We arrived to eat right as a storm was hitting last week (tornados) and the workers delivered food to us in the rain and wind. The workers here are strong and persist through even the hardest of times. The food was also wonderful for how many tornado alerts were going off.

Actually used the drive thru for the first time. Service was friendly and fast. The iced cold brew is great. No sweeteners needed. And the corn dogs are perfect as always.

Sonic is awesome. The Coney dog is the best. Occasionally they get the orders mixed up, but we've been here many times, and it's only happened once or twice. We love the cherry limeaid. My wife loves the tater tots, and the kids love the popcorn chicken. It's always a treat for us to stop here.

my 5 year old son loves their corndogs and his vanilla milkshakes with three extra cherries. Great place for a fun family outting! can be a bit of a wait sometimes but it is worth it a hundred times over!

Had their XL Cookie Dough shake and it was heavenly! Also had their XL home made iced tea with lemon, also excellent. Enjoyed 2 of their fried chicken sandwiches, delicious, but a little small for the price. Mt girlfriend had their cheese steak sandwich and loved it. My other girlfriend loved her meal, too. All 3 of us will be back!

The Sonic Cheeseburger and onion rings were really good. We liked how the onion rings had a little sweetness to them, probably because they were fried in the same oil as the dessert items. Was really busy on our visit, but the line moved quickly.

The food was pretty good! This was my first time visiting Sonic, I got a supeesonic double cheeseburger and I was told to get a limeade because they are really good so I did. I got the Cherry limeade and wasn't disappointed, it really was all that people said, really worth it. They have bathrooms outside right by the drive-ins which is pretty nice. I'll definitely be back!

It was good this time but they are hit or miss as far as their food freshness, etc. I've had chicken sandwiches that were so hard around the edges that only a silver dollar sized portion in the middle was edible. And then I've had mozzarella sticks that seemed like they were just thawed out and served with cold marinara. It's really disappointing because when it is good, it's on point, so then I order it again only to be disappointed again. If they would stay consistent with the excellence that I know they can, I would have given them 5 stars for food. Their service is always great and the atmosphere is Sonic... Drive through or park.... it clean at least.

Sonic has the BEST milkshakes around. My only complaint is that they use real icecream but use cool whip for the "whipped cream".

Cam is such a wonderful and pleasant person to be around, you can really tell he loves his job. Always comes out with a smile and makes great conversation. I hope sonic decides to keep him for long, will be back. Have a happy holidays.

The Double Smash Burger Is By Far The Best Food Item On The Menu. When Ordering Get 2 Of Them With Extra Sauce Because If You Just Get 1 I Promise You Will Be Upset You Didn't Get 2

Park in a spot, order your food and wait for it to be delivered to your window. Then enjoy the food with your family. lol. My children loved the experience of eating in sonic. Had a radio on, and playing a YouTube video on the cellphone dock. Everyone swapping fries, drinks, telling the kids not to drop the food in the car floor etc. It was fun.

I came here with my roommate. It took a little long for the food to be brought out but we enjoyed the food! I recommend the popcorn chicken and the strawberry unsweet tea. I will try the strawberry frosé slush next time. It looks and sounds interesting.

Good food, imaginative menu and fun place to take kids. When this placed opened (first Sonic in area) you couldn't get near the place for three month. Once the novelty wore off, it settled into a good drive in with good, reasonable food, a lot of which no other drive in served. Lots of specials, especially drink discount in the afternoon. We go to these all the time when traveling in the South.

I take my nephew I love the the pretzel sticks.. went there yesterday they didn't have the cheese he likes.. he was very disappointed. Other than that it was good.. the pretzels were hot and delicious

Nice selection of burgers, hot dogs, fries and even a fish sandwich. While the food selection is not healthy eats, it's fun to splurge every now and then. Excellent selection of drinks. Try the Limeade.

This was our first time at Sonic and we had a great time, love how the restaurant is set up like an old school fast food drive in . The attendant was very respectful and polite over the speaker and the gentleman brought the food out within a few minutes. We asked if we could sit here at the speaker and eat and he replied politely with an of course you can , lol I guess we should have known that 😁, we got 2 philly steaks , corn dog , and reese milkshake and they were all very fresh and tasty. Going to have to run a few miles when I get back home but this lunch was soooo worth it. I would have given 5 stars but we received 2 fries instead of 1 fry and 1 tater tot as requested (ho hard feelings) food was flawless and that can't be disputed , great Sunday afternoon experience.

Not only was the food good but it was kinda cool. If you're not put off by the dine-in-car experience it's good food brought to you in your parking spot, which has a cool ordering panel. Wait staff bring your food out within a few minutes of ordering. Good times.

Mozzarella sticks were not crispy and seemed to be sitting for awhile. And the employee who delivered the food seemed to have major attitude. We had a perfectly pleasant intercom interaction and then when our food came out, it was slung at us with an under the breath comment. The only thing i could think that would've provoked it was that my husband turned to hand me the bag before grabbing the drink. The employee seemed rather upset he took the extra 3 seconds. It was mid afternoon and not busy. We even said thank you and got no response....

I've visited this Sonic Drive-in several times for the past month and my experience has been fruitful. The orders have been correct and they make the best slushes - I recommend the Blue Coconut Cream with coconut and lime syrup. Always a hit and must have when visiting.

The service here is not that great. They messed up on my food order. Got the wrong kind of chicken sandwich and it was just barely edible. Tater tots were fried in extremely old oil. They were a bit stingy on the condiments for the hot dogs as well. They also charged me extra.

Since the very beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic they really stepped up with the quality of their icecream, Especially the blasts. Shortly after US first case my fam bam and I went to Sonic to grab a blast and let me tell you it was ZERO STARS ALL DAY. The ice cream was warm. We asked for extra Reese's and didn't receive any at all just a cup of melted vanilla icecream I couldn't believe I paid for that and also the woman attendant usually on nights and she runs the drive thru also, was soooooooo rude! Yesterday we went back in hopes that things would change. Same lady was at drive thru and of course was the rudest person ever from greeting to not letting you finish what you actually wanted. Which is why I'm giving three stars instead of 5. Our blasts on the other hand were A1. Best blast I've had in a long time. I just hope they are able to.keep up with the demand. And hope that lady in the drive thru changes her attitude ice cream is supposed to be a happy snack. I want to be serve ice cream by people with care, compassion, and empathy behind their voice. Sorry for the paragraph. Thanks for reading!

Got a cheeseburger and it was average. Tater tots were good. The frito chili cheese wrap wasn’t anything special. The guy at the drive-thru wasn’t the friendliest. Decent prices though.

I wish this Sonic would do mobile app orders. It is so much better and convenient. Plus they don't have any promos. I ended up ordering a milk shake and no whipped cream nor the cherry. They didn't ask if I wanted it or not. I was sad but didn't bother to say anything. I just wanted to leave.

Updated 6/23/2021 - The customer service has taken a dip. Perfect example, today I had a meal with 3 drinks and went through the drive thru. Was told they ran out of holders after looking like I was bothering her for asking for one. When I asked for a bag (and pointed to the bigger bag they gave to put the little tray of hot dogs in) to try and put the some drinks in to make handling it when I needed to go from car into home with, she proceeded to hand me the smallest bag imaginable. Fan of Sonics, but this location is hit or miss when it comes to customer service!

This was my first time at this location. It is located off a busy stretch of road, inside the same area as Walmart. Went to the drive thru. Employee wasn't too happy to be there. Ordered a hot dog, a hamburger, onion rings, French fries and shakes. French fries were hard as a rock. Couldn't understand that. Onion rings were cold and they were the first thing I reached for. Shakes were thick and tasty. Hot dog was super soggy, but tasty. Employee was surprised that I asked for my receipt, which has a survey code, if you're interested in that. If it wasn't raining so badly, I would have gone back to complain.

I keep going back here thinking that it's going to get better, but it just doesn't. Every time, my burger is cold. This time my regular coke had a bad aftertaste. The tater-tots, however, are consistently great and are a nice alternative to fries.

First - no drive up and park to order. Everyone had to use the drive thru… Second - drive thru was SLOW… Thirdly - payment was quick but then sat at window waiting for food to arrive. Which was warm at best - not hot. Missed the Sonic Experience they are so known for… Will try another restaurant spot the next time.

The food was great, however the only way to purchase food was at the drive-thru. Signs would have been better than the rude "you have to go through the drive-thru if you want food." ☆☆☆☆ I understand businesses being short handed and having limited services, but customer service goes a long way. ☆☆ I hope the manager of this location creates sings to be hung up when certain services aren't available!

I usually go to sonics for an ice cream or slushy treat and those have always tasted great. Unfortunately with this sonics this service is slow in the drive thru. I would love to give them 5 stars because of their delicious treats and discounts, but the service is so slow that if I see even one car on line I know it will be at least 15 min before I am getting my order. This is why I can never stop there at lunch time to buy anything. One time someone did come out and bring me my order which was amazing, but that may be hit or miss depending who is working there. So if you have time to wait, I do recommend this place.

The quality of the food at my location, New Windsor, NY, is extremely inconsistent. The premium chicken sandwich was so hard around the edge that 2 inch diameter in the center was barely edible. I gave it another chance, but this time, it was so dark that I mistook it for my hamburger and put ketchup on it... Yuck! I tried the tots several times. The first time, they were cold, and the second time, I almost broke a tooth they were so hard. I also gave the fried mozzarella a second chance because the first time, they were leaking oil everywhere. The second time, they were barely room temperature and not melted at all. Plus, they didn't give me my marinara sauce. The $1.99 chicken sandwiches were perfect, so I reordered them. This time, they were both cold. Same thing with the chicken tenders. The first time, they were amazing, so I decided to get them again... buy one entre get one free. I could hardly finish the first order because they were hard and cold. Once again, I didn't get the dipping sauce I ordered. The bottom line here is I've lost my taste for anything Sonic, which is a shame because when it's good, it's on point, but I've grown weary of playing Russian roulette.

Sonic is decent it's not 5 star dining but they have amazing specialty drink choices for teas and shakes etc and if you come on a Sunday they will skate to your car sadly the rest of the week they don't

Holy hell the staff here is unfriendly. Writing this while wating in the drive through since the window chick just snatched my card and didn't say a word to me, shoved my drinks out at me, and didn't even bother to hand me a receipt. The staff here is always like this. 2 stars because at least the food is what I expect

We ordered 2 shakes. The lady came on the intercom and asked in a rude tone " so you want 1 vanilla 2 bandanna"? My husband responded "No 1 of each please". No response back so we pull forward to the window. The lady at the window rudely asks if we are just getting food to which my husband again relays our order. The lady tells us our total gives us our change and 5 min later we get our shakes. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AS MUCH AS MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVES YOUR SHAKES AND FOOD WE DO NOT NEED DISRESPECT.

Service was horrible. Kept interrupting as the order was placed. One of the burgers was made wrong because she rushed the order and kept interrupting so she didn't hear the request for what was not wanted. Then we got an extra drink when no second drink was ordered. There was an add to a drink that was ordered but not another one. It also took forever for the food. Longer than normal and they did not seem busy.

Every time I go thru the drive thru they give the wrong food. One time , ordered a cheeseburger with just cheese and ketchup but gave us a burger with lettuce and tomato ( have an autistic son and freaked , but ok mistakes happen) , another time ordered two fries and but didn't get the fries( maybe they thought they were in there) , this time , ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and tomato and got a hamburger with ketchup instead ...I use to work at a fast food restaurant and I know mistakes happen ,but it shouldn't happen this much

Fries are pure garbage, how do you over cook 5 minute fries? Not even 5 minutes lmfao. Chicken tenders look nothing like what's advertised, there literally the kind you make in your microwave. I can't come here again.

Ordered online. Pulled in seconds later and clicked check in. 15 min later I had to ring the stall. They had the order sitting there. 5-7 minutes later they walked it out. Handed me a bag and said "here" Rude and slow. As you can see, they replied to this post. I sent an email to corporate. They basically said they are sorry and they'll do better. Well, good luck because we won't be back.

If you're expecting a rockabilly 50s feeling, you better get back to the future, because it's not here. Also the food was sub par. Burger weldone and thin and hard. The screen didn't work and couldn't accept my credit card. Staff was not really happy to be there. Dismal environment.

I’m big on customer service even a simple, thanks have a nice day. No one here seems to have an ounce of it. Lady brings us the food hands it and says nothing, of course I say have a nice night, looks at me like I have two heads and walks away. Drive thru staff sometimes sound miserable like you’re bothering them. Just not a good professional run place. Food is well what you expect from sonic.

Drinks are great in the summer. Food is another thing when you order a burger be careful as when I took a bite i had a small piece of metal with the burger. I told the management and they didn't want to help. Worst customer service experience. If you are going for drinks I definitely recommend it food no.

I was extremely excited when sonic came to Newburgh many years ago. Prior, I would drive far just for the experience. This particular branch is just horrid. Every time I go, which is lately less frequent because of the issues, the wait is always insanely long. We never order anything out of the ordinary. After the long wait, it’s 50/50 that the food is hot after waiting that long. The employees seem void of any happiness or willingness to do the work. The voices over the speaker are just sad and depressing, and the speaker system seems insanely flawed and broken. This isn’t an attack on the employees as it’s clear better management and better working conditions would surely increase their moral. However, when the food does arrive and it is nice and hot, the food is amazing. It has the potential to be some of the best fast food in the area if it wasn’t held back by poor customer service. Fast food is expensive anymore and has become more of an experience. That experience for most of these places is insanely lacking. Any competition that desires to enter our local market would likely end these run down and tired establishments.

The lady taking the order was rude and had an attitude taking our order. The burger was pretty good. The Chicago dog had 2 big tomatoes on it which I’ve never had one with it so that was different. The jalapeño peppers were horrible, tasted old and dried up. The French fries tasted good and crispy. The pretzel was good too.

Visited this establishment on 5.20.2025. I was visiting from out out of town. I ordered a hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes and onion. It's good I didn't want mayonnaise because the burger was refrigerator cold. I don't know if it was because of my race or they just didn't CARE.. From now on, I'll know just to get a cold beverage. Horrible!

I went to sonic today for the very first time ever because I kept seeing the smashburger commercial and it looked delicious. So I decided to try one finally and the meat was so tough and grizzly it was like rubber I felt like there was rubber bands in the meat that grissell stuck all in my teeth. My first bite tasted could have fowl that had a bitter flavor the burger Patty tasted terrible. I have to say it may have been one of the worst if not the worst burger that I've ever had flavor wise. And it was grizzly and it was very expensive. And my hand was covered in grease while I was eating it. Well at least I got it out of my system I tried it, it's over and I'll never go back. Unless I fall victim to desire to try one of those giant hot dogs.

This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I pulled in and decided to wait a couple of minutes to place my order. Once I began to place my order, the cashier (or whatever you would like to call them) started to scream "I CANT HEAR YOU!!!" So I leaned forward to place my order but she thought it was funny and continued to scream "I still can't hear you...!" She had the worst attitude and should definitely not be working there. I dont know what has happened to this location but over the years, the customer service has gone down the drain. Will never be going back...

The worst Sonic I've ever been to. First it took them a really long time to get us our food and they did not provide any condiments or napkins. My boyfriend's fries were stale, cold and tasted like cardboard. His chicken tenders had cartilage in them and the Texas toast was stale as well. My burger barely had any toppings in it and my tots were so stale that they were inedible. Overall, a complete waste of money since we had to throw out a majority of our food.

Addition of one more star to the rating for having chicken that was easier to chew as opposed to the previous time where it was like biting into a carrot. First time they have let me put peanut butter in my cheesecake milkshake after telling me before they couldn't combine the two. Still got whipped cream even tho I asked for it without, which I wouldn't mind as much if in the process of taking it off the milkshake it didn't also take the gramcracker coating

This was my first bad experience at a Sonic. The drive thru wait was unbearable and the location was not even busy. The staff was incompetent to say the least. My order got messed up and the order taker blames the computer. My burger was cold and they forgot to put my popcorn chicken in the bag. Stay away from this location, customer service is horrible.

Coke no ice means coke no ice. It 1/2 ice. Hamburger was cold and not warm and juice as photos show. Was not good experience. Maybe that is why Kingston and Poughkeepsie locations closed? Update: went again two days ago after a year of not going. Went for breakfast sandwich and it truly wasn’t worth it. I highly doubt they will earn my business again.

We just went to the Sonic in Newburgh NY, we waited 10 minutes before someone answered the call button, we were told that the outside was closed and we had to go through the drive thru. We went to place our order and the employee rushed us through without getting our complete order, she was rude and arrogant. When we got to the window we asked to add 2 additional items to our order because they rushed us and didn't let us complete our order from the speaker. We were then told we can't add anything from the window. So we left without any order. What a horrible customer service experience.

Waited 15 minutes on drive thru line for ice cream. It must have been sitting on counter while i waited because it was completely melted. Threw it in the trash. I was already late & wasn't going to wait on drive thru line to give it back. Employee that handed it to me looked like they were having a bad day. Didn't even bother to say thank you. This location has become total chaos. It seems Sonic can’t retain employees. Tonight, at around 8:50pm, about a dozen cars behind me were told the location was closing early because they were short staffed. I’ve been waiting for my food for half an hour, as have the cars behind me. After reading the reviews on Google it seems this is a usual occurrence. This location isn’t supposed to close until 10:00pm on a Saturday so I can only imagine the revenue they’re losing. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed for wasting the time of the customer like this.

Rude Masculine woman on drivethrough taking the orders, grill was down and had a snarky remark for everything, like I know how they prepare their food back there, she definitely took advantage of the fact I didn't want my food spit in so I tolerated her attitude. Seems like she's upset where she's at in life, should learn a skill or trade. Kid with the cast at the window was cool though. But took way too long for 2 frito wraps and a coney. Cooperate needs to step in because the service here is always terrible.

There is a employee by the name of Pam who is always rude when taking orders and if you try to add more than one meal or another item to your order she catches even more attitude huffs and puffs .she always messes up orders all the time happens way too often . She should be fired. she shouldn't work in customer service if she has an attitude everyday. It isn't other people's problem that she is unhappy with her job.

The manager at sonic is so rude and Unprofessional! I don’t know how she still has a job… numerous times we’ve been and she’s been so nasty every time! Corporate should really look into her customer service!

Rudest people ever, it's the same thing every time they rush you give you an attitude you ask for one thing they give you another and make it seem like it's your fault when they got it wrong. Worst sonic ever, literally never going back. I made sure to ask for my fries to be fresh out and what did I got luke warm hard fries, even before they brought my order I asked the person at the window to please make sure my fries are fresh out to avoid any unnecessary back and forth and he said okay and brought me out the opposite when I told him they weren't fresh out he brought the lady that bagged them instead of just getting them fresh out. Just don't go to this sonic they have no sort of professionalism, the worst

I went there last night for the first time in like 6 months. The food was atrocious, I didn't really think you could burn someone's entire order but that's what happened. I was already home before I realize my Philly cheesesteak was all burnt and extremely crispy and they threw it in the bread and dumped a bunch of cheese on it to hide that. Then I ordered chili cheese tots and my chili cheese tots we're all over fried AKA burnt. I gave my food to my dog because that's how hard and crunchy the so called meat was. The only thing that somewhat worked out about my order was my root beer which they put all this ice in. I thought the Sonic in Middletown was bad but Newburgh you just won that round. I will not be coming back once again because they hiring people who thinks that's okay to do. It's not okay to serve people burnt food and act like the food was okay with no issues.

I wish I could review the food, but we never got it. Used the order ahead option (iPhone app) which seemed to work OK. We arrived at the restaurant and checked in on the app as instructed. After a few minutes, the app asked us to check in again. And again. And again. After 10 minutes of that I had no idea if they knew we were there or not. So I pressed the red order button - waited 5 minutes and no response. Saw several other customers having similar problems. Thinking there might be a problem with the system I decided to go knock on the door. Nobody would acknowledge my existence. Tried pressing the red order button at a different stall. Still no answer. Thought about trying the drive through but the line was really long and not moving very fast. After 20+ minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever, we finally decided to leave and go home to eat. I called Sonic customer service and they issued me a refund, but this was still a complete waste of time.

I got my food handed to me while the worker completely looked away in the other direction like one does when handing a roll of TP to someone in the bathroom. Everyone I was with had an awkward/dissatisfying experience with the employees. Food is good but the service is not. All the employees at this sonic need a hug and a vacation, maybe forever...

the blonde lady with the football jersey and raggedy shoes was very disrespectful she held up the line arguing with a customer for over 10 minutes i can understand why because her attitude is disgusting she didn’t ask what sauce i wanted at the speaker so when i went up front i asked for buffalo and ketchup and she said it’s in the bag and shut the window on me mid sentence the buffalo obviously wasn’t in the bag so i asked her for it again and she said it’s 35 cents i said okay then she told me if i want to buy the buffalo sauce i have to go back around to the end of the line and order it mind you i’ve already wasted over 30 minutes in the drive thru. if you’re grown and still can’t handle fast food maybe you should work front desk or something more slow pace. pretty sure that’s all she’s capable of.

Didn't get my drink with my combo meal. I also ordered me sandwich without onions as I have a bad reaction to onions. Half an hour away and now I'm sick. Thanks Sonic for making this a great stop on our vacation. 🤢🤮👎

0920 feb10. Drive thru. Ordered shakes and chicken strips. rude customer service, took over 5 minutes to answer through speaker. Food was out in a timely manner however no receipt was given. Love sonic as I used to work in one. Overall disappointed

Ordered 3 grape nerds slushies and 2 churro shakes. They gave me 1 slushie 2 shakes said bye and closed the window. I knock and say i Ordered 3 slushies you gave me one, i then check my receipt and it also says one. The man rolls his eyes and says give me your receipt, then asks if a girl took my order, i tell him yes and he closes the window. Comes back to the window after a while and says yea in going to have to charge you for 2 more, i tell him that's fine my kids just want their slushies. They give me back my card, we get the slushies and leave, get 3 mins away and realize our shakes don't have cherries and the 2 slushies that they have us had no nerds in them. When I was young i worked fast food and I'm telling you its really not that hard to do that job, let alone doing it without an attitude, especially when the customer did not have an attitude. It wasn't busy, i wasn't nasty. I dont get it.

they're are rude to me every single time i go there. the phone number doesn't even work to speak to a manager. i go there for a treat for my kids and i and every single time i go im given the worst attitude. sonic is supposed to be a family place. what a shame.

Tonight November 8,2023 @ 8:30 PM my husband and son bought a burger, a chicken sandwich, and fries. Both of them said the food was aweful. My son loves sonic and he said ffs tasted reheated and chicken sandwich tasted like it sat too long. Husband said same about ffs and that it was the worst burger he’s ever had. Update … today is November 10 Friday and I just went through and got the same service…. I am used to. Wonderful sweet guy. I knew it wasn’t normal day experience my husband had.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! this is THE worst sonic in all of America, we forgot to add a drink so we asked at the window and a rude masculine lady came over with bad attitude and rudely said no we dont add drinks here get back in line!!! we had already waited almost 25 minutes in line..so we parked in a spot. They said no service in the spots only drive thru, at this point we saw our slushies were half melted, and our tater tots were microwaved (they were nasty) so we approached the door the same masculine rude lady came to the door and said NO, WE CANNOT REMAKE THEM so we requested a refund. Finally got the refund but it was in lots of coins (nickels and dimes) Lady was so rude. She hates her life. She doesnt need to take it out on the customers. The same lady i am complaining about has been mentioned many times thru the reviews. That lady NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

Would give zero stars if i could, went in on 12/10 somehow our order got messed up then they wanted us to pay for a slushie during happy hour when we upgraded our drink with the meal for a slushie. We ordered two large slushies ended up with one medium then wanted us to pay more. I wont be returning.

Worst Sonic location I have ever been to, it took forever to get our orders and they got it wrong and the fries were burnt!! She (employee) gave us an attitude when I let them know about it. And almost snatched the fries when I was handling it to her.

I like sonic but this location isn't the best. Theres an older woman that works here that can be very nasty to me sometimes and I was given under cooked corn dogs on a 50 cent corn dog day. Update from June 10th experience: I've been to this sonic several times and it seems like the only acceptable time to come here is when they have the seasonal college kids around. There's one specific woman working there for several years now that has the nastiest attitude with customers. My brother placed a mobile order at the same stall I was hoping to place my order at as we had two separate payments and were trying to make it easier for them. She rudely cut me off in the middle of my order and said I had to wait, so we waited 40 minutes total for both orders. I understand policies and whatnot but the overall attitude and ridiculous wait was not needed. It's always the SAME girl giving attitude. I've seen her and other employees doing coke in the parking 🙄 If she doesn't like the job then I don't understand why she doesn't just look for something else at this point. Walmart is in the same plaza girl, go apply over there!!

I find I'm waiting for almost 10+ minutes when all I've ordered is two of the Frito Burritos and a sprite. After 10 minutes, they told me it's still being made. Awful times. Won't be back for quite some time. Edit: I waited 25 minutes for two Burritos and a sprite. There were 5 people working and they said they had only one cook. No manager on shift. Poor performance all around.

I ordered a caramel milkshake from this location a it was chunky. It looked like the eggs you get when you order sushi. I could t even take a sip without a bunch of chunks. I tried calling the location and no one anwsered. It was disgusting, never had this problem ordering here before.

Terrible service tonight. I waited in line for over a half hour at the drive-thru for three shakes. I sat at the speaker for more than three minutes before someone finally took my order and, when they did I was rushed and did not feel appreciated at all. When I finally got to the window I was informed that split payments are not possible, something's that is simple at almost any other fast food restaurant or business. When I got my shakes they were half melted and there was barely any whipped cream. I usually love the shakes that I order from here but today they were just terrible. To top it off while waiting I could see the person in charge on this night arguing with the young associate at the window.

Horrible service! The waitress was clearly unhappy to work there. She or the kitchen staff forgot to give me my food. When I asked for my food she told me she had other orders and that I would have to wait until she was done to look into it. What was interesting was that when I asked for my money back she had so much time to immediately assist me but to give me my food was not on her priority list. Management should look into the process because I have been to many Sonic fast food drive ins along the East Coast for over 10 years and have never received such bad service.

We drove to stall #17 and placed order and waited 20 minutes. we could not wait any longer so we drive to drive through line and waited another 15 minutes and the voice just said one moment and never came back. we drove to paid area and then we were told our order got lost. We didn't get the order and wasted 40 minutes. everyone was so disappointed and frustrated none of us wanted to eat there. Every car was waiting long line but it was not a busy. It just that each car wait time was long. How can they loose our order????? Sonics burger joint is a very bad memory for our family... employees who works there need to get retrained. Do not eat there.....

I was at this Sonic location at 10:45 p.m. they are lacking customers service, there a lady and guy working, I approached the intercom and ask were they still open and no response and I ask again and lady very disrespectful and rules said what can, the lady said again ( what can i get you very rude never said Welcome to Sonic just what can I get you, I said , OK I would like to order a medium fries, them I drove to drive up window very rude said cash or card. The lady gave me my order and the fries was warm, half wasn't cook completely, causes they weren't solid, very limp and soft, not good to eat for a baby which we purchased for. Employee like her, need customer service class and make Sonic a bad restaurant for outstanding customer service.

I ordered a chocolate brownie blast with chocolate ice cream and hot fudge. I got vanilla ice cream no hot fudge but was charged for it and 5 pieces of brownie. Onion rings were burnt and over cooked , burger was good. What a huge disappointment. Don’t come here if you want Sonic. The staff here doesn’t take any pride in their work. They are talking to one another while playing on their cell phones.

If I could give zero stars I would! The service here is TERRIBLE! The food is always old and greasy not edible. The carhop is rude and very unpleasant needs to find a different job since it's clear she hates it. The person taking the orders has to be the rudest person I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. This location needs a revamp from management to employees. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

my original review was very good for here about a year ago but after tonight i will NEVER return. my order was messed up 2 times. took over an HOUR in total to get my food, 4 minutes to be answered at the drive through which i had to announce my presence at and my order was STILL WRONG when i got home because who thinks to check a bag after their food was supposed to be corrected and a long line behind, how hard is it to put 2 chicken slingers in the bag. not to mention they took my receipt so i can’t even get a refund. on top of an employee standing on her phone in front of the drive through door. sad bc i really enjoyed the food

We usually come here a lot but last time I got the breakfast sandwich I got food poisoning and found onions in my cherry limeade. My boyfriend wanted to come again today so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a simple tenders and tots. The tots were old old. I’ve worked in food service for almost a decade and when they are white, and dried out in the inside they’re old old. I asked her to make me some fresh ones and she just stood there for a second and with attitude took the bag and came back 1 min later with the same exact tots but even more oily . They dropped them in the oil for 10 seconds and gave them back. Kinda embarrassing really. I’m not eating them, I threw them away and that solidified that this place, like most sonics are going down hill fast.

Great shakes, too bad Brenda was not in a mood to work today. We all have bad days, let's not take it out on customers. Especially when you charged me for a medium and gave me a small shake.

We pulled up to the carhop order window and started to place an order, being we had multiple parties we decided to cancel the order, step outside and order at the patio to make it easier on the staff and split checks. After ordering, we asked if we could go sit in the vehicle, since it was 20 degrees with wind blowing; it felt like 7 degrees. Harley, refused to serve us if we went to our vehicle, and pulled it to the closest carhop … She said “you ordered on the patio, you need to stay on the patio.” 4 out of 6 of us went to the vehicle to warm up, the 2 stayed on the patio. Harley refused to walk to the table we were at, which was on the far side from the kitchen door. I eventually broke the bickering as she continued to refuse to bring our food over on the patio table and brought the money to her. We had to watch her and the staff make the remaining food through the window. When we asked for sauces that were forgotten in our bags, Harley took her sweet time as we froze outside to get our condiments. We should have left and not taken our food. After paying her for 3 orders, we ate in our vehicle. We put our trash on the table as there was no easily assessable trash can. As we were leaving, Harley came outside and gave us the middle fingers. Highly unprofessional. Some food was not good. Harley was terrible and rude.

I’m upset I ordered the new toffee bites at the window, the girl was rushing with my order I ate one of the toffee bites and noticed they were half done I was chewing nothing but dough. And I’m upset because I seen it viral all over TikTok and wanted to try them so bad. Just for them to be half way cooked I pressed down in the middle of my bite and it left dents. I just tried calling for a manager and no one is picking up the phone. Bad service DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT !! It’s nothing but young girls playing around with peoples food they don’t care they just want the money.

If you hate your teeth and want something to break them on, this is the place for you. Was just here last night, ordered a classic crispy chicken sandwich. When I went in for my first bite I couldn’t even bite through it, it was solid HARD. My husband thought I was joking, let him try and he was barely able to get through the meat. I split it in half to see if the middle would be any softer, nope. I figured I could at least eat the fries, ha! Cold, hard, and stale. I’ve been to Sonic all across the country & never had a problem. I have no idea what it tasted like, but it smelled like fried cardboard. We’re obviously never returning.
