Oh the memories of days gone by late night shenanigans and even my first adult scare came at this location. McDonald's has been here since I can remember it may look different but not much had changed food is great fries used to be better and the service is top notch. The staff is amazing highly recommend
McDonalds has its act together with multiple ways to make the experience fast as fast food should be! It’s consistently reliable and if you knew that I am not that fond of their domestic CMO then you know this is an honest and reliable review! And the app is much better now!

Great drive through experience. Accepted my mobile order without a hassle. Food came out quick and everything came out hot and tasty.
Was in the mood for some inexpensive breakfast food & used the app for curbside pickup which I had never used before & it was very easy to use! Placed two separate orders and they both were brought to me within 10 minutes! Employee was very nice & efficient. Thanks for a good transaction & will be back soon!

Kid loves the playground. Food is ok the standard Mac flavors and the workers here are actually nice! They take care of refund quickly when I accidentally order the same food twice. Not too crowed and fairly clean.
Very good service today, the sales girl was very friendly but I can't say anything about her manager. I feel like he was very rude to her. I think the girl did a very good job. The cashiers bore the brunt, not only insults from some customers and also from the manager, they should pay attention. to those things

The drive-thru on Saturday morning around 9 am was quick. My food was not crushed like at other McDonald’s. I’m very happy with my experience

Front counter people were very nice. This mc D has a indoor playground for kids, free WiFi, and quick service.
If they get rid of the drive thru and keep the drive up and go, and delivery, then there wouldn’t be so much traffic in the parking lot. JS.

Pro: Fast service even if busy. Clean. Plenty of parking. Dine in, table service, take out, drive through and car service. Play area for kids. 4 kiosks to place orders. Negative experiences: If customers approach the counter with questions or concerns, staff seem to pretend they don't notice or hope they'll go away. I used their app, ordered a frappe to pick up at the counter, the lady helping the customer at the register barely acknowledged me and almost looked in my direction as I picked up my order and walked out. Got on my bike and before I make it out of the parking lot, I fell causing the drink to spill getting all over my face, hair and outfit. I walked back in, told them what happened, requested a new one and to use the restroom to clean my face and hair. Unfortunately, because there was no acknowledgment when I picked up my order, they didn't believe I was there just 5 minutes earlier and so said no. Another time, after placing my order, it took 15-20 min and for me to go to the counter to ask what's going on, when I'm told they don't have an item I ordered as though they couldn't call my name or number, instead ignored it till I asked what's up.
Your typical McDonald's experience with plenty of parking and a drive through option. It's in the middle of the city and can get busy, but you'll get what you're looking for her and still not be far out from wherever you're going.
It's a chaotic place, long lines and no parking spaces most of the time. The food is regular mcdonalds food but it takes a while to get your order.
It's food, why am I being asked to review this? You drive up, you order something, the guy in the other side of the microphone has no idea of what you said, you repeat your order, you drive, you give them your money, you get your food, you ask them to include extra napkins, turns out they got the order wrong.
Their coke has a very strange taste. It's been like that for the longest time. The burgers are a hit and miss. But most of the time their not hot enough But when they are hot and right from the grill they are great.
Long wait. They were having a Christmas party or something. I saw a lot of people inside. Could hear them laughing and partying through the speaker when I was ordering. Seen children inside the store in the back running into and out of the office. Most of the time I don't care because Christmas time parties are nice but Corona😐😬😳.
Maybe it's just me. But I cannot figure out how to make the McDonald's app or the kiosk work for me. I've tried over and over. There was no one at the counter to take my order. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat.
The nuggets were not good. The fish fillet was hastily made. The fries are still on point!
Overall ok experience, but today was bad - they had the mens toilet closed. I was with my toddler daugher and the worker didn’t want me use women’s toilet when my daughter wanted to use it urgently. Personnel look very unhappy and tired, and I can understand them. So my ask to the management to develop some protocol for the situation when one of the toilets is broken/closed. Toilet is an essential part of the restaurant’s operations and it should not operate when it is not functioning.
Food is usually pretty good, especially if you show up when it's busy bc they have to keep making things fresh. The wait isn't too bad and the staff has always been mostly friendly, though a bit distracted. The only complaint is that I have a lot of kids so I usually order big, and every time I come, they always forget at least one thing from my order, sometimes getting it wrong completely. They fix it without complaint but can be frustrating after the third time it's happened
I am giving them a 3 because of nostalgia. I have been going there since I was a child to this particular McDonald's. However, I went yesterday and ordered a deluxe crispy sandwich and the chicken was raw! Yeah I took a bite and it was chewy, I take a look and it was pretty raw. I didn't feel like going back and wasting gas to complain, but McDonald's be careful Salmonella is real!
It was in the middle of downtown on Chestnut was easier when it was on Whipple off 101, the burgers were lil burnt and hard didn’t taste fresh but we were passing thru and hungry.
Used the drive thru and ordered a large drink only. Paid and they tried to give us a different order. We tried to explain all we ordered and paid for was a large drink. Ended up having to have a manager come to resolve. Craziness and took so much unnecessary time.

Very busy location, overwhelmed staff, mistakes with every order I have made, they are trying its just too busy at times nontoys for happy meal and it's a sad one.. English is hard to understand for the order takers sorry just a mess. Hopefully another location would be opened again so they can have a break. I know it's McDonald's I go only for the the happy meal here and there some milkshake etc. I do ask just the toy and apple in the box and still get chicken nuggets and fries that I request not to put in. I might sound picky but it's shouldn't be ok not to add some ask for more I request none:) and it's a issue or confusing.
The play structure needs to be cleaned more often!!!! It smelled like urine....anyways that being said it was a nice spot to play with the other kids on a rainy day.
The kids playground is too hot no AC. definitely not recommended on a hot day. Gabriela at the front wasn't too nice about me asking her to turn the AC on l. She said she did not have control over the AC controls.
Pressure you to order when you aren't ready but to be fair many places do. Soda machines were out of many flavors and ones they did have didn't taste good at all! Also like my soda without ice and every where else I get it that way it's cold not this McDonald's they have room temperature soda. Only ate nuggets which were a little hard but pretty good
I wasnt sure if to give them 2 or a 3, but i just understand how they work. They take forever at the driver thru, mind you they redid it so that they can have more people but they're either too distracted and then want to have an attitude. The food is good, but just b/c of the attitude makes me go to another location.

I kind of got what I ordered. They used up my reward points but still charged me for the rewarded item. The cashier thought that my drive thru order was an online order so when I asked for clarification on the item he just told me that is my receipt I shouldn't complain about anything. I found it a little rude. On the plus side, they almost got my order right.
Out visiting a friend and needed a late night snack. Very dissappointed that the fries were cold. If nothing else Micky D's, make sure the fries are ALWAYS hot. The service was not swift and not any greeting at the window. The cashier was very bland in his tone, no repeating the order, just gave the total and gave my change. No exchange or greeting. Not sure why the drive thru was so backed up, but by the time I got to the 2nd window food was ready and we took off. It was at the light that I reached my hand in the bage and suffered the disappointment of barely warm French fries. I really wanted to turn back around but the line was even longer than when I first pulled up. So I just waited and heated them back up when I got to my friends. It was nearly 11pm when we arrived, but cold fries are never acceptable and will cost this location stars and eventually my business.
Make sure to always check your order when they pass it to you. Be prepared to wait longer than usual if you use the mobile app for ordering. They recently renovated for electronic ordering and put in a second drive-thru lane, see the attached photo which claims any lane any time, except as you can see, not when I snapped this photo after waiting in a queue for 20mins to get to this point. This sums up recent experiences with the Chestnut St location!
8.16.25 2:15pm The most incompetent, but nice, McDonald's employees EVER. Ordered via the kiosk. Never delivered to the table. Went up to the counter, only then saw that they had taped "At the moment we don't have ice cream" in light hand written writing at the top of the kiosk, not where one would look normally when ordering. And their receipts roll had ran out of paper so didn't even have proof of purchase. Had to pull up my Citi credit card pending receipt via my Citi app. Had to have the non existent ice cream sundae refunded at the counter after 15 min of non delivery. Still got the coffee, which was supposed to be delivered table side, at the counter. The wrong coffee, no less. Had ordered the large coffee with 6 sugars. Received a large coffee with 6 cream. Had to go back up to the counter yet again to exchange this coffee error. What in the world? I know they're busy as heck but come on now... The Coca Cola Flurry or Slurpy was ok, it was 80F today, but I wouldn't order that again as it wasn't mind-blowingly fantastic.
Drive through order. Service was OK. Food was just barely warmer than room temp. McDonalds is good when it's hot, but this wasn't hot. Fairly late visit (9:30), but that shouldn't make a difference.
Beware!! If you order late at night through DoorDash please be aware that McDonald’s employees will purposely do your order wrong. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 large fries. They sent 2 McChickens and 1 small fries. Total opposite. I was just glad they sent the food after a long shift. I take a bite of the McChicken it had a bunch of of onion but McChicken don’t have onion. After that I couldn’t even keep eating thinking that they probably did something else to my food. Out of spite. Unless someone magically ordered exactly the opposite of my order at the exact same time as me with the same exact delivery time. Very unlikely.

The Big Mac didn’t have a cheese and the fries were so bad not crispy at all not even hot was like old fried potatoes they gave me barbecue sauce instead ranch for the chicken nuggets, not happy with that the only good thing was the cherry frozen !!!!and I paid $23.00 dollars for this!!! I use my app to order mine and my family meal I placed an order. the drive through clerk she was really rude when I asked her a question I received attitude from her and when the manager was involved she was rude after I explained about my order the workers are not professional and need more training
Not that anyone that owns this restaurant cares enough to address this issues or even apologize on behalf of their employees but its a good fyi for everyone else I love the breakfast and Ive never had a problem whenever i changed my order but today i did all i changed was the drinks. Its not hard to do that but to tell the others that i changed it with an attitude is unacceptable. And to top it off it was the manager. Next time make sure your mic is off. Also when i got my stuff the girl with black nails and tattoos on gave me a really bad attitude only said ok ok and left instead of apologizing on behalf of the manager if you don’t like to deal with people don’t work in costumer service it just isn’t for you. Pretty bad experience . The person who receives the orders is totally distracted, with an apathetic attitude to work, zoes language, and to top it off, lousy training in customer service. Very bad experience in this place, despite the fact that the food tastes very good, the attention of its staff takes away a lot.
Very bad experience I work close to this place and I just ordered ice caramel mochiado and they take to long for take my order and take to long for giving me my order 😞 and the employee so rude
The employees were quite rude. Including the manager. If you ask any additional creamer's, sugars or returned food. That was poorly prepared and taste horrible. Their attitude towards you was rude and intimidating. I also observed two other additional customers receiving the incorrect orders and being treated the same way I was treated. One customer had not received a tea bag with her tea just hot water and came in and asked for the tea bag. They insisted they giving her the tea bag and after 5 minutes they finally gave her the tea bag. What horrible customer service. These employees need to go to a training session including the manager.
I ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg with mayonnaise I got a piece of sausage too much mayonnaise and a hard dry bread. And I was already too far to go back. I tried to call the number but it was just continually busy so basically they just stole my money cuz I couldn't eat the food. And they were in no rush I was the only one there.
Worst serviced McDonald's I've been to at different times in the day. Wrong order was given to me. Manager of establishment has language barrier and not wanting to provide ordered food with receipt in showing them. Long wait times for simple order request. No accountability or communication from manager or staff to help solve customer issues.
The worst! Was in drive thru, and when I received my order, it was missing one item. Made eye contact with the manger and told her I was missing one item, she completely ignored me. They automatically accept all orders from Eats, even when they are unable to fullfill them (like ordering between 3am and 4am from the dinner menu). Then, they never cancel the order that cannot be fulfilled, but instead waste the time of both the customer and the delivery person with a live order that never gets processed.
Last night was the 1 year anniversary of my fathers passing my mother just passed last month in December and my best friend fell off his roof took 3 days to die in the hospital where his mother had to pull the plug. I spent the past 2 weeks helping her clean his apartment as I watch her smell his clothes and cry i've really had a hard day. I work helping autistic children better cope with life but its pretty exhausting i haven't ate sine 5:00am in the morning so when i'm forced to spend litterally over an hour and a half waiting for my order being told its coming then listen to them laugh I was pretty frustraited, A tall women with brown Hair and brown Eyes with glasses apologizeed and says that it keeps happening on that machine and that it isn't even printing reciepts which also making trouble i just let her know hey np just thank you for your help. Finally when food comes its a single cheeseburger and medium fries I ask where is my order she blows on up refuses to help, some random young man had to walk behind the register and ask if it would be wiser to just give him his food she BLEW UP, DEMANDED a reciept for which i reminded her it was her that told me the machine doesnt print reciepts she cusses in spanish and disappears for the next 35minutes walked around the register with my food and began to auction it off to 1 customer after the other till finally someone asked whats in it she recites my exact order just tosses it on the table gives me a smile and go's back behind the counter litterally in tears i beg her for my order im homeless and buyinh any food is a big deal, she says I cry like a baby and refesus to even give me a container for the drinks or a bag so i can carry it the 2miles to the shelter some random lady i think is off duty walked behind the register to get me a containor and another gentlemen maybe just a customer had to go behind register to get me a bag. I dont understand dont want to help thats fine refuse to give me food fine but atleast tell me whats going on and have me believe its being made and string me along for over an hour and a half just to give it away to someone else and ask for a reciept its just not fair and that money came from a gift card my late mother gave me wasting even a dollar breaks my heart. Why? Why such hate and cruelty, I couldn't been more calm or patient I just don't understand now i have $14 left on the card and have to walk the 3.5 miles and where ever I go i warn people of that location my experience which doesnt even come close to fitting in there "Character" limits.... when i called the store not to complain but to possibly recover the food she picked up the phone and said "Please Keep Calling Back, Maybe Someone Who Cares Will Answer, Laughs (hangs up) I think her name possibly is Violeta everyone is so scarred of her they wont tell me her name they just say "Please you'll just make it worse for us"

Rude. Gave me wrong order, had to go back and wait 30mins in line. Repeated myself 3-4X. Most of their staff don't speak English. Finally got my order, soda was flat, food was cold. No apology whatsoever. They actually gave me a dirty look for having the nerve to explain to them they gave me the wrong order. Never coming back here again. Pathetic service. Managers should be fired for hiring these employees. Most McDonalds are ran by non-english speakers for some reason. Better off going to Chick-fil-A, they still hire American workers who can understand English. Avoid this McDonald's!

Just stop to this mcdonald like 30 minutes ago and the lady that took my order messed up on my order. Fisrt she came to take my order with a bad aditud. Secondable she missed my #6 burger I realized till i was home and this is not the fisrt time they messed up. Probabbly not coming back to this place they have some lazy people that doedn't know how to do their job right.... I know is just a simple burger but when it comes to customer service i think they should be better then that...

Worst customer service ever. Every time I go to this particular McDonalds I get a bad experience. Today 05/25 at around 11:45 I went to buy food through the drive through and after ordering I went to the first window to pay. I had a rewards code I wanted to use, so I asked the lady at the window if she could add it. She let out really loud sigh like it was such an inconvenience to her. She said it didn’t work and that I should've told her at the ordering machine. I wasn’t aware of that and tried to let her know. She basically told me to be quiet and to listen to what she was saying. But regardless its her job to add any adjustments and not be rude about it. This isn’t my first time receiving bad treatment and it’s infuriating because I’m always nice to the staff even if they are rude.
Rude workers here and they don’t know the prices. Made my order. Drove up to first window and was charged one price. Got to the second window and they told me I had to pay more. When I tried to ask why and explain what I ordered. The woman was very rude and we got in an argument. We will not return here.
Bad experience with the manager... I will start to say that a manager is not just anyone, if you want to be a MANAGER is because you are really qualified to provide good customer service and lead your team to be same like you or best . that's way the client can return happy and also recommend others so that the business grows, something that I couldn't say about the manager who is in charge Mc Donald at 185 Chestnut St Redwood City CA94063, she is arrogant, and very rude she doesn't have the slightest idea of what it means to be a manager, DM have to take action and remove her from her position in that place. If the customer are going to a place to consume is because getting a good service but rather to give the children the pleasure of being there. For me part I will take that manager's word to never return to this place until that woman is removed as a manager. Also can say that she sets a bad example to her employees and they are equal or worse than her. That manager is amused when her employees are same like her or worse behave. I hope this and other comments about that manager are of some use and she is removed from her position if they want her store to continue serving since customers make a store grow or close. 12/15/2023 at 6 pm. I have been coming to this McDonald's since I' was a little kid, that will change since your drive through window employee have a need to start rumors with other employees.. this would have resulted in graphic terms if the involved parties didn't know each other better. I don't feel comfortable returning 😕
Was ignored for 10 minutes until I was informed the machine was actually broken and I would need to wait another 10 minutes. I asked why I wasn’t told, that question was ignored and they offered a refund. They then tried to charge me again, which luckily I caught. The refund took 10 minutes and they then tried to offer me my drink because the machine had been fixed by then. If it wasn’t me being ostracized by the staff it could be funny—in a very sad way. Im not returning to this location and as convenient as the app is I’ll go elsewhere for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Never usually leave reviews but this is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Slow service, can't order from the counter (tell you to f off and use the self checkout), and employee's don't even pretend to care. Been here at least 5 times and haven't had a single positive experience. Receipts never print and mess up my order half the time as well. Literally less than half of the staff speak English.
They totally messed up my order that I made on the McDonald's app. My burger order didn't have any of the customizations I asked for and they didn't include half my order 😭

Be aware! Went there twice, both time missing items in my order. First time bought through drive thru they only gave me half of the order when I told them items were missing, guy in black shirt I supposed manager gave me the rest of the order and said “happy birthday” no apology, no nothing. The second time they forgot to give me 2 burgers. This time wasn’t so lucky because I didn’t check.
This place SUCKS. Every time I go here there’s always an issue… the espresso machine is broken, being cleaned, their internet is down and it’s cash only.. I’ve never been another McDonald’s with such issues even during the overnight hours and you can’t ever expect much from a fast food restaurant anyway but this place is horrible
I had very bad experience to this store they doesn’t even know how to serve the DoorDash driver as for that situation order late I should never got to this store again.
They messed up every ones order while I was there, including my order. I asked for a McGriddle in the drive through and they said I ordered a burrito. They also forgot my orange drink. Got inside the store to order the orange juice after frustration on the drive through, everyone was complaining about their order inside the store. I asked for 2 orange juices, she gave me one, after letting me standing there for a moment, and she was looking at the skies. After I realized she forgot my second orange juice, I asked for another orange juice. She gave me the orange juice and one straw. I had to ask for another straw. Got home and was happy I finally got through the struggle. I was about to eat my meal and realized the McGriddle came with just the sausage… Seriously people?!

I ordered through the app this morning, when I arrived I was told the mobile orders were down but to give them 10 minutes to reboot. I had used both points and card to pay for this order. Finally the mobile ordering came back on line and I was told to pull to the window. Nobody EVER came to the window. I knocked on the window and still nobody came. I ended up leaving when I couldn't get an employee, however I WAS charged both points and dollars for food items I was never given. If I could give negative stars at this location I would. completely pointless and a very rude staff who clearly haven’t been trained well. Save your time/money and just go to a different location if you don't want to waste your time. Owner has a number up to call to make suggestions or deal with problems, but is unresponsive when there is an issue.

Open 24 hours but good luck after midnight. Been in line for over 40 mins and it's gridlocked. The transients linger and solicitate with out consequence, they've actually took more orders... It appears that there's only one person taking orders, mopping, cooking and serving. Guess grave shift isn't worth the effort....

Is it possible to give 0 stars. My order today was horrible. I asked for them to replace my fries, due to them being overcooked. They replaced them with some that seemed to have been cooked even longer than the first batch, and when I tried to complain about them, I was told that the timer for there fries are set, and they can not change it. OMG. I just took my order and tried to humble myself to eat it. Later noticed that my filet a fish was also over cooked, with a dash of tartar sauce. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS!!!! Horrible service and food.........

Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had, and it has nothing to do with the food—it’s entirely the quality of service. I’ve never visited this location and been helped by an employee who could communicate effectively in English. Normally that’s not an issue, as language differences are common and easy to work around, but this location is the exception. Orders are constantly incorrect, staff look confused during interactions, and instead of resolving issues, they often appear annoyed. The inefficiency is extreme, and it genuinely makes me question how management is allowing this to continue. To make matters worse, I’ve seen customers get frustrated to the point of yelling, which just slows down the line and creates a negative environment for everyone. When I reach the window, there’s rarely anyone who can help or clarify the order, and it’s clear management has not set employees up for success. This shouldn’t be happening at a major brand location. Proper staffing, training, and support would make a huge difference—for both customers and employees.
Ignore this stpd place. I placed order on Mcdonalds app. And then i went drive thru. He told me system down , can’t see order! He said lie. Of course you can see order . If your system down McDonalds app doesn’t lets me place order . Apps already charged to me and i have order number. Bunch of lazy people working here! They don’t want to make this order because 10 minutes later breakfast menu will starts.
Don’t expect to rely on convenience at this McDonald’s if you don’t speak Spanish. Wanted to stop for quick breakfast very early in the morning before work, waited 3mins for someone to tend the drive thru, menu was not displayed on screen, asked to put up menu and they could not figure out how to do that for the life of them. Told me to just order. They said something about the breakfast but couldn’t make out what they were saying and i initially interpreted it as they do not have breakfast, (with back n forth confusion) ended up ordering chicken nuggets at 4:45am. Go up to the window and ask why theres not breakfast at this time, i could hear better now and can make out what shes trying to say and i guess turns how they do have breakfast just not specific items. I would have loved to redo my order but honestly just wanted to give up on this whole interaction. Was eating my chicken nuggets while driving, they were cold…….. Nothing fast/convenient about fast food these days
This is the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped into. Ever. The garbage cans were overflowing the entire time we were there (about 20 minutes with the kids), so we couldn’t even throw ours away without it spilling onto the floor. Tables were sticky, there was spilled milk everywhere… it was just gross. The whole place felt neglected with kids were literally walking around barefoot in the main restaurant area. And the sign claiming the play area is disinfected every four hours? Hard to believe. Judging by how filthy everything else was, that structure hasn’t seen a real cleaning in years. My standards for McDonald’s are not high, but at the very least the garbage should be emptied. Needless to say, we won’t be back…
I had a very disappointing experience at your location last week. I went through the drive-thru and clearly confirmed my order, specifically requesting no pickles. When the order was read back to me incorrectly, I corrected it, thinking it had been fixed.At the second window, I was handed the correct drink, but unfortunately received the wrong food. I didn’t realize this until after I had already driven off. Instead of the Big Mac meal with no pickles that I ordered, I received a Big Mac with bacon.I returned to the store to have the order corrected, but by that time, I had already eaten a few fries, assuming they were mine. What shocked me was that the person who I believe was the manager took the food back, and I saw the touched fries being returned to the fry station, potentially cross-contaminating the rest of the batch.Even worse, it appeared that instead of remaking the sandwich, the kitchen staff simply removed the bacon and handed the same burger back, rather than making a fresh one. I assumed the issue had been resolved, but once I got to my destination, I discovered there were still pickles in the sandwich, confirming it was never properly remade.Having held a management position in fast food myself, I was genuinely shocked. I was trained to discard touched food or allow the customer to keep it while remaking the order properly. This experience showed a serious lack of proper food handling and customer service. McDonald’s really needs to implement better systems and train staff more thoroughly when it comes to order accuracy, food safety, and basic service standards.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was rude and dismissive, and they didn’t give us the order we asked for. When we tried to explain, they acted like it was our fault instead of fixing the mistake. We left frustrated and without the food we actually wanted. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from a place like McDonald’s.
Today, I was belittled in my Honda Civic at the drive thru. They were incredulously asking me if I really wanted 7 happy meals. As a 300 pound male, I found that quite offensive. I am utterly disappointed in the inhospitable service, the hostile atmosphere, and the stale french fries. However, the bbq sauce was delicious. Overall, I would visit another location. I’d like to be treated as a human. Period.
I went to this branch to get delivery today. I would receive both Uber Eats and Doordash orders. My Uber order was ready and they told me to confirm it immediately and show them the screen. While I was waiting for the doordash order, the delivery guys behind took their orders and left. I asked them why they didn't just say "accept and show the screen". They said they spoke Spanish. There is great humiliation and discrimination here. I was discriminated against because I did not speak Spanish. They constantly said things to me in Spanish and humiliated me in front of people. They tried to take away my Uber order, which I had already accepted. They wrote something about me on the screen and waved their fingers. Everyone was laughing, including the kitchen. This team was the worst team I have ever seen. The woman who said she was a supervisor also tried to shout at me and I asked her name. she said it was maria. but he sounded more like a bully than a team leader. a disgraceful experience. McDonald's is nothing but a huge disaster for delivery employees who do not speak Spanish. I hope a McDonald's representative will one day visit this branch as a delivery boy and understand what it means to be humiliated.
