This is one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood.

Best Sichuan food in the neighborhood. Owners and staff are incredibly nice as well! Recommend the Sichuan dry and spicy chicken, Dan Dan noodles, and eggplant in spicy garlic sauce. Can't go wrong with any of the dumplings either.

Food was delicious and fresh. Very high quality. The sour cabbage w. fish soup, chicken pan fried noodles & scallion pancakes were superb.

I have to say that Dim Sum is far above the rest. I take out food often from the restaurant and dine also for lunch. The Kung Pao chicken is the best! They have great lunch specials! In addition, my coworkers and I love the mangolian beef and spicy shrimp with hot red peppers. The bok choy in fresh garlic sauce is one of my favorites as well. The owner is friendly and welcoming and the service is great. I highly recommend!

Wonderful hidden gem authentic restaurant in Chelsea. I’ve been dozens of time and will continue to be a repeat customer. I love the dry spicy chicken especially and the shrimp dumplings

Wandered in at random and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food.Three types of dumplings and a spicy noodle soup, plus sauteed string beans. Was delicious and way too much food for two

Excellent Restaurant. The service was excellent and welcoming. The food was nice and spicy and tasty. The price is reasonable. Clean restaurant, very nice waitresses. Very accommodating. This is my favorite place to go to since other Chinese restaurants have closed over the past months. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to my neighbors and to all the tourists. Definitely deserve 5 ⭐⭐⭐✨⭐. Stars....

Really great value and authentic Chinese cuisine! Another fussy asian foodie friend and I decided to try this place as it’s new to the neighborhood and the only dim sum place in the area. We weren’t confident given our best experiences were in Chinatown and Flushing but this place really holds its own! It’s probably 10-20% pricier than Chinatown but the servings were very generous and the service is super friendly and attentive! Unlike the usually rushed and rude service elsewhere. The dumplings were very tasty and do not contain MSG which is great and I could tell because usually I have a reaction to the chemical food flavoring. Order the soup dumplings and the shu mai with shrimp. Also if they have any special dumplings of the day order those! Really keen to come back and try the dinner service and try the larger entree dishes. A really reliable, solid choice for Chinese food in the Chelsea area. Will definitely be back!

Wide range of dim sum to order off the menu, very friendly staff, dishes came out quickly and everything we ordered was delicious, especially their soup dumplings! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My husband and I came here first time when they first opened during pandemic. It’s one of the very few authentic chinese restaurants that still open during that time. It was so good and satisfying. The owners were so kind and nice to us and very appreciative of us business. We came again after about 2 years (we don’t live near the area and have been exploring other new restaurants in the city), they renovated the place but food is just as good as 2 years ago! Same portion same taste! Worth every penny spent here!

Super nice and accommodating staff!!! Great food. We got the pork buns, veggie dumplings, shrimp and chive dumplings and soup dumplings... all so good and well worth coming back for! We live around the corner and are so happy we found it. They just opened right before covid hit, if you’re looking for good dim sum in Chelsea please consider supporting this awesome business!

Me and my sister have been living in NYC for 4 years and Dim Sum Chelsea has become our home away from home. The food is the best dim sum in the city, the atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, and the people here are so kind and friendly. Thank you to Sam and everyone at Chelsea Dim Sum for making our New York experience so amazing. Much love!!!

An amazing go-to Chinese place. The food is fresh and flavorful with good portions. I've never had anything I didn't love! They have an extensive menu, so I often try new dishes just to experiment and find new favorites. My staples are the wonton in spicy sauce, cold noodle with sesame sauce, mapo tofu... there are too many to choose from!! Thank you for bringing consistently great food to the neighborhood. I'll be going here forever.

Ordered takeout and picked it up. Very easy, food was ready relatively quickly and everything was delicious. Is it food you would make a trip into Manhattan for to eat? Probably not, but if you want great casual Dim Sum, this is perfect. Highly recommend

This place is amazing! We had the pork soup dumplings, pork bun and beef hot pot bowl special! All of the foods were absolutely delicious with a lot of flavor and I would love to try all the other dishes! The owner and staff are very kind and they had a great indoor dining setup. Love Dim Sum Chelsea!!!

In a city full of good Chinese food, Dim Sum Chelsea outshines the competition. Food quality is consistently excellent, service perfect and all in an inviting setting. We’ve been dining with them for years and can say you cannot go wrong here.

We had general tso chicken, Dan dan noodles, dim sum, and another dish. It was all great, and the portions were large enough to share. Service was quick and friendly and didn't have a wait.

Very good and authentic Chinese food. I’m not talking about “American Chinese” food lol. We ordered scallion pancakes, so crispy and delicious, Shanghai buns, dumplings with shrimp and chives, so good! Shrimp Shumai, stuffed with shrimps. Beijing Roasted duck is also good! The sesame balls at the end are so good! Also the owner is very nice. Good people there! Definitely recommend this restaurant!

I am in disbelief still, the food is unbelievably good, as is the incredibly kind staff / owners. Family style and delicious, if these kind folks had a place in Denver... the line would be a mile long. Thank you so much, for one of my favorite dining experiences, this alone made my flight during covid-times worth it all. Best wishes, to your successful future. I wish we had food like this at home. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

This spot is delicious! Cozy, with plastic barriers between each booth so you feel safe and taken care of by the really considerate staff. Every dish here is so balanced in salt, oil, and flavor. We ordered a ton but here are the must-gets: - the crispy and juicy shrimp and chive dumplings - the perfectly-fried shanghai pork buns - the comforting pork soup dumplings Honorable mentions: the pork lo mein, and the unique and light shrimp, crab, and spinach dumplings. Coming back for the pork buns and more noodle dishes. 5 stars!!!!

Was searching for a decent place to eat and I was wondering what's the big deal about this place. I decided to check this place out and upon arrival the service was great. I had general Tao's chicken with brown rice. If you are accustomed eating your hood Chinese food this is not the place. The food was good enough for me to return and try out another Dim Sum dish.

Amazing spot, every time I come to New York is mandatory to come to this place, please value the restaurant and its culture and policies, really is amazing to eat here, portions are big and delicious, it’s been 4 years coming and I always recommend it to my friends in Mexico.

Was very impressed the first time, went for a second time to try other dishes and to my delight I was again impressed! Personally I think other menu items are even better than their Dim Sum. Staff and atmosphere of the restaurant are both amazing. Will be coming back.

Great place, very authentic! Pork dumplings were a crowd pleaser but the ones in the spicy sauce were my fave! If you like spicy I wasn't overly spicy (I can handle strong spicy) but the flavor of the sauce was super bold!!! As a foodie I highly recommend!

A friend and I caught a matinee performance at the nearby Irish Repertory Theater, and needed a place to have an early dinner to discuss the play, catch up. This fit the bill very nicely. Tasty dim sum, and my friend was in ecstasy, smelling our pot of Oolong Tea. I'm sure there's better dim sum to be had in this town (and we'd never agree on which was the best), but everything was tasty, and service was excellent--just attentive enough. Nice quiet atmosphere, conducive to conversation--it matters. I wish they'd had turnip cakes, a favorite of mine, but I had some dishes I'd never even heard of before, and was well-content. They offer regular entrees as well, but I'll try those some other time. A nice feature--they offer a 10% discount if you pay in cash. It makes a difference. To the business and the customer. It's not what you'd call cheap--you pay for the tea, for example--but the tea, served in a china pot (not the metal ones I used to get free tea in) was really first-rate, and such a nice accompaniment to the meal. They offer multiple varieties--this is definitely a place for tea aficionados to check out. No complaints at all, but you know, some folks are never satisfied. I feel blessed to live in a city where I can enjoy such fine food, drink, and chatter--without being surrounded by people. Mind you, we got there before 5, so our timing was impeccable. As was the service.

I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of the food 😩. It was very good, enough for 2 people (for those of you that eat small portions). I would recommend; I'm most definitely going back to try something else.

Dim Sum Chelsea is by far the best restaurant I've ever been to. The food quality is outstanding, with generous portions served promptly. I especially enjoyed the pork soup dumplings, chive and shrimp dumplings, and the Jumbo Shrimp with bean curd. The jumbo shrimp dish, in particular, is a must-try! Additionally, the service is impeccable, with servers who are incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Dim Sum Chelsea for a fantastic dining experience.

Cannot speak on the service or atmosphere because my friend ordered delivery and we ate in his apartment. All I can say is wow the General Tso’s chicken was really good. - Sauce was tangy, spicy, and thick.. great flavor. - Chicken was good too, thick white chunks of chicken. - first time having stir fried rice cakes, wow they were thick and soft and delicious. - beef and broccoli was so tender and flavor was perfect. - don’t know the names of the other dishes we ordered but everything was so good and paired well together. - Only negative was the order was 100$ for 4.5 people to have a medium amount of food.. but it is NYC and the food was high quality to me. So I guess you get what you pay for. We were also really hungry that evening because we ate light all day and walked 10 miles so we burned like 5,000 calories.. could have ate a horse that night. I would reccomend the general tso’s chicken and stir fried rice cakes .. those two things alone with white rice were delicious.

We loved it here. We live near Chinatown so don’t always hold out much hope for spots in other neighborhoods. What a mistake! The dumplings, cucumber salad, and noodles were all fantastic!

We got them crab pork dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, and Mongolian beef. We also got the chrysanthemum tea. Everything was delicious and the staff was attentive and kind. My new favorite place in the neighborhood!

We stopped at Dim Sum Chelsea at around 845p for dinner. We were quickly seated and the staff was attentive and courteous. They weren’t very “personable,” but that isn’t a requirement for good service. My boyfriend and I ordered: - crystal shrimp dumplings - hot and sour soup - shrimp w/lobster sauce - orange chicken - Sprite - orange soda Pros: Massive portions and delicious. It became clear once we received the food that our dishes were likely intended to be “shared” among people. Large shrimp in the shrimp w/lobster sauce and PLENTY of them. The shrimp dumplings were excellent and my partner really enjoyed his hot + sour soup. The only con is that they do not have a fountain, but instead use soda cans for the drinks. This means that refills are costly instead of unlimited. However, this was rather minor considering how good the food was. Highly recommended - 9 / 10.

I love this nice & clean newly opened authentic Chinese restaurant! The former owner of Hot Sichuan opened this little gem in Chelsea, and I was so happy that I recognized the same people working there when I visited for the first time. The food is authentic, menu has lots of variety, and they can even accept rearrange requests. The decor is really nice inside, and I can't wait to come back for indoor dining!! There are outdoor seating available, tables and chairs are very clean (the most important during this pandemic!).

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the city. Food is top notch, with my personal favorites being the hot and sour soup, cumin beef, and the triple delight vegetarian dish. The ambiance is one of a small suburban Chinese restaurant. I moved from Chelsea to the upper east side a few years ago and still make the trek down to Chelsea some nights just to dine here. You won’t be disappointed.

We stopped by Dim Sum Chelsea on a cold and wet day to get a snack and take a break after a lot of walking around. The restaurant was fairly slow and service was very attentive and friendly. We just wanted a nibble so we only tried the Lotus Rice and the Crab and Spinach dumplings paired with a shared bottle of hot sake. The food was hot and flavorful, the crab and spinach dumplings were juicy but my favorite was the lotus rice that was stuffed with a seasoned meat mixture. I only recently discovered this dish and now its a favorite! I would love to come back to try more dumplings if I'm ever back in the area.

9/13 me & the GF, Sat dinner. On the light side #2, #21, #19, #25. +Wine. All good. 6/21/25 me & The GF, Saturday dinner. C1 ribs - good and with some heat. #21 wonton in spicy sauce - so good. Pork soup dumplings - always amazing. Moo shu chicken - very nice. And a cold Kirin. Service still great! 9/8 back for solo dinner. I got the Shanxi Biangbiang noodles. Really good, more souplike & similar to Daoxaio noodles. So i got the side of rice at the end and it was perfect! So, do that ;) * Side note: my pics were not loading correctly, had to screenshot and reupload, so that's why they look funky.* 5/10/24 dinner- still good. 12/8 solo dinner - got the special table in the back ♥️ good to see everyone. I had the Daoxaio noodles -really loved them, I've never had this kind of noodle before. This dish is more of a soup, so next time I'll get a bowl of rice for the end with all that delicious broth and add the rice. Like a post-appetizer. If you like rice i urge you to do the same. They also have my favorite high quality napkins "SimuLinen" - the best, this tells me they care about the customer. 11/19 dinner - tried the C2 ribs, Dry rub. Nice spices & a little heat. Yum! 11/12 dinner - another great meal that started with the cucumber in scallion sauce appetizer, really good, then we had some soup dumplings. Yes I asked for six and they gave us six, only $2 extra 🙂. Then number 22 pork dumplings in spicy sauce, they were good. Then we split C1 -ribs and dry sauteed string beans. Everything was delicious. Upgrade to 5 ⭐ 9/25 dinner - so good, i got the house special noodles, nice heat spice and flavor. The GF liked what she had, i can't remember. We had the soup dumplings and a spicy wonton appetizer, they were good. Next time i will ask for 6 soup dumplings and see how well that works... we each want 3. I'll let you know. 4/30/23 back again for dinner with the GF. I had the Dry Hot Noodles - very nice! Would get again. The GF had her favorite chicken and broccoli, really good. We had soup dumplings, they were good, but only 5 per order. :( very hard to split a soup dumpling... 10/1/22 first time here. Me and the GF had a nice dinner. Service was good and friendly. The food tasted good, i liked my soup, I had the Dan Dan noodles, good. The GF had chicken and broccoli - she liked it!

Do not sleep on this gem!!!! I wanted to try a local spot while on vacation in NY, and I am so glad I stumbled across this location. The service and staff are amazing, the food is delicious. I loved the small details like the design on the napkin, and I didn't have to wait to be seated. I wish I could have brought the jasmine tea back to my hotel. I will be coming back to this location on my next visit to NY!

First time trying soup dumplings! Very flavorful and fresh, cute presentation in the little dumpling basket. We tried the lo mein, fried rice, Scallion pancakes, and garlic green beans. Would really recommend the wonton soup and the garlic green beans were delicious! Also the Leche martini was fun with 2 Leche fruits in it. Great place to come with a big group of friends or family!

Chongqing style noodles soup was really genuine and nice! Brazed beef noodle soup was also delicious. Dumplings in hot sauce (not very spicy) were good as well. Prices were reasonable and staff were very friendly. Quite spacious inside.

I rarely go into Manhattan anymore and I was disappointed when I found out a favorite restaurant, Grand Schezuan on 9th Ave is no more… so I perused yelp and google for a place nearby with the most consistent good recent reviews and this place was close. Very, very clean restaurant with two spotless bathrooms. The vibe is like an American diner with Chinese flair. Booths in front and tables in rear. Not too trendy, but not dated either. Well lit, but not too bright, and no annoying music like some places. Service was prompt and friendly. Scallion pancakes very good. Excellent crab / spinach soup dumplings. Wish it were 6 pieces instead of 5, though for sharing . Delicious Dan Dan noodles soup. I wanted to drink the rest of the soup with all the bits of pork. My favorite was the braised tofu dish. Out of this world!!! Perfect!!! Delicious pork ribs. Had a slice of mango cheese cake which was good. Of course I would come back.

SAFE AND DELICIOUS!!! Partitioned booths, temperature check, all staff wear masks the right way,, and sanitizer TWO VISITS: Review 1 of 2: Off the hook good!!! The peashoots sautéed with fresh garlic are some of the best I've ever had. Portions are huge given how expensive peashoots can be. Yang Chow fried rice...nailed it. Shanghai dumplings, fried. Go for it. Really a great restaurant. Try it, and you'll love it. Review 2 of 2: Back for my 2nd visit about 2 weeks later. The food was amazing just like the first time. Pea shoots are soooo good; better than spinach or bok choi. Shrimp dumplings (Har Gao) were perfect. Lots of fresh ginger. Cold sesame noodles good. Add Lychee Bellinis for the brunch... prices are great.

Dropped in randomly on a rainy and cold day seeking a hot bowl of broth and some soup dumplings. The former, the Shanghai style wonton soup was delicious, perfectly balanced seasoned broth and delicious wontons with veggies and briney seaweed. The soup dumplings were disappointing, I’ve had some great soup dumplings around the city, but these lacked love as they were virtually flavorless. They also forgot to bring me hot chili oil and dumpling sauce so that was a red flag early on. Luckily the soup and fluffy pork buns I got too were delicious. Just avoid the soup dumplings!

Food was reasonable (not special)& the service quick. I like empty dishes being cleared quickly. However, here, the waiter transferred dimsums from serving dishes to one another so that he could clear some. We ended up with serving dishes with a clumsy assortments of dimsum, to put it mildly

A
Anne Hathaway did not spit in my food.

I really liked the wontons in spicy sauce, appetizing (veggie) dumplings in vinegar sauce (lightly spicy, but tempered by the vinegar), & green tea w/ lemon (I have a cold). Great service & atmosphere!

Dim Sum was ok. Not as much variation as we hoped more Dumplings options. The Dishes had where good.

K

I love this spot. It's Dim Sum light. There are no carts like your usual hall-style dim sum but an extensive menu of all your favorite items, all wrapped up in a diner style setting. Skip the cocktails if you were looking for a light martini buzz as there is near no alcohol in them, unless you're looking for a pricey, sweet addition to your meal. The service is a little dry but prompt. The small, male waiter kept questioning our orders saying: "You won't like". It felt very irritating and off-putting. Suggesting we didn't know what we were ordering and because we looked a certain way that we wouldn't like it. First was my favorite spicy dry chicken ("too spicy for you") It is awesome, it's not that spicy and a second time with some sticky duck dumplings (Sticky, you wont like) Which you should skip, not because they are sticky but because there is no duck in them-(i desected them). I still come back time and again because it saves a line in China Town or a trip to Flushing.

You win some, you dim sum The dim sum from @dim_sum_chelsea was so delicious. We tried (in order of photos) the Dan Dan noodles, egg custard buns, red bean paste buns, soup dumplings, shrimp shumai, a few drinks - passion fruit margarita, spice girl, and blue margarita - and the lotus leaf sticky rice. Definitely a great spot we stumbled upon

A nice little spot, nicely decorated. Not sure why they fried the dumpling. Soup dumpling was ehh and only 5 pieces. West lake soup is nicely made.

The food has a unique taste that is different from what I usually had before. I would say they are somehow like imported from grocery store and heated. The rice noodles have curry flavour so it is wired.

First stop in our trip in New York. The food was great. While the service was also amazing. Ask the dishes can't out so fast. I would definitely go here again.

General Tso's chicken, Beef with broccoli and pork soup dumplings were all great! Brown rice was bland and they did not include utensils in the delivery order.

the name of the restaurant is slightly misleading in that it’s not a dim sum specialty shop nor is it specifically serving HK/cantonese cuisine (it’s more of a chinese generalist). that said, i ordered their pork soup dumplings (xiao long bao) and dan dan noodles. the noodles were very tasty—thick broth with authentic flavors and great texture noodles. the soup dumplings were decent— hot and authentic insides, but my only critique is that the outer shell was a bit thick and doughy (they should be delicate and thin).

With so many restaurant options, Dim Sum Chelsea could be your next repeat choice. The Mongolian beef is delicious and an excellent choice, coupled with an order of vegetable lo mein and a pot of jasmine tea — you can't go wrong. Your order is taken swiftly and the atmosphere is normally quiet. Dim Sum Chelsea has earned my next visit.

Nice ambiance and a quiet place, with comfy booths. Disappointing cuisine. Some Chinese food favorites like moo shoo vegetables (mostly cabbage), ribs and roast duck have overly heavy sauces and the dim sum dumplings, while well priced, have very thick dough. Popular for local takeout.

Easy restaurant but very good food! - back in NY and back in this restaurant after one year. Confirmed, very good! We had pan fried pork dumpling ( very good) pan fried vegetable dumplings (good) chives shrimp dumplings ( very good) vegetables spring roll ( very good) pork dumpling in spicy sauce ( very good) And many others The menu offers many many things that seems delicious, we’ll come back again! Staff were kind, let us go in even if it was late.

Amazing food and service. We tried: Wantons in chilly oil Vegetarian fried dumplings Shrimp scallion dumplings Scallion pancake Sichaun chilly chicken Nigori sake Wantons and sichuan chilly chicken was the best of the bunch. Pancakes were very oily and had a little less salt, so no flavour. Vegetarian dumplings were the biggest let down.

I came here after work randomly with my parents. We were seated as soon as we got inside. The atmosphere is comfortable. The food came out quickly after the order was placed. I absolutely loved the spicy wontons, the orange chicken was tasty and I think the orange peels was a nice flavorful touch. The chow fun was light and lacked a little flavor but still very good. My mother had delicious beef fried rice. The prices are great for the city, food is good and you get a slight discount if you pay with cash. I would definitely come here again & recommended.

Came here at 5:30pm on a Thursday night and was seated right away. I ordered the egg drop soup (recommend), shrimp dumplings (recommend) and the scallion pancakes (do not recommend, they were too oily for my taste). The staff was nice and professional.

Went with a friend, food was pretty good. Ordered 2 different style ribs from the chef specialty menu. Also got an order or shrimp dumplings. Each order of the ribs were supposed to come with its own bowl of white rice. We only got 1 tan bowl of rice. The waitress said it was 2 portions of rice together. We had to order another rice because it wasn't enough. When we got the new rice it was in a smaller white bowl. We still had the tan bowl which was empty now and put the rice in there. It filled up the tan bowl, so the first time around there was only 1 order of rice given not 2. So the food was good but I'd rather go to another place where they aren't so cheap with rice and then lying about it...

The bun part of my pork buns was raw and Mai fun was flavorless. From order to delivery, it took 10 minutes. They rushed the food so quickly that the buns were undercooked. I would have preferred if they took the time to prepare my order correctly. I also asked for extra sauce and received no sauce. Please do better.

A good option for Dim Sum and other dishes.

It's a nice place, ordered the pork buns and another item. Reason I'm rating the way I am is because of the portion size for the price of what I received. If you want a decent portion be ready to spend around $20-30. It's good but not really the best bang for buck.

Good food in a great location. But the staff was quite rude, constantly asking my table whether we were "Really" waiting for someone else (my friend was bit late). The older lady kept hovering over our table, muttering something underneath her breath and asking us whether we were done (it wasn't anywhere near closing time and there were lots of empty booths). It made my entire group quite uncomfortable and we felt like we were being rushed to leave.

Its an okiesh food and experience for me. I had scallian pancakes and veg dumplings. Pancakes were ok. Dumplings i couldnt eat. But this is in a good location.

Everything we ordered was way too salty. Enough salt to over power the spices. That’s very much a shame because the staff and the atmosphere was quite nice. They should leave out salt shakers for people that think salty is a good flavor.

Anytime trying a new Chinese place, I order small and try their dumplings. 1. Pork 2. Veggie 3. Shanghai buns. All three were disgustingly oily/greasy! Eating just one felt like I ate 2 tablespoons of oil.. The flavors were average, and pork tasted too gamey. Veggies could've been good but oil was excessive. The buns dough were great but filling only pork, (bad) and nothing else. Also stupidly greasy. First time, last time here. They have potential but don't know how they have so many recent good reviews as of Dec 2023

The duck lacked flavor. We ate a few bites and couldn’t eat more. The fried rice was not flavorful either. The wonton soup was lukewarm. The location was nice. I wouldn’t go back.

Decent food but terrible experience. Kept being rushed from the moment we sat down. The crab and pork soup dumplings were only lukewarm. Pork buns were good. Crispy sesame pork was just too sweet and serving was very small. Mongolian beef with onion was good. The service was shabby. Atmosphere was average too.

I live nearby and go to your restaurant two or three times a week. Yesterday, I passed by and wanted to use the bathroom, but the waiter asked me to pay five dollars. This is the first time I see Chinese people doing business like this. I wish your business is prosperous.

Dim Sum Chelsea 22nd and 8th. A TOTAL JOKE AND RIP OFF. Walked in at 10pm at night to get a quick "chicken" lo mein to go. When I got it home it was 99% noodles a 1% tiny shreds of chicken. A TOTAL RIP OFF FOR A LITTLE OVER $12.00 INCL. TX. i GENERALLY COMPLETELY AVOID "AMERICANIZED" CHINESE RESTAURANTS THAT PRIMARILY CATER TO NEIGHBORHOOD MILLENNIALS. Will never set foot in there again... check their menu pricing.

My partner and I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered food for just one person, as I only wanted to taste it. However, the restaurant owner seemed offended by our small order and started discussing it with others. Before we could even finish our meal, he handed us the bill, and the conversation at the time of billing turned quite rude. The restaurant was empty, which might explain the owner’s frustration, but overall, it was a really bad experience with an overly exaggerated seating setup.
