Always "my pleasure" to go to Chick-fil-A. I know the food is consistently going to be good and the service will be fast, so we can enjoy it right away. I went to the Walnut Ave location and it was a great experience!

The best CFA I've been to in years! Matthew & team provided excellent customer service on a busy Thursday (late afternoon) during commuter rush. The restaurant was clean (yay!!!) and they gave me fresh, extra fries after realizing my order was to go and not dine in, quickly correcting the miscommunication. Excellent customer service is rare in today's society but it was evident here. The team was laughing with each other and having fun all while working and taking taking care of customers properly. Next time I'm in NB, I'm coming to this CFA!
Did a drive by, after a long night at Spectrum heading back to Seguin. Although I really don't care for the confusing circle to get to the entry way of the drive thru, we still got in and the young waitstaff are just wonderful! Especially my waitress! I never realized that you could substitute fries for a side salad. Otw I told my teen granddaughters $10 was the budget per person! They can go crazy on this menu! Successfully thanks to the young ladies options we did! My husband who is diabetic was able to enjoy Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side salad and Unsweetened tea, my granddaughter got to have her spicy chicken with her lemonade, etc and YES our ticket total $40.00 and a few cents over!!! Ps their Ranch options mmmmmm!!!But drive safely and slow because as you are driving out, also somewhat confusing but just pay attention and you will drive out with no problems! Love chick-fil-a!! Ps... its also a Dine in... I never knew that!

Love that they have a whole system set up with their drive through to make it flow so much easier. They have people out there taking your order remotely! The gentleman who took our order was friendly and patient. Our whole order was correct and food was great! They unfortunately didn’t have Buffalo dipping sauce for our tenders but no biggie. Their waffle fries are our favorite. Along with the Oreo shakes. I love their cookies too!!

Bizarre but better than I expected in both speed and taste.
Best of the best I believe. This place does so much business daily it's amazing they not only keep up, they never skip a beat. All with a smile. Chic-fil-A is top dog to me and the sandwich is the best of all sandwiches the competitors have. And not even close. This place is on a different plane than the others in all categories in my opinion. And there are many that are outstanding. A weonderful, conservative and Christian place to eat the best chicken sandwich known to all mankind. And oh ya, without fail, exception, hell or high water,....Closed on Sundays. Every Sunday.
The guy that helped us was very nice and also suggested making it a meal. Also first time and with out asking for senior discount, he had already gave it to us.
What a busy busy busy busy location. Its usually a line wrapped around the building of people in queue waiting to get in the queue to order. However comma service is quick and my order is always right down to the number of requested sauce packets, utensils and napkins in the bag. That makes it worth the two queues for food.
Everything was great, except not enough parking to dine in.
Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to an amazing lady named GiGi. She happened to pass by our table right before our food arrived and kindly offered to clean it—completely unprompted. About 15 minutes later, she came by again to tidy up as we finished our meal, still smiling and full of energy. As we hung out a little longer, I watched her interact with other customers and she was just as warm and kind to everyone else—always with the best attitude and the biggest smile. People like GiGi make places feel a little more special. Thank you for your kindness and great spirit!
I don't eat much at Chick-fil-A but I got to say they're grilled chicken and their regular chicken nuggets are absolutely delicious. The fries are always fresh when my family and I go and buy food. That's how fast food fries should always be fresh and crunchy 😋.
I used to drive through to get my dinner. They were very busy, but their process for ordering and completing the order is very streamlined. As always, the employees were excellent. Very polite and helpful. The food was as expected, I like Chick-fil-A a lot so it's always good to me.
The staff at this Chick Fil A are fabulous. I don’t think I’ve ever been in the dinning area, when one of them not smiling! They seem to stay constantly busy and it never shows on their faces. The food is Chick-Fil-A constant and delicious. My go to lately is the chicken Cool Wrap….and yes! Get the Avocado Lime dressing. And you too will be leaving a smashing review!!
Every Chick-fil-a has friendly staff, efficient service, fast food, and gets the order correct every time. The best run company out there. Vehicles can be wrapped around the building in the drive-thru and they still get you served in no time!

As always, Chick-fil-A is so pleasant and willing to work with you on your order to make sure you get what you want. I was having trouble redeeming my Birthday Reward during breakfast and Amanda explained everything to me about using it during lunch hours. Thanks Amanda and Chick-fil-A for good food and good service. Also, even though Chick-fil-A drive-through is so crowded, they are always so fast to work through all the cars. It’s amazing how fast they can handle so many cars in such a short period of time. How ingenious that they cut a door into the drive through to make things go faster! Love it! 😊👍
This is a great chick-fil-a location. Exceptional service, clean, and great food as is typical for a chick-fil-a. Had a worker come up and ask if we needed refills and how everything was going. It is amazing that a fast food place can have great service and great employees who care. I have a gluten allergy and they made my food perfectly. Just wanted to give you guys a shout out for doing a great job.
Best Chick-fil-A ever! The super friendly staff are a true example for other fast food restaurants. I felt like I walked into a chick-fil-a commercial. Great service, good food, and a nice atmosphere. They even had flowers on the tables. I have never experienced a fast food restaurant like this. If you're on the road, don't use drive-through, but take a moment to experience this place for yourself and walk in! These people really made my day!

Great chick fil A location. Have been coming here frequently for the last few years. They do a fantastic job at getting mobile orders out and on times have never had an issue with quality .
Every time we go, there is a friendly staff. Definitely the food quality is a step up from regular fast food. Sometimes sure they can get one item wrong, but they are not consistently getting my order wrong like McDonald’s or other places and when they get it wrong and you tell them that they did in the app they definitely accommodate you or if you call they make it right.
Always a long drive thru line (as in lots of people love coming here), but I never have to wait long!!! This Chick fil a runs so smoothly!
I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! I placed a pretty big $30 order and the staff was so patient and kind the whole time. I want to give a special shout-out to Skylar (I hope I spelled your name right! 😬) and Leila they were both incredibly sweet, helpful, and so patient with me.

Were on our way home from New Braunfels and wanted breakfast. We were about 15 minutes too late so we ordered lunch. Service was great! The young lady who helped us through the drive thru made small talk while we waited and was so pleasant. We are from Houston and she told us she played ball here. What can we say? It’s chic fil-a. This one operates better than most. Fast and friendly staff. Traffic pattern works well and keeps everyone moving. Great place to grab a quick meal for the grandbabies.

It was rush hour that's for sure. The staff was very courteous. The fries were hot, but not cooked quite long enough. I hadn't been there in a long time, and I guess I forgot that the chicken sandwich was just a piece of chicken and 2 pickle slices between a bun. The chicken had an excellent flavour, but the sandwich lacked a lot overall.
Just know that the place is always busy and congested. It's hard to find a parking space.the young people are very friendly and helpful. The service is quick and the employees are very helpful. I had one help open the exit door for me. I live in Seguin so I take orders from my brother in law and sister. They love the food.

Food is good, service is pretty quick, atmosphere is fine for a quick in and out. Because of how fast things are moving, its been consistent that we usually are missing something from our orders. From condiments to parts of the meal. However, when we bring it up, the issue is always addressed and corrected.
This location as many others are fast friendly and clean. The drive thru entrance is a round about situation, literally jave to go around the building then can get into another round about for drive thru, they made good use of the small land they have. Still great customer service, my fries were a bit on the crunchy side and saltier than normal still ate um up!

The tables are very crowded together, making it very noisy. There are not many tables, people were waiting to sit, yet an employee sat on his phone at a table for quite a long time. My food was just ok: the fruit cup was not really full and was almost all apples. Google showed a play place but there is not one. Lastly when the tables were wiped down they went around the flowers instead of moving them to walk the table fully.
i usually love this chick fil a, but earlier i placed a mobile order for a biscuit sandwich at around 9:45am, which is well before breakfast ends. on my way there i got caught in traffic and i wasn’t able to get there until exactly 10:30, and then of course i had to wait in line until i was able to tell them i was picking up an order. it was 10:34, only 4 minutes past breakfast and i had an order for pickup already so i assumed it was already prepared and waiting for me. when i told the woman my order she said because breakfast was over i couldn’t get my biscuit. a few weeks prior i had gotten there around the same time and they were able to give me my biscuit with no trouble. this didn’t make sense to me because 1. i had already placed my order almost an hour before, so why wasn’t it already prepared? and 2. it was only 4 minutes past breakfast. i could understand if i had shown up 15-20 minutes after but 4 minutes?.. does not make sense. still love this location as it is convenient to me but feels like i’ve been cheated out of my meal (which i woke up earlier to get). nothing against the workers i know it’s not their fault but still don’t understand what was the issue here.
This location has messed up my order the past 2 times in a row and a hand full of other times in the past 6 months. I try to avoid this location if possible but it’s the closest to my house. Mistakes happen but you definitely have to check your order before you leave. Hectic parking lot set up. Always has friendly service and the food is good just like any other Chick-fil-A.
Food was really fresh. Drive thru was a chaotic and excruciatingly long. Service workers have definitely been trained on efficiency above all other things. But again, the food was really fresh and tasty!
This is what a $9 lunch looked like for me today. I was not impressed. Also, The parking lot at this location is a disaster. I drove around the enite building 3 times by the time I was finished. There no lane to safely exit after receiving your food unless you continue to wait in line.
This Chick- Fil- A is dirty all the time. The bathrooms are disgusting and the lobby is full of flies and food particles all over the floor. The employees are like zombies, they hardly acknowledge you when you walk in. It takes more than a few minutes of standing around, so they can finally ask if you've been helped. It seems disorganized and definitely not a good experience. Unfortunately, it's the closest to me so I still go there. 😞
I always LOVE Chick-Fil-A, but the drive through maze has to be improved here. It's horrible! You have to circle around the building twice. Them after you get your food cars on the outside are not controlled to allow you to exit as they enter the queue to order. Such a frustrating experience. There really should be someone there directly traffic on that side to allow us to exit without risking an accident.
Busy is Chick-Fil-A's middle name, and this store lived up to the moniker. I arrived at 4 PM during an uncharacteristic slump in customer service. Four employees were on break, downing a quick bite, while two other employees departed their station and entered the service line with other customers waiting to order. It may have been during a shift change as well; I could not be certain because the store typically has a dozen employees on the floor. Anyhow, I had ordered ahead on the app, so I entered the store and stood at the pickup queue. Not a single team member even looked in my direction, and when fresh orders were carried to the pickup area, no effort was made to distribute the order that was already waiting for a customer nor did a team member address me as I stood there. Basically, my invisibility cloak worked like a charm. I eventually grabbed a team member who was entering the store from outside and asked for his assistance. I have a habit of observing restaurant operations, so I took a lot of mental notes as I studied the store dynamic. Needless to say, after 15 minutes of waiting for my frozen drink, which was sitting in the pickup area the entire time, I asked for a fresh replacement. It is interesting that I was not offered or allowed to keep the first order that had begun to melt and soften. Would it have killed the store to let me keep the discard? This was not an impressive show by any stretch of the imagination.
Dining in, theres not issues with food but good luck with parking considering there's like 10 spaces for that and the traffic is always high. Drive-thru: ordering/paying is fast but they never put the right or any of the sauces I ask for. Delivery: Good luck. Ive had delivery orders multiple times, I schedule orders early in the morning to be delivered at lunch and they still manage to be anywhere from 15-30 minutes late. With incorrect/missing items, cold food, or no sauces.

This location is a mad house. I don't know who designed this building, but you have to drive around the building to enter the drive-thru. The drive-thru then crosses the lane people are leaving after getting their food from the drive-thru window. Then food isn't served in order. Like I was the 3rd car back and received my food with two cars in front of me but couldn't get out because the drive-thru was backed up next to me, which had me blocked in. It took 20 mins to get through this complete ordeal. Service was extremely slow, both trying to get to the order station and getting food. I will remember not to visit this location again.

Placed an online order which was delivered by Doir Dash. Door Dash delivery was timely (less than 10 min from pick-up), but food quality was poor. Our meals were ice cold, did not get rested sauces and our drink selections were incorrect. Contacted Door Dash and could only get $6 refund. Called restaurant and spoke to manager- indicated they would not credit or offer comp order because their policy states they won’t if delivered by another party. I went out in their website to order and was directed to Door Dash when I clicked delivery. I am very disappointed with their response. My meal was $28 before any delivery fees….I expected them to make good on the order.
This was not an experience like I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was dirty and the staff was less than engaging. The food was okay but to be honest I have had better from other locations. Next time I will just go through 6 drive thru.
This is by far the worst chick fil a store we’ve had.We love chick fil a. We moved From Nc to Pa to Tx, we never had issues from food and service. So imagine my disappointment when I come in and I see tons of employees but they are all chitchatting and showing eachother things on their cell phones. I get it! Get my food only to find that my order was incorrect. I walk up, wait until they are done and ask for my food. It was sitting on the counter behind them! UGH! I nearly lost it as my whole family was waiting for our food. I rarely give a low Star rating but if this Chick-fil-a can't get their crew to put their phones away when there is work to be done, they will have problems. This Chick Fil-A constantly gets orders wrong, and every time I do curbside I wait at least 20-30 minutes before my food is brought out. Drive thru is no better. You never get the sauces you order. This is far and away, the worst Chick fil-A I've ever been to.

We placed a mobile order and got in the drive thru because typically CFA is fast. We waited a pretty decent chunk of time and then the nuggets were burned. I’m talking dark color and jerky texture. :(
I never ever go to this Chick-fil-A but today I was on that side of town and I didn't want to drive all the way to the other side of town so I set for 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru because they were training someone new. Saturday morning in the summertime is not the day to train someone new in the Drive-Thru. Outside Lane about 20 cars moved before I ever did. Never again I could have driven to the other side of town quicker.
They didn’t place my order right the first time I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo and they charged me 9$ and claimed I didn’t order the drink or fries… which is fair ok you messed up but then they charged me an extra 3.13 for what I thought was the difference for the combo bc why is a sandwich 9$ by itself ? So they tried instead of making up for the error charging me 17$ for a spicy Deluxe sandwich… horrible service everyone at this location are under qualified to work fast food lol
The delivery drivers need to learn the rules of the road #7 driver today blatantly did a U-turn when they should not have and also cut off a bunch of people that were legally turning because they were in such a hurry. They are dangerous drivers and do not need to be delivering for a company. Also chick fil a never answers their phone so that’s why this is being left online.
The leader of the employees didn’t even seem to care if they did their job right. They left out the kids meal and we had to jump out in the middle of traffic to get what we paid for, and everything seemed so cold and small. Nothing is a good as it used to be.
I was there Friday the 21st and I ordered 2 medium hot coffees with my meal. When I got home and opened the lid, BOTH coffees were half full. This is frustrating because I didn't have time to come back and someone there should have the common sense to fill up the cups properly. And by the way, this is is not the first time and from now on I guess I have to check my coffees before I go? Really? Anyway, always something: either no stirring sticks, wrong creamers and now the minimum quantity of coffee! Managers or Supervisors, please pay attention! People doesn't have time to go around the building again for such a simple request. Very frustrating...
Went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals with 6 sauces in total. When I got my order I realized that there were only 4 so I waited and when I got to the front I told her I was missing 2 sauces. She made me show her the receipt just to tell me I can’t have sauces I should’ve ordered the sauce container. She was rude about it and I was not gonna wait in line to order a sauce container. This should’ve have been told to me while I was ordering. I never knew about these changes cause I’ve never had this issue before.
terrible! i placed a delivery order through the app and i’ve been waiting an hour and my order hasn’t even started preparing! i tried to call twice but it kept going to voicemail, and of course the only way to get a refund is to contact them, never again
This place has poor management just by the poor performance at this location. Tonight, not only did they forget the salad we ordered. We had to go back to get what they forgotten, and they tried to charge us again even though we had the receipt. Then they gave us the wrong salad, a southwest salad, and it should have been a cob salad. It is also supposed to be grilled chicken by we got fried chicken in the salad instead. Then I said we should get a cookie as a nice gesture for us having to drive back here, mind you, my food is now cold. I was told of all take care of that in which they did not. They will lose my business for a while until they have new management. Lastly, the fries had dark, burned like potatoes. They are super friendly, my pleasure
Review for Chick-fil-A on Walnut Ave in New Braunfels We stopped by this Chick-fil-A location after a long day of back-to-school shopping in New Braunfels. It’s usually one of our favorite spots, and we were all hungry and excited to eat. We went through the drive-thru and placed an order totaling about $50. The service was fast, and we were handed our food right away. Unfortunately, once we got back on the road, we realized two mac & cheese orders were missing. No big deal — we turned around and went back. My husband also wanted to order another sandwich, so it seemed like an easy fix. But when we explained the missing items, the situation took a disappointing turn. Two different employees — one of them a manager — insisted that the mac & cheese had been in the bag. One even asked us to pull into a parking spot so she could go through our bags with gloves. I explained we had already started eating on our way home since we were hungry, but the mac & cheese was never there. Eventually, she agreed to replace them "this time" — which felt more like an accusation than customer service. To make matters worse, the second sandwich my husband ordered had cheese on it — he’s lactose intolerant and didn’t ask for cheese. We had to circle back again to get that corrected. They did give him a new sandwich and offered a cookie, which we appreciated, but by then the whole experience had already soured. When I mentioned I’d be writing a review, the employee, Brooklyn, questioned why I would do that since they “gave us the missing items.” But this wasn’t about getting free food — it was about being treated like we were trying to cheat the system, when in fact we were just trying to get what we paid for. We’ve always loved Chick-fil-A for their great service and friendly attitudes, but this visit left a bad taste. It’s disappointing to feel questioned and doubted over a simple mistake that could have been handled with kindness and understanding. This is the only chick fil a I've ever had screw up my order... so I felt like they only deserve 2 stars since all the other chick fil a's seem to get it right and they didn't EDIT: I gave this place a second chance and lowered it to 1 star. They screwed up my order again AND look how incredibly tiny the chicken is. Lol The cheese almost wrapped around it and the bread was almost twice the size of the meat. Never giving them another chance.
Workers taking drive through orders, standing unprotected in the rain? Management, get these guys and gals some ponchos at LEAST.
Love Chic-Fil-A but super disappointed with my salad at this location. I tried called the number listed and it doesn't direct my to anyone at the store and there is no customer support email online. I ordered a market salad because I love the mixture of fruit included and literally all of the fruit in my salad was no good. Apples were pale and bruised, almost completely yellow and mushy and my strawberries looked disgusting. I'm like 88% sure one of my strawberries had mold at the bottom of it. Definitely double check your salads before pulling out of the lot.
I was leaving you parking lot when i was held up by your employee. While she let 10 other people go before me. It was simply because she had a attitude and didn't bother to ask if i was leaving or entering the drive thru. I was late to work because of your employees power trip. I will find somewhere that the employees actually care to do their jobs and not be rude for no reason!
It seems that managers and owners of this store have no concern for the safety of their employees. They require them to park across the street and walk across 5 lanes of busy traffic to get to work. Every time I drive down Walnut there are Chick Fil-A employees crossing the road to get to work. Do Better!
I always order a salad with a side of nuggets. The salads at this location are always bad. No green leafy 🥬 lettuce. Just the tons of the yellow ends nobody wants. & brown. The other location in town is far better.
I went for breakfast and there were 3 cars in front of me. By the time the attendant came to my window it was 10:33 am! She told me they stop breakfast at 10:30! She still would not let me order breakfast. Poor service!
I’m pretty positive when it comes to this place. The service was actually horrible this time. I guess it was an off day for the employees. I get but I expected more especially when it comes to manners & courtesy.
I placed my order in the drive-thru and paid with my card, but when I got to the window, they said they didn’t have my order. The manager came out immediately on the defensive, questioning whether I had even placed an order at that location. She kept pressing — asking if I actually had an order and which employee I placed it with — as if I was trying to make the whole thing up. I literally ordered in the drive-thru line with their own staff. There were a thousand ways she could have handled the situation better. I was totally fine with placing a new order and running my card again, but instead, she chose to be condescending and accusatory. Honestly one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve had
Not only did they mess up my family’s whole order but the food they messed up wasn’t even eatable. The chicken was mushy and gross. Food is way too expensive to be messed up without being remade or refunded.
The employees here do not confirm when a person is picking up a doordash order, and they give orders to the wrong people, essentially letting random people steal food. Then they refuse to help the person picking up the food, and they refuse to remake the order that they gave away. The manager Brooklyn is particularly unhelpful and rude. I do not recommend coming here because the customer service is not good.
A coworker and I order food here often. This Chick-fil-A is incapable of getting an online order correct. 8 times now they have blatantly put the wrong cheese and will add a white bun when I ask for no multigrain bun, I have celiac decease and I’m trying to be as careful as possible I have to throw away my food EVERY SINGLE TIME. I will never be a customer here again.
I ordered 8 pieces nuggets. The service i got from Jacob was great. As it shows in my receipt, everything I ordered is correct. The problem was when I received my order. It took longer than I expected, it's OK, I can wait. When I got my order and got home, I noticed I had the wrong sauces. For some reason, they have some mac n cheese problems. Out or only have a large portion. I do not know if it is on purpose so people can buy a large portion. So they were out of that. But getting the wrong sauces like honey, mustard, and others it doesn't go with fries. At least on mine. Got me so mad. Not even Ketchup got it right. It not the first time, so please make sure they give the right order with the right sides. So make sure you double-check, wait,and check even if they employees are running around to give others orders. If I waited that long, they could wait too. I am very disappointed in the service
