The burgers are worth it, and so are the dessert deals.
Excellent service, great taste, fast and prompt delivery, plus they have a promotion on Thursdays, you should definitely take advantage of it! 🤗
This restaurant, located inside the plaza, is very small; it's more like a stand where they provide the food and you eat in the dining area. Overall, the flavor is the same as always. There are soda fountains, and I appreciate the fast service. The waitresses are very friendly, and the prices are the same as at other locations in the chain. The fries were delicious and perfectly fried, and the hamburger meat is always juicy and tasty.
A bit pricey for what they are, the service from the staff is terrible, they ask you about options for your combo but don't tell you that they have an extra cost, much less how much, so you end up paying an exorbitant amount for 2 simple hamburgers.

It's still a large chain. Fast food. I'd give it 5 stars, the burgers are really good. The only problem is that the preparation time was very slow, when they normally serve you within 2-3 minutes.

Good taste. Poor service: I bought a combo meal with two hamburgers, and although she was quick, the girl who served me said that for 7 pesos more, the hamburger would come on freshly baked bread (I doubt it). I accepted the offer, and when she gave me the total, it was 14 pesos more. That's annoying, and I told her that since it was a combo meal, she should have stated from the beginning that the 7 pesos was for each hamburger. She didn't even reply.
The food specifically at this branch is average, and the service, you should not expect good treatment, they serve you as if they were doing you a favor.
On May 21, 2025, we arrived at 12:40 PM and were told there was no service, without explanation and with a bad attitude. What a shame! They should remove the sign that says they open at 11:00 AM.
Bad customer service, they have the schedule posted and they should have had service for almost 2 hours, they don't even bother to explain why.
It's been over 3 months since their soda machine can't serve ice and they deliver their sodas to you warm, if excuse is that it works and gives ice... They just need to restock the equipment again... But when you go there it doesn't have ice, and they get upset if you don't accept larger combos.
The staff are very unfriendly, the meat was bland, and it had rough slices of raw onion. They try to force you to order the biggest combo meal. It's not what it used to be. Not recommended.
I've been served a bad simple burger instead of the Black Angus original. Very bad quality for high price. Disappointed a lot.
