Great Little Caesars's. Clean, large, well-stocked, great staff, especially the manager. Big lobby, ac works great, but you won't be there long. And, unlike most Little Caesars', it has a bathroom! Add quick as they are, I wish they had a drive-thru. They get a pretty good volume business, which translates to fresh produce for you and me.

The food is great, the service is fantabulous, and there's really no atmosphere because you just grab your pizza and go.

My pizzas are always ready on time when I order in advance online with the app, can't say the same when I order at the store (which I don't anymore) but this store needs to add the classic sausage pizza to the online menu just like other locations. A drive-through would be great!

They were busy took about 45 min to get my order which was fine But they really need Chairs for people to sit and wait!! Lobby full of people everyone waiting on there orders and no where to sit!! Very Hot in there due to the sun beating in the windows no sunshades and you have to standby the windows!! They should look into that. Other wise Was Ok

It used to be so good but the pizza is dry or hard unless you ask for extra sauce it stays in those heat boxes till somebody buys it and it's dried out I don't think they even look at them to see if they're any good anymore

Great service from employees. The parking lot sucks majority but the pizza makes it worth it. Don't get the wings. They are suuuuuper small with almost no meat on them, infact most of mine did not have an meat... The pizzas on the other hand are amazing.

Update: I used the app to order food from here last night. I was certain to pick this Nacogdoches store. The app sent the order to a location in Houston that I had placed an order to over 3 months ago. When I arrived, there was no order for me and I was told I would have to contact the Houston store for a refund and pay again for my order. I spent the entire time they were remaking it, on hold with the Houston store with no answer. On my second call back in told the computer I needed to place an order, someone finally answered, but when I told him I needed a refund, he just hung up on me. I have since been told conflicting stories that they could have remade it without charging me (this store) and that only a regional manager can authorize a refund (corporate). I now have 2 hours invested in hold time between the two stores and corporate, but no one will process a refund or let me speak with anyone who can. order #1403537 Once they have your money, you are screwed.

Little Caesars has stepped up their game on quality. Sometimes you get rude associates and sometimes you don’t same thing for so called managers.

It just needs some flavor in the sauce. Everything else is fine. 😁I always purchase 2 boxes. 1 cheese and 1 Supreme.

(Dominos Pizza crust for example is mouth watering amazing- take notes!) & As for the cashier name Krislyn, put a cape on her because she is SUPER RUDE!!! (She took our order on 2/28/2020, Friday evening about 7pm'ish) Other than that, the prices are good & the pizza itself tastes good, (minus the crust.) And why do yall not carry Dr Pepper nor Coca Cola?? One last thing: I absolutely LOVE how you can customize your own pizza online- because I like a little bit of cheese and a whole lot of extra sauce!!!

They told me I had to wait although they gave the people after me their food right away. Don’t understand why they simply couldn’t give me pizzas that were already ready.

This pizza, especially the crust, is the most bland flavor. Its like eating white bread straight out the bread pack. I'll stick with Dominoes where they put garlic butter herb & seasoning all over their crust! & The employees are always beyond rude!

I’d put 0 stars if it were an option! I ordered online and You get what you pay for and what I mean by that you get a cold uncooked pizza by a bunch of disrespectful kids. Just bought some very cold and old cheesy breadsticks from this place. They are sending their own prices outside with the mandate of Little Caesars corporate. I just paid $7.50 for cheesy bread the lady at the counter was very rude. I will be calling the main Little Caesars corporate office for my home city of Detroit. To the owner of this franchise whos reading this you cannot charge whatever you think that you should you have a set mandate that Little Caesars requires you to set anything outside that is grounds for Little Caesars to pull your franchise. In your mandate that you signed when you became a franchisee was you had to hear about all the policies and procedures of Little Caesars Pizza as stated in the information packet that you sign when you got the store you are not allowed to set your own prices at Little Caesars as mandated in the policy that you signed as a franchise you cannot change the prices because you feel that you should change them for them our president mr. Scott has been informed that it didn't send him all the information EB maybe your franchise needs to be pulled. Maybe I'm somebody special at Little Caesars y'all take care

Charged me the price of a whole pizza because I asked for an extra box. My family and I were on a long road trip and needed something to act as a plate so we could eat our pizza on the go. I didn't think it would be that much of an ask. Cashier was great, whoever was lead or managing up front with her told her to charge us. I paid willingly. Just disappointed in the service. Missed opportunity.
