Moved to Northern California 20+ years ago. Everytime I am in SoCal, Tommy's is on the hit list. This week we are in SoCal to do the Disney thing with Family and loved ones from NY. The younger adults were excited to experience the two palm tree guys, so we took them there and stopped at Tommys for out food. After the younger ones ate in the car and we got back to the air bnb to sit and enjoy our Tommy's, I had them try some of our original Tommy's chili burger and chili cheese fries. I think we have some converts to the Tommy's experience now. When I told them they could have chili mailed back home their eyes got wide and started talking about having homemade Tommy burgers at their BBQs coming up. Thank you Tommy's for being their for my partents to share with me 40 years ago and for me to share with a new generation of 20 something here in 2024.

Got an email about double chili burgers being on sale so I stopped in for a late lunch. The dining area was clean and there wasn't any line. My order was taken promptly and my double chili cheeseburger was ready in no time. It was hot and on par with other Tommy's locations. Close proximity to the 60 freeway which can be good or bad depending on traffic making access sometimes problematic.

My first stop every time I go back home! Chilli tasted great and the staff was nice. If you grew up eating at Tommy's, you just know it taste really good. Not your typical chili.

Clean location with quick and friendly service. Came here hungry after swimming and boys said it was the best chili fries they ever had. Everyone got a combo and we heard the fries drop as soon as we completed our order, we all left completely satisfied. Nothing like chili burgers and chili fries to tame some starving teenagers

Fries were smothered in chili and cheese and melted just rhe way I like it. So good I did not even want to eat the burger. Clean restaurant, service was fast. Lots of parking and all the fresh ingredients. Has the same taste as the original on Beverly and Rampart, minus the drive by.

It's not like the original Tommy's that we got to know in LA but the the burger and chilis brought back memories. The place was clean and well organized.

environment was good. Service was good. Food was tasty and good. There burgers are good.

Can't go wrong with a couple of breakfast sandwiches and some chilli cheese fries. It's Tommy's. Enough said lol.

It’s been about 5yrs since I last visited a TOMMYS anyways got the #1 ( double chill Burger fries and a drink ) Burger 🍔 was good but not much chili ( before there would be so much extra chili you didn’t even need to order it for your fries just use the extra from the burger. Fries were good and the restaurant was clean. That’s about it

Very good feel. Very simple menu, makes it really easy to order. It was the first time I came and it seemed really easy. We got the #1 orders with the chili cheese fries upgrade. It was like 13$ for the whole thing. The ice cream cone was good, the only reason not 5 stars was I just wish there was more flavor in the chili.

I stopped by Original Tommy's in Chino and was pleased to sit in a nice cool spot while trying to escape the blistering 109 degree heat outside. I got a chili cheese burger, dog and and fries. Everything was delicious and piping hot. The space itself was super clean and the staff were friendly and fast. I'll definitely we stopping by when in the area.

First time here, Fries were cooked to order, as was the burger, chili was fair but not great. No Coke products. Huge strike imo, store was quiet and clean plus service was quick.

I usually go first thing in the morning. When I want to try new places in hopes. That first fresh batch of the day. Or at least go in the middle of the rush so everything it's hot. This was not what I expected. The chili was basically like paste. It wasn't that nice chunky flavor for chili. I was hoping for but instead I found this bland paste. Like chili flavored, gluey flour. I took three bites just in case it was me. But for $13 definitely expected more. The fries were on point, crisp and salted. Hopefully they can prove me wrong and I'll go when everything is hot.

I'm old school from original Tommy's. I visit many and this one was awful. Bought chili cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. Paid $19 and change. Food was tiny, almost equivalent to childs meal. Tasted as they had varied from recipe. On top of that, stomach pain and then you know what. I will never return and can only warn you, don't go! Remember you are warned.

I’m a normal customer I usually come in during my lunch since I work near by but I have noticed the quality going down especially when you have the younger employees in charge of the cooking. People come to Tommy’s because of their well known chili if they wanted a regular burger there’s In-N -Out close by. On my recent visit today I ordered 3 double chili cheeseburgers but I think they skipped on the chili. Been disappointed past few times I might just stick with In -N - Out they always get it right which is why they are always busy from open to close and cleaner establishment also. For what they charge you would think it would be better. Bring back the quality.

I would have given this place a BIG ZERO. I went through the drive through to place my order I got a K after placing my order I said what he which I’m gonna refer to him as a he as there was clearly no female In there at all he changed his voice and kept responding k I said may I get a number 3 response k I said with chili cheese fries response k and I said really he said k and I said with a Pepsi he repeated k I clearly get to the drive through he is wearing a mask hands me my food and disrespectfully says have a great day this person really needs to be addressed and I will be calling corporate RUDE!!!

Burger to flat it looks like a jr.burger. Fries order very small . I had better experience at barstow and el monte Tommys by far
