Very friendly and conversational and positive!!! I was even convinced to buy a brownie after the associate told me that you can heat them in the microwave for “10 seconds” and the dulce just melts in your mouth. Well, sold!! These days there is a noticeable lack of good customer service - seems like a dying skill or perhaps lack of employee training - with some employees seeming annoyed that you are there , rushing me or on their phones. I’ve had conversations in the past w friends and colleagues about this. So, It was refreshing to get some engagement as a customer.

Stopped for lunch here. Location was very clean, tidy, and had decent seating. Service was very nice and prompt, and there was a good selection of food to choose from. It's sort of Chipotle, yet not Chipotle, esp. for those who are very bored of the ego of people who eat (and work) there. Portion was great for a lunch, and at a price I expected as well.

Excellent place! Extremely good alternative to Chipotle right down the road, with high quality ingredients and friendly staff. The meats are juicy and perfectly tender, and the rice is perfectly spiced and delicious. The tortillas were also perfect, and not rubbery like Chipotle’s. I love their salsas, and I can tell they put a lot of effort into perfecting their flavors, since they are absolutely incredible. My only complaint is the food is a little expensive, but it’s definitely worth the incredible meal. 4 stars.

$26 for a steak bowl with a scoop of extra steak and guac. Flavors 3/5. I don't feel this is good value for the price. Extra scoop of meat was $7.

Service was excellent, but the food is wayyy to salty. I felt the second my blood pressure rose and immediately needed to throw it up. One bottle of water wasn't enough and now I feel the need to see my doctor. Please go easy on the salt other than that the food was delicious 🤤

The bowl itself and portions are beyond tiny. Even when selecting extra toppings they add what they want. Glad i had a promotion because I’d never pay $13 for this. Chipotle is much better

We are food hunters and one of the best things about this place is that you will have to find your food in between of things. I mean the quantity is so unique that you won't even know where the meat is and that is the best part. You will have to scrounge for your meat in between your food. It's the best adventure you will go on. Maybe they don't know where to get their meat from or just want you to hunt for it themselves. Overall, best way to be a hunter because you will be searching for the meat you ordered in your food like you are hunting for it and not find it in there.

My first time coming here and my experience was horrible. Decided to grab a quick lunch after the gym, came in and got made fun of by the staff in their language when I wanted to add sweet potatoes and brussel to my order, the guy kept saying "extra extra" I said "ok ok"but he treated my bowl like I was stealing from him, passed it to the next girl before I even got to add steak on it. Then they was obviously talking crap about me, and my order to my face, in their language. I didn't get asked for sauce wand received a dry bowl of ok tasting food. Was charged $22 for a bowl of dry food. Will never come back to this location, no wonder why cava next door was packed and this place wasn't.

On Tuesday, August 12th, at approximately 4:50 PM, I experienced unacceptable customer service at Dos Toros (for location see attached picture for reference). I waited about seven minutes to be serviced. The manager on duty chose to serve another customer instead. I didn’t say anything at first, but after she finished with that customer, she completely ignored me and did not offer any assistance. Before leaving, I confirmed that she was indeed the manager. When I stated that she skipped me, she denied it. I pointed out that after she finished helping the other customer, she still did not come over to assist me. She then claimed she “doesn’t work the line,” but quickly recanted and said she does, although it’s “the young man’s job right now.” I left the store rather than escalate the situation further, but I want to make it clear that this behavior is unacceptable—especially from a manager. Proper customer service training is needed for the manager who was on shift at this time. Thank you for addressing this matter.
