The place is small, I ordered takeout, the tacos are very good, the combo is very affordable and complete, the place is very clean and tidy, highly recommended. La comida es riquisima de eso no hay duda, el servicio al cliente es pesimo. La comida es por la unica razon por la que vuelvo.

Los taquitos de carne asada con tortilla recién hecha y frijolitos a la charra, me parecen la mejor opción del lugar sin duda alguna, la atención es rápida, considerando que la tortilla es recién hecha y la salsa de buen sabor, tienen también paquetes de carne por kilos y medios kilos y servicio a domicilio.

A small but comfortable place to eat, with a good menu, affordable prices, good service, and a cozy spot to chat with friends. However, the phone service for delivery isn't very friendly; they charge for delivery, and the potatoes with arrachera steak we ordered were quite bland. So, the delivery service isn't the best option. I'd say it's better to eat in person, since neither the phone service nor the food itself is entirely satisfactory.

Very tasty food, excellent for takeout or delivery, but a terrible place to eat. It's very small and enclosed, and you come out smelling like everything that was cooked, because the whole place fills with smoke.

It takes 45 minutes to deliver your food when you order in person. Take your time if you're ordering food. The meat comes with a lot of fat, unfortunately. However, it sells well. During the time I was waiting there, I saw that they were getting a lot of orders. I also witnessed how poorly they speak to Didi delivery drivers... there was a young man who asked about his order several times (he started out friendly and ended up a little desperate, but never rude) and they just kept putting him off (he'd already been waiting for an hour). At one point, the lady actually spoke to him in a very contemptuous manner, "We'll get it to you right now, buddy, we'll get it to you right now!" The phrase doesn't sound so bad; the bad thing was the tone. Anyway, I won't order from here again. For what we paid, I prefer Papalote.

Between Julia, who claims to be the manager/grill cook/cashier, and the other cashiers, they've got a real problem at that place. They send you things however they want, and when you tell them they sent the wrong order, they suggest first sending someone to pick up the wrong one and then sending the correct one, which will take an hour. Basically, you're stuck eating the food however they send it! This is the third time this has happened to us. There's no real manager; the employees do things and answer you however they please. Don't buy from this place; there are people who actually try to do things right!

Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant's delivery service was very disappointing. I placed my order via WhatsApp, and Julia, who was very kind and attentive, told me my order would arrive in an hour, which it didn't. After waiting almost two hours, the delivery driver called me; he was at a different address. He asked me to share my location because the address alone wasn't enough, but he still didn't follow the instructions regarding the gate at the entrance. After all this, the food finally arrived, but it was cold and clearly had been prepared a long time ago. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but this demonstrates a lack of organization and customer service that is hard to ignore. I hope they improve these aspects to offer a more reliable service.

It took over an hour and a half and they didn't bring my order as I requested. I tried contacting them but they didn't answer. I spent an hour calling, wondering if I was going to order something else to eat, and I still couldn't get through. (I called before the restaurant opened to make sure it would arrive quickly, and it only made things worse.)

Terrible place. I ask why the food is good, but not if it arrives two and a half hours late and cold. I called to find out what solution, but they don't offer me one. Eat cold food or return the product.

Terrible service. The girl who "served" us (May 12th at 9:40 PM) provided the worst service I've ever received; we didn't even want to continue. From the start, she was practically annoyed because we arrived, and then she left us waiting as if she wanted us to leave... and we did. She was on the phone chatting the whole time.
