The food and service is great. Last time there I was delayed by high season traffic and arrived after they had stopped serving lunch. They were amazingly understanding and went ahead and served my guest and I. Thanks again

A wonderful treat every time. It's hard not to take one of the two special entrées or the special soup of the day. the wait staff are courteous and professional. It's so good it's hard to get into.

We like to sit at the bar because Marta is so fun and makes one of the best cosmos in Naples. The food is always delicious. If you haven’t tried it, you must.

My friends and I dined at Cibao Grill last evening. Our experience was very positive and enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed his/her dinner. We had a waitress named Crystal who went out of her way to make our evening very enjoyable.

I heard about this restaurant when I was going to physical therapy months ago. We have gone numerous times since and each time it's been a wonderful dining experience. The food is outstanding, to say the very least. I have gotten the walleye with artichokes and tomatoes and it absolutely melts in your mouth. The restaurant is simply charming. It's not huge but the decorating, the atmosphere, the wonderful staff makes the overall ambiance beyond compare. I have just recently heard that Cibao was voted the best restaurant in Naples and they absolutely deserve it. I've love to keep the restaurant to myself but have told so many people so they can enjoy what I have been able to do. Congratulations owners. You have done a spectacular job of giving Naples residents another outstanding restaurants. Thanks to all of the servers for me so gracious to us.

Cibao Grille is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere! The food is consistently outstanding and reasonably priced. The drink pours are the best in all of Naples, a real drink, not a single shot. The “family” pour is consistent with the fact that so much of the staff is related. They make the experience warm and inviting. I really can’t say enough about this gem of a restaurant. Great food, great drinks and great service! Give it a try!!

This is a hidden gem! Six of us went for dinner a few days ago and we were amazed! Everything about the experience was excellent! Our server, Martha, was very attentive. The presentation of the food was top-notch. All of our meals were covered with a seving cover and the staff came out land lifted all the covers off simultaneoously. Quite a nice touch! From the white table cloths to the great wine selection to the food, we could not have asked for anythng better. Our favorte place in Naples now. I highly recommend that you try this fine restaurant!

Sometimes the jewels of life are hidden in plain view. In Naples, Fl. we have CIBAO GRILLS. This cozy spot has left the best impressions on us! A lovely restaurant, with hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentations, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I’ll meet you there!

When we're in the Naples area we look forward to eating here. The food is excellent and the wait staff is so attentive. Our most recent visit was with friends and we were pleased that the tradition of excellence continues at Cibao. We especially enjoyed the Smoked Salmon appetizer.

First time at this restaurant. Everything about this place was top notch. The menu was great something for everyone. Party of 8 not one complaint. Every dish came out hot and tasty. I had the filet it was cooked perfect. We will go back.

Cibao Grill is a hidden Gem..Their Food, Service is beyond exceptional..The Staff is not to be compared with any place U e been in Naples! If you go on Monday and Friday, Maria the Bar Gal is personable, cheerful and so pleasant. The entire Famy works there and let me tell you, you better book a Table now. If your lucky you will get in in a Week!!!

This is a serious restaurant - meaning - they actually know what dining and serving their customers is all about. Not only is the décor beautiful and restful, the service staff is top notched. They are attentive without being over bearing. They have a can do attitude - no matter what silly thing I asked for they smiled and bright it to me MY WAY, not theirs. This is a refreshing change from the "older" establishments in our area who have forgotten who the real customer is. Congratulations to Pedro and his entire staff. Beyond Excellent is how I would describe the whole dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere/service/food exceeded my expectations in every way. This restaurant is one of the few that remind us of what dining is all about. Kay was our server, she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The cocktails were delicious and the food was amazing. We had the 10oz filet with real Bernaise, and comes as a complete dinner with potatoes and asparagus, scallops with risotto, the artichoke appetizer, and more things -all great. Wine was delicious as well. A regular night out that was memorable. It’s in my neighborhood so I will be back! Thank you Cibao

Loved the blackened grouper, risotto, and sauce. Gulf shrimp appetizer had 2 dipping sauces and arugula in the serving bowl. Mild enough to not break my sinuses out, but tasty! It was my birthday, and they gave me a wonderful chocolate mouse, or ganache, dessert with the singing waiters and a candle. Such a delightful place to enjoy dinner!

We had such a great time at our favorite restaurant. The service is always phenomenal, opening the doors for us and giving us chocolates on the way out to say a few. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been here now a total of three times. Food and service are 5 star. One of their signature dishes is the Grouper Saint George and it is amazing. Food presentation is amazing. When in Naples you must try this place. Sort of hidden in the shopping center but will impress you!

5 stars all around. Best chicken Cesar salad and lake trout to be found anywhere

Great restaurant! Don’t let the location fool you because it’s in a strip mall. The chefs are very talented and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great dining experience. The artichoke and the lobster ravioli are our favorite appetizers. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the soups were delicious too. We look forward to returning!

One of my favorite restaurants in Naples Excellent food, always consistent and ambiance of small restaurant enjoyable. Service a bit off tonight but busy Saturday night.

Surprise find in a strip mall. Full bar and varied menu. Steaks, fish and chicken were ordered at our table. Salads varied and enjoyed. Drinks could be stronger and although the server with bread passed our table many times he never offered to fill our plate. Service ok, we felt rushed to order because a large party seated after us. Our server never delivered second drink as ordered, also not charged. We will certainly dine here again.

What can I say? The outside chairs are ripped and falling apart. My arm chair was broken. The menu prices are too high for a place like this. The scalloped potatoes were watery. One of the waiters was odd. We had to ASK for bread and he was frugal with it. Not good

We have been to this restaurant before and have had a good meal with great service. Our waitress this evening was less than attentive. She must have had a friend or relative in the restaurant because she totally ignored us most of the evening. I even had to get up from the table to get her attention. Very disappointed.

Used to be a favorite. Now they overbook and the excellent staff is stretched too thin. The tables aren't ready on time and there is no place to hang out while you wait FOREVER. The tiny bar area has nearly every position taken by people eating so it is difficult to get a drink. Will NEVER go back except off season. They embarrassed me with my guests.

Horrible service. Sat at the table for over 15 minutes and were never recognized other than getting our drink order which was not correct. I would not recommend unless you are a regular.

The greatest restaurant,very accommodating.Staff is friendly,food is superb. You will not be disappointed.It will become your favorite.
