They always give bacon when I specifically say no bacon. Did not give refund and does not fix the issue. I’m not sure if the workers make a mistake every single time or it’s just to be annoying. This happens EVERY TIME. Don’t bother with this store, they never get it right

The 3 girls in the front counter having a deep conversation and couldn’t be bothered when I politely asked for a bag and didn’t even call out my order when it was ready bc of their conversion needs to get a lesson on customer service. On 7/18 at 8am. Wasn’t even busy since we are in summer session.

Employees do not know how to make shaken espresso and iced cappuccino. After asking them to remake the iced shaken espresso and my iced cappuccino. They just blended both drinks to where the ice completely disappeared. I the taste is horrible. I give up on this place.

It's no use having 5 employees and orders taking too long to come out and the tables where customers sit are dirty, the place looks bad , Bad service definitely , Employees talk more than they take to complete orders , My order took too long to be completed, because the employees were more busy talking to each other. I stopped by at this Dunkin donuts this evening for a brown sugar oat milk espresso it was a horrible experience. The cashier was unfriendly, and the person who was making my drink acted as though she didn't want to be there, and their faces flat. They also ruined my drink. I tried to talk to her, but she ignored me and left with an attitude. When I asked the person behind me the cash register, she told me that there were two brown sugar espressos: one with regular milk and one with oatmilk. The drink tasted awful, had no brown sugar, and was made with ordinary milk. I would never return to this place because these folks need more training on how to interact with others.

This dunkin is so sad. Could be such a pretty location but they are flys everywhere and always so dirty. Dunkin also hires incapable people to work at this location who constantly joke around with each other, and work at the slowest pace ever. Every time I go my order is always messed up or something is missing. Workers just hanging out on their phones right in front of customers when many people are waiting for orders. There is maybe only 1 good worker at this dunkin and I don’t see her that often anymore. For everyone else they need to be retrained or fired because it’s not a hard job to do but they make it so difficult for everyone else.

Terrible service. They now offer curbside pickup but only in theory. Waited half hour outside for ONE coffee and donut before going into the store to find the coffee had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long with the clear label on it that said “curbside”. No donut. I had to go to the counter and wait another 10 minutes to ask for my donut. Smh.

Is at the location in New City NY the workers where fooling around with the group of kids they where loud and annoying but they where in the party. The kids kept saying to put in the good word for them to get a job I don’t want to comeback to this location after this I was with 3 year daughter and she was scare seeing how they where acting. Fooling around being loud and obnoxious jumping and hiring each other. The Eason for the one star is because the staff was partying with them as it was they knew each other.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Waited 15 minutes in the car with my sleeping baby. Had to go inside to get my order. Four ladies behind the counter, two of them leaning on the counter doing completely nothing, no active customers. After pointing out to them, that I was waiting for my order to be brought to me, one rudely responded “you’re welcome “. No words…

Not the best DD location at all. Service is lacking in this busy location, and employees seem to be bothered by unsure ordering. Try to make you feel bad for interrupting their cell phone conversation or chatting with friends. Stay away if you have another choice. Management needs to make some changes asap.
