This was my first time ordering from Fortune East. I was very impressed by everything I ordered. I asked for many changes to my food and they accommodated all my changes. One of my request was to have a hot and sour soup that is not spicy. It was perfect and so tasty! It was the best hot and sour soup I ever had. I also ordered sesame chicken, chicken noodle soup, Shrimp roll and vegetable roll. Everything was so good. I can't wait to try other dishes. This is my new go to chinese restaurant. Thank you Fortuna East, and Thank you to your chefs.

Ordered for the first time today because I see my coworkers ordering all the time from them. I'm glad I gave them a try the delivery was unbelievably quick, portions were gigantic and my bill was extremely inexpensive. Everything was packaged together perfectly and included all condiments and utensils am extremely happy I tried them out. Next time I will order general tsau chickenordered wings and rice with an egg roll n soda all for 10$ including delivery

Friendly and reasonably priced. Became our regular place during pandemic. We like their chicken w/ garlic sauce. Other items in the menu varies each time. I think the flavor of Hot and Sour Soup swings the most - very tasty to meh.

Decent fast food and lunch deals. Ordering online usually doesn’t work and you find out once you arrive your order wasn’t started. The place smells like a rancid basement.

Eggroll was the best I've had. Chicken eggfoo young was a large portion but the chicken was dry and hard. Shrimp with lobster sause was very good but very small portion. Wonton soup was good. Dont think I'll go back with so many other places in the area.

We have been going here for years, and the taste and quality has significantly decreased. They have increased the prices of everything, and gotten greedy. $2 increase in one month. We asked for extra spicy and they tried to charge extra. I've never heard of a restaurant charging extra for spicy. Ridiculous. The quantity of food has also decreased. They went from above average to below average. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

The food was alright but the staff were rude. When I asked if I could take a copy of the menu home (in case i wanted to order in the future) the lady was like for what? And told me she already put one in my take out. When I got home, there was no menu. There were no utensils and no condiments. Not likely to order from them again. They were rude and they yelled at their customers.

Clearly they had an issue with Uber Eats and they were supposed to figure it out but they wanted me to pay them even more. I already paid for my food. Rude. The lady was fighting with me over 5 dollars and said I needed to pay her she’s very demanding like I paid you can’t make me pay more.

They asked me for more money even though they need to fix an issue from the Uber eats app. I LOST 14O DOLLARS because of them. Horrible people

Appeared to be days old rice, definitely not freshly made. Ordered chicken with broccoli as a safe choice. The chicken was rubbery and hard to chew- could not finish the meal. Only thing that was edible was the sesame chicken which was deep fried and breaded and coated in sauce- hard to mess up. Really difficult to find good quality Chinese food take away in East Queens- Long Island. Will not be ordering again- wondering who could give this place 4 stars.

Finally after ten minutes of waiting and walking towards the exit he finally stopped answering the phone and assisted us. When we got home the order was wrong. The time before that I ordered over the phone and went twenty minutes later to find out they didn’t even make our food yet because they forgot. This type of behavior is consistent with them and Im done spending my money here. Even though they are conveniently located near my home I would rather pay delivery fees for another restaurant.
