Went to the drive through when I first moved here and the little girl got my order toppings wrong at the window, her 2 other co workers had to help me with that. Now I came a week later and things seem to be better with the service, the ability of the sonic workers to get my order right has definitely improved so thank you.

The lady at the window was very respectful saying yes ma'am no ma'am all my condiments the only thing I was missing was my tomatoes in my pickles I had said no cheese cuz I'm allergic to it somebody put cheese on my burger if I hadn't looked I would have been at the hospital and it was wrote on the receipt so I know the young lady did her job

I’d like to say anyone that’s ever left a bad review is clueless, this sonic is amazing! Service, food, employees! I’d like to shoutout Melvin! He came to my truck with a great attitude and did a fantastic job! With that attitude you’ll go along way in life!

The food was hot & made fresh, the car hop were nice & friendly , for this location after just opening they have trained there employees well.

The soft pretzel twist was perfect, so perfect I didn't want to share!! ;-) Thanks for the twist, the yummy hot fudge sundae and the Reese's blast 😋

I hadn't eaten a Sonic and so long that I was so pleasantly surprised by how quick their food came out it was nice and hot and don't forget it was delicious I loved it there

By far the best sonic I have been to in a very long time. My food is always fresh. The service is better than any sonic I have been to. Staff is friendly and fast. This is my favorite sonic to go to.

I stopped at this location on Sunday August 10 to grab a snack while waiting for my best friend to get home. I had just moved back to Texas the weekend before. I knew absolutely nothing about the Needville area. When the carhop Jay brought me my order, he was very nice and courteous. We spoke for a few minutes and he mentioned he liked the Superman sticker on my back glass. I ordered cheese sticks and they forgot the ranch dipping sauce. I had difficulty hearing the lady on the speaker and one of the girls working there came out to my car to see what I needed. Let me tell you...this girl did not walk...she jogged/ran to my car to get my order, ran back inside and then ran back outside. They were not busy at all I told her it wasn't necessary for her to run. But I want to make sure these employees are recognized for their attententivess. I will gladly be back next time I visit my friend Thank you both for your kindness.

This location is impressively clean and prompt, with accurately delivered orders. As a Texas native I've been to a billion Sonic Drive-Ins in my lifetime, and this one is the best. Extra kudos to the hardworking young people here; it's clear that they are the reason this location is far better than other fast food places!

Great food and service. One of the best Sonics in the area by a mile. Nothing beats a good coney 😋

The French fries are not good. The drinks are great. I love the route 44 cups. Went to sonic to get a couple drinks and no one answered the drive thru so I left...service is getting suspect.

The customer service is good and the food is up to the usual Sonic quality but I’ve been twice now and both times they state they are not able to serve shakes. It was two weeks between visits. Why have it on the menu if you can’t produce the product?

Food and services are great. The reason for 3 stars is the fact that they still do not have mobile app ordering and payment available and most times the pay at the station does not work. They need to seriously get this fixed asap.

I absolutely love getting ice from Sonic. It seems that the past few months there ice machines have been down so getting bag for the house seems unlikely. I am so upset each time I try and I get the same answer each time. Sonic PLEASE resolve this issue!!

Everything was very good.I ordered a cream cherry flush.Specifying three times for a CREAM cherry slush. I still ended up with the regular cherry slush, and I was very disappointed once I got it, but I was already on the road.

Worst Sonic Blast I’ve ever received 😞, if I wanted vanilla ice cream I would’ve got 1/2 gallon of Blue Bell from Lowes or the gas station. Unfortunately, I did not notice till I got home and no one answered when I called back to Sonic. However, the carhop was super friendly!!!

I got off from work and s stopped at Sonic to grab me a burger. I wanted fries and they gave me tater tots instead.. I drove home and on my way I started eating my tots. When I got home and was ready to eat my burger I saw a roach on a piece of lettuce. That was so disgusting.. I'll never buy sonic again...

Need better cooks or something and look at the food before they send it out because don’t looks good or cooked correctly

They took 30 min at the window. Didn’t answer us to place our order. We had to pull up get out and knock on the door. The manager came out and said we shouldn’t have waited there 30 min and should have pulled up like it was our fault. They got my drink completely wrong. It took an extra 15 just to get 3 drinks. Were there 50 min! Terrible service.

Continue driving along 36 to Texas Burger. The menu is extremely similar and they rarely get your order wrong. I’ve been burnt by this sonic location several times they do not put any flavor in the drinks, or do mainly ice.

Absolutely the worst Sonic food we have ever gotten. Cold burgers with old lettuce in a mushy soggy bun. The tots were so salty we couldn't eat them. Very disappointing. Tried to call but mailbox is full and no one ever answers. Would have taken it back except we are in Rosenberg.

Go often and order is never correct, never a quick experience, and kitchen has no idea what goes on what. Car hop girls are always kind but won’t be back again after many chances

The drinks are great and the ice is amazing. It is faster if you park and let them bring it to you. But there is no place to dispose of your trash. After giving them a generous tip, I called and asked if they could pick up my trash. They told me I had to get out of my car to take it myself. They could easily place a trash can so you could drop it in yourself as you drive out. I will not be back.

Honestly every time we order they always screw up something with our food. It’s either a wrong burger or always forgetting the sauce we ask for. Literally every time we go there. The only thing they haven't messed up with is their drinks. Just do better.

I order a double cheeseburger meal and they brought it to me and that burgers meat and bread was cold. I sent it right bk. and the waitress came back with a fresh one and said the Manager said it's not cold that's our lettuce at 37degrees and the waitress was shanking her in unbelief. My first and last time. I tell all my coworkers don't go there and never get a Burger. I Work To Hard for my $$$

No, what did I get is being told that they “didn’t see me” and “are you sure you didn’t move”. I stayed in the same spot. I SAW YOUR DOOR THE WHOLE TIME.

They were great when they first opened now here lately they can't get a order correct for nothing

So went today and spent $46.94 for meal. Got the new fish sandwich. Went home started eating fish was bad. Went back to exchange the sandwich. Manager told me I would have to pay for new sandwich . He said I serve fish sandwiches all the time what is wrong. Again I stated multiple times it is bad and tastes bad.He told me I needed to pay for a new sandwich I said no this is a bad sandwich that will make me ill and started get upset he stated here take the cheeseburger. I took back my fish sandwich and will never go back. When a customer states the food tastes bad and will make them sick…Listen. I will be calling health department on Monday. Serving food to people is serious business.Someone needs retraining! Is his food manager certificate updated???

Tonight, my husband placed order. First they brought out the wrong items so he waits an additional 10 minutes, gets the order, & the order is wrong. Literally every single sandwich is wrong.
