Visited Twin Peaks for the first time while in town with my sister Kenna, and we had the best experience! Miranda was our server and she was AMAZING! I was very happy with my service here. Great food great staff and I especially wanted to give praise to one of the servers who works there. Asia is an amazing server and one of the most friendliest and kindest servers I have had in a long time, it made the experience that much more enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was our waiter, Cheyenne. Cheyenne was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. They checked in at the perfect times, answered our questions, and kept everything running smoothly. Their positive attitude really made the meal more enjoyable. Marcia is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had at Twin Peaks. She was super friendly, on top of everything, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out perfect, and she checked in at all the right times without ever hovering. You can really tell she cares about giving great service. I had a fantastic dining experience today, and it was primarily due to my wonderful waitress, Phoebe. She was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. It's rare to receive such top-tier, genuinely wonderful service, and she deserves all the praise! ​On top of the outstanding service, the food was superb. Specifically, the shrimp dish we ordered was absolutely excellent—perfectly cooked and seasoned. ​We look forward to returning soon and hope to be seated in Phoebe's section again! We had a table of four at Twin Peaks in Odessa and were lucky enough to have Karla as our waitress. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a beautiful smile and a fun, welcoming personality that instantly set the tone for the night. Karla stayed on top of everything our drinks never ran empty, food came out perfect, and she anticipated what we needed before we even asked. She was professional but also genuinely friendly, making us feel like we were her top priority even though the restaurant was busy. On top of her excellent service, Karla carries herself with so much confidence and charm. She’s not just a beautiful waitress she’s one of those rare people who makes the whole dining experience better because she clearly enjoys what she does. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Karla every time. She made the night one to remember!

Love many drinks at Starbucks one of my favorite cold drinks is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch! Service inside took 15min. 😟

I spent $50 on a Door Dash delivery. I ordered the Chicken fry and when my order arrived, I got a measly tiny dipping cup of gravy for that huge chicken fry. I even ordered an extra cup of gravy that came the same way. I'm VERY upset with this. I always eat here but not anymore. You lost a good customer over this. DO BETTER!

We ordered several items i ordered the Avocado smash burger wich was delicious but my side is ordered sweet potato fries and recieved reg so she took it to get fixed. Much time went by and I recieved not even room temp sweet potato fries. Beer was delicious as well as the shots. The service was a bit behind on what it should be.

Placed my order and waited over 50 minutes for it to arrive, my dasher said the employees were too busy talking to even make my order.

Worst starbucks in town do not waste your money here. I got a chestnut Frappuccino and recieved a Carmel Brule Frappuccino then went back and ordered the Carmel Brule and it tastes like water with Carmel syrup in it i asked the lady if it even had coffee in it because it is white like a vanillabean and she was rude and got an attitudeand said it did. The managee is rude and disrespectful. I see why everyone talks so bad about this starbucks and why every other starbucks in town are always packed and this one is never packed! They deserve zero stars! Nasty!!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO READ THE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS AS WELL AS HOW TO MAKE A COLD FOAM! ESP WHEN I PAID FOR EXTRA FOAM. ITS FOAM, NOT MILK! THEY’RE SO LAZY TO BLEND IT LONGER AND ALWAYS MELTS AND BLEND IN WITH THE COFFEE. THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME EITHER!! DO THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT A BAD COFFEE DOES TO A PERSONS DAY? DISGUSTING

This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. Several days in a row, I have ordered at least 10 minutes in advance, but they have not started my order until after I arrived. Today, the barista wa on. Person phone call the whole time she was making my drink. Many of the employees seem unprofessional and clearly do not pay attention to the incoming orders.

I didn't get food there personally but I did go in for a Doordash and the three ladies working had absolutely no customer service and was given everyone attitude. The all were very loudly speaking how they were done and tired of everyone ordering in person and threw DoorDash. When I tried to get one of the ladies attention to ask for drink carriers she gave me and snarky attitude and then clicked her microphone on her head seat and repeat out loud to the other two ladies working how so many people coming in are inpatient I let her know I was not being inpatient just kindly asking for drink carriers for my order that was sitting on the counter and not being put in the Togo bag for DoorDash and she continued to give me an attitude. Totally unprofessional and had no respect for the drive through customer or for the customer inside the establishment.

The girl with the half red and black hair is rude, she was too busy with listening to her airpods to hear me. They dumped their tea 25 min before closing. Despite it being busy makes no sense

I was in there this morning with my granddaughter. We went inside & were the only ones in line. We never got a hello or I'll be with you in a minute. After standing there for 5 minutes or more, I finally asked if anyone was going to take our order. Jazzy just looked at me and said oh I'm sorry, then the girl at the drive through came over making a face & was so rude & impatient!!! We ended up walking out. I'll never go back or give my money to another star bucks again! You lost a loyal customer!!!!
