Walking in you don’t get a hostess welcoming you in, I had to ask how do we go about ordering the food. But the person I asked was nice. Very laid back and chill vibe if you’re the type of person to want to get some good food and eat in peace without any big crowds. Great dating atmosphere “like you haven’t had the best food til you’ve tasted my abuela’s food” type of place definitely reminds you of that. It’s like a buffet you get to see the variety of different plates you can create depending on what you are in the mood for. So basically you get on a line and tell the lady what you want as she makes your plate for you. Let her know if it’s to go or stay if staying you’ll receive a tray and you sit anywhere you want. The food tasted amazing, the pasteles are on point 💯% definitely will recommend.

This place was referred to me by "La Dominicana", Faith, my hairdresser. It is my first time ordering and eating from this location. And let me tell you ..... Did not disappoint. The online experience was smooth and easy. The food arrived a little bit earlier and it was Delicious 😋🤤. Hmmm could be my new favorite location.... Thank you for great food and service.

I was just walking by and stumbled across this place, and wow… where do I even start? This is honestly the best Latin food I’ve ever had. They load up your plate seriously, it’s big enough for three people. Definitely worth it.

They have a great lunch special. All this for $11.99. I am stuffed and still have over half left. My go to is always gandules. Pulled pork and macaroni. It’s always good and flavorful. Service is quick. Love this place.

I’ve been looking for a Lechonera near by. I went for breakfast and ordered me a Mangú con los tres golpes. It was very fresh and the service was very attentive. I would like to come back for Lunchtime, the food looked very good. They also make sandwiches, ice creams and natural juices.

This place!! 😁👍👍 just found this place today. Store was immaculate probably the clebest looking restaurant I've seen in a while. The food is set up like a "Chipotle" or like "Bravo" behind glass and you select what you want as they put your plate together. Fortunately I was with a Spanish speaking individual and they did all the ordering! 😂 however I'm sure you can go there even if you don't speak Spanish. But qll you need is Google translate. This place is DEFINITELY worth the visit. The food is A-mazing! 5 star 2 thumbs up!

My husband and I were looking for good food while on our honeymoon. We found this place and decided to give it a try! It was hands down the best food we ate the whole time we were in Florida! The amount of food you get for the price is so good! We intended on having left overs but we couldn’t get enough of it! Definitely missing it now that we’re back home. If we ever visit Florida again, we’re making it a must stop!

I had rice with shrimp. For the price I thought I will get more than 3 shrimps. The rice was ok. Should have taken another option..the ribs was good as they fell off the bone. And service was good. ThanknGod I also speak some Spanish. As they only speak Spanish and some English. But I tell you if you are looking for a Purto Rican Or Spanish restaurant for lunch. This is the spot..I only been here once. But I am already looking forward to going back again. Prices for the food was a little in the high side but like they say. You want good food. You have to pay.

Awesome food, definitely fills you up and not in the, eat and 30min later you're hungry again kinda food. Open table area for dining in kept clean. Only thing I could say is staff should slow down and listen to their customers, though I totally understood since I came right before lunch rush so they all were probably busy trying to keep fresh food and good service. Over all, I'd definitely suggest anyone to stop in.

The food is delicious. It's the best Puerto Rican food I've had in a restaurant. It tastes like homemade food made by my mother. There is such a huge variety of food to choose from. My family's favorite is the lechon. We also love their rice.

We brought a large group of 17 to this place and it was great for the reason that it was super fast, the items were already prepared and you could see what they were and it was family friendly. We had a few people in our group that had never had Puerto Rican food and because they could see the food on the “buffet line” they were able to make a decision without much thought or questions. When I just need some pork and rice with pigeon peas this is my ho to spot. I hate that they close so early and closed on Sunday's. The portions are huge, and will last 2-3 days. Sorry, I gotta cut this short, my plate is calling my name... Lol!

The portions in Lechoneras tend to be large; however, I was not going to eat food for two all by myself. I was a long way from home; therefore, I did not have any place to refrigerate the leftovers. In this throw away world, I did not want to throw away food. Other Lechoneras have served a smaller portion in smaller containers at a lower price. When I asked the ladies they stated that if I wanted the food in a smaller container, it would be charged individually and it would be more????? I ended up paying full price for half the portion of food. My purpose of this review is to recommend serving reasonably, smaller portions at a lesser price.

My husband went in and pick up food. My husband doesn’t speak Spanish but understands enough. He said that the lady that was helping him was so rude and when he tells her more of something she don’t give extra and just looking at him like she had no clue. I understand that it’s a Spanish restaurant BUT everyone should have respected and treat everyone with kindness. Me being Puerto Rican my husband love Spanish food but will not go back at least not without me.

The rice and pork was good but $11.99 for a lunch special is NOT a special. Worse than that, the customer service from Yeniree was very poor. Not a smile or a “thank you”, only an annoyed stare. She seemed miserable. I gave them a try to support my local community, but not with that poor service. I’ll continue going to Key Foods (Bravos Supermarket) for my lunch and great service, which is $8.99.

I’ll start off by saying the food is tasty and plentiful. I am a vegetarian. There should be an option that if you aren’t ordering meat with the lunch special, you can substitute with a side, i.e beans and NOT get charged extra for it. The owner/manager (gentleman) is friendly but some of the ladies who work there, are not. Also there’s a communication barrier with some of the staff; I don’t speak spanish. I want to return but the poor customer service from the employees makes me not want to.

Was super excited to try this place and must say very disappointing. I got the pernil w rice and gondules, the pernil although good flavor was legit a big ball of inedible fat and tendons. What you see circled in red was completely inedible. I almost chipped a tooth on the super old thick hard plantains which was super disappointing cuz I usually love plantains. Also ordered empanadas..the three bites out of 20 that had meat in it was awesome and flavorful but the entire thing was empty as seen in my picture. Overall add more filling to the empanada, at least 1/2 full or if you are trying to cut cost than make them smaller. Super sad cuz I was so excited about trying this place being a puerto rican woman who loves good comfort food and this was a super let down.

Went around 4:00 pm. I don't know how they passed their inspection with all the food from the line was cold, no taste at all. 🤢 Very disappointing. Won't come back anytime soon.

If pick up was at 11 am and I was there at noon as we agreed to why was it cold. The pan was small & not full like they told me it would & the bottom part of the pork was extremely hard like it had been reheated multiple times and the top had tons of burnt pork skin too hard to chew thru. At the end of the day I was able to only feed very small portions to 8 guests and the rest was not edible.

Server got order mixed up . I had to drive back after I had already gotten home. Returned and since I was just there I thought server would know she messed up . When i told her and brought back the same order , she didn’t even apologize for the Inconvenience and seemed bothered . I didnt see her throw the plate I returned . I hope they don’t put it back . I didn’t write a negative comment when I found mold on the cake I bought awhile back but now I am . And the pastelon I got was cold !
