I have never been to Dig before I started working down the street from them. They are now one of my favorite places to eat, especially because the service at this location is so wonderful. Jasmine is so friendly and always willing to help the customer out. We have come in with groups as big as 25 people, and she takes every order with a smile on her face. Her great service and the delicious, nutritious food has my organization consistently coming back. Whether it's catering or walk-ins, I know that Jasmine and the rest of the crew at this location will get it done. Thank you!!

It’s my first time trying & it did not disappoint!!! Really good Delicious food! Welcoming team members. I ordered pork tenderloins with kale salad (kale was really good) macc & cheese & the tomatoe cucumber salad - I really enjoyed everything in my bowl. I recommend it & the bathroom is very clean)

Dig Inn is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants! Whenever I order from here I feel like I’m eating a home cooked meal. The options are healthy, everything always tastes great, and the price is genuinely so affordable I never feel guilty splurging to eat out. I’ve ordered sides from here for Thanksgiving a couple times as well - 10/10 recommend

I am impressed, DIG was definitely impressive. Oh my God, DIG was actually magnificent. DIG you are most certainly amazing, I had a lovely experience here yesterday. DIG has an overall outstanding vibe and a fun crowd that hangs there. Flavorful menu items at very good prices, fantastic mood to unwind at. Yummy menu items and superb service. Every single thing we had here was spectacular. They got a phenomenal menu also. Very tasty and also nutritious. And employees were extremely polite and friendly. The people are super kind and it really is so good to just be there. Bonus that their service is so outstanding, they are so fast and helpful. I'll go there again for sure. DIG: Overall it is a fantastic place. Overall it was a very good experience.

I saw the almond croissant from the side walk and couldn't resist the temptation to go in and get one. It didn't disappoint! Absolutely delicious, freshly baked, tender. And the coffee was also amazing! On top of these, the service was great, lovely people! Don't hesitate, treat yourself to amazing food, at a very convenient price!

We showed up at the right time...it was not busy. Staff was very nice, prices are reasonable for NYC. Hot peppermint mocha and hot chocolate were delicious. We did not get pastries, but they looked like they were really good.

I got a Strawberry Matcha Latte (9/10) and an Iced Americano(8.5/10) and the Spinach Feta Pastry (8.5/10) and Butter Croissant (10/10). Fast service and pretty affordable. Beautiful ambience and great music. Would definitely come again!

Needed some caffeine, opened up google maps and decided to stop by. Great service and good coffee. Got my kick for the day. The customer infront of me was ordering multiple drinks, +10 at most and probably for the office. The other barista greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I was noticed. They expedited my americano so I didn't have to wait for the prior order to be completed. Bless you guys! Most definitely will return to try your signature drinks and pastries.

Update Sept'25: love their decor revamp - it became so much cosier with nicer tables and lighting. Still great coffee, pastries and service. 2024: How can you beat amazing coffee and a generously sized almond croissant for less than $7 total? Add quick morning service and it makes this place unrivaled in midtown. Can't boast a super cosy vibe but it has a couple of tables and a counter top, so you can stay for a quick breakfast vibe.

Amazing coffee and pastry cafe. Premium espresso drinks. Moderately priced. Franz the manager is so nice and accommodating. I only come here and the other locations for my iced cold brew redeye. The almond croissants are as delicious as they are in Paris.

I say this without doubt this is the best quality and best value for money coffee shop in Manhattan. It’s a must visit especially if you drink coffee every day. Love Matto! Where else can you get coffee or a drink for $3. Don’t forget to order on the app or the price will be a little higher. Great choices of coffee , latte, smoothies and teas. Need a snack… add a pastry or cookie. Best deal in town and everything is good. Love the fact you can order in advance and it’s waiting for you upon arrival.

I used to think Matto was good, but I just had the most awful croissant sandwich in my life. It’s not worth it if it’s free. The avocado was not ripe, hard, bruised, and mangled. The hard boiled egg was so overcooked and stiff. The combo of those two together was not it. I really do not recommend the avocado egg croissant sandwich. Other than that, the matcha latte was what you expect a $3 matcha to be. It had too much ice but the flavor was okay and it was well mixed.

Went in for lunch and asked the young lady at the counter to explain the options for the meal. We knew that first you had to pick a protein, then, pick three sides. "Uh, which of these are sides?" I asked. "Whatever you want to eat," she said. It was a very big selection of unlabeled sides. I found this reply very unhelpful and dismissive. I walked one block south to Little Beet, where the young lady at the counter demonstrated excellent customer service, respectfully explaining my options exactly. If you're going to Dig, consider trying Little Beet instead!

I was here this afternoon when I ordered online to be picked up at 11:40, service was extremely slow and I didn’t get my food until 12:40. At that point my break was over and I had to hurry back to school. When I opened my sandwich it was burnt and the mashed potatoes was oozing so much butter it made me feel unwell when I didn’t even eat half the container. I was extremely disappointed in the entire experience :( Edit: i got food poisoning

If you want to feel sick-eat here! Twice I had stomach upset and pain after their meals so three strikes, they are out!!!!
