Opening day was fun. The staff was great. I got a giant veggie sub. There's only half in the photo because the other half disappeared fast🤭 It was delicious!

My bf and I were at the LCBO and saw this new sub shop in the plaza. Feeling a little hungry we decided to grab a bite. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL we walked in because the food was beyond top notch. Yes, it is a little pricey, but I assure you IT IS WORTH IT. Meats sliced fresh in-front of you and topped to order or by personalization. I got a regular size roast beef and the fresh ingredients kept me full all night long. Personally, if you’re going to teat yourself to take out, go here. You won’t be disappointed.

Incredible service and first experience at Jersey Mike’s in Brantford yesterday afternoon. The sub making was an art form in itself, and they were absolutely delicious!!! Me and my husband had lunch here today. Let me say OMG! I couldn't decide what I wanted, it all sounded so good. But I ended up getting a number 55 with no cheese. And my husband 44. He ate his so fast I wasn't able to get a picture lol. The sub was so freaking fresh, ugh just delicious! A gentleman named Andy took our order, he was so funny and pleasant to talk to. If anyone hasn't yet gone there its a MUST GO!

Visited Jersey Mike's Subs on opening weekend with the family, and despite the line out the door, we were glad we waited. The kids were excited to go, and it didn't disappoint! We tried the Club Sub, Chipotle Chicken, and a Turkey Provolone and Bacon sub—each one was delicious! You can either have your sub 'Mike's Way' or customize it. Half of us went with 'Mike's Way' and were very glad we did—they've perfected how to make a sub sandwich. Everyone in the family gave it a big thumbs up. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend stopping by. A nice perk - they cut the meat right in front of you just before it goes on your sandwich.

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time, and I’m beyond impressed! I ordered the Portabella Cheese Steak, and it was absolutely fantastic. The steak was perfectly seasoned and generously packed, while the creamy richness of the white American cheese added the perfect touch. The mushrooms, peppers, and onions brought a harmonious blend of flavors that made every bite irresistible. To top it off, the staff was exceptionally friendly and full of energy, adding to the excitement of their grand opening. A solid 10/10 experience—I highly recommend giving it a try!

Live in Hamilton Used to drive to Kitchener for these that’s how good they are. Very generous with their toppings. Glad Brantford opened for less driving. Definitely recommend

Alex and Deborah were amazing and so fast. They were bubbly and friendly but got through many people efficiently without sacrificing the customer experience. The food was made exactly as I like it! Thank you!

I love you guys. I visit the store at least once a week. There are 2 things that I would like you to address, please. 1, I've noticed that your sub buns are starting to get thinner. The length is the same but the girth of the bun has shrunk. Please don't do this. Be honest with your loyal fans. If it costs you an extra 25 cents, per whatever, to make ends meet, then tell us. We'll understand. We will appreciate honesty instead of feeling disrespected by shrinkflation. 2, When it comes to the cooked subs off of the flat top, please ensure that all of the ingredients are inside the bun. I get very disappointed when I see half of my cheese, which I paid for, stuck to the wrapper. Like I said, I love you guys. These are just a couple things I've noticed over the past year, here in Brantford. Please don't let yourself slide.

Not to mention the Ingredients, sliced fresh to order. toppings were fresh and very nicely stacked. Thanks for the great experience, you guys will definitely see me more often. My husband and I have been to this location a few times and have never had a bad experience. The food is always good but the service is the real bonus. There are a couple guys, I can’t remember their names, that have served us a few times and they are always so personable and so chatty I always leave feeling so happy about the experience. And the service is always like that!

This is the newest amazing sub shop in Brant County. Their services 😍 is by far the best very family oriented, customer focused and alwayzzz services that meets and exceed customers needs with a smile 😃 to. The food is no comparison of competition it is better quality, better flavor and fresh. The Atmosphere is inviting and very clean alot cleaner then other establishments in Brant County. My family can't wait to go back....OH YAH B4 I FORGET THEY CATOUR TOO.

Absolutely the best subs going! You get tons of meat and toppings! Not a map of what they should give you. Always fresh bread. My go to is the turkey club sub! Bring more locations. I've eaten many times at the Kitchener location, this was my first time at Brantford and they didn't disappoint.

Finally I got time today to give some appreciation.On Tuesday I visited the store I ordered sub no:17 Famous. It was so so delicious and good in taste. This sub was made by the lady name loma she was so polite and kind.It was my first time to visit the store I’m little bit confused to order the sub and she suggested me to have better choice and that was great experience. I really enjoyed and appreciated to that helpful girl.

It's really gone downhill. When the store first opened everything was fresh, service was quick, portions were plentiful. Recently its gone downhill. Bread feels a day or two old, I find myself asking for more onions or banana peppers, and the service has gone downhill. The last 2 times we went in (around 8pm?) Staff were standing around talking near the bacn, and as we entered realized they had take out orders and left us standing there for 8-10 minutes while they made to go subs. Serve the customer in front of you first or they might not come back

Just tried jersey mikes for the first time and the food was awesome but the employees would’ve majorly dialed if one of the secret health and safety inspectors came in. Watched the lady go from the til, to making sandwiches then back to the til, then into the back to cook hot sandwiches and back to the til then made another sandwich. Never changed her gloves after handling money, touching the Til screen or making sandwiches. That’s an automatic Fail due to cross contamination. Foods amazing but the workers amdont care about the most simple food safety rules

I’ve had great experiences coming here for lunch but absolutely abysmal experiences for dinner / later in the day. A couple of examples for room for improvement: One time there was an employee who wanted to shut the grill off an hour before close as we were walking in. Person I was with was like “sorry I want a hot sub” was met with eye roll bickering with the second employee about who was going to do what. I ordered a customization which wasn’t observed and literally seemed pissed off when I reminded them of my order. Literally almost threw my sub at me. Ok whatever I don’t know what their day was like but def came off very unprofessional bickering like that in front of customers. At least twice when I’ve gone later in the day I’ve asked for a giant sub and always recieve a regular sub absolutely SWIMMING in juice. I want the juice - I don’t want juice dripping out of my sub and on the wrapper. If I customize a sub I’d appreciate not getting eye rolls and judgement. I’m floored at the inconsistency between the lunch and dinner crews. By contrast lunch crew will consistently get my order right actually delivering pretty great customer service. I like coming here for lunch. Genuinely my experiences make me think there is one or two well poisoners on the late shift who just can’t or don’t want to listen to customers. 5 stars for lunch crew but management needs to figure out what’s going on with the late shift employees. Service shouldn’t go down as the day progresses.
