Well, I won't deny that the service was good, but the instruction to give you so few supplies—just three bags per pizza—seems ridiculous. But hey, they're businesses, and they'll try to make more money without giving much. Another thing I've noticed is a gimmick: they advertise a low price, you arrive and order, and they claim it always takes 15 minutes when it's actually happening. It's a business, and they'll look out for their own interests, but I think this type of pizzeria shouldn't do that. There are tons of people who buy from them, and that's why they do it. That's my point of view.

If what you are looking for is quantity and speed, this is the place, friendliness more or less, atmosphere they almost always have a long face, notice that today they have just suspended their activities

The amazing thing about Little Caesars is supposed to be the fast delivery (no waiting), however, they never have pizzas ready, and when they finally deliver after more than an hour, they give you the wrong pizzas (lower-priced pizzas when I ordered and PAID for higher-priced ones), as happened to me today. That said, the girl who served me, Valentina, was super friendly, resolved the issue quickly, and was very understanding.

My first two visits weren't regular, but this time they really reached my limit. My kids wanted pizzas from there. We went and ordered two pizzas, "crazy," toppings, and sodas, which made me wait a long time. They don't tell you anything, and when I ask, they tell me it takes a while to give me the things because there was no "crazy." They never gave them to me and charged me for them. And they work without change; there were a lot of people waiting in the store, as well as delivery drivers. It's a shame... I won't visit that branch again.

They're always trying to force you to buy the most expensive pizza. Even if they have 1500 pepperoni pizzas, they'll always tell you they don't have any so you'll get the most expensive one. I don't understand how the city and the consumer protection agency (Profeco) do nothing or turn a blind eye. To make matters worse, they give the wrong change and never include everything that's supposed to be in the package.
