Myself, husband & son went here tonight for dinner & it was amazing!! We got the magic shroom burger (myself), the Buffalo bill bison burger (husband) Nashville hot chicken (son) - mine was perfect! The goat cheese was delectable! My husband demolished his muttering praises throughout & my son says his was fresh, crunchy, spicy & tender. Definitely recommend! We're from Houston & this is the best burgers we've had in forever!

Holy cow!! I totally loved this place! I've never had this unique and delicious American Food. Crispy Brussel Sprout leaves were AMAZING. The Chicken Sandwich was delicious 😋 and best of all was the Big Larry. A smooth sweet Alcoholic drink that is not for lightweights or wimps. I will most definitely be back for more! Yum 😋

I love the food!service has been really good except for one time at the bar, but they made up for it and got me served extremely fast!!! Nacho fries are my favorite!!! The burgers are delicious!! Love the drinks!

Was told by a local client to try this place. Went for lunch and no one was there. Ordered the Angus burger and I must say, amazing flavor and presentation. The crunchy onions on top of the burger with the special sauce....oh boy...had me licking my fingers! Gave kudos to the chef and he was appreciative. Will need to try their other burgers next time I am around.

The first time I went here was for a date night with my fiancé. We absolutely fell in love with the place and the atmosphere. This time we went as a family. Kids love the burgers and the truffle fries. If you are looking for a really good burger try the tomato bacon jam burger. It is awesome. My fiancé wanted the bison burger which wasn’t on the menu but he figured it out. Also, if you don’t do meat they have something for you too.

We came late on a Saturday night. The young lady taking our order was extremely patient with us since it was our first time. The burger was undercooked, even though we ordered it well done. The taste was ok, and the fries were good. As others noted, tables were not cleaned up the entire time we were there.

Not my favorite burger place. I got a smash burger double cheese and I found it to be quite salty. Also I paid $20 for one burger and a small milk shake. It wasn’t worth the price. However, the Oreo milk shake I had was absolutely amazing; I regret getting a small cause I drank it in like two sips cause it was so good.

Had a burger and a beer, $40! Talk about expensive ... And the waiters are on their phone on other tables talking to each other, took about 20min to get my order in while sitting at the bar. The food's amazing, but the price and service make me do a one and done visit to this location.

I’ve been to grub Burger a few times at different locations and always had a great experience. This is only about the third or fourth time that I’ve been to this location & I was hoping that it converted to the Hop Doddy’s. The first few times that I have been to this location, my burger was always raw, even when I asked for well done - my fries were red from the bloody meat. My husband wanted to give it a try again, todays burger was actually cooked. It’s definitely not my top pick for burger joints in this town. But at least it was cooked today.

Kind of disappointed… The burgers are very good and they have quick service. But, they could use some training on customer service and cleanliness. When we arrived, the two girls at the register were more interested in chatting with each other than placing our order. Then after some table assignment issues, we got a table but needed to wait for it to be cleaned. So we stood around while waiting for it. There was other tables available so that was a bit confusing. The table was cleared off but the seats were dirty. We didn’t want to waste time trying to get their attention again, so we cleaned it off ourselves. Our appetizers were delivered with some plates but the plates were filthy and had hair on it. Had to ask for replacements and it took a bit. Thankfully, the flavor of the food was good enough for us to stick around. But not sure how soon we will return. This place is not very old, but is already showing the lack luster of lots of places around here.

Update Sept '22. Dropping rate from 5 to 2 my original review was one year ago around the time they opened. This time our Experience was disappointing. They have taken alot of things off the menu. The cheese fries are not made how they used to be and instead give you some nacho cheese with it. They switched from coke to Pepsi products, cups are still the same size and it's fairly annoying to keep getting up to get your drink refilled. Burgers were still good but overall we were disappointed that it's not what it used to be. Even the cashier said they changed too many things. ****************** Everything was amazing. Order was perfect, the employees were super nice and helpful. So glad they have a location in Odessa, its way easier to get to then the one in Midland. As far as the negative reviews go, we have never had a bad experience with Grub. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Tried hopdoddy today let's start with the great customer service i asked the young ladies name and she told me Alexandra great customer service isn't rare but it should be celebrated 🤝 Now to the food I ordered the hot Parma and parmesan truffle fries 🍟 From the table i sat waiting for my food to cook fresh to my car where I tasted the food to do my review Sandwich bread came out soggy and had very little flavor and the fries tasted like cardboard the price was very high for a sandwich and fries they have dine in restaurant prices with fast food drive thru quality within that small amount of time I wondered if I had dined in would there have been a different but it only took one minute to make it to my car Based off the customer service I would return i just would have to try something different The tour of Texas continues

THE WORST! The burgers came out raw, like not rare, raw. I took the bun off and the meat was literally red on top and bottom of the burger!! The price was over $70 for three fountain drinks, one fry, and three burgers! I had to go find someone to cook the meat. It took FOREVER. The lady I found to help was rude. Then, burger came back still oozing blood. Just GROSS. First time going to Hopdoddy. Should have listened to the reviews. We will NEVER be back.

I went a couple days ago. Tried calling twice for a pick up order. They just have an AI machine answer. When I get transferred to do an order with an actual human no one answers and it sends you to voicemail . I don’t know why I still decided to come, I enter and no one is there to assist at the register , I try to get the person in the kitchens attention after browsing menu to no avail . I wait almost 5 minutes and as I’m walking out some girl gets my attention. But very non chalant unbothered. Horrible lackluster customer service. Wasn’t worth my drive .
