The bagels themselves are fire, but like other reviews have mentioned, this place struggles to keep up with demand. On the weekends, there are hordes of people trying to pick up their orders and it’s pretty chaotic. I got the Brooklyn special, which was great, but I couldn’t taste the hot honey. I also appreciate that there are so many vegan options. However, I do think the prices are a tad high, but the sandwiches are good for a special treat.

Back again with a totally different experience. Bagel was perfect, eggs cooked well and bacon crispy. Really good! Quality control is gone - regularly disappoints but no real alternative nearby. Pale, uncooked bagels have decent flavor. They are fluffy on the rack but if you order a sandwich, expect it to get smashed into a cracker. Used to be a bit better - hopefully they’ll get it together.

Really convenient spot to order ahead on my way out and I pick up along my route. Nothing life changing and honestly I need to find a life changing bagel rn but this one is a reliable option on the journey to the life changing bagel wish there was a table or two to sit at, usually there’s just a lot of people waiting out front so I don’t hang around to eat

I read a bunch of reviews on here about the bagel shop messing up their orders but thought everyone makes mistakes sometimes so decided to try it nonetheless. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich which was $8.50 with a $2.75 hash brown add on from their website. Not the cheapest bagels but still somewhat reasonable given the inflation. Got home, opened the bag and found my sandwich without the hashbrown 🥲. The sandwich is decent but my experience is affected by the missing item. The advice here is to make sure you check your food before leaving the place so they can redo the incorrect order for you. They do seem to make mistakes often.

My blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese was really good, and they weren't skimpy about the cream cheese either. You have to order through a hole in the wall but I couldn't see any menu. They have three large QR codes on the front of the shop which you're supposed to scan for a menu but they don't work. There are a few benches on the curb where you can sit and eat, which is nice.

Wow this place has gone downhill. Used to be my favorite spot in BK. $19 for bagel + whitefish + cc + tomato….and there was barely any whitefish.

I was expecting much more based on the online buzz. Unfortunately, the bagels are not baked fresh on site, and the lack of freshness is noticeable.The texture and flavor are nowhere near what you get from shops that boil and bake their bagels daily.There is a lot of social media attention here, but the product itself feels average at best.If quality and freshness matter to you, I would recommend going to a shop that actually bakes in house.

Asked for a everything bagel and got a sesame seed bagel. Cashier stapled the bag so i wouldn’t see till i got home. Horrible business practice.

Have not heard any news that waooed me... And my people are right. People giving this spot a four and five must be tourist+ there is No Way this is a bagel ! Is a round thick bread... The only thing they have is that it's baked in house: since service is awful (30 min wait on a Saturday afternoon) it means the owner is not there .... They were not chewy+ texture gone... And crust not hard : needless to say our 3 Everything had one side and bare on the other. I + we will not return.

struggling to understand why it takes 30 mins to make a toasted bagel with butter. next time i will go to the grocery store and then make it myself at home. no where to wait inside, and only sells drip coffee. what are we doing ? update: after all this, the order was wrong too. i will never go here again.

So disappointed and so grossed out! We ordered four bagels (about $40 total) on Grubhub. Two of the bagel orders were completely wrong (wrong bagel type, missing eggs & bacon, etc). Then to make matters so much worse, I found a thick bundle of HAIR FUSED to the bottom of my bagel!! I couldn’t be more disgusted. I’ve never seen anything like this!! Needless to say, we threw our entire order in the trash and are now left hungry. It seems like the service has been declining at this place but after my very first experience ordering here, it seems that the quality has drastically declined as well. This is my first and last time ordering from Greenberg’s. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!
