A simply perfect day! From the moment we arrived at La Bossola, my friend and I felt welcomed and pampered. The staff accompanied us to the Dolce Benessere cottage, a little corner of paradise where every detail was meticulously cared for: impeccably clean, ideal temperature, and an atmosphere that immediately encouraged relaxation. The welcome kit, with food and drinks, was a delightful surprise and made everything even more special. We spent four hours of pure well-being, immersed in the tranquility and greenery. Our experience concluded in the best possible way with dinner at the restaurant: delicious dishes and impeccable service. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Claudia, a delightful person who conveys all the passion and heart she puts into her work. It's clear how much she cares about ensuring everything is perfect for her guests. We will definitely be back. It was a wonderful experience in every way. Highly recommended!

This is already our third time here, and we can't wait to book again. The spa is simply fantastic: four hours of pure relaxation and paradise. We dined in the restaurant they recently opened especially for dinner, and it's truly wonderful, both for its meticulous design and welcoming atmosphere. The food is superb, from appetizer to dessert: everything is exquisite. It's hard to say which dish is the best, but the cheek is absolutely worth trying—truly delicious.

If you're looking for a place to unwind from the stresses of everyday life, nestled in the Biella mountains of the Elvo Valley, then this is the place for you. Whether for a romantic getaway or some well-deserved relaxation, this place offers courtesy, privacy, and excellent food. Combined with the beauty of the chalets (named Lauretana and Menabrea, two of Biella's leading beverage companies), they offer a magnificent view. A panoramic hot tub, a comfortable room furnished with a mix of modern and Piedmontese decor, and simple yet traditional cuisine—and, I must say, truly delicious—will make you feel pampered and loved. Room service is also excellent, and for guests staying in the chalets, dinner is "intimate" in the restaurant created specifically for those staying overnight. And in the morning, you'll be pampered with a superb breakfast. The owners and staff were kind, helpful, and friendly...in short, everything was truly (in my experience) perfect. Of course, there's also a spa program available (which I didn't use), if you want to complete your experience. Try it, you won't regret it!

This place, located a short distance from Biella, is a little corner of paradise. If you're looking for relaxation and tranquility, you'll find it here. In a setting overlooking the mountains and a beautiful view, the Magical Moments suite offers a whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, salt bed, and hydromassage bed. Dinner offers very good local dishes, as does breakfast.

We stayed in one of the chalets on March 7th. Everything was exactly as described on the website, and we even found something more. The welcome was warm, attentive, and professional, the atmosphere relaxing, and the view wonderful. A tip: don't miss the fruit tarts; they're truly delicious! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon 🌷

We spent 4 nights here recently and the location is perfect! While the rooms are clean the reception does have a certain unpleasant smell, maybe burning a scented candle might help. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it was the first place that you can’t help yourself at the breakfast buffet, the only other negative would be no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I think for the price there should have been. They also charge £130 for a cab to Sorrento Overall a pleasant stay

As per tradition, we come to La Bossola every year to eat, but this year I was disappointed. Obviously, the welcome and atmosphere are the best, but there are some significant flaws. The Piedmontese fried fish is obviously my first choice, and like every year, I expected a large portion. However, this year the portion was less than half, with a lot of pieces missing that were there last year, like apples and pears. The portion was small, and for 14 euros, you're getting an appetizer, not a main course. Furthermore, the sparkling water was warm, and considering we came during opening hours, having hot water is unacceptable. For these prices and small portions, La Bossola will reluctantly remain a second choice. Finally, I want to say that the food is still good, but not as good as in previous years. Also, there were some small pieces of plastic in the affogato, which I thankfully noticed.
