Staff is friendly and food was very good. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Tried the "sweet sauce" and it was interesting (doesn't taste like pasta sauce or traditional pizza sauce) and I'd recommend trying it.

It was my first time coming to Papa Leos and I wasn't very sure on what to get since there is such a variety of options, Luckily my main man Antonio was working the front counter that day(bless his heart) he made a good call recommending me the chicken finger pizza will most defiantly be coming back again!!!!!!

My go-to for pizza. Compared to lots of other pizzerias in Niagara Falls, I find their sauce to be the best, with just the right amount of cheese on top so you can taste the sauce. I order mine with cup pepperoni and they are generous with it.

I love that no matter what I get from there it has almost always come out really really good out of like Seventy Times of ordering from them at least. I love the fact that the chicken fingers come out exactly the way I like them not hard but not soft and mushy but exactly perfect. It's true that their pop prices are a little bit High but their food prices are right on the money so I'm going to keep going there

I saw a viral post from Papa Leo's last month, and knew when we came to town from Cleveland we HAD to support them. We were closer to this location, so we didn't get a chance to meet Mack, but we did still stop and grab a pizza to support a small business that values their employees! We ordered the Chicken Parm pizza and it was great!! Definitely recommend!

This has become our new favorite place to get pizza and wings. First of all the staff are friendly and helpful. The orders are always correct and they don't chinse out on the toppings or sauce. We have been ordering the half tray pizzas and they are perfectly cooked. Also, don't sleep on their wings. They are tender and coated perfectly. Definitely our top choice for pizza and wings.

Stopped by for lunch, had a couple slices of the best sweet sauce pizza I ever tried. Everyone was kind and courteous, but I must acknowledge Tone, he was very helpful in suggesting the sweet sauce over the regular. Was definitely worth it!!

Best pizza I have had since the 1970's Lately I have not enjoyed eating because of side effects of my medications. 1 slice of this pizza got me enjoying food for at least 3 days. Makes me wish I lived closer to your restaurant.

Fantastic ordering, superb delivery to our home, our 12 yrs old son (with special GI/food allergies to wheat and dairy) loves your gluten free pizza without cheese! BUT JUST ONE thing I ask for Papa Leo's to get is Vegan Cheese as an option. Then our son can enjoy his Gluten Free Pizza with Vegan Cheese (Good brand to use is Bettergoods).

Overall this is a great place to get pizza, wings, subs, or a great salad. I have never been disappointed with the food that I have ordered. The service is usually pretty quick. It is a small place so it is best to get your food to go.

This week’s pizza reviews were Papa Leo’s and Yubbs. 11/11 this was my first time have Papa Leo’s. I called up placed order despite the availability of online ordering bc the scheduling option didn’t allow me to pick a later time. Nonetheless got the pizza home. First glance looks like the traditional normal Buffalo pizza people come to expect. I ordered sweet sauce and cup n char pepperoni. I’ve become a sweet sauce fan. When it’s available I tend to order it. Never so I not order cup n char pepperoni the pizza was cooked well. Not under or over cooked. Great bite. Belly under carriage was tender. Cup n char was good. Sauce was sweet not too sweet. Cheese was good, crust was good $22 out the door. Over all the pizza was good thank you

The manager Edwin was by far the most professional person I have ever come across at a pizzeria. The food was good, timely and overall I was satisfied. But good food is always better with amazing service. That guy deserves a RAISE! Pretty sure without him that place would fall apart!

Had the lunch special, two slices and a drink. Two choices of sauces for the slices that were nice size but as for the cup it should have been bigger. I'll go back if I'm in the area.

We ordered pizza and wings for a party. Pizza had cup and char pepperoni, and the sweet sauce(im not a fan of sweet sauce) but it was ok, it wasn't overly sweet. The wings were ok as well. Everyone for the most part enjoyed the pizza and wings.

The pizza is decent, not horrible or amazing. Prices and portion sizes are typical. Convenient location at the 6-way intersection, but no ambiance. Able to seat two tables of two people each.

This was an unexpectedly amazing little gem. Pizza was great and I loved the sweeter sauce. We were visiting from out of town, and were pleased to have found pizza that's a little different than what we have back home. They did not, however, offer their meal deal with plain cheese pizza, only pepperoni, and with a picky kid that was a challenge. But the chicken tenders she settled on were good!

Perfection pizza On a separate review.. I went in for my pizza and witnessed an employee making a sub without gloves there for touching cheese and other items going on a sub . In light of 2020 and being hygienic in general this should not be happening All employees should be wearing gloves to prepare for our food. This will definitely help me in the future when ordering subs I'm sure no one wants another person handling their food as we do not know where his hands have been. Unfortunately this is a reality in today's world. Please enforce your employees to wear gloves when preparing our food. Thank you

First time ordering from here. Wings had a bad greasy flavor plus I ordered extra crispy and they weren't. Pizza was great but you could take toppings alot closer to the edge. I will try it again & compare it

January 13th called 3:43 ordered 20 wings and was told 1 hour. 5:12 wings show up luke warm..this is the 4rh time i have ordered and the 1st time im not happy at all. I seriously have to stick these freaking things in the microwave now so they're not cold give me a f****** break

super disappointed. Ordered a pizza, extra cheese, pepperoni, bacon & ham. All together it had like 5 pieces of ham & two little tiny bites of bacon scattered across the entire pizza. 3 stars for cheese because they loaded it on. But there was no meat 😒 hoping it was just a off night because this is usually my favorite place to order pizza from locally.

Ordered tray with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions plus ten BBQ wings and twenty hot wings. When it came there was only ten hot wings and the pizza did not taste good at all. We called about the missing hot wings and they looked at the order and said we only wanted ten hot wings. The BBQ wings were great. We have been having their pizza ever since the fire but we think it is time to try somewhere else.

Most of the time I have it delivered. Today I went in an ordered and it took forever. Well it seem like forever anyways. But they're sweet Pizza is delicious and they're Hoagies are delicious. Their food is pretty good but I won't go in and Order anymore

Pizza and wings are good and is usually consistent so it’s nice to know what you’re going to get. Employees are extremely hit or miss when it comes to service. Poor customer service has turned me away on more than one occasion.

Ordered ahead of time for a 6 pm pickup. Pie with 30 wings. Pie was supposed to have pepperoni and sausage . Went to pick up the pizza and not only was the pizza not in the bag, when they finally made the pizza, they only put pepperoni on it. No sausage. Even though we told them when we were missing the pizza that it had sausage on it. Other people waiting to pickup were missing their items from their orders as well. Good food but service well it’s a bit dicey. Make sure you check your order before walking out.

Prices very high and pizza is just average. Bread sticks were under cooked. Ordered the half tray, 20 wings with 6 breadstick and it came to $40.50 so the delivery charge must be very high. Grandma Ds is under 30 and probably has the best pizza around.

Dryest wings I’ve ever had. They never make them the way I order. Not soft nor saucy. They’re always over cooked with barely any sauce. On the other hand , pizza is good. Best sweet sauce. But the wings are a serious let down.

I called up and asked for a vegetarian pizza to be delivered at the hotel I was staying. The place was 1.5 miles from the hotel. They said they would need 1 hour to deliver. True to their word they delivered in about 63 mins of my ordering. When the pizza came in it was cold and soggy. I could not pick up any one of the pieces without it falling off. The toppings appeared to be put later on as an after thought. Raw tomatoes, onions and cut olives were the toppings on a veggie pizza. They did not have any other choices

This place used to be my absolute favorite place for a steak and cheese sub. Not sure what happened but in the past year Everytime I order the food and service has been terrible. Extremely disappointed ☹️

After being a loyal customer of Papa Leo's Pizzeria since it opened on Wednesday the 15th I ordered a full tray of pizza with traditional pepperoni and traditional sauce but light on the amount of sauce. Not that hard. The pizza I received had sweet sauce and it was on so heavily that it was dripping out from under the cheese. Upon reporting it I was told that they had served it as it was ordered and the person on the phone acted like he could not hear me and hung up. Second bad order in a row time to change pizzeria very disappointed in how bad the service has gotten.

We are pretty regular customers living so close and that’s about to change. I called when they opened this morning, ordered med pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms and 10 mild wings and requested delivery at 5 pm like 6 hours from the time I ordered.. Order showed up 40 minutes late, driver claimed it was still hot because it was sitting on top of their oven. He was wrong, wings were cold and greasy because they were swimming in sauce and pizza was barely warm. I was billed for a bachelor pack which I did not order but you don’t see the receipt until after you’ve paid if you’re paying by card. I wasn’t expecting to see a container with breadsticks (part of a bachelor pack order) and I have an old menu so I’m not sure of the difference between what I actually ordered and what I was billed for, but the breadsticks have been tried before and not liked so todays were tossed without opening since they were not ordered. I think it’s a shame that this place seems to be losing its good food, good service reputation. Probably not using them anymore.

I tried this pizzeria based on a friend’s recommendation and was disappointed with my pizza. It had no flavor to it and I ended up tossing most of it in the trash. Now I understand it may have been the cook having a bad day and I may try the place again but for now it’s a “No Sale” from me. Especially at these high prices.

Picked up a peperoni pizza today. Disappointing it was burnt. I'd post a picture if I knew how to. Also paid for an extra large and received a large size. Live to far to go back and return it.

Just got chicken wings there were horrible burnt to a crisp. A couple months ago the same thing happened but I figured it was just one bad time. But I guess not. I don't know how they stay in business with food that bad. I will never go there again

Used to go all the time and order almost every night I had to work. I used to love it until they started getting real sloppy with their sub making. They used to be on point. The subs aren't that good anymore especially after alot of the insides fall out because they don't know how to wrap a sub without the wrapping bring inside the sub.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the employee that took my order was pleasant and friendly, otherwise I would have just given 1 star.... Where do I start? We ordered the 20 wing and large pizza combo that also comes with breadsticks. The breadsticks were flavorless and undercooked served with a side of sauce that taste like its straight from a can. The wings were cooked nicely and pretty big, but the medium sauce was barely existent and not even mild in flavor. The pizza.... omg.... the worst ever! I didn't even finish once slice. The cheese tasted like dirty dish water, the sauce.... I'm not sure if we were lucky to not get any or what. If it's the same sauce they use to dip the breadsticks I consider that a win! The crust is either bought pre made or the frozen variety that comes premade. Flavorless, tough and chewy... not exactly what we look for in WNY where there's 100 pizza places within 25 miles. All this and on top of it they give you one of those prepackaged bags of miniature carrots, no celery and 1 prepackaged blue cheese for 20 wings. I called to see how many blue cheese you get with an order of 10 wings.... 1. Then why would they think 1 blue cheese is adequate for 20!?!? I feel ripped off right now. Never again! You should be ashamed of yourselves honestly. ***upon further consideration, I've changed my mind. 1 star is honestly all you deserve. The guy that took my order is the only thing that saved you from zero. There is probably a good reason why your establishment only had a 3.8 already. I'll start reading the reviews more carefully from now on!

While running late from the hospital from seeing my mother on New Year's Eve I was late to pick up my order and as they sat inside they would not allow me to pick up my order. Mind you they are just going to throw it out anyways unless their intent was to just get a free dinner So with that being sad I think they were more interested in a free dinner than good customer service also also there their times of service says open until 11 on Google reviews it says New Year's Eve may Be affected the hours but doesn't specify whether it is or is not also never received any phone call that they would be closing soon

Overrated. The toppings felt undercooked and the fried mushrooms (usually a favorite) tasted like pure grease. I feel they have been slipping in quality.

Tried calling in an order and they asked me to hold. After being on hold for several minutes I decided to start driving there (with my phone syned to my car of course). I arrived and as I was walking in after 11 minutes of waiting on the phone they hung up on me. I waited at the counter for several more minutes being totally ignored and started to leave. At that point now they want to know what I want. Forget it. I've never had such lousy service in my life.

They told us 55 minutes. Ok no problem, 1 hour 15 minutes later called to see what the status was.....1 hour 40 minutes later called to see whats up again, each time we were told it would be there in a minute. 1 hour 45 minutes later pizza showed up COLD. Been ordering from here for yrs. Will be awhile before i order from here again. Giving my business to Mister M's.

Well after 14 years of ordering from Papa Leo's on niagara falls Blvd in Wheatfield we have placed our last order there. We placed our order at 530 called at 620 when we hadn't received it yet and was told it would be the next order out. Called back at 645 and asked for the manager and I explained how long it had been and we had been long time customers. He just went on the defensive and I couldn't even get a word in edgewise. His customer service skills were less than satisfying. Not once did he apologize or offer any type of compensation. Not like they have the greatest food in town. I'm sure there are other places out there that will love our business. Rant done. Just had to share.

We paid 56 dollars for A pizza that they forgot to put 1 topping on and said they would credit us 2 bucks for there adolescent mistake...I can't believe you ask for 2 toppings and 1 gets forgotten.... sorry to have confused yall... have a great day

if I could I would give them 0 wife ordered subs wheatfield location they told her cant put oil on the side for the sub the menu says pizza logs shaken in hot sauce was option on menu kid said they don't do that she went picked food up kids are all in kitchen talking and joking made her wait almost 5 minutes she said til they acknowledged her she showed the menu to kid waiting on her about pizza logs shaken in medium sauce they laughed said oh ya I guess we do that and then he said to other kid I guess we give blue cheese for buffalo chicken logs also and they both laughed .food got home sausage was laying on top of sub roll not in it was suppose to be well done not even brown or warm about a tablespoon of steak on sub no oil at all rolls not toasted. literally 4 onion rings in order. chicken fingers had no sauce cold and roll not toasted food was disgusting we've ordered their before with mixup tried again and even worse

This place is off our list. Had a few issues before but this time was the last of it. Ordered chicken wings, extra crispy and it's as if they aren't even cooked. Skin is soggy as ever and the meat is rubbery. I understand things get busy but that shouldn't get in the way of properly cooking your items.

About a year ago loved this place, but recently had bad experiences. I gave it one more shot today, pizza was great... the wings not so good.. they weren’t even cooked, so soft and rubbery that I bet if anyone ate them, they would of gotten sick. I just threw them away, didn’t even want to bother calling... last time for me sadly :(

We live literally 5 minutes away. Was told an hour for delivery 2 hours ago. Inquired about our order a half an hour ago, they told us the food was on the way, and it is still not here. Called to cancel, their immediate response was a simple "OK." If it's extremely busy, I get that. Just don't give completely unrealistic ETAs, and work on your customer service.

From a 100$ order.. 5 subs 2 large fries and cheese bread the only 2 items that was correct was the fries and bread. Subs were such a disappointment. No lettus..no extra cheese...wrong sauce. What a joke. Even wrote an email with no response! Save your money and order elsewhere

Wings were over cooked and pizza was stretched wrong. Edges were thin and middle was thick so it cooked unevenly. A 10 dollar tip was added to bill. We did not add a tip when paying. manager insisted it was added. Who tips for pickup? And manager was rude on the phone. Will never do business with them again

Ordered the $7 onion rings and only received five in the box — no sauce included. The pizza looked and tasted like a frozen pizza: bland, barely any Italian sausage, and absolutely no flavor. Spent $63 in total and feel like I completely wasted my money. Very low quality for the price.

We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza with traditional sauce and 10 wings medium extra crispy. My wings were hardly sauced and tasted mild, not medium. One of the wings was not cut, another wing had the bones popping out, and the rest were about the size of my pinky. (Not jumbo as advertised). The sauce on the pizza was very heavy on the oregano so much so that I couldn't eat it and wiped off the whole top so that I could at least eat the crust, however even the dough was undercooked. My husband and son ate it but had to wipe the sauce off. I've been a customer for 20 plus years, and I have never been so disappointed as I was today. I debated with myself on writing this review, but ultimately decided it was probably better if I called because I don't like writing poor reviews. When I called and spoke to the manager he told me to send him pictures which I did. He called back and told me that my problem was that I don't like their traditional sauce and he'd credit my account $5 for the chicken wings or he could cook me 2 or 3 wings for the ones he saw in the picture. My issue wasn't just a whole chicken wing or one that had bones popping out. It was with all of the wings being flavorless because they had more butter than sauce. And I guess they don't serve carrots and blue cheese anymore because that was missing from my order. He said he called Parker (the owner) and was told to only credit me the $5. It's really unfortunate because the owner lives next door to my mother-in-law, so I truly did not want to write a bad review, but in this case, they didn't want to make it right. It's as easy as saying "if you're not happy with the traditional sauce why don't you let us make you one with sweet sauce the next time you order and we'll make sure to make your wings right!" I don't need the $5 credit, I wanted my food cooked right.
