It was my first time at Raising Canes but it won't be my last! The lady that took my order was ahoot she was all smiles and very welcoming. The young man who brought my order was polite professional and proficient. The chicken was so good! I can't wait for my next visit!
Just all around outstanding service,I meet an employee that should be employee of the decade, Ms.C, my wife and I are only in townhere for 3 days but if I wanted entertainment I would stop back here and talk with Ms. Cornelia what a wonderful vibe she has and a major asset to this business Raising Canes. I looked for employees like her when I was in the restaurant businesses that I had for 24 years before retiring. Again out standing service from Ms. Cornelia!
The line was super long, both inside and out. Overall, it wasn't too bad. However, the cashier was quite rude. It was my first time there, and I felt nervous about what to order. They kept rushing me and sighing dramatically, which made me uncomfortable. Despite that, my family enjoyed our meal; it was similar to Zaxby's but with better toast.
It's inconceivable that a restaurant like Raising Cane's in Orlando didn't have soft drinks available at the time of my visit. The combo included a 32 oz soft drink, but all they offered was a 16.9 oz hot water bottle. Besides the huge difference in quantity and quality, it's frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you're supposed to. A restaurant of this caliber should guarantee the availability of its basic beverages at all times. The experience was disappointing, and they definitely need to improve their management to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Keisha was an amazing staff member. She made us feel very welcomed, like family and she talked and joked with us and the kids. She came and checked on us, and I asked where I can find mayonnaise, and she said hold on, and came back with packets for me. Keisha definitely made the visit enjoyable, and being mine first time, but everyone else's 9th visit. Keisha will be the reason I will be back! Way to go Keisha!
Crazy good food, it is always busy so dont expect to get your food super fast. Dont expect a long wait either about 15 minutes has been my average even with the amount of people that have been in the store at the times I have been there.
Even though Raising Cane's look to be like they had a very busy parking lot. Don't let that fool you. They have a lot of employees that are there working very hard to get you through the line quickly so the fast food and service was all in a timely manner and the food was pretty good. I don't care for the Raising Cane's sauce as much so if you like it you're probably going to love it. The chicken tenders were not that flavorful they're just pretty plain they don't have any seasoning to it so I guess that's why they use the raising cane sauce. Other than that it's pretty decent food the prices are mediocre for chicken tenders and french fries so it seems like that will happen because of inflation anyhow.
Food was good and so was service. If you sit outside be prepared to feed the birds they get close lol but other than that it was good. Oh try the sweet tea too! I promise you will love it!
If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, this is not the place, lol. Long lines out the door, and the drive-thru line is long. But even with a long line in the drive thru, we got out food in less than 30 minutes. They know how to manage crowds and long lines, which is good since they seem to be busy all the time. Now, to the food, their chicken tenders are not too big nor too small, freshly made which is a plus but if it wasn't for the canes sauce, they are a flop for me. No seasoning, just breaded, crispy chicken. I'll say what saved the plate for me was the other sides and the sauce. Will I return? Maybe but only for the sauce and fries.
1st time experiencing the Raising Cane's chicken tenders and Cane sauce. It did not disappoint!! Chicken was lightly battered, hot and juicy and the sauce was peppery and delicious!! I will definitely go there again!
Blown Away!!! I’d heard reviews but was honestly skeptical. I really didn’t think it’d be anything amazing with it being just chicken and fries. I was wrong! The food was so fresh. Flavor so good! The service was on point. Better than Zaxby’s. More food for your money than Zaxby’s! Sweet tea was good. Overall, very impressed. I wish Jacksonville had a location. Looking forward to my next trip towards Orlando . Honestly just to go here.
Well, this is really delicious!! I got the chicken sandwich box and it was stuffed with tenders a little lettuce and sauce on top and bottom. The breading on the tenders is delicate, light and crispy and the meat was hot and juicy! Overall it's a mild flavored sandwich but it works really well and was comforting! The crinkle cut fries are thinner than normal and not over flavored. The drive through line was still long tonight, but it actually moves quickly and the team was efficient only waited about 10 minutes. Worth it.
It's always a line to get through there, but the workers are polite and manage it well. My husband and I got our platters in less than 10 minutes. They only do tenders and fries, and they do it very well! Fresh and hot, the tenders were juicy (we asked for extra fries instead of the coleslaw because we just don't like coleslaw from most places) and the fries were hot as well. Asking for extra Cane sauce to dip the fries in was worth it, definitely one of our cheat meals that always proves worth it!
Great experience at Raising Cane's. The restaurant was clean and well organized, perfect for families. The chicken was fresh, hot, and very crispy, with great flavor. Service was fast and efficient, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Definitely worth coming back
Love Raising Cane’s! The chicken is always hot, fresh, and crispy, and the Cane’s sauce is amazing. Service is fast and friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well organized. Great quality for the price—definitely one of my favorite places for chicken!
The food was delicious! Buttt they did forget to put my husband's 4 tenders in the bag( I ordered throughthe drive thru) . When I returned to the resturant with alllll of the food I ordered, the lady behind the counter was mad at me! She looked at me like I was inconvenience her! Glad I was on vacation and will not visiting this location again. (Did I mention they also ran out of coleslaw and they didn't notify us. Until it was brought to their attention.)
It’s just chicken tenders and fries. But it’s pretty solid. I think it’s unfair to expect more from chicken tender meals. Good as it can be. Expect long wait for dining in, take out or drive through. You can totally use the mobile order to skip the long line. This Orlando branch at Palm Parkway has opened up recently and it is very clean and the atmosphere is great. The hype was justified.
Rainy day, we stopped in. Tenders and fries where fresh. Not much of an selection on the menu, but everything was reasonably priced. Customer service was good. Hard to get seating inside but we eventually found a table. Tables need cleaning more frequently, outside and inside tables we had to wipe ourselves after others. Parking lot is small, hard to park with drive Thur traffic filtering into the parking.
We have friends and family that raved about this place prior to them opening a location here in Orlando saying their chicken tenders are hard to top. We decided to try them out when my sister and brother in law were visiting. This location is new (3 weeks old from the time I am writing this review) so there are lines. Fortunately their service is pretty efficient so we didn't stay in line too long. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is pretty cool and even though they were extremely busy the restaurant was still clean. There is inside and outside seating also depending on your preference. Their chicken tenders are simply amazing and lived up the hype. They were juicy and decently sized. The breading was light but crispy with great taste. Their signature sauce is also a must...it goes perfectly well with the chicken and crinkle fries. The garlic bread was also a nice addition with great taste, crispy outside and soft in the middle. I would highly recommend this place if you want some real good comfort food. Parking may be an issue due to the popularity of the 3 restaurants in the area which is Raising Cains, Portillos and White Castle.
First time trying Raising Cane’s and the chicken did not disappoint. Soft, moist, juicy chicken fingers packed with so much flavor. Definitely recommend! The Texas toast serves as a perfect compliment. To top is off, you can order a 32oz of the raising cane’s special sauce!!!! Highly recommend
Jane or june? was awesome. Not sure if its the bare minimum of employees here but from where Im at It's def not common. Didnt even have to ask for a menu she saw me struggling and asked. Kind aswell as the other attentive employees.
If you’re a fan of chicken tenders, this restaurant is a must-visit! The atmosphere is fantastic, with a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. The music is on point, creating the perfect backdrop for a casual dining experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to make your visit special. And the food? Absolutely delicious! The chicken tenders are crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!
The first canes in central Florida! Long lines which is expected in the opening week. Drive thru was an hour at 5pm. Lots of staff to handle the crowds and they had a DJ in the parking lot. I got the 3 piece combo with extra canes sauce. The chicken and fries tasted just like the canes up north! The canes sauce tasted a little weird, very heavy on either pepper or vinegar. There are some reviews about the lack of seasoning on the fries and chicken. The canes sauce has the seasoning in it. If you do not use the sauce it will taste unseasoned! I’ll be back!
Chicken fingers the best I have ever had. French fries you can skip. Their cane sauce was unique and flavorful. The coleslaw was very good as well.
It was nice to meet Ms Bonisha. She greeted us very friendly and ask if everything was well. Great customer service from her. We will come back . Thank you so much.
Really happy they opened this store nearby! Going to be a little while until the crowds subside. These are some really great chicken tenders. Crispy on the outside moist and tender (and hot) on the inside. The fries, coleslaw and bread are very good as well. This is our “go to” place for chicken. They offer chicken fingers in 3, 4, and 6 piece baskets as well as a sandwich. They reheat well in a toaster oven as well. Meal tip - if you aren’t big eaters, suggest splitting the 6-piece meal for a great value.
My son saw his place trending on TikTok so we had to try it. It did not disappoint. The drive-through service was very speedy and the menu was pretty straightforward offering basically only chicken fingers or chicken sandwiches. The chicken was very tasty and well seasoned. The fries were crispy and well seasoned too. We also really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and my son absolutely loved the famous canes sauce. It tasted just like Guthrie sauce to me. You can buy a whole cup of it for $5.99. It only comes with one sauce and additional sauces are $.39. I prefer that PDQ has multiple sauces and doesn’t change anything for them. The only downfall was it was about $35 bucks for two Platters and a sandwich, so it is definitely not super cheap. I do recommend and I will go again.
Went for a first-time bite after a day in Universal Orlando. The place is specifically located right between the parks and the hotel area so it was packed. However, service was very fast, staff was friendly and we were able to find a table. Additionally, the food came out hot and super tasty. I have to say, the chicken was tender and juicy. The place could’ve been a bit cleaner, but considering how busy it was, it was understandable and the staff was constantly cleaning after.
First time trying it. Enjoyed the venue as it was packed with a lot of people at 11pm at night so it felt safe. Chicken is good not amazing the sauce really salty but for fast food I like.
Was a nice and busy night, chicken was tasty. Was a good experience for my first time tasting it. Also great service when there were no forks they bought more out straight away. Very friendly staff.
Great place to grab a meal. Tasty and warm place for the family.
Mike and Ashtun are all stars. Mike is second to none. Man’s got a voice of a 52 year old father who knows how to gain attention. He got that big dawg in him. Ashtun took that order like a true champ. She was as efficient as possible. Keep up the solid work big dawgs.
Best raising canes location! My family of 7 went in the middle of lunch rush, we walked in and almost walked right back out but decided to give it a shot anyways, and i’m so glad we did! The customer service was a 10 star, very attentive, very nice, and very professional. Even with the lobby being full we got all 7 of our meals within less than 10 minutes. The food was fresh and hot, and the lobby was very clean. Thank you for a good experience, I would highly recommend this raising canes location and we will definitely be back!
Great quality and the food is always hot. It's a little pricey compared to other fast food/quick service restaurants but I think the premium price is worth it for a premium product. The chicken tenders are plump and juicy on the inside but hot and crispy on the outside.
Raising Cane’s chicken fingers never disappoint! I went to this specific location twice in the same day — that’s how good it was. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and both times the food came out fresh and on point. I just wish we had one back home in Greenville, South Carolina. Definitely a spot I’d return to!
I really liked this Raising Cane's location. We went there twice while visiting in Orlando. The ambience is fun, relaxing and casual. Their staff was friendly and helpful. Their orders came out quickly and the food was delicious! I love the Chicken Tenders being juicy, seasoned well and fresh. The sauce for the fries and the tenders is excellent! I like the Texas toast also, along with a Sprite. This is my usual go-to order. I'm going to try out some of the other meals too, one of these days but for now, this one's got me hooked. I want to add that I loved the Elvis picture on the wall!! Nice touch! Parking is easy to use right next to their building. Clean and neat with disco balls hanging from the ceiling. It was fun and I would return again.
I have heard great things about Raising Canes, we are from Canada and at this point there are none… I was not disappointed, the chicken was excellent, the sauces lived up to the lore on the web… Keisha the team lead was most awesome, she needs a raise, she was fast, efficient and friendly. The store was new, there was lots of parking, the signage was good. Pricing was fair.
Came here a few weeks ago for the first time…. I’ve seen a lot of hype online for several months now and while visiting White Castle and Portillo’s in the same parking lot I decided to give them a try. The chicken was absolutely amazing along with their sauce…. I really didn’t expect it to be good but I was surprised, the hype was real!! The service was also very quick, the line inside was long but they kept it moving so even though it looked like it was gonna be a long wait…it wasn’t! Glad I gave them a try!!
First visit because we don't have one in our FL city yet. Wow wow wow. It was so good! I loved everything- chicken fingers, crinkle fries, and the garlic toast was soft fresh and had one crisp side from the griddle. Supurb. The young man at the drive thru who ran our payment and gave us our food had the very best customer service I've received at a fast food drive-thru!!! Please recognize him he was working on Sept. 9th around 1:30/2AM. Phenomenal! Please bring Raising Cane's to Jacksonville, FL. I want to be able to eat here often
Definitely lived up to the expectations! Staff here were really friendly and helpful (especially the guy who took our order, he was wearing a blue shirt, cap and had black curly/wavy hair.) The atmosphere was bubbly & energetic, and they played good music. The food came out so fresh and hot. The chicken was juicy, fries were crispy & fresh and the toast was super soft and buttery. Will definitely be returning here, thank you! ☺️☺️
Loved this place! It is very new in a new development so it was extremely busy. The drive thru was tricky to navigate as it blocks in people who have parked in the designated parking…. but there is an extended lot connected to park in. The food was so good! The chicken finger with the toast with the slaw and the special sauce was just perfect. Yum! Yum! Hope we get a Raising Canes is Jacksonville. Highly recommend!!!! Wish they had their swag for sale in the store. I think in the Orlando market they could sell the heck out of the clear belt bag and the shirts merch.
Everything is delicious! The Texas toast is fantastic and goes very well with the coleslaw, chicken and dipping sauce. The service is always very good! If you go at during rush hours, this locations gets very, very busy, so, be prepared for long lines, both at the drive-through and inside the restaurant (but, the line does move quickly). I recommend ordering through the app in advance.

THE. BEST. FRIED. chicken. EXPERIENCE. IVE. EVER. HAD. This was quite simply incredible. The chicken was out of this world.
My daughter has been nagging about going here since we left the UK! I was expecting another KFC but I was mistaken! The chicken and sauce was to die for! Portion size was large! Highly recommend …

This place was CrAzY! Hard to drive in and out of. Crowded! Soooo soooo crowded. Chicken was good. Not all of my pickup order was included. I do have to say there was a guy worker who was trying sooo hard in an overwhelming shift. He was so kind and knew right what to do. Great guy and I wish I had gotten his name. He was that great.
Chicken fingers were good, but not a lot of flavor if you don’t like their mayo based sauce. Drive thru was fast. Fries were soggy by the time I made it to hotel across the street. Soda machine was out. They offered hi C but that tasted off as well
My daughter went to the register to order some food and she gave the young 16 year-old kid $54 and the total was $33 and some change. He never gave her any money back just loose change. When I went to the manager to get my money back, they counted the till down and said the draw was correct and I didn’t get my money back.. I felt robbed of $20! I’m not very happy I tried to handle it there at the store and then she gave me an email to email corporate which I did and I emailed them twice. I ended up getting a phone call from corporate after I posted my review. So I am now editing and updating this review. Although I did not get my $20 back. The lady that helped me was very kind understanding and quite informative. She asked for specific details to the matter so that they can even move forward in making sure this does not happen in the future. She also was very generous and offered me coupon cards for meals. I appreciate her professionalism and Her generosity and the way she handled the situation, I wish more people would be this professional. So I’m changing my one star to four stars.
Not much of a selection but what we tried was pretty good chicken tenders, Fries coleslaw and garlic bread. They only have 2 sauces to choose from the original canes sauce or honey mustard. This location is absolutely insane. From parking to getting in one line to order to getting in another line to get to the soda and tea. Ice machine isn't working. Waiting on your order in a small area thats over running into the soda line, It definitely could use some organization. The building is way to small to support the amount of customers they have and theres not enough seating.
Food was great! Love to come here but it was freezing in the restaurant. Everyone had hoodies with their hoods on. Asked to turn down air or fans, and was told the kitchen wouldn’t like that. My food was cold faster than I could eat it. Also the soda machine was all flat. If you don’t have any co2, you should tell the guests before they pay for their food.
Went during the opening week back in January. As a Canadian, we haven't experience Raisin Cane's chicken before. Line up was very long, pretty much out the door. We ordered our meals and was service fairly quickly, despite it being so busy. The drive thru lines were insane and it clogged up the parking lot. The chicken was fried perfectly, very crisp and the meat was still juicy. I do find that the chicken tenders were under seasons or missing seasoning in general. The sauce carried the meal which I see why a lot of people order extra sauce on the side. Comparing the tenders to other resturants, the tenders were below standard. Overall a good experience. Would return for the sauce and chicken.
Raising Cane’s is proof that you don’t need a massive menu to be brilliant – just do one thing perfectly and people will keep coming back. The chicken fingers were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour – genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had. The famous Cane’s sauce is every bit as addictive as people say – it ties everything together and had us dipping until the last drop. Add in the crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, and perfectly made coleslaw, and you’ve got comfort food at its finest. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient, even when it was busy. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well run. It’s also great value – generous portions that leave you full and happy without feeling overpriced. Sometimes the simplest things are the best, and Raising Cane’s proves it. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and a place we’d happily go out of our way to visit again.
The food is really good. The chicken is good but I think the sauce and bread catty it over the finish line. Is it worth the hype, yes if the crowd wasn’t there. That is the reason for my 3 star on the atmosphere. Beautiful place just crazy crowded. Which translates to about a 30 minute wait before you start eating.
The place has a great atmosphere. The music was loud and lively. The food was hot , fresh and good. We did have a long wait but if you have the time and love chicken, then I recommend it. I have it only 4 stars because I’m going out on a limb and guess that they are Soooo busy that they do not have time for someone to clean tables or the floor under the tables. The place could have been made bigger too. There was lots and lots of customers coming in.
2024 May 3.5★ Pretty good fried chicken. Premium Chicken meat (white meat) with a semi light crunchy texture. Though the chicken meat itself seems like it didn't have enough flavor and relied on the sauces. The fries were ok. Crinkle cut, but not crispy. Bread was nice and fluffy. Overall, pretty good.
By now everyone has heard of Raising Cane’s. They are famous for their fresh chicken tenders. The menu is basically tenders and crinkle cut fries. On this trip I tried the 4 piece meal which includes 4 tenders, slaw, fries, toast and sauce. Overall I thought the tenders were good. They had a nice crispy crust on them, and were definitely moist and tender. The slaw was just ok to me, and wasn’t quite as good as the fries and toast. This place gets pretty busy, so be sure to get here early for lunch or dinner. Overall we liked it and it’s definitely worth trying if you haven’t been here and are in the area.
Overall the food was okay. I like that the chicken is made to order, never frozen always fresh. The fries and chicken were under seasoned, the sauce helped bring more flavor to the meal. The bread was great, but lightly toasted on one side. The Cole slaw tasted spoiled. Staff seemed friendly and polite. It’s worth another visit for the chicken alone. Maybe I will wait a few months before returning.
The food is just ok. The tenders and fries weren’t seasoned. So i’m guessing everything depends on the special sauce. The cashier was really nice, all the staff were actually. The place looks a little bit messy but it is understandable because of all the people that come here, specially teenagers. Women’s bathroom was disgusting but again, not completely their fault. I just don’t understand the hype.
The service was great. The chicken was delicious, but there were parts that felt not fully cooked. Overall, I would go back again and it was delicious chicken
Cane's lives up to the hype. Juicy and crispy tenders served with their delicious dipping sauce. Fries and slaw are good also. This location gets VERY busy at times, so prepared to wait in line. Fortunately the line does move quickly and due to the simplicity of their menu, once you order you get your food very quickly. You can also sit outside on their patio in addition to sitting indoors.
This chicken is fresh and on the crispy side. The chicken was good but not great- I only say that because there was so much hype around this place as a recommendation to us. Hungry teenagers agreed that it was good not great. Chicken was flavor full and fresh. Good bang for your buck, especiallyif you get a platter. You can only door dash right under 100$ & I thought that was odd. The canes sauce is pretty yummy, however it would be nice to have other options since they serve chicken tenders. We had Texas toast and fries as a side. The toast and fries were both good but felt a bit soggey. I would mention we had this delivered and maybe the time it took to get to us impacted some of the freshness. Overall worth it.
The food is always good, but it feels like the tenders get smaller every time I come. Still, I keep coming back because the taste never disappoints. And their sweet tea? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had from a fast food place or restaurant. It is a bit on the sweeter side, so I usually mix in some unsweetened tea to balance it out. Also, shoutout to the ice — it’s that perfect nugget ice. Simply the best.
Amazing how busy this gets. Lots of non-US tourist. Got the Caniac as takeout. It was good though got kinda steamed in the box. Texas toast was nice add and I like the slaw - slightly sweet and creamy. Canes sauce is like old bay cream sauce, which is needed because tenders are kinda bland. Flour breading is light but doesn't distract from the chicken which was juicy - like Chick-fil-A.
So I have only had Canes once before and honestly the food wasn't great. This location is new and huge. There is inside and outside seating and a drive thru.\n\nHad the Box combo, came with 4 fingers…

Nice atmosphere, fast service, but my chicken fingers was very oily, I'll come back to get a second impression.

This fast-food chain is definitely overrated. Yes, the chicken fingers are actually meaty and tender but, unfortunately, they lack flavor. Also, the fries are pretty average, somewhat soggy, without any seasoning or salt. So, the “sauce” is a necessity more than a choice. True, it is tasty but, it’s essentially mayonnaise mixed with everyday pantry ingredients. The menu is basically the same items (chicken fingers) served in different quantities.
The parking lot/drive thru was madness. I put my teens out on the curb to go in and order. Food was fresh, hot, and good quality. However, none of it had absolutely any seasoning. One of my kids said it's like they skipped seasoning the food and out it all in the sauce so you HAVE to use it to make any of it worth eating lol. If you have diet restrictions on salt/seasoning this is your place.
Very quick 2 items restaurant, only chicken & fries The chicken is amazing, so light well cooked same as the fries, the sauce the have is super salty didn’t like it at all, the coleslaw is good but not great, the fries quantity is good, overall it’s good for a quick meal in between activities
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers delivers tasty chicken, but I've had better at other places. The Cane's Sauce is good, though it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. For the drink, I asked for a Hi-C, and it tasted like it didn't have any sugar. Horrible!!! Overall, it's a decent option for fast-food chicken, but nothing particularly stands out.
This is just okay. We went through the drive through. The food was okay. Nothing Im going to crave or run back for sadly. After Disney at midnight its good.
Food was hot and fresh, but only getting a single sauce for a 4 piece basket of fries and chicken is absurd! We spent $90 bucks on 6 meals and couldn't even get TWO extra sauces! We came all the way from Washington state to try this place and was in awe at the level of hostility behind getting a couple extra sauces. Do better owners.
Staff was very unprofessional - alot of bad language, playing around in the window and ignoring the customer's. Disappointed in the food - no seasoning, dry chicken, water downed lemonade and soggy fries. The entire place was a wreck. I hope this is just a bad location and not the norm for this franchise. So far Zaxby's is still my favorite.
It’s just not that great… I’ve had Canes many many times in other states and it tastes great but I’ve eaten at this location twice now and it’s just not the same. The chicken is always bland and soggy and the fries are soggy as well and have no seasoning! It’s so disappointing because I really do like Canes as a franchise but this just isn’t up to caliber. If you want good chicken tenders and fries, there are better options
We got the 25 count tailgaters. The chicken was delicious, fresh, with a subtle but tasty breading. Which is amazing since the place was so packed and so loud. Everyone who works there needs a raise. They must go home with their heads pounding, but they still made some delicious chicken. We enjoyed the Canes sauce more than the honey mustard.
I usually get great service here but this time I used the app to order pickup. I arrived at the pickup time, checked in at the counter and was told "it will be placed there (order pickup stand) when it's ready. I waited another 5-10 minutes for the food and nothing soI approached the folks again. This time they asked my name and told me "let me check on that". After not hearing back for another 5 minutes I asked the cashier what he found out. He again went to look at the order board to find there was nothing on it for me so he went to the kitchen to ask for an order on the fly. He came back to explain that someone else may have taken my order. So I waited for my new replacement order for another 10 minutes. I asked the same cashier what the status was and he went to check on my order to find it had been sitting waiting for someone to grab it and hand it to me. After having waited for my food f9r >35 minutes past pickup time I grabbed it and left. Sadly it didn't contain the ketchup and extra sauce I had paid for. Granted this was around 11pm on a weekend but I still found the service much to be desired. Good news? Food tasted excellent.
Its OK. The part that really shined was the canes sauce & the Texas toast. Everything was average to good. Their chicken was under seasoned and the crust was moist with a little crunch. The fries were under salted. Coleslaw was average. Their prices are average to high. I went when they weren't busy and I probably wouldn't go again as the food was just not worth the expense.
POV from a Floridian (living in Florida since 2016): Get #PUBLIX Chicken 🍗 Tenders, those are THE BEST Chicken Tenders from this planet and next Galaxy. Tik Tok (social networks) and AI are going to destroy the human race... Don't take suggestions or advice from any of that, these Cane's tenders are OK, but that's it, just OK. The infamous sauce taste a lot like the KFC signature sauce and the cole slaw is also OK, but nothing special. Been there, done that... I will keep buying the PUBLIX chicken 🍗 tenders.

For a chicken place. Only having one sauce option seems a bit ridiculous. Go to zagsby's, or even the chicken guy, you have a selection of sauces to be able to dip and enjoy your chicken. My kids and I were very disappointed. Although we all tried the cane sauce, we thought that the cane sauce tastes like the zagsby sauce and there wasn't any wow factor to this place.
This is my third visit to this location, and although I typically refrain from leaving reviews, the recurring issues at this establishment compel me to share my experience. Each time I approach the drive-through, I encounter a line so extensive that it snakes around the parking lot and often spills into the street. Upon arrival, I was perplexed to find that patrons parking in the pickup spots were boxed in by those of us waiting in line for the drive-through. Once in the drive-through, the experience was chaotic and frustrating. The process was cutthroat and agonizingly slow, with people cutting each other off, honking, and angrily shouting expletives. All this chaos over a chicken finger restaurant. From the moment I joined the line to the moment I received my food, 27 minutes had elapsed. For a drive-through, this is simply unacceptable. I could have gone to an actual sit-down restaurant instead of Raising Cane’s and received better service along with a faster response time. Regarding the food itself, it was fresh and hot, which somewhat redeemed the nearly half-hour wait. The taste was good and lived up to the restaurant’s promise of fresh food. Ultimately, I would give this place two out of five stars. The incredibly long lines in both the drive-through and the dining room indicate that this establishment is overhyped by Orlando food enthusiasts. If you are willing to endure excessively long wait times and the possibility of your car being bumped, scratched, or getting into an altercation over chicken fingers, then this might be the place for you. I highly recommend that Raising Cane’s deploy support staff into the parking lot to aid in directing traffic and to help keep tempers cooled, as it is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. Some people appear willing to go to EXTREME (cutting others off, yelling, getting out of their vehicles, and bumping others in line) lengths for hot, fresh fried chicken, and it is imperative that the establishment takes steps to ensure safety and order.
Avoid, over priced and well over hyped, got a 3 piece meal more like a kids meal, chicken is mid and soggy chips and a loaf of bread, spend your money elsewhere you have been warned ⚠️

The food was unseasoned, too expensive, not enough of, and lastly cheap. The only good part of the place (the sauce) SUCKS

Honestly the hype of this place gave me high expectations that were let down. My husband and I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, but it was evident it was because of slow service rather than the…
the absolute worst run food place on planet earth. waited over an hour INSIDE with one person at the register. the chicken came out looking like this… i think that speaks for itself. fries were so soggy. not to mention, someone came up and put canes sauce on the counter and the man took them back to reuse them…….?????? that is a complete health code violation!!!! i used to love canes but this place is actually horrible. bathrooms were so disgusting no toilet paper to be found.
First and last time trying. Really average chicken. Basically just bland oven fries no salt or seasoning whatsoever. The bread was soggy and barely toasted. We sat outside and there were homeless people walking around. Don't buy into the hype.
Drive through was not even busy got my order, asked employee if extra sauce was in the bag I asked for she said yes and I drove off, I didn’t get my drink, no extra sauce in the bag, no fork to eat the coleslaw, Fingers were soggy, went back inside with receipt and ask for my drink and extra sauce the manager was very rude to the other employee that wanted to help me she said get back to your customer! And oh you didn’t pay for extra sauce, so I’m like really? She ended up giving me my drink and the extra sauce. Moral of the story is their customer service should be a little bit better in an exclusive neighborhood like this.
The drive-thru at Raising Cane’s is a complete disaster. I waited nearly an hour in line. No exaggeration! Only to deal with rude staff and total disorganization. It’s chaotic, slow, and frustrating from start to finish. The food was good, but not worth the headache. Avoid the drive-thru at all costs.
My first time ever trying Raising Canes so I was really looking forward to this meal, but it fell short. The chicken tenders were very soggy instead of crispy, and the overall quality was not good. I couldn’t finish my food. I hope they improve food quality.
Cold hard fries and 1 of 6 tenders that didn't have breading. For 18 bucks and change i got ripped off! Call to complain 10 minutes after leaving drive thru and no one answers
Terrible service. Eric couldn’t care less about providing even basic customer service. We submitted an order for a 3-piece order and a bobsleigh plush puppy that the store showed in stock. When we get there we get handed the order without the plush he says he has to check if there’s any in stock to which there was not. His comment to this was “call customer service and they can refund you”. No attempt to try and refund at the store, not even an apology, didn’t even give the number for customer service for the refund. Most aloof attitude from a manager. I called customer service and got the order refunded but will never return to a Raising Canes.
Got the caniac combo and asked for no coleslaw and extra fries instead. They got the first part correct no coleslaw. I guess that’s what you get for “extra fries.” Then to make it better the styrofoam was actually melted into the food itself. I’m not a scholar but I’m pretty sure it’s a hazard.

Orange's Chicken Craze: Raising Cane's Unpacked
Hey folks! If you've been around Orange lately, you've probably heard the buzz about Raising Cane's. It’s one of those spots that really divides opinion, but one thing's for sure: it's got a dedicated following. I popped over to see what all the fuss was about, and here’s the lowdown.First off, let’s talk about what they do best: chicken fingers. And that's pretty much it! They've nailed their niche. Many visitors absolutely rave about the consistency. The chicken fingers consistently hit the...
Orange's New Raising Cane's: A Local Take
There's been quite a buzz since Raising Cane's opened its doors in Orange, and naturally, I had to swing by to see what all the cluck was about. This isn't just another fast-food joint; it’s a brand-new, genuinely massive space. You'll find plenty of seating options, whether you prefer dining inside or enjoying the Orange sunshine on their outdoor patio. And for those on the go, the drive-thru is efficient, a big plus considering the lines can get pretty long. My first impression of the locat
