My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner and I was hesitant to come here because of the sub 4-star rating... Don't be hesitant! This place is amazing!!! My wife got the Tonkotsu Ramen and loved it! I got 3 sushi rolls and was very pleased! We both got bubble tea as well. The place is very affordable for what you get! We'll definitely be back! 😋😋😋 The lady that took our order and brought the food out was very friendly!

We saw this place and always intended to come in and now regret not coming in sooner. The service was great and very polite. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I love the live plants which gives a fresh homey feel. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and a miso soup. Well, my daughter, who usually doesn't like miso soup, slurped it down quick. Yup, delicious! The chicken teriyaki rice bowl had flavor which was quite unique then other teriyaki bowls I've tasted and I loved that. Well, the hubby and I decided we shall come back soon to try the crab legs and I, for sure, want to come for more of the bubble tea. Have an awesome day!

I stopped in today and ordered my meals to-go. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. I ordered the spicy shrimp poke bowl and it was so delicious!!! The miso soup was a perfect ending to dinner. So glad I stopped in today and can’t wait to return!

Huge open floor plan venue. Food was very good. I had the combo fried rice consisting of beef, chicken, shrimp w/ vegetables. My wife had the poke bowl. She loved it! Service was excellent, atmosphere was pleasant.

Great place for Poke bowls, I probably go way more often than I should but the portions are huge and really really good! Service is friendly and quick and the restaurant itself is clean and comfortable.

Everything is made fresh as you place your order. Tuesday night was empty, we ordered to go and were on our way home to enjoy our bowls, the dinner bento box had so much food my son could not eat all of it, well worth the $19! The Bento box also included a full California roll. The Thai tea bubble tea I ordered was really good, but it needed more ice, that's my only complaint, but despides that the meal was great! BTW, I checked in in the yelp app and got a free drink from the cooler! Not bad.

I had the chicken poke bowl and it was very good! The flavoring was nice, the rice real good and all the ingredients were light and fresh. I also got the jasmine bubble tea. Not the best I’ve had. It wasn’t bad necessarily, just really weak..

My daughter and I were disappointed that the noodles they use in their soups were regular spaghetti and also that they don't have a better selection of not only soups but other typical items from an Asian restaurant. On the plus side happy with the Boba tea and with the late hrs they were opened until. Friendly service.

Sushi was good, but my wife and I walked in with the idea to get the lunch special because of the sign they placed outside. Once we were inside, they didn't want to honor the deal because it was a holiday.

We dined in. Tables were all sticky. They got my order wrong. Teriyaki bowl swimming in an excess of bottled sauce. Lo Mein mushy. Expensive. If I paid 1/3 of what I did I would say it was ok. Don't run to dine here.

Ok. I wanna love this place, I really do. Sushi in newburgh? It's an awesome idea. That being said, I've had takeout 3 times and every time the order has been wrong. Every time. The past 2 times they gave us the right order with no hassle and it was fine. This last time... my husband picked up the order and brought it home without checking (yes, shame on him), and we paid extra for a missed add on...BUT! I have been calling for about 30 minutes and have only gotten a busy signal. How is that possible????!!!??? The service is starting to trump the food and it's a definite bummer. Gonna check out some other places.

I always feel like I’m getting ripped off when I order takeout from this place. Between sneaky “credit card fees” or misleading costs when ordering on their website, it’s always a surprise at the register. They should be more transparent about the cost of the order on the website/menu (TOTAL should include tax, “transaction fee”, and tip if I opt for that)

Very fast making food, but the girl working at the counter took 5 times to make the right drink, and almost 30 minutes of my time just to make a smoothie. Wonderful owners, but the staff is not where it needs to be.

The crawfish we ordered were obviously bad and spoilt and we called the server to come and verify. She only brought it back to the kitchen and came back to tell us it's just like that, meaning there was nothing they can do at all. We weren't expecting any refund as the Crabs and prawns were fine. 2 hours later, both my wife and I puked everything out, obviously we know it's the crawfish. Not going back there.

The Food was 1 Star and I Paid $26 for a $12 Meal. Over Priced and the Food Sucks. I'm going back to Japanese Express and Get Delicious and a Big Take Out Box of Hibachi Steak and Chicken with Fried Rice for $12 Tax Included

Horrible horrible service. Such a rude cashier/waitress, no personal skills. We got poke bowls, the worst one we’ve ever had. It was nothing but lettuce, very minimal topping and sauce. Poke is hard to mess up but somehow they managed:

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. We ordered in and waited an hour just to get half of our order. While there, 3 people walked out because they had waited so long. They were also very unprofessional as they were yelling back and forth. Do not go here go to iron chef. Wish we did

The crab leg boil was terrible. Extremely oily, crab legs were poor quality, the potato was half cooked and barely any sauce or flavor. Just a greasy mess. A waste of $24. But the smoothie was nice.

There was a time I ordered Red Snapper Teriyaki and I was served a different type of fish that was not even cooked in the teriyaki sause. At another time, at around closing time, one of the fellows who make the sushi was cleaning and he started making my rolls without washing his hands first; I walked away and told the female manager/owner the reason why. They don't appear to be Japanese, so I don't think my objection to having my sushi prepared with unclean hands meant anything to her.

I went in, and I got a menu, and was looking at the overhead menu, near the front counter,and no one even bothered to say hello to me, let alone ask if I needed any help in ordering. The woman who was behind the counter, was busy shoveling Ice Cream down her fat mouth. Also the two cooks were shoveling Ice Cream into their pie holes. To add insult to injury, a man walked in, a few minutes after I was standing there, and immediately the woman behind the counter said hello to this man, then she asked the man how he was doing! And that she hadn't seen him in a long time. And the man was standing next to me . With that I left! If you want RUDE SERVICE this is the place for you!

I don’t think I have ever seen a more rude, low level cashier/cook/waitress....she has zero personal skills and should absolutely not be working with customers. Shame on this business for having someone like that working there....they obviously don’t want to pay for decent employees because her attitude is proof she doesn’t get paid well....definitely won’t be back

worst food every my shrimp was not cooked potato was not cooked food just thrown in a bag. I ordered from here many times and food was good but this last time was horrible will never order from them again.

Ordered in within two hours of closing, and the grade was below sub par. Unfortunately, I've had Shoprite Sushi that has been better than this grade. I rarely rate restaurants and I am terribly disappointed. I recommend to eat at the restaurant, rather than playing roulette and getting poor grade sushi

I went here and the cashier didn't know what she was doing. She charge me twice and didn't give me my money in cash even tho it was their fault. They was very very rude to me and because they kept my money I could buy diapers for my grand baby. This place is the WORST and I will never ever go back there. They could even offer me a tea to so how sorry they was there didn't say thank u nothing. The young people that work there needs training for real

The microwave is used to much for my liking. They cater to door dash entirely too much. Forgot about sit down customers. Poor service, bad decor ( two deep freezer are out in middle of dining area) They have potential but need to clean up there act. I would avoid the restaurant..
