Always fresh always the way you want it
Best salad in FiDi.
Awesome salads!
Absolutely amazing
Awesome salads
Awesome salads.
Best salads in the area by far. Always fresh and huge portions!!! I really like the Mexicana. Karina who works there is super nice and helpful!!!!! She went the extra mile.
Best salad shop, better than sweetgreen and all the others
Una delle mie preferite! Porzioni grandi!
Tried it for the first time 10/22/23, staff was very helpful and nice. The quality is pretty good, my custom wrap tasted great
A must try takeout option for anyone visiting NYC even my picky eater wants to go there again ….. staff was amazing .
Staff very attentive. Thought they could have had a few more options. (I could almost make the same salad at home right now.) Good price.
Great salads, lots of choices and yes they are chopped so it’s easier to hide the veggies and get a taste of everything in one bite.
Favorite salad shop in the city. Fast, non-pretentious, good portions, fresh ingredients, friendly staff!
Salad place of preference in Fidi. Better priced than other chopped salads spots and better quality.
Consistently good salads in this place. The best salad spot in the area!
Really great variety of yummy salads. My fav is the Thai crunch - Very yummy!
Fresh, great quality, and great service. Always super fast! Highly recommend.
Delicious food and good prices. Great healthier option
My favorite of the salad-to-go places.
Friendly staff and large portion, definitely recommend
Even tho this place is new and just opened during the pandemic, it has great service
Great lunch spot! Clean fresh and tasty.
Food is really fresh and exceeded my expectations.
Chicken Salad so good —fresh and they give a huge portion
Great food, lightning-fast delivery, perfect experience.
This store worths 5 stars and a heart!🥗
I can't say that the atmosphere of Chop & Go is anything spectacular, but I get a salad from them every week. You get more value for what you're paying there more than some of the other salad joints in the neighborhood. The staff is also good at checking on people they see waiting to make sure their order is being made, and to give them an update.
This is by far the BEST salad place in FiDi and probably all of Manhattan. The portions are good, the service is quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the sweet potato salad but lately I've liked the waldorf as well. You can't go wrong here!
Always greeted with amazing customer service and a smile by the team members. This location is doing something right when recruiting staff. Staff is helpful and friendly, something which is unusual in today's "smart-phone" world. Keep it up!! Food is always fresh and location is kept clean!
Freshest salad ingredients and best salad-making teams in lower Manhattan, IMHO. My favorites are Avocago in summer and Sweet Potato in winter. They will ask if you want everything that goes into those choices, and offer you the choice of switching out one ingredient for another (say, sesame tofu instead of chicken). If there's a line, it goes very quickly. Eat or take out.
If you're tired of the anemic portions at Sweetgreen, this place is for you. It was my first time checking it out and the portion was very generous; I can easily get two meals out of it. Ingredients were also fresh. Everyone was efficient yet friendly. I'll be coming back!
Friendly, professional staff. Make the salads in appropriate portions and the food is fresh. Always enjoyable. Thank you!
When they said these are filling, they were not wrong! Huge portion that easily can be shared with a partner. Expertly made, I had the earth bowl and was very impressed.
Very pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect much from what looked a typical "bowl" lunch food place, but it was FRESH and QUALITY. The Waldorf Chicken Wrap had crunchy walnut pieces, cranberries, apples, in a pefect vinaigrette, with salad and good chicken. WINNER! They hand your food down a "conveyor belt" of workers till its done and you can customize each step of the way, in front of you.
Love this place go almost every day and create my own salad. Fresh fulfilling and good. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great salad.
Amazing! Honestly the best salad I’ve had! Perfect amount of condiments, very generous portions, tasty food that you can personalize and friendly staff, definitely worth it!
Best salad I've ever had. Restaurant was super clean. The staff was welcoming and attentive. So impressed! Please expand to the Pittsburgh market!
Such a great salad. I prefer to create your own option and love the tex mex ranch dressing. The chicken sharwama is also really good. Much better salad place than just salad and sweetgreen. Definitely recommend
I am a huge fan of the kale ceasar salad. I love that you have the option to customize it. I add shrimp to mines being that I am a pescaterian. Very clean, very fast service.
I take out from here most days when I am at work. It is the best to-go salad place, hands down. The fact that the salads are well-chopped is obviously the main advertisement for the place, but I just think their prebuilt salads have all proven to be really good and innovative.
The Cobb salad at Chop and Go is next-level — seriously better than Sweetgreen. Everything was super fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. The app makes ordering a breeze, too — really intuitive and fast. This might be my new go-to lunch spot.
This is the best place to get salads in NYC! I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve gotten, everything is super fresh and delicious. Frank & Cindy were super friendly and have some of the best customer service !
This was my second time here. It's very clean and modern on the inside. The line moved quickly and the staff was very friendly. A base salad with no meat starts at $9.99 with 4 toppings. Any meat will cost u about $3 more. They have a variety of dressings and the staff chops the salad for you. It's a good tasting salad even though the price is a bit high. Wish they had sandwich/soup and salad combos now that Hale and Hearty closed!
Omg isn’t the best place in whole Manhattan? Yes it is! I love their Mexicana bowl:3 pickled onion😻😻😻 And yes, they have such great customer service
First time trying salads here and the chimichurri salad was good! The proportion of the meat with the greens was just right. Dressing was just ok but it was still delicious. Staff was really nice too. Everything was prepared fresh and on-site.
The best salad place! The Avocago oh my goodness it's delicious, you must try it
The place is spotless, the customer service is great and the variety of salads are just something else. If I am looking for a healthy lunch or dinner I will go to this place.
Go-to salad spot in the area. Always filling & if you don’t know what to get, the picante Caesar never disappoints.
Delicious salad great spot to check out during a lunch break
Wall Street Style food, popular in the downtowns of large cities. The food here is much better than its competitors

The wasted chances to enjoy this food before today. The place was exceptional throughout! Their service personnel are absolutely excellent. The chef takes creative risks that taste wonderful. This venue provides satisfying meals.
Move over chopped and sweet green.. this place is amazing. Every salad I’ve had so far has been 🔥 most recently the crispy Asian chicken one is 10/10. Highly recommend- line moves quick as well
This is by far the best salad place in the city. Half the battle is getting good employees. Alejandro and team are amazing. The food is fresh, the place is always clean, you get through the line quickly, everyone courteous, and the price is right. Winning combination.
I dont know where you find these employees, But they are incredible. So happy, so accomodating, they should all get big raises. Ps - please allow us to tip pn the credit card, they deserve it
Probably my favorite salad spot in NYC. Their salads are actually filling and they're not afraid to pack in as many ingredients as possible compared to other salad spots. Great staff as well!

Solid salads in their sparsely decorated corporate space. Only salad join in the area too.
Quantity over quality at this shop Average at best, no flavor
I eat there very regularly. It’s good but the various types of food always get mixed up across the different food containers, especially at rush times. As a vegetarian, I only do custom salads and constantly run into pieces of meat (every single time I go), which is not the best of the feelings.
Placed an order for pickup and they messed up the order. Missed order notes, didn't provide dressing and didn't include chickpeas. It was pretty empty during my pickup time, not sure how they can mess it up.
I’ve gotten different salads and tbh I cannot say I love any of them.
Every time I come in there to order I always get these looks from workers. I’m always respectful and nice. This time I barely got my salad chopped. He chopped my salad twice and not the usual three or four times. There was another time I came in there and a older white lady behind the register with brunette hair stared at me the whole time I was in line. Then she snatched my ticket out of my hand. I didn’t say a word I just paid for my lunch and left. I won’t be back at this location for a while.
I walked in 10 mins before closing and they told me that they were done serving customers. The manager should either change the posted hours of operation or speak to the staff regarding turning down customers prior to the actual posted closing time. Besides this, I love this chop & go location. I could understand turning someone away if they 2-3 mins away from closing, but turning down customers 10 mins prior (in such a quick meal prep business) is just unprofessional and shows laziness from staff.
The calorie information next to the menus really helped me. However, there are several downs I experienced visiting this location. The custom salad pricing has no big difference with the usual menus, and I think the salad base should be down priced a little. I have had other ingredients get mixed with my salad sometimes, and I didn't like that. One big thing would be the service consistency. The server did not ask if I wanted the recommended dressing, and he directly squeezed it without even asking how much. I think about the environment a lot, so maybe the plastic lid wouldn't be such a great option, and having to separate them when recycling.
I truly wish the staff made their delivery orders correctly because the food is good. I’ve been ordering since May, out of 15 salad orders, 10 of them have 2 or more MISSING toppings that’s I’ve paid extra for. Customer service acts like they can’t doing anything about it but if the staff did their job properly, there’s no need for correcting & RE-DELIVERING a salad order. Very few ways to mess up a salad order, that just means the staff could care less about the customer’s satisfaction because they don’t have to look you in the face when they send a half-assed food order out. I’ve added a picture of a salad they delivered WITHOUT ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS I ASKED FOR & PAID EXTRA FOR!
Hmmmmmmm. There was a hair in my food. So upset. Instant gag reflex. My salad also taste like one of the ingredients was steal.

Order ready late, rude staff
The fire falafel bowl is very dry. And found a piece of plastic in my bowl!
Showed up at 8:45 and the door was locked, update your hours please. Google hours say 9pm. Couldn’t even try the food.
Pricing structure doesn’t make sense. Staff is slow and unhelpful. Staff is unfriendly.
They provide very bad service and are always in a bad mood, the worst experience
I ate lunch from here on 7/21 and today (8/14), both times it's given me extremely bad food poisoning. The last time, it lasted for about a whole week. It wasn't til I ate the salad from here for lunch today that I made the connection that it must've caused the stomach issues the last time as well. The staff are nice and the salad tasted good but clearly they are contaminated with bacteria.
My lunch break was horrible thanks to the chop chef on the line today. I ordered a side of falafel which I was ignored over and over again. Once she heard me , she put it in my bowl, instead of on the side, I didn't know what was going on, I was just happy to be heard. Once on the chop line, I asked him to put the falafel on the side (it was not ordered with my salad so I thought it wouldn't be a problem). He was rude and aggressive immediately stating, "You should've said that before" and had a horrible attitude because I guess it was busy. He proceeded to handle my salad any kind of way and remove the falafel with attitude, WHICH I THOUGHT. I told him, never mind, don't chop it, didn't want to be there at that point. He packed my salad never even removing the falafel. I didn't notice til half way omw to work, I had to walk back and ask for my side. Can you say, RUDE! He needs to be fired, looks like a Mexican and acts like a thug, I was treated with disrespect amongst nothing but corporate whites. When I sat at my desk to proceed to eat my lunch, the falafel is mixed in my salad. Mind you, I'm always respectful and buy lunch from this location once a week. The way blacks get treated in this country is disgusting, never will I spend my money in there again, especially that location. Lesson; it's okay to be inferior of whites and disrespect African Americans.
I truly believe a costomer will eventually get attack by two of the new employees working there. I got treated so bad for no reason whatsoever by them i had to leave. They're two male hispanics who in my opinion hate black people. I will not be going back until they get fired.
Absolutely disgusting, and I never leave reviews. It used to be a good one in Westchester. But this one was absolutely horrible they forgot my second protein, one of my proteins were steak which was awful and chewy with a lot of fat. I asked for a kale salad and got romaine lettuce just terrible!!
This has got to be the worst chicken salad I’ve ever had in my 60 years being alive. The chicken was burnt, they didn’t add the avocado, no vinaigrette Salad was warm.they plated it horribly I would not suggest anyone ever eat anything from this place. How do yall survive on Sullivan street? I’m a foodie and this was not food
