It's a branch I used to frequent. But lately, the service has been terrible. I order through the app, and they end up giving me my drink up to an hour later, when it's supposed to speed things up. Besides that, my drink was delivered without the whipped cream, and the glass was all dirty. I hope they improve this.

This Starbucks is located in a different area of this plaza. Currently, the space is a bit small and noisy, and only has a men's and women's restroom. The service is friendly, and the food is of the same quality as other Starbucks restaurants. It's a good option for coffee, but you should prepare for the ambient noise and the somewhat dirty restroom.

Cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence there. No one cleans the tables, not even by mistake. They're all muddy, and the flies are happy about it. Plus, it takes ages to prepare drinks, let alone sandwiches.

The worst Starbucks service ever. There was only one person ahead of me, and it took 33 minutes to get two coffees and a pastry, which, by the way, was delivered frozen. I asked twice about my pastry, and they just kept saying "yes." There were two girls and one guy working, and the two girls spent the whole time chatting with a couple of customers.

This branch is getting worse and worse. The coffee tastes awful, and my drink was incredibly bitter. It's not the first time this has happened. I ordered toffee nut, which is a seasonal coffee, and it had absolutely no flavor, leaving my mouth feeling unpleasant. They don't prepare the drinks with the correct amount, and if you complain, they tell you that's how it's supposed to be. It tastes terrible. This coffee is delicious at other locations, but here it's horrendous. The service is terrible, and they don't even ask for the app; they're too lazy to scan it.

Aside from the bad service, I ordered a hot white mocha with a double shot of coffee and they gave me a glass of lukewarm milk.

At first, the branch and the service were very good, but suddenly they changed. Some of the employees there serve you very rudely; you ask for things politely and they practically throw them at you. They refuse to give you sugar or napkins, and they always close an hour earlier than advertised, supposedly for "maintenance." The food is terribly prepared; some drinks have no flavor at all. You order a frappe and they don't even blend it properly, or it simply has no flavor or tastes like pure water (evidence attached).

I had a delivery, and everything was terrible! The food came cold and hard, and the drinks were all spilled. This is the second time they've sent me things I didn't order. I ordered a chocolate muffin and they delivered this.
