This is how Yoshinoya should be served and experienced!!!! This place is clean, friendly, the kitchen is very clean and the food!!!!!! The plates were well served just as requested. There is a great team here, Alma and Diana were friendly and fast! Thank you for the experience and food. Recommend this place. And recommended for LA to get it together!!!!!

Been Craving yoshinoya for the longest. Only eat it when I’m craving it to remind me of back when I grew up in Japan. Any who, the staff members are really attentive and their nice. The place is spotless and the food was great. Came on in last minute before they closed. They were very patient and fast as well. Been living in the area for about seven years and it was my first time coming here. I was not disappointed as usual with my visit I was glad that I stopped by. Fresh food and was given extra condiments on the side. Thanks for the great service

I hope I will not have this past experience anymore. Before: The mobile app offered the coupons but after I ordered, the store didn't honor it. Btw, I made sure to apply the coupon when I ordered from the app. I asked to talk to the manager but Chris said he/she stepped out. He said he is the current supervisor and he can't do anything about it. He had no name and title tag. He said we don't have it. Well, I showed him the coupons. He appeared very rude as well. I'm a long time customer here. I'm very disappointed with the service here.

My parents absolutely love Yoshinoya, I brought them to this location since they were visiting me from Hemet. Right as you walk in we were greeted. The restaurant is very clean and they even offered to re-clean our table if we wanted. The employees were very nice to us. their customer service is amazing and very much appreciated! The food was excellent but we did find the Tokyo Fried Chicken to be little too Greasy, but overall we had a very pleasant experience at this Yoshinoya! Thank you! Your team deserves acknowledgment! All of the staff members were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. The food was very good and met expectations. One thing that always stands out to me, however, is the cleanliness of the floors, which could use a bit more attention. Nevertheless, overall it was a positive experience, and I will definitely return to this location.

We visit this Yoshinoya almost on a bi-weekly basis with a coupon that comes in the mail. A large bowl of Teriyaki chicken combo is highly recommended.

The food is really good. I prefer there teriyaki chicken without the veggies. They have a couple of spicy ones and they are too spicy for me. LOL But all their dishes are great.

Staff was nice, guy was patient while we looked over the expanded menu. Was generous with the condiments ie: ginger. Self serve chile pepper & soy sauce. Haven't had this for several years. Got 2 Combos: Classic Beef & Chicken, Beef and Orange Chicken. Both were very tasty. Beef was flavorful and tender. Chicken was also good with the Teri Sauce. Orange Chicken was ok, Glaze was on the sweet side. Chicken could have been crisper. May have to come back for more beef!

I kind of grew up eating Yoshinoyas so I have a soft place in my heart for it. I didn't like when they changed to recipe for the vegetables but the meats still taste the same. Some would say the meat is fatty but it's slow cooked so it kind of melts in your mouth. Overall it's probably 3 1/2 stars but for me it's a solid 4.

Lucky the district manager was there, because I wanted the heat turned up in the dining room. So he was able to take care of that for me. I almost always get the combo bowl, white rice, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and white cabbage steamed. Then teriyaki chicken and the beef with onions. Classic and delicious! I use salt, soy sauce and pickled ginger. There are ways to spice it up if you want, but I'm old school.

This place is usually not crowded. The staff are always nice and greet everyone as soon as s guest steps into the restaurant. I would consider their food to be comfort food. It's not fancy, but hits the spot. The "make it a meal" add-on is a fantastic deal. But by far my favorite aspect about this particular location is its AC is freaking cold. There is always dance or pop music coming out of the ceiling mounted speakers. They sound decent, but I believe the music to be a bit too loud. If dance/pop music is your jam, then you'd love the vibe. But if it's not, then you'd find the noise quite annoying.

What happened to the YOSHINOYA flavor I used to know? I didn't find it at this location. Ordering their classic Teriyaki chicken and beef combo was a bland surprise. Ordering their new TOKYO CHICKEN was an unfortunate mistake of sogginess and rubbery chicken. I think perhaps it was a challenging day for this location. I have had all of these menu items at other YOSHINOYA locations and they were of best taste and quality.

Please train your staff correctly! I use the app for points and every-time scan phone for points. Today told by Sandra that’s not how it’s done and I need a receipt to get points. However food always good so hence 3 stars.

Love Yoshinoya but I don't like that if you come after 9pm they have limited menu cause if they clean a machine they wont cook what's cooked on that machine. I was here for a few minutes and they turned down a lot of people cause of the same reason. I get they want to clean and go home but they are here to work and make food until they close

4th time going to Yoshinoya, this is the first time I was met with a filthy restaurant, and bland food. This was not the Yoshinoya I used to know. I ordered a Thai tea and was met with an absolutely disgusting cluster of boba. It was not chewy at all, had the texture of a rotten blueberry. Absolute disappointment.

The service was ok, but the food was lacking. The meat wasn't fresh and the newly added fish and chips was horrible, tbh. The batter stuck to the fish and was very soggy. The potatoes were good but they gave me very little of them. The beef, was flavorful but not fresh. I might have been unlucky at that day but the place is good for college students. The place was clean and comfy.

First of all... the fact that they are open till 11 is a blessing, but the inside wasn’t quite clean. The meat balls were decent but the heat of the meatball ruined the taste, too much spice in the sauce. But it saved us from a night when we got rejected 30 minutes before closing time at one ramen restaurant.

Coming from the other side of Orange with only 45 minutes until close meant that waiting for the bus or a ride from a friend are options that I couldn't consider - my only viable choice of transportation that I could afford at the moment was either of the two major ride share operators in the area. Uber was 20 cents less expensive and a driver was two minutes closer to pick me up, so I ordered our ride. About 15 minutes later as we were stepping out of the ride, I looked up to check out my surroundings because the area felt like it was rather dim... My observation was confirmed when I saw the colorless silhouette of the Yoshinoya sign. The signage outside was not lit up and the lights inside were turned down low in the patron-less dining room. "Maybe the lights are on a timer and haven't come on yet," I said with uncertainty as I made my way from the car to the door of the restaurant. I reached out and grabbed the handle of the door as I stopped in my tracks and took a deep breath. Pausing for a moment to try and manifest my desired outcome from trying to open that door. I pictured myself pulling open the door and being met with a rush of warm, inviting air from the inside warming my face. My slightly frozen nose and ears melted into inviting warmth of the indoors reminding me of how chilly it has been lately. The familiar scent of a meal I had been looking forward to with anticipation during the entire ride to the restaurant greating my olfactory receptors all dissipated and vanished harshly back into my imagination as my body jolted into the same position it was in just a moment earlier when my hand felt the resistance of a locked door and the sudden transference of my kinetic energy into an immoveable object. It was like accidentally running into a shut sliding glass for. All my dreams of a decent meal wiping away the hunger from my gut shattered into the harsh reality of the situation just as suddenly as my attempt to go inside to eat was thwarted by that locked door. Normally, I would be at home at this hour pondering what type of bare bones meal I could piece together from my emaciated cupboards and refrigerator. Tonight was different however because I had just gotten a little bit of extra money deposited into my Cash App from winning a little bit at this online casino I sometimes will sink a few bucks into on my lunch break. So imagine my chagrin when I realized a large portion of my winnings were just wasted on a ride to somewhere I no longer had any reason to be. With more of the winnings at risk of being lost to having to pay for the return passage from our meal uneaten and unserved. Now even though I had the extra money for the meal, I still would have to figure out how to get there. This was not the intended outcome of my trip to Yoshinoya tonight. And all of this because of what? Because the wrong hours of operation are still posted online. So while this place should be better than one star, all they are getting from me is a single star. I do not know how they can fix this in my eyes. Because that money I spent is never coming back and I doubt it's in the budget for them to replace those funds or pay for my ride at a time when they are open. So, one star. Finish final answer.

Why would you charge 60 cents for a small side of teriyaki sauce. Unbelievable. It's not like people are asking for 8 ounces or 12 ounces. . Crazy.

I came to this location this past Sunday evening, and I am actually here now. The reason for my review is to praise the great service for today..and the employees. But my visit on this past Sunday was the total opposite. I came in around 9pm...a young kid was taking my order, it was a little busy and all I can hear and the other guest can hear is the gentleman in the kitchen throwing dishes around and yelling to himself. It was very uncomfortable to be sitting there waiting for my order and the guest and the other 2 employees just quiet, scared or afraid to even communicate with him. He seemed upset as if we the customer were there and that he had to do more work. He is a tall white Male with a beard, he looked out of it or sleepy..maybe on something because the way he was reacting was just so wrong and sad. I really hope your company can address this employee because coming from the restuarant business as well I was disappointed.

Honestly this is the worst food experience I've had since the pandemic began. I got the chicken, at least that's what i ordered. Im not sure who is in charge of ordering for this location or inspecting the food but i can tell you what i got was not sliced cooked chicken. At first glance i thought huh thats new for what appeared to be the skin on the "meat" after a few bites i knew something was wrong. Im not one to take time out of my day to complain but this experience has upset me so much ill be writing an email to corporate about this. Dont eat it here im sure ill be sick in a few hours

This location is HORRIBLE. 2nd time here unfortunately and never going back. For one, it takes them almost 15 minutes to make a small beef bowl while there's no one in the store. 2nd, I always ask for no Sesame seeds, each time I've been here, they add sesame !!? Hellllllo. I know it's no where close to a real restaurant , but come on people !! It's a very simple job -_-

But while ordering my food right when I was about to pay a roach came crawling out from under the cash register 🤮 🤮. How disgusting. If the roaches are in the register just think about them in the kitchen absolutely not. I literally told the cashier and he grabbed it with a towel and I told him never mind and walked out.
