Ok'isch for kinda convenience food where you basically know what you get, but what you get for the price seems a bit at the lower end. Not really bad but also nothing special...sorry guys...🤷‍♂️

As Americans visiting an "American restaurant " overseas, we were expecting more familiar, authentic flavors on our menu. However, we discovered that the decorations, set-up, and menu printed style are very much like any hamburger texmex restaurant, BUT the flavor of the food was a disappointment. The only one fully satisfied was our daughter with her Argentinian steak. Our nachos were stuck together, the "pico de gallo" was scarse, and there weren't beans, meat, or sour cream on them either. The tacos were flavorful but NOT with American flavor. The service was so fast and impersonal that we were quite surprised, efficient, but impersonal.

Beef was cold as one of us ordered well-done. He was the only one whose food was warm. Service was pretty much non-existent. Chairs and atmosphere were old-wild-west-y, which was cool.

I have had chicken tacos and chicken burrito and my friend had pulled chicken n bacon burger and nachos supreme everything tasted very bad. The chicken tacos felt soggy and flavour less. The taste wasn’t good at all. Nachos are good but the meat on top is bad. Only fries are good.

I've visited this place several times and the burgers were mostly good but I've found worms in the salad, and reading the other reviews seems like it's not the first time it happens. All they did was give a 10% off just for that plate, not so professional.

I will never visit this place again😖 My husband and i ordered 2 double sized burgers and then we found little black worms on the salad of burgers( we found 2 of them🤢🤮). The staffs said we will remake it but how can i trust again. It was disgusting uhhhhhh. I did not want to pay but they said we have to pay at least one burger because there was only one burger with worm 😳 i was afraid to eat so we left right away 🤬🤬🤬

We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken. There weren't enough staff to deal with the lunchtime rush. Just two girls that looked totally stressed. Everyone was telling the waitress their order was wrong so we decided to leave but then the waitress came. She brought our beer and dropped it all over me and my phone... I wasn't impressed. Brand new suit and my phone case ruined.. and I would have to spend the rest of the day wet and smelling of beer. She apologised and directed me to the bathroom - there were no paper towels. I asked the mangeress - she couldn't care any less. The waitress was more concerned about cleaning the table. We walked out. Terrible, slow service. Don't go!! If they are so careful with money that don't have enough staff what's the quality of the food like? We went across the road to Eataly and the service was good and the food superb.
