The chili dog and the corn dog were very tasty and the fries were good.

The food tastes great and the girl helping us was friendly and accurate with my larger order. She read it back to make sure for no errors.

Always order tge Chili dogs and corn dogs..Always have good deals 5 for $5.. Im in.. So 1 order of Corn dogs..@1 order of chili dogs...kiddos wanted Chili cheese fries~~> not a big fan of those thin fries are not for me ..kiddos like them. I ordered mini hotdogs and a drink but the young man informed me that the mini hot dogs had burnt so he could make me a new set and he offered me and ice cream for the wait I thought it was very kind of him and the wait was not too long about two minutes then when I got to work and opened the bag I saw that he added some french fries I thought that was very nice and a very efficient way to keep the costumer happy

My 4 year old daughter saw an ad for corn dogs and she really wanted to try one. She thought they were supposed to be candy inside. After the initial disappointment she gave it another shot and enjoyed it. Thank you guys.

This was the cleanest Wienerschnitzel I've ever been to. The food pictures may not look tasty, however, my fries were hot and fresh. My chili dog was ok as well. The drive-through can be entered from two different driveways, and the service was friendly. Once again, I tried it, and I will return.

Good food, been a while since I've been to Wienerschnitzel. Not sure but the prices went up. Ordered the 2 hotdogs special large with cheese and 5 Jalapeño poppers at it was over $15.

The food was what you'd expect from a place like this. Except that my order was wrong. We all know the biggest fans of hotdogs and corn dogs are toddlers, so when you get back to the hotel with the wrong stuff, you can then deal with the disappointment of a hotdog connoisseur who received a corndog.

I think I see why they're not very busy. Other one's I go to are really busy and the food is excellent. Not here. Chili dogs and fries were both cold.

Slow service. The last time we went here they were blasting music and playing around. One of the workers was smoking weed at the tables. My order was incorrect and when I mentioned it to them they just looked at me.

Corn dogs tasted like stale oil, so did fries. Service was quick though because I was the only one who did not receive the memo about this location. So the only one there.

Got the chili lovers. Skimpy on the chili on the chili cheese fries. Bread was kinda stale on the chili cheese dog. Chili cheeseburger was good. Service was okay as far as fast food goes.

So let me start off by saying I love the food here. However the customer service could definitely use improvement. Unsure if it has to do with higher ups or the actual employees though. Could be the boss is super strict. The other night on my way home from the store I was walking through and decided you know what? Some weinersnitzel sound hella bomb right now. So I go to the window, I place my order, I go to pay and that’s where the real disappointment begins. I walk everywhere, don’t have a car so my feet are how I move. However I only had 100 dollar bills on me at the moment and guess what, they don’t accept higher bills over 20. Which I can totally understand due to not having to change every single 100 they come across and then not have cash in their register. I can totally comprehend that. However when I only have that bill and I’m walking, I thought explaining that to the cashier would make enough of a “hey man I’m on foot and I only have this bill so could you be please just this once accept it” Mind you it was almost to the end of their operation hours so I’m not there at a busy time at all. I wasn’t just disappointed in the fact this person could not take my money, but simply appalled at the smug attitude about not taking my money and sending me away without a care. Now that’s great customer service!! Anyways, make sure you all aren’t too rich when you go to this establishment. It’s weinersnitzel after all. I won’t give 1 star because it’s not about the actual food but more about the customer service.

The food here is not fresh, the pickle on my polish sandwich was dry on one end and moist on the other the bread was wet and soggy and the dog looked like a dried prune, it tasted like it was sitting all day. The fries were hard and dry and you can tell they were cooked in old oil. The Chile cheese dog was just as bad. Nothing is ever fresh here. Bad tasting food. You want fresh wienerschnitzel Anaheim on La Palma has the best. I'm never mad i spent my money on their food its fresh and tastes great.The staff act like they hate their jobs here in Norwalk.

Come here if you want to get your entire order wrong. I thought I was on punk’d for a second. Gave me a bag with a random hot dog in it (which wasn’t mine). Gave me the wrong drink. Then proceeded to yell at me to tell me she put condiments in the bag when there were none- I rechecked the bag several times. And then of course… she supposedly put it in a different bag that was also not mine. I then drove off as fast as I could… only to realize they forgot my order of jalapeño poppers. I was totally disappointed I ordered their promotion Pastrami dog and it was nasty only 2 small pieces of pastrami and a dried out all beef hotdog. This is a business that needs to close down after selling junk.

I love wienersch.....I used to love wienerschnitzel. After seeing how they take the food from the freezer. Take as many frozen patties, put them in an empty metal bin for grabbing ingredients from a line, use those hands to open the doors, grab the patties by bare hands, and then touch the freezer door, his butt, two door knobs, just no no no.

Every time I come here for a hot fudge sundae they are out of hot fudge so finally I asked a employee why and he told me that they sell out of hot fudge everyday before 2 or3 in the afternoon. Horrible service, my husband and I came here to try the new southern lemonade and other things but when we approached the window this older, heavy set, Hispanic women with dark roots and blonde ends walked away and acted like she was working on the ice cream machine a believe. We stepped back just so we could discuss what we wanted and when we were done we waited at the window. The women took 5 minutes before she looked up at me and even when she did she rolled her eyes and kept working. We waited another 5 minutes with still no “hello” we left. Really upset as this was our first time coming to this location and this is the experience you guys are giving! Horrible!

Got there 20 minutes before closing and we had been waiting for just a few minutes and some girl came out and said “we’re closed” and I said I thought you closed at 11? And she said it’s 10:55pm and when I corrected her they still refused! If you stop serving 30 minutes before closing you should update your hours to say you close at 10:30pm.

Well if you get to this location when it says it is open, don't expect to order. They are supposed to be open at 10am. I walked up to window at 10:05. And someone who had a hard time communicatingwith me came to window. After I couldn't understand her, someone else came up to window and said they are not ready yet. They are still setting up so not serving food yet. I understand things happen and don't know their end of story. But looks like they are just unprepared and with a franchise like this I think they would be ready to serve food. Its 10:18, I took a chance to see if they started taking orders yet and they are not. This experience did not ruin eating at weinersnitchel for me but won't probably visit this location anymore.

I ordered two chili cheese hot dogs yesterday, and since then I’ve been experiencing severe diarrhea for nearly 20 hours straight. No exaggeration — it’s been nonstop watery diarrhea along with constant stomach gurgling. I normally have a very strong stomach. I eat street tacos and all kinds of food without any issues, so this is extremely unusual for me. This honestly makes me question the food handling and hygiene standards at this place. Something was clearly wrong with what I was served. I would strongly caution others, and I hope the management takes food safety seriously before someone else gets sick.
