Good staff. Good food. Comfortable location. This is becoming a regular business lunch meeting spot.

Great pub and TV location.

Certain dishes are lacking (the couscous in the salmon never has any flavor) the Chipotle pasta is way to sweet and you can't taste the chiptle). The owner needs to get in that kitchen and reinspect those dishes. We were there monday at lunch and the place was 100% dead. Why? When theres a 1 hr waitlist at Gulfstream. Its the food. I will say the night time happy hour along with the outdoor patio vibe is nice.

Food is good, not great! The service was great, not just good. The Tuesday night trivia was super fun, we will be back to do it again soon!

This place has an amazing atmosphere the food was great and the service was even better my bartender Brandon greeted me right away and had a drink in my hand within moments I couldn’t have asked for more out of my experience.

A few of us came after work for their trivia night on Tuesday and were not disappointed! We had a few appetizers prior to the trivia which came out hot and fresh, our drinks were flowing and full all night long, thanks to our wonderful server Giovanna !! If you haven't been here, I suggest you give it a whirl and if you want to have some fun, come on a Tuesday!😁

2nd time eating here! Had lunch after daughter's graduation with my brother(he lives close by)my nephew and daughter’s college friends. We had veggie pizza,chicken salads,garden salad ,burgers and drinks. Awesome food & service!We sincerely appreciate seating our big party on such short notice.Thank You!

Love the food the atmosphere I love the service I also love being here every week and finding one of the persons which is Abel he is a staple in Newport Beach a must know person that has been here for more years that I can remember. I met him at Stag Bar a few years ago he should be managing here in Newport He always makes everyone feel safe He takes he's job seriously and his attitude is always welcoming. A big Plus he always remembers peoples names.

Likely the coolest joint on the east bluff. Prices are $2-$3 over where they need to be. Sandwich portions are unreal. Salads are meh.

Just had brunch at Mutt's in Eastbluff Newport and it was awesome, the bacon eggs Benedict was on point, eggs perfectly poached, bacon crispy, and the potatoes were super well seasoned, coffee was solid too, smooth and rich, just how I like it, the patio is great, lots of shade even when it's in the 80s, totally comfortable, chill spot, good vibe, definitely family friendly but still a place where you can enjoy a great drink and relax, I noticed they had Elysian Space Dust on tap, one of my favorites, so that sealed the deal, the burgers looked legit, juicy and stacked, gonna have to come back for one of those, oh and the cinnamon sugar fun buns were incredible, light and fluffy, like donut clouds with just the right amount of sweet, might come back just for those, all around, Mutt's is the kind of place you keep in your back pocket for a good time, great food, and a solid drink list.

Great ocean views, good service and the food was good. Nice, way to spend Sunday afternoon.

Service has greatly improved. I wish they had a turkey burger like True Foods and Islands. I don't eat much red meat anymore. Not a fan of the impossible burger either.

Saturday brunch gives a great selection of unique dishes. 11 AM was a good time to go.

So I've been here a few times now but my experience this time was excellent. My other experiences were great but this time Nicole waited on us and she was amazing. Everything came out perfectly. Give Nicole a raise

Great food! Awesome drinks! Great staff, great atmosphere, but the inside smells really strong of cleaning solution so while I enjoy going, I have to sit outside. If I can suggest anything that changes, it would be how strong the cleaning solution smell is on the inside. And it’s every time I go.

Was ok. Service was a little inattentive as we were two of only eight customers in the restaurant. She never checked back until she brought the bill. Bartender stopped by a couple times with napkins and attempted to sell drinks. At least she checked on us. Food was just fine. That's it, JUST fine.

Really enjoy the atmosphere, drink choices, decor and service - a great place to hang out. Only blip was paying $20 for fish and fries - 3 small fish sticks and some fries - yikes.. 😫😫😫

Cute place, not overly loud, but doesn’t deliver as advertised. They were listed as showing the UFC fights today, but when I made the effort and decision to head there for the fights, they did not show the fights. I hoped to bring them my business, would love to enjoy a Guinness and some food from their menu, but not on false-pretenses.

The servers were outstanding and it was av fun environment but my salmon arrived with mash potatoes that were salted to the point they were unedible. The asparagus was drenched in chilli sauce that was not listed as how it was prepared in their menu. Again, I couldn't eat them. I ate the salmon but it was overcooked and over salted. They replaced my mash potatoes and asparagus. It was not a great dining experience. Also my friends salmon on her salad was raw and she sent that back to be prepared correctly. It came back out cut in half and extremely overcooked to look blackened. She stated she didn't mind but the kitchen should have given her another piece of salmon and prepared it correctly.

This review is mainly just on the service and a suggestion for them to make an improvement. I’ve been here a couple times and enjoy the atmosphere and food. Tonight I went in and ordered a drink called “The Breeze” under the “Buzz Free” section. It comes out and I think I taste alcohol, so I ask my friend. She thinks it’s alcohol free so I keep drinking it. About half way through I feel buzzed so I stop drinking it, now fully aware it has alcohol in it. When the server comes to take my payment he just takes my card and doesn’t even show me the screen. I have to lean over and see it was $21. I say to him “so there is alcohol in this? I ordered something that was an $8 mocktail. Is there an alcoholic drink under the same name?” He says “yes, the one you had.” I show him the one I thought I was ordering under the buzz free section and let him know I can’t have alcohol and stopped drinking it because I felt buzzed. Instead of apologizing and comping the drink I couldn’t finish, he blames me and asks “you couldn’t taste the alcohol?”. He did end up charging me for the mocktail instead but I’m super disappointed in the response and it’s very concerning to have two drinks with the same name when some people cannot have alcohol. So I’m mainly writing to encourage a menu name change. At the very least, servers need to ask if people want the alcoholic or nonalcoholic version as I did not realize there were two when I ordered. I can’t understand why that decision would even have been made.

First off, the bartender and all of the staff were extremely friendly and when I decided not to dine with them, the bartender didn’t charge me for my beverage when he knew I was disappointed with this location. With that said, this is NOT the same Mutts that we all love on the peninsula! Totally different vibe and VERY limited menu compared to the other location. They don’t even have their tots. It was 10:30a on a Sunday and it was dead. Hope the expand their offerings to bring more life to the location.

Stopped by for lunch this afternoon. I ordered the sliders with side of onion rings-the wife order a sal(Ladys salad). Wife really enjoyed the whole thing. My sliders were cooked as ordered but way too many caramelized onions while the onion rings were nasty- Needless to say-won’t be going there again

Every experience I have had in months has been the biggest disappointment customer service And the food quality At minimum. The most recent experience Was watching the general manager treat employees like I don’t think others would want to be treated at all ever. My experience was as a customer and very very Disturbing. This location and restaurant has great potential I hope my feedback improves the last 12 months the restaurants been open.

I don't know how a piece of used chewing gum ended up rolled up in our silverware, but it was there. Service was also very slow today. I will not be returning.

Amazing food but waiter Anthony Dillon was rude, disrespectful, and made my 9 year old daughter uncomfortable. Otherwise great experience
