STELLAR CUTE LITTLE DESSERT SHOP that every asian girl ever dreams of. They have a great Vegan and Gluten Free Hanami Dango and a great whisked matcha. My mom got a matcha latte, and my sister got the matcha banana pudding, she claims it was super dank but alas, I do not eat dairy so I could not try it. They also have a huge shaved ice dessert that looks great to share as a group.

Absolutely amazing dessert! They modified their ice shade (forgot to take pics) so I could have vegan version as well!

Visited on a whim because I was craving a sweet treat in the area. The store is very small and tidy, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The matcha latte and dango I ordered were hot and delicious! I'm definitely returning to try the other menu items.

Ordered the hojicha tiramisu as well as strawberry kakigori. Tiramisu was a little sweet for me, but delicious nonetheless (I still ate the entire thing). Strawberry kakigori was perfect despite the cold and rainy weather; I can definitely see this being refreshing during the hot, humid summers.

The BEST softest, fluffiest, flakiest kakigori / shaved ice / bingsu bingsoo cafe in the entire New York City!!!!! the strawberry flavor kakigori is the best! The drinks are really nice too, just a little too much ice sometimes 🫣

I got the hojicha tiramisu and it is good! The store is small, so only 5 parties can stay inside max. The workers were very nice and I swiftly got my order. The tiramisu was pretty good. It is made with sheet cake and not ladyfingers, which was disappointing. The cake is soaked in a simple syrup I believe, and the cream has the tea flavor. The cream has a wonderful flavor and is very smooth. Sad about the cake, though. The cake is slightly grainy, too. Overall, very trendy and cute! Expensive, though.

A bit of a hidden gem dessert spot I stumbled upon during my last trip. This is a petite pastry shop serving up Japanese teas and sweets. There are five tables with some seating, but the space is not that large at all. What we got: - Matcha Oat Kakigori Final Thoughts: Kakigori isn't that common to come across so I was pleasantly surprised to find it on the menu! It was beautiful, soft, fluffy, and had a lovely milky flavor that complimented the matcha. There were even pieces of jelly at the bottom. I'd definitely return for a sweet treat the next time I'm in town.

Excellent atmosphere. Hojicha tiramisu (~$12) was not too sweet and insanely delicious. We also got the hot sencha and hot hojicha latte. Nothing special but good. Nice spot to chat with friends. No outlets. Staff are nice. Order at the counter. No bathroom I believe. Cute place to chat and have some desserts.

We were craving shaved ice and found this little space. We got the large strawberry kakigori for $15, small is $10. They fill it way up above the bowl but still somewhat pricey in my opinion. Nevertheless, it was delicious and hit the spot. Just the right amount of sweetness and combination of strawberry and cream. I would come back to treat myself again and to try other things.

Cute dessert place with a variety of very tasty Japanese desserts and drinks! The staff has always been polite and friendly, their seasonal items are spectacular, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the quality/care that goes into their menu items is evident. Anyone who appreciates Japanese desserts would know better than to compare these to other types of desserts. I’ve tried their cookies, cakes, parfaits, ice creams, shaved ice, and drinks - everything is just the right amount of sweetness and has always been fresh. Pricing is comparable to other Asian dessert shops around NYC. Highly recommend! This place has never disappointed me.

Cute little shop with good desserts. Our table got the parfait and tiramisu. Both desserts were perfectly sweet and tasty. They were also shareable between 3 people

Loved the hojicha bingsu, very light and refreshing, good ice texture too -- was loose and not too ice-y. The roll cake was unfortunately very dense and dry, the formula could probably be refined a bit more and was a bit disappointed given the quality of the other desserts. The tiramisu was good, flavor was not super strong though, would have been nice to have more tea flavor.

Got the black sesame ice cream sandwich and matcha dorayaki. Both were great and not overly sweet, but of the two I thought the matcha mouse was surprisingly amazing. The wafer on the ice cream sandwich is thin and like the wafer on classic Korean ice creams. Some people don't like it and think it tastes like styrofoam, but I enjoy the light texture. Adorable interior. Some local art prints available for purchase. Only 3 tables, but when we went there was availability and it was helpful in taking shelter from the hail.

Pleasant, minimalist and simple decor and very nice desserts! The decor is reminescent of Muji with the light wood and white walls, natural feel. Very clean cut. Reasonably priced, especially for the quality of desserts you get. The ice cream monaka and dorayaki were between $4.50-$5.50 if I recall correctly, and kakigori (Japanese shaved ice) was ~$7.00. All the desserts have a more subtle sweetness level; do not come here if you are expecting a very decadent dessert. These desserts are much more delicate and very refined. I had the pleasure of trying the following: Corn Ice Cream Monaka with Like Zest, Parsnip Ice Cream Monaka with Chocolate and Burnt Honey Caramel, the Apple Dorayaki which features marscapone cream and apple confit as well as apple slices, and the Sweet Potato Dorayaki. I also had the malted spiced hot chocolate! Everything was very good; my favorite was the Apple Dorayaki by far. It had a great balance and variety of textures. The corn monaka was more settle but had a lovely texture, the wafer was perfect. I enjoyed the Parsnip monaka as well but wasn't a fan of the chocolate; I personally don't like chocolate with ice cream as it makes the chocolate cold and harder to taste. But the flavor of the Parsnip ice cream was delightful. The sweet potato dorayaki did not have as much textural variety as the Apple Dorayaki but was still tasty. I liked the spiced hot chocolate a lot; it was reminiscent of a chai latte. You can tell that they use high quality ingredients in their food and that a lot of thought has been put into these desserts. The part I appreciated the most was how varied and different the selection was here - no generic flavors or flavor profiles so it was nice to see new things! My friend and I actually had gotten one round of desserts at first and then decided to try even more desserts because we were so intrigued. Overall I really enjoyed coming here and definitely want to come back! I have already recommended it to a couple of friends.

We stopped in to kill some time and were pleasantly surprised. It’s a small, cozy dessert shop with a welcoming vibe. We ordered a tea, a matcha latte, and their carrot cake. I’m a big carrot cake fan, and this was honestly one of the best I’ve had. I’m lactose intolerant, but I’d still order this cake again. The cream cheese frosting wasn’t overly sweet, and the whipped cream tasted freshly made, which made it even better. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping by for dessert, grab a tea, relax, and enjoy.

Its a cute, small cafe with around 4 tables. It wasn't crowded when I went, but that's likely since I was there around 2pm on a weekday. I got the matcha kakigori for $11 +tax. It was good, but I've had much larger kakigori with more flavor, toppings, and better ice shape for just $5-6 more. It was nice to try but not worth the price.

Really good kakigori! Got the mango one to share with a friend and enjoyed it. Service was good and there are a few seats to sit down and enjoy. Went on a Friday night in the summer and didn't have a problem finding a seat. Interior is clean and has art from local artists on the wall.

The kakigori(shaved ice) tasted very good, but it is so easy for it to fall out of the bowl since it is too full 😂 also the store decor is not the best, tables are low-key broken. It is kinda expensive? This large shaved ice with red bean cost around $18 after tax. Also, tipping is expected here…

Space is pretty small. Def wanna come back and try their other desserts, like matcha banana pudding, hojicha kakigori, hojicha tiramisu, etc. Pay in cash, otherwise 3.5% credit card surcharge to total - Yuzu peach kakigori: 6/10, wasn’t a huge fan of this bc kinda sour, but I liked that there were pieces of peach embedded inside. Got the small size but was still so large

Small cozy shop for Japanese inspired deserts. The good: - Cute small and clean desert shop. - Staff was nice. The not so good: - Expensive: i have included photos but perhaps we ordered too much, 4 items and a hot chocolate came out to roughly 55$ dollars. - We would not mind the high prices, but the products do not justify the deserts. - The shaved ice was probably in my view the poorest rated item, the shaved ice was flavored with syrup but was barely noticeable. Comparing it to the many other shaved ice places in CTOWN or KTOWN, this shaved ice was quite lacking in flavor and embedded items such as jelly, beans or dessert dough. We really wanted to like it, but the flavors was lacking all around and did not justify the very high prices.
