they gave us triple without the bacon. We called it in, the personnel who answered said we only need to show up with the receipt. The following day we showed up - the front door is CLOSED. When we called, the phone was off the hook. We had no choice but to go to Drive-Thru... it had only 5 cars in line at that time. Incredibly, it took 30 minutes for us to reach the "ordering mic" where the staff taking the order said, we cannot get our triple baconator because it was already ordered. - - - in SUMMARY - - - please explain how you're taking 5+ minutes per car, mess up the order, then have an attitude against customers who were very patient enough to stay in line just to give you their business? And this is with a very low volume of customers, how will you perform when there's no more lockdown, and walk-ins plus drive-thru customers are flowing in? Change of management or change of personnel or re-training?
This is not FAST food after 8pm. 3 times I’ve been here, once with customers ahead of me in the drive through. Fed up this time, no one in line 20mins with a mobile order. 10 mins plus at the menu speaker and close to another 10 at the window 🤔. This location is just crazy inefficient.
Forgot our shake, and the iced coffee was not what I ordered. The food tasted good and plenty of parking but bunch of the order was in order or missing. Please check on these been going for years now.
Man they are slowwww at this location. The employees are nice but they always look lost and are bickering. Expect a 30+ min wait for your food everytime.
Staff was very rude. The woman on the headset kept cutting me off while i was speaking then she'd ask me to repeat what I said. The staff didn't put my receipt in the bag and the fries taste stale and look over cooked.
They made my Apple Pecan salad wrong and forgot the blue cheese and didn't think to give me a spoon with my frosty. Instead there were 3 forks in my bag for some reason.
We like Wendy's, but this seems to be one of their worst franchises. They have touch screens for self ordering, but they don't work. Kitchen seemed generally disorganized, and we had a long wait to get our food. We wanted to do drive thru, but there were 5 cars in line.
I haven’t had Wendy’s in a minute and had this $15 gift card in my wallet for about a year now… OHHH THE DISAPPOINTMENT! They’re SO overpriced for the quality of food and amount and/or size served. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, a Single Baconator, a small Frosty, and a small Chili. $38 was my total!!! I wanted to see what was so pricey but my receipt wasn’t in the bag. I didn’t get the Baconator I ordered. I think thats the Bacon Cheeseburger. I didn’t get a straw or napkins. The “SMALL” frosty is definitely miniature sized. The food DOES NOT even resemble the pictures on the menu or advertisements!! It was smaller in size, a hot mess, cold and tasted terrible! It’s irritating that I paid so much for the food here. It’s ONLY In and Out for me when it comes to burgers and fries!!
Well this place rates as avoid at all costs. The area it's located is complicated at best to get in and out of, the drive through was 30 minutes and built in a way that once your there you can't change you mind and leave. The worker on speaker had trouble with an order of biggie bags, the workers at the window one was on his phone other was so busy chatting with a other worker just held a bag out the window with out even looking. As for the food fires we're unsalted not by request, but they did give me 8 Sauces for my 5 nuggets so a slight bump.
Want to preface, this is a 1 star review but wanted to thank Nadia for being so super nice and making this experience bearable, Nadia is the best. How ever can’t say the same for the crew member who kept popping in and out, and made my little gluten free brother cry, as his order was repeatedly messed up. This isn’t inherently bad at all as this often happens, but their tone was so angry and annoyed it miffed me. Repeatedly and aggressively made us give each messed up order back, and tried to make it sound like it was our fault. Don’t ever get on here to write reviews, but was off out by that specific crew members behavior. Nadia was awesome though!
0 stars across the board food cold and horrible. Long wait times wrong food and drinks fries tasted like they were 2 days old. Chicken nuggets not cooked all the way. Staff unfriendly and unwilling to be helpful. Well here we are 6 months later and same complaints. I know i should learn my lesson, this time i called to complain and i got passed around to 2 different people claiming they were the manager they would not give me there names i ask 5 different times what there names where and they gave me 5 different names. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets real sick.
Extremely slow drive through service. About 20+minutes. It's supposed to be fast food! Even if they are working short staff that's just unacceptable. I don't understand why the door is always locked for dine-in?! Another inconvenience. Waiting wasting gas! Go elsewhere people.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I get that its a fast food restaurant but the quality of the service should be standard at least. I came here yesterday for the first time last night and the service I received by a young lady was just the worst. I don’t know what her problem was. We got there an hour before closing, there was 2 cars infront of me before I even started ordering as I pulled up to order she did not greet at all and began to rush me to order with a nasty attitude. It was even worst when I got to the window, she wouldn’t even let me finish talking about what I needed and she closed the window several times. Not to mention half my order was wrong. I did not go back because I was just so upset that I didn’t want to deal with this place. As I see they don’t care all I see is a sorry response by the “owner”. Not coming back. If only I would of been able to get her name but I wont waste my time to even find out. It was such a bad experience I did not touch the food.
Didn't get our drinks, couldn't get in the restaurant & drive thru was long to do again. Sign said to be nice to new employees, now I see why. Donated $10 in drinks to Wendy's so the can pay $15 hour to screw up.
I hadn't been there in a while because they could never get my order right. But I thought I'd give them another chance since I was in the area. Terrible!!! I only ordered a baconator combo. What I found in the bag when I got home were some fries, kid's chicken nuggets, and two spoons. Not even a straw for the drink. I can't go back because it is several miles away. I know, I know, I should have checked before I left, especially with my previous experience, but I thought nothing could go wrong with such a simple order. Needless to say, I will never go back again and I will share this experience with all of my family and friends.
Atrocious. Waited 20 minutes to have my order taken, all the staff was yelling. Not because they needed to be but because they were blasting earbleeding music really loudly. Pro tip, if you want people to hear you and you want to hear them, TURN YOUR MUSIC DOWN. I don't care if you wanna listen to music on the job but don't blare it so darn loud. Staff was goofing around, and it took forever despite the line being short. My food was also cold. I always forget why I don't get Wendy's more often and it's because this one is the only accessible one and it sucks.
They made it on the list for one of the worst fast foods out there. Fries were burnt. My husband's chicken was not fully cooked. My son's salad was wilted and brown in most areas. Why are they serving this? The girl at the window was nice. She was very frazzled with the way the operation was rolling. She also mentioned being short staffed. Nightmare.
I went into the store the cashier looked me and rolled her eyes. She let 6 people cut in front of me and when I tried to tell her she looked as if she would spit on me.... then when it came my time to order; she ignored everything I said and made me pay 509 dollars for a drink!! The manager REFUSED to give me a refund... when the drink came, it was half full, it tastes salty ( not sure if it was lemonade or pee) there was short hairs in it... overall pretty horrible... Lady at the drive thru couldn't hear me, eventually had to tell my order at her. Subsequently, she had an attitude when I came to the window. I got charged for a large meal and was given a medium She handed me my food and drink and walked away without saying anything. Didn't even give me a chance to ask a question about why I received a medium and paid for a large. Overall, it's a fast food chain, you get what you expect, but if you don't want an unpleasant experience, I'd try to avoid this employee. I would report her name if she had a name tag on, but she didn't, quite unprofessional.
Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes before a worker came out and made us leave because they were closing for new years. Hours said they close at 8 and we were there 40 minutes before closing time. Even if the time was wrongly posted the fact that we had been waiting there so long they should have still taken our order.
Never been to a Wendy's where it takes 40mins to get to the order kiosk with only 4 cars in front of you. Then when it's your turn the male you wait another 10 mins after they ask how can I help you and you tell them you have a mobile order. Then once they finally they tell you to pull up to the window but then ask you to park in the front and the Then make you wait another 15 mins all to try amd cheat their timer.
This location doesn’t know what it is doing. I order the taco salad as I have many times from Wendy’s and also from this location. They usually forget something, this time was no different. But this time they kept refusing to give me what I paid for. The taco salad may not originally come with a dressing but when you order it online it asks what dressing you want with it. I select the southwest ranch. The lady at the window says they don’t even offer ranch at this location except for just the little ones to dip nuggets in. I order this all the time and that isn’t true. So I went inside to get it from someone else who may know what they are doing and also to get my extra salsa I paid for. Again, a different lady says it doesn’t come with the salad. However, they point is that it not only gave me the option online but it was on the receipt and I paid for it. Then she didn’t want to give me my extra salsa which I also paid for. Finally I got it but it shouldn’t be this difficult to get what I paid for and I shouldn’t have paid to go inside to get it a second time! I won’t be going back here unless they change their ways.
Employees seem disinterested. Gave order at the drive through. Told total at first window. Ended up being the second they were staffing. No receipt. They got an order wrong and the employees were just standing acting like they had been shut off until the next car pulled up. Fries were awful. Not coming back.
Just ate the worse Wendy’s ever. The fries were cold and the burger and fries tasted burnt and the fries you could tell they were cooked in really old oil and they were brownish color. Won’t be going back no time soon. Very disappointing when you have to throw half of your food away.
Ordered a meal on the app, prepaid(I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN). I arrived to pick up the order after waiting 15 for them to serve one car ahead of me. They couldn't hear anything through their broken call box so they had me come to the window. They told me they didn't have the ingredients to fill my order so I requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund, said they didn't know anything about how the app worked. The manager refused a refund and refused to give me the general managers information so I could follow up on the refund. When asked for their corporate number the snotty girl at the window told me to "Google it". Finally got ahold of the general manager Miriam who completely disregarded the incident and also refused to give me a refund. Borderline illiterate emails stating that "staff was contacted they take care of this" No response as to who "they" are. Keep in mind I received NOTHING as as food from them. Followed up in the app requesting someone contact me and have heard nothing. The management is completely incompetent and dismissive. The staff is rude
Update: A month later I tried again and they still didn't have any potatoes...worst Wendy's ever. Original: Prices went up, quality went down, 5 times in a row now they've been out of baked potatoes. What is the point of this place anymore?
Lady in the drive thru was harassing my husband. She tried flirting with him and making comments about his appearance. I was in the passenger seat as she was making these comments and my husband felt very uncomfortable about it. She had no respect whatsoever. I don’t know her name but the next time I come here and recognize her, I will confront her about it again and make sure to take her name down and record it, and press charges for harassment.
Not like it used to be. The higher prices encourage customers to expect more and better food, service and amenities for the increased prices. Casual dining prices for the same fast food in a cheap fast food ambiance, decor, sans anything "special" or unique, is a let down. The food quality and value don't match the prices. These days with inflation you get a pleasant casual dining experience (which you pay more for)at Chipotle or Hamburger Habit or Five Guys. If Wendy's wants to charge Five Guys prices they need a true overhaul and abandon the quick, cheap, easy fast-food business plan. When Wendy's did inexpensive fast food they did it well with quality. Today, I'll spend $10-15 on lunch at a more upscale restaurant where I feel I get value rather than cafeteria trays, plastic cutlery and food wrapped in paper with plastic package condiments .
Horrible service! Waited in line for almost 20 minutes while there was only 1 girl named Paloma that was taking orders and putting orders together. She was busting her ass while there were 2 other guys standing around doing nothing. The manager never once came over and apologized or said anything. After we ordered it took them another 15 minutes to get our food. My sandwich was cold and they took it back and took another 5 minutes for my sandwich. All the while 2 other people got their food before mine. Horrible management skills and they need to hire more people. A lot of the workers were confused in the back on what went where. Corporate needs to step in and show the managers how to do their job or fire them. Paloma was the only worker busting her back getting the job done. Make her a manager and maybe this location could be great!
This place!! Ordered a kids meal nugget and as soon as a bite was taken, screaming and crying began! Spicy nuggets on a kids meal! Went back and attitude! As if it's my fault you guys messed up the order. I just take orders and cut me off! Yes, you do but you have a mouth to communicate to whom is preping the food about this error.
Went thru the drive thru and got a Taco Salad for my husband and I to share since we don’t usually finish a whole salad. Not only were we disappointed by the type of lettuce used (spring mix doesn’t really go with that) but it was absolutely horrible. We had to throw out some lettuce because it looked rotten. Should have just thrown the entire salad away cause the rest of the lettuces was extremely limp. We were pretty hungry so we ate most of it. But really the lettuce used should have been thrown out a couple days ago. Employees at the drive thru window were very friendly. That was all the good for this visit. We won’t be back though.
I get to drive thru 2 cars in front of me. They take the 1st cars order. 2nd car sits there does 10 mins before they even say anything to her. Then I get up to order and I sit there for another. 10 mins. When I drive up to window other car gone. So they taking 1 order making it, giving to customer before they take the next persons order.. why .. why this is crazy. 950pm got there didn't leave the drive thru until 10 15
It the dining room was very dirty. Don’t recommend. I had to ask them to clean a table. They took a long time standing around before someone finally came to wipe a table for us.
Locks doors before 8pm. Insanely slow drive thru
Wendy’s needs to fix this location big time. They are ruining their image. Extremely long waits in the drive through when they are not even that busy. The salads have old lettuce and inconsistent quality. I was told to wait in the front for my baconator fries and had to ask for a receipt, then it took so long to get the receipt I finally got my fries instead of having to pull to the front. I have more but why waste the time complaining about all the issues they have at this location. I just want someone to do something about the quality and staffing so they can stop tarnishing the brand.
The restaurant is okay, and the food is good, when they get the order right. We've lived in this area for 18 years and, with no exaggeration, 80% of our trips through the drive-thru here result in the order being prepared wrong. And sometimes it's just a single meal order. But tonight I ordered from the app and my wife went to pick up the food on her way home. From the time my card was charged until they received the order at the restaurant was almost 10 minutes. Then they had her pull around while they made the order. That took another 17 minutes. The order consisted of a kid's meal, a burger, chicken nuggets, and chili. And no special changes to anything either. And when they get home apparently they stopped giving toys out in the kids meal now? Which is bizarre because I was specifically asked what kind of toy I wanted. This is absolutely the worst when he's I've ever been to.
I was at the location recently, and an employee by the name of Johnny harassed me and attacked me with racial slurs and body shaming because I’m gay then he started calling me a bunch of gay comments which I felt were inappropriate. I can’t believe you have somebody there that works for your establishment that has that type of Anger and animosity built up to me because I’m a lesbian. I will never be to this location again. I hope that something is done about this because I’m feeling I need to take further action.Taking this to abc news.
I dead ass waited in line for almost 30 mins. They make everyone wait at least 10 mins at the speaker before they even take your order.
This was so bad the food was horrible and when i was checking the back the lady was just grabbing the fries with her hands and most of the tables were dirty. The manager was talking back to me and the workers were like 12 years old. I do not recommend this wendys it sucks….
I ordered from Wendy's on Murrieta Hot Springs tonight through Doordash and cannot believe how incompetent these workers are. I ordered 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and instead received a chicken sandwich and a hamburger. Obviously, these were not Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers. I did not receive my daughter's apple slices and received the completely wrong drink. Never ordering from here again. This is the second time in a week they have provided incorrect items. They clearly need more competent literate workers that can comprehend an order and the difference between a chicken sandwich and Jr Bacon Cheeseburger.
I go to wendy's because it is decently priced food and when made right, it tastes good, however, this location is not consistent with their food and service. They will usually make you wait when you arrive to the speaker when going in drive thru, and half of the times, when I show them my barcode for deals and points, their scanner is broken. Its hard to remember to enter the receipt into the app for points later on and there should be another way to enter it into the system. Sometimes the people in the window do not have the nicest attitudes and I usually have to ask for extra sauce because they don't inlude enough. There is two people who remember me and those two ladies are so nice and very welcoming evertime I come in.
Wendys needs to change the way they handle drive thrus. It doesn't matter which Wendy's I go to they all have issues serving multiple people. If places like in n out and chick fil a who are 10x busier than you guys can figure it out you should be able to as well. The drive thru process takes way too long. Plus I ordered in the app ahead of time and am still having to wait in the parking lot for my food. I have already been here for 12 minutes and there was one personin front of me.
Made us sit in a line for over 20 minutes in the drive thru, all the doors were locked to get inside. And no explanation on why they were not responding.
I just placed an mobile order to eat in the restaurant (food already paid for). I arrive, front door locked, no employees inside, no one at drive through, it's closed! At 10am? Took my money, never got my food, never saw one person inside. Come on.
I wanted sausage egg and cheese biscuits and an OJ, sorry no sausage no OJ. Ok then bacon egg and cheese biscuits. What I got was a egg and cheese biscuit and a biscuit with just bacon. I was too far away to go back, but never going there again
Horrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would I went there to get food and waited over twenty minutes in the drive-thru didn’t get my sandwich they brought it out to me then the sandwich wasn’t made right and when I asked them to at least give me the bacon for the sandwich I’m met with attitude (by the so called manager) and told I have to pay for the bacon that I already paid for🤔. Who ever is in charge of this store needs to do some better training. I will not be returning to this store. Update food is cold and taste horrible 🤮🤮🤮
Paid $30 for two meals. Both fries were half filled and the burger was actually cold cold and the chicken from the spicy chicken sandwich was smaller than their value crispy chicken sandwiches. It was one of the worst experiences and totally not worth the money. Should have just gone to our normal one in Temecula and not wasted our time and money here.
Giving a 1 star is too mind. Walked in and walked right back out. Stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There were 4 employees in front of me too busy talking to each other and on their phone. Also this location is not clean. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. Hire better people.
I love Wendy’s but unfortunately this is a bad location. None of the employees have a sense of urgency or quality customer service. As someone who worked in the food industry for 5 years and managed a restaurant this is sad to see. This “made ready” fast food restaurant has a 20 minute wait minimum every time I come even when there are hardly any customers. People pull out of the drive thru and just leave because it’s so bad. When I spoke with a manager a while back she was pretty rude as well. Corporate should take a look at how this location is managed because it needs some serious improvements
