The atmosphere at this location is incredible, especially in the early evening when it’s also kid-friendly. The food is mouthwatering—I highly recommend the lamb chops with yellow rice and collard greens. The Sneaky Link cocktail was absolutely amazing. This spot is a must-visit, deserving a full 5 out of 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back in the evening for more adult fun. Be sure to make a reservation!

Everything was good. Our server was Mariah and she was perfect. Great attitude and service. Very attentive and fast to get back with us. I didn’t get a picture of the wings but they were fried to perfection. We got lemon pepper. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

This was our first time going and let me say I was pleasantly surprised of how good the food is. The collard greens was on point, the lamb chops were amazing, the catfish was delicious and the salmon was tasty. Not to mention the service was impeccable. Definitely a cozy, friendly atmosphere to hangout with friends and family and just chill. I’m glad we gave this hidden gem a try.

The overall vibe was AMAZING! Lamb chops, wings, & the macaroni and cheese was delicious. The had live music and clean environment with no smoke. I’ll definitely be back!

The customer service was amazing! James was wonderful always checking in and making sure everything was perfect. The vibe was great, the scenery was lovely, and the food was super fresh and so tasty. The flavors were incredible! Honestly, everything about the experience was amazing.

Purchased tickets to a Poetry event, first time in the venue! This restaurant is wonderful and beautiful 😍 $20 can get you a dinner combo. Staff and my waitress are so friendly and professional. I can see this as a date night vibe, RnB vibe, karaoke vibe.

Soon as we walked inside, we were greeted by Que with an attitude. She had an attitude the entire time we were there. It didn’t matter how nice we were, her attitude would not change. When I asked her for condiments, she slammed them on the table. She never came to our table to check on us. The only time she came to the table was to serve us our food, drinks, and check. We were still going to leave her a tip but once she threw our money down and left the restaurant, we politely picked up our money and put it back in our purse. Beside Que attitude, the food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. We had the Philly cheese steak egg roll, lemon drop, sneaky link, lamb chops, collard greens and mac and cheese. We will go back if Que not serving us. When we were leaving a hostess and waitress came in and we enjoyed their attitude and spirit. I can’t remember their name. My sister told them the experience we had with Que and they said they received the same complaints from other customers about Que. Que needs to work in the back where customers are not allowed or don’t work in customer service at all with her nasty attitude. Also, the blue seat cushions had spots of food and drinks all over it. I was scared something was going to get on my clothes once I sat down. The seats definitely should be scrubbed and wiped down at least 3 to 4 days out of the week.

I’m actually okay with this, because I get it…they were just starting this themed night. However, the drink (old fashioned) being less than half way filled was unacceptable, along with the half-way seasoned wings (lemon pepper). Customer service was subpar as well. No one greeted me upon entering…I had to walk to bar to ask for a menu, then seat myself. Beautiful ambiance, though! I love the “blu” theme. Location note: The GPS took me allll the way on the other side of the mall (near food court). This place is actually on the opposite side of building. A security guard helped me find.

When the server asked the bartender (a young woman with a natural puff hairstyle), the bartender responded right in front of us, “So they want blue simple syrup and lemon juice? Ok, and don’t send it back.” The server then turned to us and said, “Ya’ll heard her?” as if that was acceptable. If you don’t know how to make a non-alcoholic version of a drink, that’s fine, but being dismissive to paying customers is not. We should have left then, but we stayed. I ordered calamari and it came out cold with soggy batter. I told the server, and she took it back, but when she came back she said the kitchen was behind and it would be about 20 minutes if they remade it. I feel like my order should have been remade first since they served me old food in the first place. For my entrée, I had salmon with collard greens and mashed potatoes. It was average and not worth the poor service. The music was also extremely vulgar, which took away from the whole dining experience. Between the rude bartender, cold food, and bad atmosphere, I won’t be back. Management should consider hiring staff who are more experienced instead of allowing them to project their frustration onto customers.
