Finally got the opportunity to try the breakfast menu and I will be going again. Very fresh and the egg was real, not rubbery like some places. Still haven't tried their coffee yet...

Wow! This place was remodeled recently and looks great! The menu is typical fast food but a notch above competitors in quality. I especially appreciate the salad selection.

I just love this place, has everything for everyone with different budgets and even the cheap food is good. And such a unique menu for a fast food restaurant. Can't go wrong there.

Wendy’s? I’m thinking this was my Husband and his Grandson on our Waikiki vacay. They loved it! The missing star is bc I am on a sugar restricted gluten restricted diet . Jealousy. Lol.Seriously, added a star, because this was the juiciest and best burgers ever, in a thing that would be barely “okay” on the mainland.

This Wendy's is my go to. Always super friendly and get my order right 98.999% of the time. Their drive through is super quick and always has a long line.

Customer service is always great at this location no matter what time you go! Food hot and fresh!

Aside from the rude ppl in line wanting to cut in line (which isn't Wendy's fault) Food, price, service, all great. Size of the burgers are a little bigger then Jack, but the prices are so much better. Burger was hot, salad was fresh, all tasty.

Hands down best, healthiest chicken sandwich I've had in ages. Not one of those over-processed and breaded chicken patties, mind you. You have no idea how many greasy, overcooked, and drenched-in-condiments chicken sandwiches have passed through this mouth. And the value??? This is what McDonald's used to be good for. Now, Wendy's has better deals for whatever reason. And the free-with-order senior coffee? You have no idea how proud I am of them making my dad a simple cup of coffee. Best fast food I've had in ages. My only complaints are 1) there are always a few flies buzzing around. I dunno how they sneaked in there. They are kind of annoying! 2) small restaurant. Their stuff is such good quality I'd be happy to pay for more to have a bigger, more-staffed eating area!!

I loved it! We haven't had a Wendy's in our home town since it burned down over 10 years ago. I'd forgotten how YUMMY everything is! I got a chicken Ceasar salad, some fries, and a perfect lemonade. Everything was great tasting, fresh, & complete. Service was cheerful, accurate, prompt, and given with a smile. The place was clean, not crowded, and the condiments full and uncluttered. And the air conditioning was on HIGH (very welcome, since it was over 100°F outside at the time). I came back with my friends 15 minutes after I had left, as soon as they had gotten out of their doctor's appointment. I'd go back in àn instant. The only 'sour note' was the music selection. An hour of 'fusion jazz' over the (overly) loud speakers was more than I could handle. Maybe next time they'll have the blues playing, or Dixieland jazz. I think maybe I'll get a chocolate frosty next time...😁

Haven't seen a Wendy's around me for a while now. This is the first time in years that I've eaten at one and it was great all the way around. Everything about this location was just spot on.

I am not a fast food person... but the staff here is great, the place appears to be very clean, and when I order 60+ breakfast sandwiches on short notice... they get it done... shout out to Elizabeth... and the others on the morning crew

I had the Carl's Jr buger. Went thru the drive through with my friend. The voice over the speaker was friendly and upbeat. Both welcome and notable due to most experiences going through any fast food drivethrough. Our food was particularly hot and fresh and it was one of the best fast food burgers I've ever had. I would definitely go back if traveling through Dixon again.

Wendy's is the best place I feel go to eat I know they use real meat and their hamburgers. Some months they will have malts on sale at $0.50 a piece I go there and buy 20 of them at a time so I can put them in a big container when I get home and have ice cream throughout the month very delicious reminds me of when I was a little girl.

Impressed by smooth jazz over the P.A. system and CNN on the corner TV with captioning. Baked potato always great and the small Caesar salad was good. Order came up ready so fast, I hadn't even say down yet!

A good looking restaurant of the famous chain. Has ample parking, is located in between two plazas with many shops around. Friendly staff, quick service, comfy seating. A nice stop for a craving stomach after work.

Wendy’s was a forgotten fast food for me until I saw this one. And I got to say it’s nice not getting charged an arm and a leg for a quick bite. This was a great snack after getting out of the hospital

Great summer strawberry salad. Very nice atmosphere with the cool jazz music and fake fireplace. Lounge-like seating available too.

My entire experience here was top-notch. The employees were very friendly. The mushroom bacon burger was delicious! It didn't take long for the meal to be presented to me to eat it. They put plenty of hot melted cheese on the French Fries too.

It’s a Wendy’s! Fast food…good for on the go. Great chili! Consistent food just like I remember back in Ohio. Access to the lot is a little wonky from what I remember but it was at nighttime and not super easy to see.

Recently remodeled and the inside is very clean and comfortable. I gave the food 5 stars keeping in mind that it is for fast food. They didn't mess up our order and the grandkids loved it. I like the food here better than at the other place, but the other place does have the best Happy Meal toys. If Wendy's could pick up their game in that area, we would definitely come here more.

Staff very friendly. Manager worked with me when a mistake was made. She went the extra mile to refund the mistake with out asking. She apologized and thanked me for being patience with them and hoped me and my brother would return. In this day in time it is really rare for people to go out of their way to help. We had the bacon and egg biscuit with potatoes. Hot and delious. Thank you Wendy's staff for a great expense.

The first impression was that I got there and as soon I walk in there was a nice young lady that welcome me and ask me how I was doing. I order a number 6 meal in the small size and the food was ready quick and hot. I like that the place was clean and it smell good. My fries where hot and fresh. I felt I was like home. The pros is that every one is friendly and nice. The bathroom were clean and the mirror was sparkly white. The cons are that there is some cashier that work there that all they do is stand there and wait for the customers. Wendy is for anyone who wants to eat some hot, fast, and good service. Any who is hungry and who want to try something new and good. Our meat is never frozen as fresh. The whole restaurant spins around fresh. It’s nice to have great services with great people. I have know the young lady for 2 years.She work before the remodel and after the remodel. The only days I go are Monday and Tuesday because she works there and she is my preferred cashier. I usually go in the afternoon because she has school and she is a really hard worker.

The place is good, but the service varies by who's at the window. The food is great, it's what you would expect from a Wendy's.

Always a great place to grab a bite. From the Daves double, Baconator, Spicy chicken sandwich or the countless cheaper items ya cant go wrong. Not a fan of the fish tho.

I don't fast food very often but when I do it's Wendy's. That square burger and fresh lettuce and tomato are just what's called for. Now let's talk milk shake there is no other shake comes close to Wendy's shake it's so thick you need a spoon. You can tell right away it's real ice cream.

The Spicy Chicken sandwich is king but the natural fries leave something to be desired. The service of the drive through staff was great.

Usually when I come here, the service and food are both amazing. I usually come in the evening though, and today I came around 1:20 PM. When I tried to order a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, she automatically assumed I was trying to get a kids meal (I'm 23 and don't have kids) and told me "kids meals only come in 4 piece" instead of just placing the adult 10 piece meal. Eventually I managed to explain that I wanted the ADULT 10 piece chicken nugget meal, and went to the window. When I got there, they had gotten my drink wrong and had to make another one, which thankfully didn't take very long. However, after parking to eat, I noticed that my drink was like 80% ice. I would like to reiterate that this never happens in the evening, the evening service is amazing and they always get my order right the first time, and that my mom has similar complaints about the midday service. So I would give 5 stars if not for the midday service that left me a bit uncomfortable and upset.

For a Wendy's, it's alright. Dining room was pretty messy/dirty. Food was good.

We ran through the drive-through, and when we got home to eat, the nuggets had tasted as if they were under the heat lamp all morning. The garlic fries were so good and the staff was very nice.

Have always loved the combination of dipping my French fries in my chocolate frosty. Love their frosties. When they have a sale on them we will buy a half dozen and put them in the freezer. Then later eat them with a spoon like ice cream

Love the chili I'll go and have some chili, nuggets and soda and I'm good to go. The dinning room is clean. If for some reason something is out at the soda and condiment counter they will jump right on it and have it right there as fast as the can

I'm quite impressed by the delicious "real" food flavors of the burger patties and chicken nuggets that I ordered. The fries were above average, but nothing special. Restroom was clean, server was hurried but friendly and polite, and location was an easy in and out. A good portion of the dining tables weren't cleared of wrappers and crumbs, and parking was avatar.

The wendys was ok fast-food is fast food you know. So it wasnt speacial but the food was hot an fresh i can say. Not bad for a wendys.

Drive through people in the evening are very rude always forgets bbq or ranch not enough ice and when u ask for something different or extra they act like it's out of there way

Dining room is closed. Check your order before you drive off from the drive through other wise you have to get back in line again and wait to tell them you're missing something.

Its fast food, they are really clean dont mess up orders or i havet had issues with that fast and friendly.

Burgers just don't taste the same as they used to. When I got my burger there it had a funky taste so after two bites I took it back to the regoster, told them it tasted funky and I wanted my money back. They offered to cook me a new one and I said of this one tastes bad why would I want a new one. Told the person that I just wanted my money back! So after they got the manager I did eventually got money back. Now if I have to eat there I only order their fried chicken sandwich or just fries and a frosty.

Did a pick up for Uber eats delivery service and the food I cannot comment on but the restaurant dining room needs a cleaning. And there is not a pick up window for delivery orders as the app indicates. However, drive thru is an option.

Foods not bad. The employees were very nice.The burgers in weren't wrapped properly. So there was I nice mess inside the bags. The chicken sandwich looked like the mayo was thrown at it. But hey it is "fast food" after all.

Food is always good. Easy to digest unlike McDonald's. My only problem is that the service rep who handles the money also grabs your food. They stick their hands in the box of fries, (touching all the fries at the top) all the time. I have to throw out half of the box of fries every visit.

Always being rushed in drivethru.is that it over and over.frys are not that fresh like it's supposed to be.no smiles from Workers they just hand you the bag and close the window.

The drive-through cashier was very rude and inconsiderate. As I expressed to her that my order was partially wrong she gave me the most puzzles there for at least 35 seconds until I repeated myself two more times. After that then she looked at me as though why didn't I just drive off and keep what was in my bag. She snatched it out of my hand and then commits to hand me the proper items inside my bag which I had ordered in the first place. The food was hot I just need to work on customer service at the window

So I frequently pick up orders from this Wendy’s and let’s just say that I had a bad experience tonight. Why would a Wendy’s employee whistle at a dasher the jeopardy song?! That’s a form of disrespect. Even when the order is handed to me I make sure I have everything and I read the delivery instructions why was it necessary for a Wendy’s employee to whistle the jeopardy song ?! You don’t have to like me but I’m not here for you I’m here for customer that ordered their food!

I ordered two Cobb Salads. They put them in the bag sideways, and they open on the way home. Who does that. They never give out a receipt unless you beg for one.

Awful, first and last time I will ever stop at a Wendy's. Food and coffee was even worse, I threw coffee away and ate part of the meal, not cause I wanted to but was stuck at my mechanics. This franchise is nothing like the original that started in Socal.

I'm a door dasher and was picking up an order for delivery. upon finding out that the order wasn't ready I asked if I could use the bathroom abs they refused unless I bought something.

Had to change my 4 star to 1 star. Idk if they hired new people or what...but EVERY time I’ve been there (last 5 times) they’ve gotten my order wrong. Annoying...

They messed up our order then when we FINALLY got the correct order to us we drove away only to find out our fries were old, the frosty was the consistency of water and the burgers were cold. It was one of the worst experiences I have had there. All of that considering the fact that in the last 6months the service has been sub par and the food has been pretty icky. I think this was the final goodbye to Wendy's in Napa. Good Luck to Yall

Zero stars!!! My family and I decided to eat at wendys but we were waiting for some friends to arrive, my daughter and I needed to use the restrooms, and guess what??? U cannot use the restrooms unless you order before!!! What a shame!!!

So bad! Went to the drive thru. Went i left i realized that my french fries were cold. I asked for no cheese on my burger but there was cheese on it. I asked if there would be lettuce & tomato on the burger, he said yes, and there was but it was one piece of thin warm lettuce. I really wanted a burger with no cheese and a nice fresh lettuce tomato flavor. It wasn't like that at all. It was a disgusting burger!

Don't get the new tenders. They are less than 4 inches long. It was more like chicken jerky. 2:50 for small fries that were old and 1/3 of them I couldn't eat cold and hard. Their food has really lost it's appeal and taste. Quality has gone in the toilet and price has gone through the roof. Never again will I go there

The food here is okay, as far as fast food goes. Recently the food has been old, dry, overcooked, you name it. But the service has gone downhill even more. Ana was the one speaking to us through the drive thru and she was extremely pushy and impatient. I felt rushed and anxious just trying to order food. There was no one behind us in line either. Once we were at the window, the process to shove our drinks to us while trying to grab my debit card and then almost throw the card back at me when she was done was extremely frustrating. Then we had a simple question about the pricing of an item. She was rude and said that a topping on this item was extra, which by the way wasn’t explained before. So when we questioned the price because we asked for a small and the total amount was similar for a large, she was even more rude than before. The other people working seemed to be nice, as far as I can tell. Ana also talked to the other employees rudely. she ran out of receipt tape and slapped the machine, the other employees backed away. I honestly had hope for Wendy’s as one of the better fast food places left in Napa. Now, I’m afraid that is no longer true. What a shame.

Changing my 5 star review from a couple years ago to a 1 star. Don't waste your time or money coming here. This location has gone from being one of the best fast food places in Napa to being the worst over the last couple years. Items are often missing from the bag, no receipt, and even the food has gone downhill. Toppings, such as lettuce, are often missing on the burgers/sandwiches, and the chicken nuggets are consistently old and dry. Yuck!
