Stopped in based on the reviews and was very pleased! I got the salmon deluxe with capers, tomato, and onion on an everything bagel. The bagel was so good I didn't lose any of it while I was eating it. That's a top notch bagel!

Had an amazing set of bagels with a wide variety of cream cheese! My recommendation is to get half of a bagel with one cream cheese, and the other half with another.

Bagel Rx is an absolute gem for bagel enthusiasts! I visited this cozy little spot yesterday, and I was blown away by the quality and variety of their bagels. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked bagels. The menu offered a wide selection of flavors, from classic plain and everything to unique creations like cinnamon raisin walnut and jalapeño cheddar.

Today, 01/05/2024, I walked into the store and I was looking at the prices like many other Deli's, this place is one of the most vegan like Deli's I was surpised with. They gave me a free cookie that made me feel as if I am so welcomed to be back frequently.

Best raisins bagel I’ve had in a long time!! Fresh raisins bagel, maple glazed turkey with yellow American cheese, lettuce and tomato in my sandwich was crisp and clean!! Wow, that’s all I have to say. Customer Service was phenomenal!!! Smooth was exactly as I asked.

I stopped in here one night on my way to work for a quick snack. I got their berry smoothie with apple juice, and it was delicious and so refreshing. The perfect on the go pick-me-up. Thomas made my smoothie, and you can tell he puts his heart and soul into everything he makes.

Tomas the guy at the counter was the best and he let me pay card and cash cause I didn’t have enough on my card for the burger. Skip Apollo Bagel (simply because of the line, their bagels are great) and go to Bagel RX. Super fast, super delicious, they have 3 different vegan cream cheeses. Just what you would expect from a 5/5 bagel place.

My onion bagel with lox and light scallion cream cheese was delicious and very filling. The girl at the register was awesome and the honey-vanilla-hazelnut latte she suggested was 10/10. Just a few spots for sitting but there’s a pleasant little fountain and garden area nearby with benches that you can rest at.

The West Village is a bagel lover’s paradise. There are lots of options to choose from. That said, if you find yourself on the corner of 13th and 7Seventh Ave south, there is BagelRX. A real prescription for the long lines and high prices elsewhere. Friendly staff. Nice vibe. The bagels are fresh and plump with a wide variety of toppings and shmears to choose from. . My personal fav’s are the egg bagel and multi-grain. BagelRX is the spot!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Elena, Morales, George, and Sam — such a welcoming team! George and Morales were full of great suggestions, but I stuck with what I was craving: a bagel with cream cheese and an Americano. Simple, delicious, and just what I needed. Great energy, friendly service (which is so rare these days), and a spot I’ll definitely return to when I’m back in New York. Keep up the amazing work, RX Bagel team!

I love Bagel RX! As a long-time resident of the West Village, it was so nice to see an affordable and welcoming business come into this increasingly gentrified area. Bagel RX is a classic New York bagel shop, serving all types of bagels, sandwiches and breakfast items, as well as delicious coffee. The staff are also extremely kind and remember my order the second I walk in. There is a small bar area to sit and outdoor seating in the summer. I could not recommend this place more!

We have been to New York a number of times but *shock horror* we have never had a Bagel. We had just finished a 7k walk along the Highline and was ready for breakfast. By chance we came across this place. So glad we did! Lots of choices but Breakfast Begel hit the spot for us. It was delicious. Staff were welcoming and friendly and we were also able to sit an eat. Thank you for an excellent first NY Bagel experience.

Very small place.. bagel and other food options available. Had the Turkey egg and cheese. Tasted ok, would recommend. Coffee was ok.. could have been better but no sugar available only other sweetener options which changed the coffee flavor. The area is under construction causing bad sewer smells. The staff was friendly, we ordered 4 types of bagels, but they misunderstood our order, and gave us 2 wrong bagels. However, there is a wide selection of creams and bagels, the food was very good, it was just a pity we couldn't try all those types we wished to. We could eat our bagels at tables on the street right next to the place. They do not have any alcoholic drinks.

Nice little clean spot for egg sandwich and smoothie. However the employees are overclocking hours and it shows in their energy and attention levels. I’m a local and order from here daily. Unfortunately they get my order wrong 5/7 times. (Missing SPK/wrong cheese)

A BEC bagel is going to hit every time. However was it the best I’ve had? No. The bacon was seldom and chewy.

This place is nice, the food is good, the people are friendly... my only gripe is about 50% of the time the food comes out wrong (missing cheese, wrong bagel type, etc.). They need to write down the orders.

I was excited to see great vegan cream cheese options, but then they told me none of the bagels are vegan. They wouldn't tell me what allergens the bagels contain.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich on a walk to the pier, sat down to watch the sunset and there was no roast beef in it.

I came to this place second time today and as the first time the order was done wrong. I had a limited time to eat and even if they corrected it I had much less time and did not finish my lunch before returning to work. The people are laughing, joking nor paying attention to what they do at all. In the end the stinky attitude with comment "maybe this is not place for you". I hope the owner sees that . It that we're may employees they will look for another job!!

Note to New Yorkers - scam! Given all the positive reviews, I really wanted to try their bagels. I went an ordered a bagel with lox. The made the bagel, and when I went to the register to pay, they double charged for the price of the bagel! They said the price ‘Bagel With’ only includes the topping ($4.99), and I would have to pay an extra $1.99 for the bagel. The menu couldn’t have been more clear. Despite some back and forth, they refused to change the total price to $4.99 for ‘Bagel with lox’, as was listed on the board. I refused to accommodate this scam and walked out. I guess they threw away the bagel. New Yorkers – don’t patronize such businesses that misrepresent and rip you off.

I would always stop by this place in order to get my daily breakfast before work It was part of my routine Unfortunately, one issue led me to not come back here anymore, and I think it would be such an easy fix The problem is that about 90% of people order at the cash register. The remaining 10% of customers walk straight through to the back of the counter in order to place their order with the person in the back who is making the food Those people continuously skip the line and get their food before others that have ordered before them I think the layout of the place is flawed and I think you should either make everyone order with the guy in the back or make everybody order at the cash register I don’t want to be one of the people who skip the line by walking to the back, but I also don’t want other people to skip ahead in front of me so the only solution for me is to no longer go here

This place sucks, you walk on for a bagel and they tell you they are closing and that the grill is closed and they have minimal choices, then I ask for coffee and they say they can’t make any because they are closing so please tell me what’s the point of serving when all you have to serve is no service with minimal choices?!

Again, price at register higher than menu. They claimed it's a credit card fee, but that doesn't compute. Charges me 50 cent extra for bagel. Egg and cheese sandwich wasn't even tasty. Prev review. Believe it. Menu prices say one thing, register charges 30+ percent more. Bagel with cream cheese 2.99, register charges me 3.99. As a newer business in the area, this is not appreciated. I left the food on the counter and chose to walk out.

I get that workers are in a rush to get food out, but c’mon. I was really craving a toasted raisin bagel with cream cheese and (JELLY). Instead what I got was a soggy raisin bagel with EXCESSIVE amount of cream cheese and barely any Jelly. When I opened it. It was oily, awfully wrapped. Cream cheese all over the place. Unacceptable.
