Found this place on Google Map and we came to try their tart, spinach Danish, and red bean bun. All three tasted divine!! The tart had its sweetness just right and the spinach had a mild salty touch to it. We also tried the hot boba tea, our first time having it hot. The hot boba tea felt kinda odd at first but I ended up liking it very much. The only down side of this place is that there’s no wifi and they don’t have much French pastry with meat to offer like the pate chau. Still like it for the great red bean bun and tart.

The Black Forest cake was fluffy and moist! Loved it.. Blueberry cheesecake however was just average.

Customer service here was better than the last shop I visited. Baked goods and Coffee was nice.

Nice "asian style" bakery, usual choices, weenie in a bun, lots of sweet treats but not as sweet or heavy as a typical American bakery. Clean and airy feeling.

They have an interesting selection of buns. I was hoping to find scallion pork buns but they didnt have any. I tried the red bean bun which was very fresh and delicious. My mom had the egg tart which she thought was very good. They also have beautiful looking cakes and a lots of hot and cold drink options. We didn't get to try those but they looked tasty.

Get here early (but not too early) on the weekend for a better variety of bread available. I like some of the bread, especially the ones with cream cheese. I usually get them for breakfast as they are individually wrapped. My go-to drink is Sea Salt Mountain Tea with boba. Tried today for the first time. The bakery looks clean and busy and large assortment of sweet and savory delicacies. However I just tried drinks here and ordered Cafe Latte ,Jasmine Green Tea Cafe Machiatto and Hazelnut Cafe Latte First they messed up my order was given 2 cafe lattes instead of Tea and taste wise no difference between caramel and hazelnut, and oh there was no visible caramel as well in the drink.

On November 23, 2025, I bought a cake and other items at 85°C in Newark. The total cost was 43.80 yuan, but I was charged 43.80 yuan twice. Both times I went to the store, they refused to refund the overcharged amount. Their attitude was very bad. They told me to go to the bank myself.

Beware: their “Pesto chicken sandwich” gave me food poisoning! They probably don’t keep their “pre-made” sandwiches at the required temperature of 40 F or below. Never had a problem w/ 85 until now, when I tried this sandwich + a hot dog pastry. Big mistake.

Don't eat here. It's no good. I ordered a jalapeño cheese bun, and when I got home and took a bite this is what I saw. Called the store and spoke to the manager, RJ. He said he would give me full refund, but only refunded me 3 dollars for the bun. He gave me a nasty look when I told him I lost my appetite and wanted my whole meal refunded. He said "bring everything back for me to inspect and I will give you refund". Not worth my gas money to drive back 3 different times for a measly 10 dollar refund. He should've given me the refund no questions after seeing that I just consumed garbage from his store. Clearly his first managerial role and hopefully his last. Do not eat here unless you don't mind being charged money to get food poisoning.
