Deliziose pizze gourmet con ingredienti di ottima qualità (es: farina Bongiovanni) mantenendo però ben salda la tradizione. Cuoppo ricchissimo variegato e buonissimo. Cannolo scomposto eccezionale (in foto) Personale superprofessionale e disponibilissimo: eravamo di passaggio e ci hanno trovato un posticino nonostante il locale fosse pieno e non avessimo prenotato. Ambiente curatissimo molto piacevole da vivere e con particolari molto originali e ben inseriti che creano una piacevolissima atmosfera. Consigliatissimo
La pizza classica napoletana, più buona nel raggio di più di 80 chilometri! La "rinascita" dello chef Andrea è stata la riconferma di un'ottima esperienza. Un'ampia scelta di pizze, per ogni gusto e capacità economica, dalle classiche farciture, definibili di base, a farciture definìbili gourmet; diversi formati, come la pizza alta, la pizza pala, o la pizza a "dimensione piatto", con preparazione classica napoletana (bordo alto) o tirata a mattarello (quindi più bassa e croccante). Una cosa, anzi la cosa principe, che accomuna tutte le pizze e tutti i prodotti del Sileo, sono gli ingredienti di alta qualità, semplici e al contempo ricercati. Arricchiscono e completano il menù, antipasti e dolci, preparati tutti, espressi dallo staff della cucina. Carta vini, con scelta di vini principalmente piemontesi di qualità, e birre artigianali. Da segnalare serate a tema, come la serata sipecco (focaccia di Recco), e la serata sibab ( kebab con pane autoprodotto, carne cotta dallo chef). Personale giovane, gentile, servizio rapido. Locale particolare: una jungla in val Tanaro, grazie al restauro attento e creativo, eseguito. Consigliata una visita gastronomica al Sileo, per chi sa apprezzare il buon cibo e il buon bere, anche se a mio svantaggio, perché il locale è sempre praticamente pieno! ( per questo motivo è consigliata la prenotazione).
Locale molto accogliente e ben arredato; personale gentile e alla mano; pizze molto buone sia le nuvole che le classiche, impasto top!! Prezzi ottimi per la qualità! Nota dolente : poco parcheggio… Ritorneremo sicuramente!!
Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita da questa pizzeria! La pizza è davvero eccezionale: impasto ben lievitato, leggero e altamente digeribile, con un equilibrio perfetto tra croccantezza e morbidezza. Si sente subito la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella preparazione. Il personale è stato gentile, attento e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La location è curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e con un’atmosfera calda e raffinata che invita a rilassarsi e godersi la serata. Consigliatissima per chi cerca una pizza di qualità in un ambiente piacevole e ben gestito. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The highest quality, varied and well-stocked menu (special mention for the excellent Sipecco). Pleasant place, attentive and courteous staff. Highly recommended!
What a discovery! There's very little to say here... we tried the tegamino, the mattarello, and the nuvola... excellent doughs! The ingredients were of the highest quality and sophistication, and the combinations were carefully considered. I also enjoyed the buffalo mozzarella, which in its simplicity was excellent. Well done, guys, we'll definitely see you very soon.
A must-see for anyone like me who exits Turin at Ceva to take the main road and head towards Liguria. In any season, you'll find pizzas made with local and seasonal ingredients. I recommend booking on weekends unless you can be there around 7 pm when they open. You won't regret stopping by—the pizza is unforgettable and the beers are excellent. If you want to learn Andrea Brunetti's story, you can purchase his book, as I did, where he talks about the courage to never give up, even in the face of illness and misfortune.
So, the review will be a bit long, but it's worth it. A few days ago, I was heading towards the sea through Colle di Nava. It was dinner time, and what better opportunity could there be to try this pizzeria? Every other time I've passed by, I've always been struck by the color and exterior decor of this little place, in a small town, nestled in a small ravine. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. We park, enter, and are immediately greeted with a smile by the owner's father and the girls... the atmosphere is very unique and welcoming... We sit down and, looking at the dishes from the neighboring tables, we immediately realize that the pizza must be something DELICIOUS AND SPECIAL... he makes it: CLOUD, NEAPOLITAN HIGH CORNICE, CARRIAGE WHEELS (FANTASTIC), and, if I'm not mistaken, ROLLING PIN, all of which were kindly explained to us by the wait staff. The dough is fantastic and made with high-quality flours, and the toppings are equally excellent, so all the awards it's received are more than deserved. The beer is excellent. Anyway...our choice falls on the Wagon Wheel Pizza...when it arrives, it's beautiful and overflowing, the aroma is exceptional, and the flavor reveals all the high QUALITY....10 OUT OF PRAISE!!!!! Now we come to another factor of excellence...I won't dwell on the pathology of the legendary Andrea (owner and pizza chef), which is described on every table, because a little curiosity is beneficial to the reader.....but I just want to tell you that in addition to offering you a product of the highest quality, it will offer you food for thought about many things, it will show you the tenacity, and in this case the true RESILIENCE (a word increasingly used without meaning) of a guy who, if we were in Naples, would perhaps be described as "with the guts". Perhaps you will learn to think, to complain less, and you will understand what love for your work and for LIFE is!!!!!!. Super soft cloud pizza! I had the prawns: really good and the flavor combination was spot on, congratulations. Plus, they were pre-portioned and easy to eat. I paired the pizza with a craft beer, which further enhanced the flavor. The place surprises you, because from the outside you wouldn't expect this tropical immersion. Highly recommended!
(RI) Returning to Chef Andrea Brunetti is a pleasure. A new location with a fresh and pleasant design, his take on kebab is excellent, and the Nuvola is wonderful. He reinvented it for us due to the lack of an ingredient, replacing it with sea bass instead of shrimp, a sign of a cuisine that uses only fresh ingredients. Excellent value for money. Lots of monkeys around, but definitely not in the kitchen.
We couldn't help but try this brand new (re)opening, and the evening overall lived up to expectations! The location may not be the most convenient or visible, but this isn't a negative point for the business overall. Given its enormous success, advance reservations are recommended. The restaurant's layout is incredibly original and unique; upon entering, you'll immediately see the counter, catapulting you into a modern-day jungle. Throughout the entire dining experience, you'll inevitably look around for charming details, almost intimidating the sudden appearance of a jungle animal. Alternatively, there's a second dining room with a different style. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they're brilliant and know how to explain each dish. The menu is very interesting and a refreshing change from traditional pizzerias. Various types and sizes of pizza, very interesting appetizers, and desserts. The names of the dishes are both amusing and imaginative. The choice between Neapolitan pizza or pizza al mattone is excellent. Service is fairly quick. Excellent dough. Perfectly cooked, balanced fillings. You can taste the freshest ingredients and that the raw materials have been prepared with care and attention, and this is also clearly evident in the visual impact of each dish. Perfectly balanced flavors, everything is digestible and truly enjoyable. The prices are truly fair and proportionate to everything. The only small flaw might be the closeness between the tables and the small size of the place, but personally, this didn't bother me! Excellent!
We stopped at this pizzeria on the way back from the beach. The first time we tried it, it was packed, so we booked on the weekend to secure a table. The atmosphere is lovely, with intimate, quiet tables and an open kitchen. The pizza is simply fantastic, light and fragrant, with excellent toppings. If you're passing through, I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious pizza (but make sure to book, at least on the weekend). It'll definitely become a regular stop for us!
The pizza is good, very unique with interesting combinations, the place is beautiful and refined, the service is good, the Tourette syndrome issue is not a problem at all... the final bill however... prices like those of Monte Carlo... but for once it's okay.
I liked the pizza, even though the dough wasn't stretched out, and it was cooked very well. The Neapolitan dough was stretched quite well, but the crust was raw inside. While the traditional dough was spread very evenly, the middle was so thin that it arrived with a hole in it, even with all the filling on the plate, while the crust was a little burnt. The toppings on the pizzas, however, were really good, and I really liked the combinations. The place had a very original style, with the walls kept in the "decadent" state typical of old houses. The tables were a little too close to each other, but it was quite comfortable to sit at them. In the middle of the room, there was also a really beautiful chandelier with lots of little glass birds! ❤️
Very good pizza, there are many options to choose from; you can find classic pizzas and gourmet pizzas with refined combinations. For pizzas you can choose between Neapolitan dough with a high crust or Roman dough with a low crust. The service is friendly and fast. The place is well furnished but it is not huge, I recommend booking. The prices are fair for the offer
On Saturday evening, my girlfriend and I went to Pizzeria Sileo, driving 40 minutes on the highway specifically to try their dishes, especially the pizzas created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs, designed to be enjoyed exactly as intended, with no room for modifications as indicated on the menu. We ordered the "Solanum" and the "Quel fico del cinghiale," both described as featuring refined ingredients and sophisticated pairings. Unfortunately, there were several problems. My girlfriend's "Solanum" arrived with tomato puree instead of the eggplant parmigiana cream, the key ingredient in the recipe. She noticed this, but, unfamiliar with the pizza, ate it as it was without mentioning it. No one informed us of the change, and we only discovered at the end of the evening, upon hearing an order from a nearby table, that the eggplant cream was out. We find it unfair to substitute such an important ingredient without warning or offering an alternative. My pizza, "Quel fico del cinghiale," also arrived without figs, a key element in the recipe's sweet-savory contrast. This was certainly less of a problem than the lack of eggplant cream given the fig compote, but for pizzas where you can't ask for changes, I expect them to be served exactly as listed on the menu. When it came time for the bill, my girlfriend, who paid in cash, received incorrect change and a non-fiscal pre-bill, while I, paying by card, received a receipt. That said, it's fair to acknowledge that the pizzas were truly excellent: excellent and digestible dough, quality ingredients, and interesting ideas. We'll definitely be back, hoping for more attentive and transparent service. We'd be happy, then, to leave a review worthy of the potential this place has demonstrated.
My girlfriend and I went there last night, recommended by some friends who come regularly. Even though we'd made a reservation for 7:20, they put us at a table where the window took up part of the table, but that could have been left out because all it took was closing the window to get rid of the clutter. The problem arose when the waitress seated a family at a table next to us, and the layout of the room meant my girlfriend couldn't move because the guy's chair next to us was directly touching my girlfriend's leg, which made it impossible for her to even get up to use the bathroom. When I asked to change tables, I was told they can't change tables on Saturday nights, so I said we'd leave, and the waitress, very curtly and coldly, simply replied with an "ok." The place is small and the tables are crowded together, and we weren't the only ones who had asked to change tables. It's a shame because our friends who regularly go there had told us the pizza was delicious.
