Amazing food, lots of selection, even for those who don't like fish. Great service. Go here all the time. The tablets are easy to use and a great way to figure out what to eat.

We went there in a group of 4 for dinner and had all-you-can-eat sushi. The food is good, even for me, though I'm not specifically a big fan of seafood, and the service is good as well. But the place could be cleaner. I felt as I walked in that my shoe got a bit stuck as the floor was greasy. Mango and green tea ice cream is recommended!

The food is amazing, and is definitely a place to go if you are interested in trying something new. I really liked deep-fried milk which was interesting. Also there are plenty of options even if you are not fond on fish and seafood. The technology used to order is genius it enables maximum service with little to no service at all. I really felt like it was an amazing atmosphere. However it was quite hard to flag down servers when needed for a drink, because they depended so highly on the technology. It felt like you could be unheard of not vocal. But generally an amazing experience, I would recommend.

I went to Sakura’s for lunch. It was quite loud and busy inside, but I still got a private place to sit. Ordering food through the tablet is fast, simple, and easy, and the cost for drinks is relatively reasonable ($2.40 per soft drink). At first, our food came quickly, but it started showing up late and with less effort put into the food visually. (The food tasted good every time, though). Once I was ready to get the bill, the debit machine was having issues, so it took me longer to pay than usual. The food is on the expensive side, and you will be uncharged if you don’t finish the food you ordered, which is a bit unusual.

Yikes. The food is good, but I got in trouble for bringing in an energy drink 😂. Probably won’t come here again, to be honest. I’m already paying $40, why I’m forced to pay for their bad sugary drinks as well is beyond me. No logic behind it. It’s generally a routine for me to drink a sugar free energy drink while I eat sushi. Makes no sense in my opinion, but oh well.

Worst service I've ever experienced. They were wiping the floor with chlorine a foot away from us while we were eating. The kids and I ordered all-you-can-eat, but my wife didn't want it. The waitress repeatedly told me that if they saw my wife eating, they would charge her as well. So annoying and disrespectful. Worst experience. Terrible customer service.

The food is as expected for a sushi buffet, some of it is really good some of it is mediocre. Not horrible by any means. Where they really drop the ball was the service . I had to use my napkins to clean up a mess they actually made when they brought some food, bumped my drink so it's spilled on the table, never brought it after asking three times lol... Chopstick fell on the floor asked for another one never brought that either . The only way to get anything in that place is to get it yourself so I went and grabbed from other tables! Usually have a really nice time here, but tonight was completely different. I came here with two friends and we had finished ordering our food before “call” and had already paid our bills. As we were finishing up our dessert, the waitresses were being rude and passing back and forth behind us and talking about us to each other. When I mentioned that what they were doing was rude and pointed out that they don’t close until 10 and how we weren’t ordering anymore food after she told me tha it was “call” time, she rudely walked away as I was speaking to her. I’m very unpleased with the service here.

Between the one waitress just pacing back and forth a meter away from me for 3/4 of my visit, the general attitude of the staff, or the sub par/expired sushi; Its hard to state at what point the dinner was bad. I do not recommend coming here. Plain and simple, until they review their standards of operations.

The food, service, and experience were subpar. The fish didn’t taste very fresh and the quality of food wasn’t the best. The beef and steak had an odd texture. Some of our orders were missing and we inquired with a server. However, they never came back to use and the orders never came. We found a long, thin hair in our sushi roll and called the Chinese waitress at the front desk (we thought she was the manager). She checked and said, as if it were not a big deal, "Oh, you just don't eat it." Then she asked again if we wanted to eat the rest of the sushi rolls. We said "no," and she took the plate away. No apologies at all, as if this happens every day in her life. Well, this was not expected or accepted. We looked at the chef's counter and saw an Indian guy with a big beard, uncovered. Honestly, we lost our appetite immediately and paid the bill soon. Okay. My first time ever not to tip at all. We love our Chinese waitress at our table, who served us so well. She deserved a good tip. We were really sorry we didn't tip at all, but we will never return to that restaurant. Frankly speaking, we would have been fine with "Sorry." No apologies at all.

Been here about 6 times and was really loving it, became girlfriend’s fav place for food. We came here after not coming for a good 3-4 months and found the service to be quite cold and unwelcoming. As soon as we walked in we made eye contact with a young lady who was walking towards us and quickly darted away but then was called over by her manager to seat us which felt awkward. Tried to mention my gf does have an allergy and we understand the risk but just want the kitchen to know(she can handle a small bit of shellfish contamination but can’t eat it directly) and they basically started insisting she just shouldn't eat anything on the dinner menu at all. We kept saying no it’s ok and we just wanted to maybe let the kitchen have it in the back of their minds and we haven’t had any issue eating here yet. they finally let it go then they had a big group talk directly behind us looking at pointing at us with and older employee before they all dispersed and we it never came up again(just made us feel like a problem). One of the dish’s I was given was dirty (big ol chunk of food in the corner), I just asked if I could get another and the server looked at me, walked away and grabbed another server who proceeded to bring me a second dirty dish.(I just washed it myself that time I was already feeling so guilty by just being there based on how they were acting I didn’t want to ask for another) Throughout the whole night me and my girlfriend were extremely polite and said thank you for everything. I think we heard a single “welcome” at the end of the meal everything else was met with a cold stare. I saw another post that puts it perfect. If you want declining food with a side of guilt and shame for a fairly high price this place is for you.

Been going to this place since it opened when I was young. It use to be a great place. But it's seriously gone down hill and I don't know how they passed health and safety inspection. The last 2xs I've gone I've gotten sick. And the previous time I went the fish had tasted funky and not that slimy fish you expect the texture was just off. My partner refused to eat much because it was so bad.... My brother got what he thought was glass in his food. My mother complained and they explained that it was a piece of the special knives they use. The guy also said that he had new kitchen staff they were seriously struggling with the rules of health and safety. They gave my brother his meal for free and said sorry. I've had enough. I will never go back. My favorite restaurant is now ruined. It's so devastating that once new people took over they ruined a wonderful place multiple times and turned it into a health and safety risk for customers. I seriously advise everyone against this place and hope they get shut down and not allowed to open a new place for these serious of life threatening issues. It's just gone too far at this point. Also if your not a small person than don't try to fit in the seats at the renovated section that use to be the fryers that cooked infront of you. It was so uncomfortable.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it was a letdown. The food didn’t taste fresh, the service was very poor, and we were surprised to receive last call less than an hour into our meal. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations. This is the worst sushi place I have ever been to.
