On vacation we were looking for a breakfast spot , something to get a little food in our bellies. Well this place did not disappoint for sure. Bagels were good and the toppings they offer totally kicked them up several notches. We had some quiche, bagels and lox, bacon and and cheese on a French toast bagel and avocado toast with some carmalized onions, tomatoes and feta!! We will be back and you should definitely get here if you are looking for a spot close to Sacandaga lake and Hadley, NY. Enjoy your time, enjoy the staff cause they are amazing and tell em Vin Vin sent you, I'm m trying to see something. Deuces, Vin Vin
This place is AMAZING! MY only complaint is that it’s not right around the corner from me so I can visit every day! (Just kidding I have zero complaints). I have been dying to find someplace local that offers coffee flights, and they offer them with the most amazing flavors (which are not sugary syrups added in). My bf and I each had our own coffee flight, bagel sandwiches, and smoothies. By far the best food and service we’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!
Such a fantastic cafe in Northville! Fun & welcoming staff!!we were the first to taste the Veggie Delight!! Fresh spinach , red onions, orange pepper, cucumbers & garlic hummus with fried egg& cheese on a toasted bagel 🥯 So delicious… highly recommend!!
Amazing breakfast sandwiches, bagels, homemade cream cheese and homemade sweet cream for dipping fruit. They put together an amazing spread for us.
Always a great experience at ADK Blend! Molly and the crew are so friendly, there are so many choices, and bowls and smoothies are delish!!! She also gave us a couple of free samples to try 😀
What a gem. Food was incredible. Prices were very reasonable so I got multiple things. Service was incredibly warm and friendly. When in the middle of nowhere I was assuming lunch was going to be at Stewart's this place saved the day. I won't visit Northville without stopping here.

I love the outdoor tables, the adorable staff and their great recommendations, and the fabulous variety of types of drinks (I swear I'll try the food next summer!) and the many ways you can customize them. (Try the Chocolate Thinny Mint w added flax seed oil and thank me later.) ADK Blend also has my undying loyalty because I walked off leaving my purse on an outdoor chair, and they rescued it for me. Thanks for everything, you fine folks!
Stopped in for two large iced coffees and they were delicious! Will absolutely stop in again on my way through town!
The owner of the restaurant was very welcoming and knowledgable about her menu and what we could have with certain allergies. As someone who has a very intense and sensitive gluten allergy I was able to eat her without any reactions. I would eat here every time I visit! Also the coffee was amazing.
We just picked up two smoothies from here- so good! Loved all their protein smoothie options. The color changing straw was just the cherry on top! Will definitely visit here every time we visit Northville.
My daughter and I come to GSL every summer. We found ADK when it first opened, and now it’s always one of our stops. Molly and crew do a great job, food was great (nice crispy bacon), and great coffee. So happy to see a nice small business owner succeed! Keep up the great work!
ADK Blend is such a staple for me here in Northville. Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is so friendly and it is such a nice environment to enter! My favorite is their coffee’s. I love how the flavors don’t come from syrups, but the brew itself! It is soooo yummy! I highly recommend anyone that stops in Northville to stop in ADK blend!!!

Stopped in on our way to the speculator area! My wife and kids had scoped out Adk long before our trip for a late breakfast stop! Food was so good, I am celiac and they were nothing less than professional with handling allergies. Besides the food. The customer service was over the top! We had so many “changes” and add ons to our order, along with gf items, but they kept smiling through it all! Thanks for making us feel welcome. It’s such a relief to find a place with real food with real ingredients when you travel!!

Staff is so friendly, and the place is so cute and cozy!! The food is absolutely delicious, totally recommend the avocado toast. Their coffee is amazing, and they let you put in the milk yourself!!
