Your pizza was not good at all hardly any toppings for a large supreme and the crust was not cooked all the way. For the cost it should of been so much better.

I did an online order due to be ready by 1pm. Once I walked in when to the counter and NOT 1 person greeted me. I sat at the counter because I noticed my pizza wasnt ready based upon the screen on the wall. I sat for more than 10 mins, still no one said a thing to me, a lady came in to pu an order so I went to the counter with her, wow someone asked how can I help, told them I was there to Pu an order gave them name, paid for the order, he told me have a seat it will be ready soon 5 mins later he goes I am so sorry we lost your order can i offer you a dessert or drink for your time. I did not leave until 1:30p. Manager or owner of this establishment...you desperately need to step up your customer service and efficiently. Currently it SUCKS.

I go to same location all the time. This time I ordered veggie with jalapeños make it extra jalapeños. I got there picked up pizza, opened box, no jalapeños were visible, pointed it out to cashier, he pointed to a green pepper and said there’s one. Then asked for next person in line. Terrible all the way around.

We always order from Pizza Hut specially from this store since it’s the nearest. They are always fast and good EXCEPT when u use ur rewards to get any pizza and then they get u the worst pizza ever. No taste, barely with sauce, spinach not roasted as it should be just thrown on the pizza, my kids’s one from the deals had cartoon in it (my son thought it is a bad mushrooms to discover it is a piece of cartoon)

Extremely rude staff. Older man is extremely rude over the phone taking orders and when you go in he looks at you and does not greet does not even acknowledge you. Talks to employees about customers and is just nasty.

I ordered Pizza, Drink and Wings. My pizza and my drink was delivered. But I did not receive my Wings. Nor did I receive a refund for it. Never had that happen before.

Don’t even think about going inside to eat here. There’s no one to wait on tables and you’re lucky if anyone leave and come to you at the counter. Even though it used to be a dining restaurant, now they only catered to deliveries. I went inside and inside of the table with my daughter and we were there 15 minutes and no one ever even approached us or said hello. Six employees behind the counter didn’t have any knowledge existed. Horrible service.

Some of the worst service Ive ever seen. My order was delivered late, and they gave me someone else's order. They tried to send a new order out to me, and again sent me the wrong order! None of the drivers speak or read English, so they cant even check the orders. I understand mistakes happen, but they did this twice to me on the same day! After trying to deliver the wrong order twice, I called the store again and said just cancel my order and give me a refund, and they said it would be 10 days before I get money back for the order they never delivered! The manager was very rude to me and didn't make much of an effort to fix the issue. I would not recommend using this store at all.

My Dad called in to order a lot of pizza and requested delivery to our home. We had family from out of town over, and wanted to enjoy a nice meal without anyone having to leave to pick up the food. I recommended this Pizza Hut location to my Dad because I had good experiences there before. Dad ordered the food, Pizza Hut took his credit card info and address over the phone, and we waited for the delivery. Pizza Hut committed to make the delivery within 45 minutes of the phone call. We waited for an hour, then Dad called in to see what was taking so long. When he called in, Dad was told that Pizza Hut had mistakenly set up his order for pickup, not delivery. My brother and I then went to this Pizza Hut together to pick up the food (much to everyone’s chagrin. We really didn’t enjoy leaving our family that we rarely get to see). When I walked up to the register, I gave the cashier the order information, and she was very rude to me. She was talking to co-workers over me, and she was very demanding. She informed me that Pizza Hut had not only mislabeled the order, but they had also not charged the credit card. Then the cashier began talking to me as if I were somehow foolish because I didn’t know that they never charged Dad’s card (they literally made him wait on the phone while they processed the payment. I genuinely don’t understand how they could have messed this up so badly). I called my Dad and he checked with his bank, and Pizza Hut had indeed neglected to charge his card. I was so frustrated and disappointed in the service we received that I just walked out with my brother and left. I can’t believe I recommended this company to anyone. After an hour and a half of waiting and dealing with disrespectful and incompetent employees, we ordered from Marco’s Pizza instead. Very disappointed in the service here. Definitely will not be coming back. Ever.

Today was my 3rd messed up order. Order was due at 245. It arrived at 3, no problem. Until it arrived cold just leaving a store less than 2 miles away. I called the store spoke with the rudest GM in history Taylor. She said " If you don't like the food. Don't order." I want what I pay for and I will have it prepared properly. If she doesn't like providing customer service. My suggestion is you quit Taylor. As I noticed from reviews it just wasn't a hectic day but who you truly are. I will take your advice. Pizza Hut trademark is diminishing due to unqualified and untrained management. If you were properly leading the team. The Pizza wouldn't have left the store undercooked and cold.
