I’ve only ever ordered on the app and pickup through the drive thru. It’s always a great and fast experience. This is my go to fast food stop so I am here quite often. Out all the times I’ve picked up my order they have only once forgot to add my condiments. Other than that, staff is always friendly and service is great.
The staff is extremely sophisticated and classy; at times, I am intimidated to go inside. This being said, the staff, at this location are actually: the most kind, generous, and trustworthy; regarding professionalism. It is walking distance from my rental, so will be back.
The Customer Service Representative Rob is one of the Best reps I’ve come across. He’s personable , attentive, friendly and have energy for the People to serve . Our 5 min convo truly brightened my day. He’s doing the Lords work at this location lol give him his flowers this type of customer service is doing fast. I will be back and refer THIS location only . I don’t usually dine in at restaurants, I have a 3 year old toddler and is not easy, so the drive through has been the usual thing to do for us, but every time I have dine in at this location my toddler and I have the best experience!!! This chick fil a made me feel very welcoming with Mateo's energy. He really helped me with my order based on some on the reviews of the different entrees he's had. All in all , I definitely will be coming back.
Want to say my order and food was delicious at this location. Team Member Rob took my order and handled all operations well with any customer he took orders for. I observed him serve 3-4 groups and he treated everyone the same and always with a smile.
Mateo is the goat he did an amazing job servicing us he really needs a raise make him shift leader. He for sure is a 5 star employee. No complaints

Been here a few times and it definitely gets hectic as it’s a rather bustling and eventful, thriving business. A few times have been rocky but the night crew, I’ve found, to be the friendliest bunch, service phenomenal, so recommend the night crew for the best experience. Way to go!

Chick-fil-A has once again proven why it remains a favourite! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The food quality was excellent; the chicken sandwiches were juicy and flavourful, and the waffle fries were perfectly crispy. Despite being quite busy, the service was prompt, and our orders were correct, which is always appreciated. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a casual dinner, this Chick-fil-A location continues to deliver consistently great food and service. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious chicken and exceptional customer service!

We love Chic Fil A and it is always a choice no matter where we travel. We ate at this location for the first time but were as pleased as ever. Someone told us the service is faster at the drive thru vs eat in so we bought the food at the drive thru and ate in the car in the parking lot. Definitely quick

North Miami Beach Chick-fil-A rocks. They have great parking with a massive lot behind it. Very fast and efficient. It is always very clean in the lobby and restrooms. If you're in the area this is the Chick-fil-A to go to!
Very rich everything thanks
We stopped by today for the first time. The wait wasn’t as bad as we’ve seen it other days but we still had to wait a little while even on a weekday mid morning. We ordered a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich and a chicken sandwich meal with large fries and large lemonade. The sandwiches were great, the lemonade is way to sweet so we usually order water as well and add some to it. The fries unfortunately seemed more like small instead of large. This is a great location with a drive-thru but it can get extremely packed so keep that in mind before visiting

The place looked clean to me. Also, the shopping center itself was nice. The chicken was delicious as always. It took a bit to get it. The drive-through route was very confusing; however, the guy that was standing there was super nice, and you could tell he was smart. He made it easy to order and pay. Picking it up took a while. Anyway, it was worth it. I had grilled chicken nuggets, and my husband had a grilled chicken sandwich.
One of my most visited restorant, Food is magnificent, service is so slow. The app won't take European cards for some reason.

I normally eat here .. I'm not sure what's been going on with the curbside. Several times, I had to walk inside for my food because no one brought it out. Yesterday, the young lady brought one drink out.. Said she was waiting on fries . When she came back out with the food and other drink. There was ice in the cup when it said no ice and only two sauce when I asked for four.
Slowest drive Chic fila drive through I’ve ever been to. 20 minutes and counting…and this is after the before work rush. Arrived at 10:18 it’s now 10:40
Check your fries before you leave! What is this !? Where’s the rest of the fries? I literally waited like half an hour to get my food. If customers are waiting this long for their food, don’t do this!
My only complaint is that the Fries are never full and this is a large

Overpriced
This used to be the quickest Chick-fil-A . And now they removed the mobile water line which caused the light to be extremely slow. Which is ridiculous because we’re all on our lunch breaks and we’re spending 15-20 minutes in drive through LINE. Why would you have a mobile order line and remove the mobile order line, and now people are fighting to get back in that one lane. There will be a fight and there will be an accident soon if you guys do not open the second lane again. This is one of the busiest areas in North Miami. A very, not so smart decision on your part..
It is unfortunate with such a good place to eat and the service is very slow and the rush hour has not arrived they were very slow and unfortunate.
Very good service from the young lady named Paris at the drive thru. She was nice and attentive. She gets high ratings for her customer service. However, the manager or whatever he is, was the complete opposite. I was missing few items from a large drive thru order. His associate, a young guy inside informed him I was waiting on him. The manager Genesis, seemed busy and said He’ll be right with me, then swiftly left for outside, yelling “VIP”. He headed to a orange Jeep parked right in front of Chick-fil-A and pretty much spent an entire 10 mins chatting with this individual. I get that every person deserves their moment, but this was very unprofessional bc I too am a paying customer, that paid for food that wasn’t placed in my bag. So I had inconvenience myself by parking my car, to go inside and wait an additional 10 mins to get my order right. This is unacceptable. All he had to do was listen to what I had to say and delegate the task to his associates to help me. This could’ve been handled way better if he just asked “how May I help you?”
All three garage cans were full. Had to ask them to clean the table. Dine-In food came in a bag instead of a tray. Poor customer service at its worst
Manager poor attitude
The amount of time it takes for them to bring the food outside is Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! I try to give it a chance but its not happening! Also the parking lot is very uncomfortable and unorganized, not to mention THAT REGULAR citizens that actually regular citizen that use THE APP we expect the food at a certain time. There is drive through Mobile order and pickup order which IS NOT BEING USE THE proper way. It took twenty minutes to get THE FOOD AND THIS “ amazing tole model” decides to BE INSIDE AND PARKS THERE. Multiple employeesWENT OUTSIDE AND NOT ONE TOLD HIM ANYTHING. ( parked in curbside) Florida can do better!!!! CURBSIDE IS not for people to order food and get the their car there.
Sandwich completely wrong I call to complain and get a replacement but she said they not doing breakfast anymore I can come tomorrow I said you’re closed Sunday and I ordered delivery she said ok so Monday come in I’m irritated pregnant without what I ordered I’m allergic to tomatoes
The customer service is OK. The food is great. The only thing that could make this place better if they just fix their freaking drive-through why is there an option for mobile drive-through if you’re just gonna cater to all of the people that order first it makes no sense and then they close the mobile line lane Just to make it one lane and it’s just so messy and it pisses me off.
Cancelled my order on their side with notifying me, before I drove all the way to the location to pick it up. We’re not focused on a productive resolution aside telling me to scan QR code to leave a bad review.

We went to this chick-fil-A since they just built this one . We had our concerns because where it’s at . But we wanted to give it a try . Well , when we order our food and received it the sandwiches our so cold . They didn’t even add the grill chicken in it . We order sweet tea and added lemonade to it with extra ice . The drink had no ice at all. The drink tasted bad . The cookies tasted terrible. I honestly shocked because I thought chick-fil-A would be good anywhere we go but nope that’s not the case . I’ll just stick to going to Aventura chick-Fil-A
It was a waste of money I tried 3 times and all were not appealing I always ask for extra pickles and which never receive, then they give me a half of a pickle I had to add my own! Fries always soft cold and mushy. I never had chick fi la and I'm not impressed at all by this mess😕
This is the worst Chick-fil-A Iever had and Chick-fil-A is my favorite everything tasted bad fries were cold, nuggets barley cooked,I found a hair in my sandwich & greasy , even the drinks were messed up on top of that the service was not the Notorious customer service that other locations were known for. Never again.
This Chick-fil-A and the manager are a joke. Randomly added a tomato to sandwich and after sharing we had a cherry allergy they put a cherry on the shake then scooped it out and still handed it out….. we went through drive through so quickly checked all items and tried to call back the lady who handed us food and she completely ignored. When I contacted the manager about these issues he pretty much said it’s my fault since I didn’t come into the restaurant. Not sure when the incompetence of employees became my issue or when I was required to park my car and get out to handle THEIR mistakes. Chick-fil-A keeps going downhill and this location is a prime example.
This place is sooo ghetto never again imagine being pregnant waiting 20 minutes for an order they messed up on then having to wait an additional 15 minutes with the attitude from the employees to fix my order . Put a bad taste in my mouth so disappointed they need better employees. I requested a refund .

I placed a mobile order and paid a full $1.75 for a side of pimento cheese. This is what they had the audacity to give me as my side. They also gave me literally 5 jalapeños after I paid for them too. Didn’t even cover the bottom of the cup w the damn cheese. Never ever had an issue like this at chick-fil-a, won’t be coming back to this location after seeing all the horrible reviews now.
The person who is supposed to be the MANAGER, last name “FELIZ” incredibly didn’t resolve an easy situation . The store is offering a promo that didn’t work on the app ( which is not a customer’s fault) and this gentleman wasn’t able to help me out, just told me Im not gonna argue with you, and Im not doing anything for you, bye. The African American guy with ear earings who took my order 2999043 on February 16, 2024 was very rude to me and I noticed was also rude to other customers. He showed an arrogant attitude and didn't let me finish asking what I wanted to order. He was always cutting me off so he confused me more because he didn't articulate his words correctly and clear. Definetly he was not showing any interest on helping customers. When I asked him to repeat what he just said he started getting nasty, impacient and intimidating. When it was time to pay I mistakenly put the incorrect credit card side in the reader and he furiously took it off hurting my fingers and put it on top of the reader instead. I ordered the combo but with large fries instead small fries and when I got home I noticed in the receipt he charged me for the whole combo plus the additional large fries again. I just wanted to increase the size on the fries, but I noticed he didn't care to do the adjustment to my order. I also ordered 3 chicken strips and I got something so grotesque and burnt as you see in the photo Customers, please avoid this cashier I just mentioned above or you will end up having a bad day And always check your receipt and food before leaving the place

I’m so upset because I’m feeling ill so I decided to drive to chick fil a to get a chicken noodle soup but the chicken noodle soup I received has had to be the worst chicken soup ever! The chicken tasted spoiled as if this soup was made months ago… After seeing all these terrible reviews I feel as if this location might need to be shut down because this is the first time I’ve ever had to complain about. PDQ might be where it’s at from now on…
So I ordered thru DoorDash march 26 at 2pm the new pineapple dragonfruit LEMONADE only to find out when I got my order that they gave me the one with sweet tea I don’t even drink tea Mind u I only ordered because I wanted to try that new drink soooo pissed The receipt clearly stated lemonade

I am literally writing this review as I sit in this dining area of this North Miami Beach Chik Fil A. This is my neighborhood Chik Fil A, and I was extatic that we finally got one in our Neighborhood. I must say, the quality of service is DIFFERENT compared to other Chik Fil A I have frequented. It is March 12,2024 around 10:20 AM in South Florida. I came in , as usual, mind you I am always here at this establishment, at least on my days off. Today was no different. I ordered, the Number 6 with an infasis with bacon. I'm dining in. I get my order ready to put my jelly on my breakfast sandwich, there's no egg and cheese. I'm like ohhh. So I go up to the counter, and proceed to let one of the cashier's know hey, they left out the egg and cheese on my sandwich. She's like ohhh, and proceed to charge me. I'm like hey, why are you charging me, when I already paid for the combo. So apparently, upon further review, they did not charge me for the egg and cheese. I wasn't upset as much as I was aggravated. Maybe it's just me. I have completely given up on business and THIER employees. Due to Covid, there have been an absolute slack as far as customer service, and all around mediocre service across the board, not just Chik Fil A. So Now, I'm like, let me speak to a manager. I proceed to explain to her that a mistake was made in your part, this is what it is. She's like yeah, we're just going to charge you for it. I'm like I already paid, this is your mistake, I should not have to be charged again for your mistake. She's like well they didn't charge you for it. I said, I clearly ordered the number 6. I should not have to pay for your mistake. Point is, the money was not the problem. The lack of customer service, and the lack of customer appreciation was. If you made a mistake, fix it. I proceeded to let her know I will be contacting corporate for this. Well, this supervisor or manager, I'm not sure what she is, proceeded to berate her coworker, and let her know that I said I will be contacting corporate in front of me for the mistake in Spanish instead of using her critical thinking and say hey, this one is on us. Even with that, you don't treat your coworkers like that. Just take them to the side and explain the mistake. I ended up paying for the difference which just annoyed me. Do Better. Apparently this is a privately owned Chik Fil A. That sounds about right. No wonder. I must say, though, for the most part, the employees are genuinely nice. Service ain't quick, but hey.
Consistently continues to be the worst Chick-fil-A restaurant I’ve ever been to. They are lucky there is no other one within a reasonable distance. Don’t bother ordering ahead of time for dine in. They don’t bring the order out to you. One time I’ve waited for 15min after the app said the order is heading your way; had to go upfront and ask for it my self. A few times they did get the order out but never the drink or any utensils. The staff sucks and clearly don’t uphold the Chick-fil-A standard. This location is complete garbage and needs corporate to step in, they are dragging the brand name down.
