I am here right now. Food is good but the service was 6 star. The guy working up front Jacob is super nice and professional. I see other customers coming in and they know him and he already knows their orders. I was just one random guy passing thru trying to get dinner and Jacob was cool. We need more people like him. 6 star service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at the Orange location today! Liz helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very nice, extremely helpful, and had such a positive attitude—it’s rare to find someone like her. I truly believe this business is very fortunate to have her on their team. She made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in. I was running late today and rushing, didn’t have time to pack my lunch, so I stopped by here—and I’m so glad I did. Liz not only took great care of me but even recommended the Marshmallow Rice Krispie treat they had up front (which I can’t wait to come back and try!). This visit completely turned my day around, and I’m so thankful for the service. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Liz—you’re amazing!
Chives station with carrot and jalapeno option makes this place kinda desirable to visit. You can also get as much teriyaki sauce as you want, the place is clean and usually there's some in space available.. free water cup and I like the marshmellow bar they have available at this location.

I ordered the (vegan) plantspired bowl and was very impressed with it!! Shout out to wabba grill for having vegetarian/vegan option. They cooked the “meat” perfectly it was so delicious. Their white rice and veggies are on point as well. The person who handed my order to me was super sweet, even though it was a quick interaction. I will definitely be coming back here.
Very nice people. We needed a cup of hot water to warm or baby's milk in the middle of the night and they gave it to us no questions asked and no solicitation for business or "customers only" request.
Cool little Jack in the box with one of those drink machines with like 70 choices, I come here and get a couple of tacos or a mocha iced coffee.. it's nice and the staff is good.
We've been coming to this Jack in the Box for a couple of years, and it's always a fantastic experience. The staff is expedient, thorough, and exceptional, especially Jenny. Her attention to detail is impressive, and every time we go through the drive-thru, our order is always correct. We highly recommend eating at this location for its amazing service and dedicated staff.
Food was fire especially the good good sauce it was good on the fries as well as the popcorn chicken I definitely recommend it Jack has hit the jack pot with this one!! If you have tried the popcorn chicken you should deliver it a go you won't be disappointed 😉 🔥Complete 10 out of 10 in my Opinion....
So it was a rainy day and a last minute decision to get chicken and rice. This place is in a super small shopping area that only has a few places and it sits by itself across from apartments or townhomes. Is off the freeway so pretty accessible but didn’t even know about this location. It wasn’t busy on a Thursday evening around 6 pm. I got in, ordered and received the food pretty quick. The chicken bowl and steak bowls were good and the serving portions were fine. You do have to pack your own carrots, sauce, and utensils yourself even to go orders. The staff wasn’t too friendly and they don’t offer information until you ask a question. They could clean more, especially since they’re not busy, especially during the wet floor from the rain. It was a bit slippery.
A quick and delicious way to be semi-healthy. Extra avacado is expensive, but worth it.
Came in for the Dodger Strike Out Special (buy a large drink get a free Jumbo Jack with 🚫 cheese). The place was empty and the store and restrooms were clean. I got my drink cup in seconds and my burger came in around 3-5 minutes! Can't ask for more than that --- and there was a TV with sports on --- so that added to the experience. If not for this special, I would NEVER order the 'almost $6 burger!' And everytime I order at JIB, I inevitably ALWAYS get WHITE lettuce! 😡 I want my 🥬 green and my 🧅's white! Your entire franchise needs to fix this!!!
The food was great and the cooks always do amazing. They could do better at not putting things in the container when asked for them to be separate. Every time I ask for either veggies on the side or sauce on the side I'm met with eye rolls and I have repeated it they say "okay" and when I get the food it's not on the side. I say nothing because the attitude I get simply for asking for it on the side. The employees are not the best at customer service whatsoever. I go here at least twice a month (if not more) and no one is ever at the counter. I've waited upwards of 10 mins just to order. I've seen employees in the kitchen on their phone while there are people waiting to order. (I can understand breaks but that's where break rooms come in. The Kitchen is not appropriate for that.) Most places I don't complain about but when I go NUMROUS times and have the same issue... That is a management problem. I love Waba Grills food... This location can just use some improvements customer service and employee wise. I'd come to this location way more often if employees had basic respect honestly.
Service was not good. I ordered a soda and a chocolate cake. I got a cup right away but had to wait for fries to be cooked for the person in front of me so she could reach over to the shelf and hand me the cake. It was just me and one person inside and I had to wait more than 5 minutes for something that was ready.
SERVICE. Went in with my son. I didnt mind waiting the few mins because I saw the girl working in the back. Right before she came up and asked if I was ready my kid told me they had to use the restroom. When I asked if they could use the restroom, she rolled her eyes. FOOD. I ordered 2 chicken bowls and one plate. Only received 1 bowl. As I started eating my plate, I noticed the meat side was a smaller area than the chicken. I thought maybe its just a smaller pile. NO! they laid out the entire plate chicken and placed a very small layer of beef on top of the chicken. Talk about cutting portions and not serving food portions as they charge. Have you ever gone to buy a car and thought man I got a great car then one week later you realize you got ripped off by the dealer. Yea this is the same. Stars1.3
Customer Service is great, friendly and inviting. But ultimate cheese burger was bad, meat patties didnhave any flavor. Bad lunch this time
I liked my food but when I pay extra for something and don’t get it a bit upsetting.
I did not like this Jack in the Box because the customer service was not good. The employee attended the drive-thru customers more than the customers inside. I also received my food cold even though they just made it. I personally like my breakfast jacks hot not cold. The dessert area was also messy and unorganized. Personally don't think that will give people a good impression.
Sorry to say their staff is unmotivated, lack customer courtesy and don't know how to smile. I mean it's cheap but so are their attitudes. For my first time here I had some questions to ask about their options...and wasn't welcomed with some courtesy answers. It's sad because their smoky jack burger is decent. Their manager should have a day of training and customer service interaction seminars for them. He should bring in a smiling specialist to help them exercise their face muscles - sorry guys, this is a business take some ownership.
What I’ve noticed it’s a lack of respect and communication between the “Manager” and (some) employees. I guess there was a new person under training making the wait impossible to bare with it making the new employee more nervous but the manager has a very poor sense of responsibility and proper management skills I saw him belittling the employee and making the rest of the customers as well as myself very uncomfortable.
Honestly the worst locations I've been too when it comes to waba grill. The staff doesn't listen, everytime I've ordered here something is missing or wrong. I asked for a side of boom boom sauce, a sauce cup.... and they don't put it in. It's just sad at this point. I'm over waba grill, just go to yoshinoya. It's better portions. And they will get your oder right. Crazy how hard it is to listen to customers. Lazy staff, poor food, and wrong orders. Don't come here.
You guys charge 14 dollars just to give 3 pieces of chicken and steak and when I asked for light rice my whole bowl had more rice than anything !!! Never coming again rip off
I ordered a 30 dollar bowl with 4 meats and got treated like trash. The girl told me to take my bag while I'm getting condiments. I told her no because I'm getting condiments and she hasn't finished my order because I'm still waiting for the two meats. She warned me not to get crazy with her. The lady behind me explained how ridiculous she was trying to make me hold my incomplete order. The experience is trash. I still love the food tho. Ftb she was probably coming down. I had an oversized teddy bear 🧸 while wearing my scrubs. Trash experience.
Okay I have given so much patience to this drive thru they messed up my order not once or twice but 10 times! It’s crazy how they don’t understand it probably not their fault but the speaker there cause I swear that speaker is so old !
Everything was horrible, rude service, food was horrible compared to other jack in the box restaurants, found a hair in my food. It felt like they wanted me out of the store. I do not recommend. Some employees seem nice, but others please fire them.
Every time I go here I'm told to park and wait for my food, takes more than 10 minutes every single time. I order 1 meal and they're not busy when I go too. Don't understand why it's this complicated.
I go here on my way to work but I couldn't roll my windows down because I just got them tinted , so I went inside and nobody acknowledged me. I am 65 and not tech savvy, so finally one of the workers said, ",we'll be with you shortly," since I'd been staring at her. 3 cars drove off in the drive away from the drive through and they started taking a new order from the drive through speaker. I know it wasn't a prejudice issue because they were all Hispanic too. Terrible service. This happened on 10/21 @7:45 if you choose to school them on customer service
Food was greasy. Made all of us sick. The drinks were not good. The worker kept trying to fix it but the machine was no good. All the drinks tasted like diet sprite. Honestly the food was horrible. I would avoid this JB if possible. They cant even hear you in the drive thru as the fwy is right behind you. I found my self yelling and the worker still couldn't hear me :(
Yeah they suck here! All the reviews seem about right! Don’t come to this location they give you old tacos that look like they’ve been picked up from the trash! No stars
This location has a very poor drive-thru experience. Every time you place an order, they ask you to pull forward and wait in a parking spot instead of serving you at the window. It happens to almost every car, which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. Service really needs improvement.
Worst Jack in the Box experience so far. The 1 star is mainly given for the lady that does not understand english, had to repeat 3 times i m picking up an order and my name.Sandwich was smashed, i wasn t even done asking for creamer and she turned back and she was cheering up her colleague 🤔 Never returning to this location
I am very disappointed with this Jack in the box this morning on Monday at that, about 9:10a.m.. I ordered a supreme croissant, nothing what I expected as to what I used to buy for This croissant was smashed the pieces of bacon were all broken up The ham was in there It was smashed up I don't get it, the box it was in look like it had been tumbled around for some time, I couldn't go back cuz I was on my way to work so when I did eat my supreme croissant and got to the middle of the sandwich and there was a hair in my sandwich which really disgusted me and I had to throw everything away so the sandwich was $5.19 and the cashier that took the order at first she did sound kind but when I went to the window she just stood behind the window and I couldn't hear what she was saying as to what my total was I don't know everything just seemed kind of strange anyhow I won't be going to that Jack in the box anymore. Guess at that point I should have realized when there was no one in line and no one inside eating that may have been the red flag. I also ordered some tacos for my lunch but I don't think I'll be eating those now
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich but got burnt hamburger that I couldn't eat. Smells burnt, taste burnt. Called to complain and all I got was "okay what should I do about it" Very bad customer service. This is not the first time Gave this jack in the box another try and I ordered french fries without salt but all I got was only salt. Couldn't eat the fries due to too much salt. Never will I stop here again
