He comido muchas veces en este restaurante. Calidad y precio bastante bien. El pan de ajo buenísimo. Las carnes en su punto y con un sabor espectacular. El menú infantil para su precio está increíble. Mejor reservar para cojer mesa. Suele estar bastante lleno los fines de semana. Las camareras muy simpáticas y siempre atentas. Si tuviera que dar una nota seria un 10! Me olvide decir que la tarta de queso está riquísima. No te vayas sin probarla

Block House es un restaurante muy típico, especializado en carne, y la verdad es que se come muy bien. Cualquier tipo de carne que pidas está buena, bien hecha y con mucho sabor. Como entrante probé la sopa de cebolla con queso, y estaba deliciosa, muy reconfortante y con mucho sabor. Un buen comienzo antes del plato principal. Algo que me encanta especialmente es el pan del Block House. No sé cómo lo hacen, pero está riquísimo, crujiente y tierno a la vez. De los mejores panes que he probado en un restaurante. No es un sitio barato, pero la calidad lo compensa. Es una experiencia completa y sales satisfecho. Para mí, merece la pena.

Gran local bien ambientado con un servicio atento y correcto. La comida (tomamos carne a la brasa) muy jugosa y tierna con guarnición a parte, correcta y variada a elegir. Estábamos sentados junto a la cocina de donde provenía mucho ruido, algo incómodo, pero para todo lo otro, muy recomendable para comer una de sus especialidades de carne. Precio correcto por la calidad, servicio, limpieza, etc.. Volveremos.

Es un buen sitio, aunque sea una franquicia todo esta bien cuidado y conseguido, el trato es muy agradable. Sólo una sugerencia, al finalizar la cena cuando pedimos los cafés quería tomar un cortado, pero no puedo tomar leche común y me dijeron que solo tenían leche entera de vaca y no había ninguna opción de leche vegetal o sin lactosa.

Recomendaría: sí. No había probado ninguno de los restaurantes de BH, y sinceramente me ha gustado… tanto la comida, el lugar y el servicio. El servicio fue muy amable y cortés, muy educado. Los precios están en la línea del servicio, y las raciones son correctas. Lo único negativo, fue que el punto de la carne estaba muy pasado, muy hecho para mi gusto, y muy a mi pesar después de decirles el punto de la carne deseado. Me dijeron si estaba todo bien al final, y se lo comenté a la camarera, y lo lógico es preguntarlo al rato de entregar la comanda… también es cierto, que yo no dije nada al probarla, y aunque el punto de la carne no me gustó, ya que hubiera disfrutado más algo menos hecha, la carne estaba deliciosa. Y felicidades por el café, porque que sea bueno, y con un pequeño dulce se agradece, deberían tomar nota muchos restaurantes y cafeterías, no cuesta nada… El acceso a las instalaciones es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida, y existe más que aparcamiento suficiente en todo el recinto.

Hemos ido unas cuantas veces y calidad precio está super bien. Los aros de cebolla muy ricos, con un poquito de salsa. Las hamburguesas muy correctas pero un poco seca la carne. Para los niños pedimos Nuggets y está muy bien pensada la ración porque puedes escoger 4 o 6 unidades me parece que era y es perfecto para no tirar comida si hay un niño que coma poco. Además les traen papel y colores para pintar y se entretienen. También siempre nos han traído un regalito al final de la cena para ellos. Personal amable pero poco profesional en cuanto a técnica.

Es uno de mis lugares favoritos en el Festival Park. Su calidad relación precio es siempre fiable. Sus hamburguesas lucen maravillosas pero yo siempre pido un carpaccio. La carne está muy buena, su patata insuperable!!

Si hoy buscas un sitio donde comer bien, y donde poder conversar de manera tranquila, éste podría ser tu lugar. Nada más traspasar las puertas un ambiente agradable y una música suave te recibe, junto con el personal de la sala, el cual te indicará el lugar donde poder comer. Una vez sentados, podéis ver la carta, bastante bien nutrida de platos, tanto entrantes, platos de carne o pescados, con sus variantes de guarnición. Personal atento y amable. Comida con buen sabor, jugosa y bastante abundante. Postres buenos. Precio ajustado al servicio que dán. Recomendable hacer reserva, ya sea por la web o por teléfono. Parking grande. Recomendable.

This is a franchise steakhouse that I think is run by Germans. The burger was decent, nothing extraordinary, but solid quality. What I really liked (and how they differentiate) is that they serve a baked potato instead of fries, which is a healthier and fresher option. Prices are a bit on the expensive side, but considering the limited dining choices in the outlet, this is probably the best option around. Overall, a reliable spot if you’re looking for a proper meal during a shopping trip.

After visiting Block House in Germany, I would say that, particularly, this is a little bit lower quality compared to the German restaurants, but everything was delicious, and we would come back. The staff was very polite and the service was great. I had a Classic Block burger, and my husband had a Filet Mignon.

We got: - fillet mignon (medium well) with sour cream and garlic bread. Delicious but we didn’t eat the center coz it was too rare for us. Sides were delicious! - spare ribs with French fries. The ribs were yummy except for some parts that felt like bone splinters. The fries excellent. Be warned the ribs really splatter when you bite into it. Bibs should be supplied. Eating out we really had to catch the attention of the staff or go inside to ask for a new glass coz the one I got was broken. My husband had to ask for the bill twice and went in to pay coz nobody was coming out. Take note it wasn’t that crowded.

We’ve usually been very satisfied at Block House, but unfortunately not this time. The restaurant was extremely busy, and it showed. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived almost raw. Instead of preparing a new one, the same steak was simply reheated – which doesn’t really work. The fries, which are normally very good, were rather disappointing as well. That said, the service was excellent: the staff were friendly, attentive, and very polite. We’ll come back, but probably only when it’s less crowded, as the kitchen seemed quite overwhelmed this time.

Had dinner here twice in a week both times with a bigger group. Steak doneness was a bit hit and miss. Some steaks were clearly overcooked and some clearly undercooked. The undercooked t-bone was returned for more cooking but came back with about the same doneness. The overcooked Mrs. Striploin was replaced but came back relatively raw/ undercooked. I realize that we could have complained again, but we didn’t have the energy and I expect this kind of steak house to nail it every time. The flavors were nice but we ate after 30', if not more than 45'. No welcome (some olives, bread or smth), we were just drinking coca colas for 45'... at least let us know that there will be a delay to choose some other restaurant. That is the reason that I put the photo with the colas to see how many bottles and even more, we drunk until they served us. Maybe we would try again some day and time without many people and only if we were reassured that we will eat during 20'.

Visited Block House with the family and had high hopes based on the look and feel of the place—it seemed like it would be a great spot for a relaxed meal. The food overall wasn’t bad, but unfortunately, my experience was let down by a poorly cooked steak. I ordered a bone-in steak medium, but it came out blue. Mistakes happen, and I’m not one to complain over small errors, as we’re all human. What really disappointed me, though, was the lack of care from the staff. There was no acknowledgment or effort to put things right, which made the experience feel a bit indifferent. We ended the evening with a full bill and a sense that the service didn’t match the potential of the restaurant. A bit more attention to customer service would have made a real difference.
